This is regarding my postpaid moblile no.

The number is inactive for more than 30-40 days, i am not able to receive or make calls and was receiving messages that i need to port to other service providers before 31st dec.in this situation how can a new bill be generated and asked for the payment?

Rcom business centers were not ready to collect the payment. Somehow i managed to pay my due bill of rs. 603 online...

Several times i tried to get porting my reliance smart GSM [protected] but till today I am not getting valid porting code by requesting port on 1900.now On such duration my service no.sim not working

As reliance is shutting down, i want to port my no, but didn't received a porting code yet. So i tried to get the porting code my messaging on 1900, after several try i was able to send the message but next day i hot reply from 1901 "insufficient balance". I tried few times more but getting same reply.

Please help immediately.

I was an mts cdma customer and now the services are bought by rcom in the month of november 2017. I had contacted all the reliance store over phone and few directly in bangalore. Got to know that the store are closed and there is not update for any one on the this. I dont understand where i can get the an update. I had paid outstanding amount of rs 2800 for disconnection though my bill for month of november 2017 was rs 1800. Instead of refunding rs 1000, they have come up with new outstanding bill of rs 3117. My netconnect service was disconnected in the month of october 2017 itself. I hope reliance refunds rs 1000 instead. Please resolve this issue as i had paid more than the disconnection amount in month of november 2017....
