      Even after raising complaints through multiple ways (Email, telephone) no response from mts/rcom.
      Please immediately call @[protected] and sort this out asap.
      I have already raised one complaint over this which is still under no response!
      I have also contacted apellate authorities but no use.
      I want to terminate my connection now but even for taking that request none of the customer care numbers are working!
      Mts cutsomer care and rcom customer care numbers are also not working!
      Please call me immediately as they just keep adding my bill for the device which am not even using now.

          As i was travelling in other city, my rcom number was off for a month. During this period i missed out receiving otp or port code which was provided by rcom and hence my 7 years old card stopped working. So i approached rcom customer care centre where i was asked to pay certain amount and provide my old sim and adhaar card so that the customer care people will send it to rcom mumbai office and get it started. But later after a week i got to know that they were not able to do it. Then i went to jio customer care for getting a way out, but the person asked me to get port code first. So as my sim was not working i was helpless to generate that code. Then i approached airtel customer care, where the person took my adhar number and asked me to wait till my code is generated and my same number will get started in airtel postpaid scheme. Nothing worked, so i tried calling and sending mail to rcom-mumbai but there was no reply or response. Hence, roaming & trying this much, everything failed to get my 7 years old reliance number started and now i am helpless. Please help me out as how can i get my old number working back.

            My above landline is out of order since last 10 days giving reason that due to technical problem the complaint is not solved. Most of time your customer care number is not giving response giving above reason and phone is disconnected.

            My phone is getting out of order frequently.

            We are paying bills regularly. Your physical bills are not coming regularly. Since last 3 months we have not received your physical bill.

            Please do the needful to solve my complaint at the earliest.

            My above referred phone is dead since one month. Many times, talked to your customer care but answer was 'due to technical problem, it is not working.' till date no action is taken from your end.

            Earlier also, many times it became dead.

            If you are not able to repair, please stop my connection immediately. I will not pay bill for this month.

            Hope early action at the earliest.

              This complaint is regarding an email received from "rcom. [protected]@relianceada.com" with subject as "cibil updated" and contains the information about pre-litigation. I purchased a reliance broadband device in 2010. Caf no:[protected] mdn: [protected]. I experienced very poor network speed which i have never ever seen. And i was student that time during my college days and when i passed out in 2012. And i was about to leave jaipur. Before leaving i have visited several times to reliance store office in order to stop broadband services. And they assured that it will be stopped from next month. So i left jaipur in 2012. And i relocated to bangalore for job. And meanwhile in search of job and new life, i stopped using mail id and contact number which i was using in jaipur. And by not using that mail id frequently, i forgotten password of it.
              And when yesterday night, i opened my desktop which i was using college times. The gmail id was saved in browser and it opened. And i found that in mail id, there was a lot of mails from reliance rcom about paying the payment due: 1206. And it was showing pre-litigation no as well.
              I was really shocked and tensed, so i paid the payment online without in going details about payment due.

              So, as i paid the amount. Please its my request to close all the complains n all in my name. And please contact me to resolve my issue.

              The reliance communications has committed a fraud in port out of mobile number to jio in the month of November 2017, the same is complained by primary customer but not resolved till date

              i request to strike down the port and to replace the sim of reliance of primary customer with Jio sim as earliest.

                This is regarding my postpaid moblile no.

                The number is inactive for more than 30-40 days, i am not able to receive or make calls and was receiving messages that i need to port to other service providers before 31st dec.in this situation how can a new bill be generated and asked for the payment?

                Rcom business centers were not ready to collect the payment. Somehow i managed to pay my due bill of rs. 603 online despite poor services to close my account with no dues.

                Kindly, consider above as the final payment for the account closure and help in porting.

I kindly request you to activate my dongle 4g at the earliest otherwise i have to surrender it. Please treat this as urgent or else close the dongle 4g number.                     I am using reliance [protected] for data services in goa. All of a sudden it stopped functioning for no services on the part of the company. I donot want to port the number. However when i went to submit my deactivation to reliance stores i was surprised that all the stores in goa have been shut down. Onlthe person running the reliance store in ponda goa was available and now runs a icecream parlor in the same place. Who upon enquiry informed that the company has shut down and the my number will be automatically deactivated. However now in the month of december i have receive a bill of rs 448.4. Is the company out cheating people now and charging without providing any services. This is highly objectionable. The number be deactivated immediately.

                      Hi i have been using reliance number for 5 years and all of a sudden there is no network in the sim to port the number since reliance has shut down all its services. Please help me get my number port to other network. There is no place we can contact as their contact center is not working we can not call anywhere.                         I am not allowed to port my mobile number [protected] into tata docomo services. The executive of reliance communications denied to generate u. P. C code for my number. They are forcing me to port my number into vodafone postpaid connection. This reliance communications gallery is located in sector-7, kharghar, navi-mumbai, pin-410210. Why are they forcing me to port my number into vodafone? The executive asked money in advance for porting my number into vodafone & then told me that, "i will generate u. P. C for your number only if you are porting it in vodafone postpaid. This is a type of business malpractice. I have right to choose my mobile operator. You can contact me on my registered mobile number. Please reply. Thank you.

                          Please deactivate my mts/rcom account. I am getting no services but still bill is generating. I have been paying bills from last 2 months. I paid 649/- in november and i paid 325/- in december that too without getting to use any services from the company. During the month of november, mts was merged with rcom and we were not informed by customer care that services will be impacted during this time period. I have tried to call the customer services i am getting no response. I tried sending emails but getting no resolution. So kindly deactivate my connection as i am not going to pay any bills going forward.

                                  As reliance is shutting down, i want to port my no, but didn't received a porting code yet. So i tried to get the porting code my messaging on 1900, after several try i was able to send the message but next day i hot reply from 1901 "insufficient balance".                                     I have made a request for port vide request no EK137465.on dated 9/11/2017 vide port request no EK137465. I have port this no to BSNL dated 18/11/2017 but the port was not done by your side. Thereafter you have raised a bill on me for November month bill without any uses of reliance communication co and i have made the payment for the same.And latter I make repeated request for port my no to BSNL telecom. I have recd message your request is under process.Suddenly I have recd another month bill for December without any uses.
                                    Please also note that reliance network & customer care is not working properly even not working status and I have not uses of above mobile after making of request for port.
                                    Now I want to reverse my telephone bill & port my no to BSNL

                                      It is now more than 3 yrs that i have been chasing for my pf amount to be transferred to my existing company pf account. I was working with big tv on the rolls of reliance communication

                                      I had submitted the form 13 twice, once through courier and last month by hand and handed to mr. Sagar in dispatch department at the following address

                                      Spoken to mr. Ashutosh g joshi, ([protected]) who denied to have received any documents and asked to get in touch with mr. Umesh[protected] and mr. Vikas ([protected]) who do not respond to calls.

                                      You are requested to pl update on the status of the pf transfer at the earliest.

                                        Dear sir / madam,

                                        We stresstech engineers pvt ltd, having total 23 no’s connection of your wi-fi data cards, as many of the data cards are not working properly having technical and speed issues. So our management has decided to discontinue your services. Hence please do the needful for cancellation of your service because we have purchased new wi-fi reliance jio data cards service.

                                        We have taken your services, so according to the agreement between us regarding agreement has been also completed 18 months in nov-2017.

                                        We also inform you that henceforth from (Date: 01.12.2017) we are not liable to pay you any amount, against above mentioned relationship number[protected].
