pathetic service from reliance communication

Since last 1 year got network issue from reliance communication, made complaint more than 3-4 times (Written) but no resolution, dint get any reply of emails or call. They speak from one side (By sms).
Finally when i make request for porting and going to other service provider, they changed my plan make make that 4 months advance rental plan, so that customer have to pay advance rental and till then they cant move from the company....
