[Resolved] Reliance Communications — postpaid to prepaid | |||
Dear concern, I would like to inform you that i want to convert my reliance mobile number [protected] from postpaid to prepaid connection. I am not getting any satisfactory response from customer care. I have visited the near by relaince communication store frequently but it was always closed.. My bill is generated every month regularly but i am not getting or allowed to use any of the services. No customer service to help or to resolve my query. I will take a print copy for my record and any future legal process. I have also dropped an email for the same before a week but no response. I want immediate acting on this.
