This is to bring into your attention that i am again and again loosing my balance after using wi-fi, and whenever i get recharged my phone, without my knowledge i even don't know what all subscription has been activated. I have complained manier times before for the same problem still it is occuring. Please find some permanent solution to it.

    I recharge balance my relience sim on17 july 2017 at 9:55 pm. But i did not get balance in my mobile account. Than i complaint my shopkeeper why my balance is not reached. So he say that my side your account transaction is successfully recharge show so i could not any thing. So you complaint customer care. I tried some more times contact to customer care but not connected to the customer care lastly conference with one customer executive so he say that some technical problem so balance not get. But sir today13 days are passed i have no receive any solution this problem so please sir shortout this matter. My mobile no.[protected] which is recharged matter.

      Hi,

      I am writing a complain; pls see

      I haven't contacted reliance mobile gsm representative by any medium
      Like call, sms, email or visited reliance store more then 8 months.

      Now see the bill for this month and tell me how this come.

      1- how monthly rental become rs.1100.69...? My monthly rental was
      Fixed rs.499.

      2- why my std calling has been barred since saturday july 22, 2017...?

      3- i am not able to make std calls, i am using another no to do so.
      Let me know how you will compensate. I am running business and its
      Shameful.

      4- why i am getting unusual massages from reliance...? See the
      Attached screen shot of mobile.

        My reliance gsm no. Is [protected]. Mere value added service activate ka message aaya, message milke ke 5 min ke andar mene customer care mai baat ki unkone kaha ki apke no. Se value added service band jar di jaigi or jo balance deduct hua hai wo wapas mill jaiga, 24 ghanto ke andar. 24 ghante ke andar value service toh deactivate ho gaya par balance refund nahi hua dubara customer care mai call laga toh customer care mai call nahi lag raha tha. Phir mene dusre non reliance ke no se call laga toh customer care wale bolne lage ki apko refund nahi mil sakra. Ye kya baat hui mere koi galti nahi and value added service khud activate kar ke sara dos customer k3 upar dal dete ho. Reliance company is fraud. I want my balance back at any cost.

          I have been an user of reliance mobile internet for the last few years. My number is[protected]. Relationship number[protected].
          In the month of april 2017, during the renovation of my apartment, the dongle of the mobile internet was misplaced and i have not been able to trace it till date. I have, therefore, not been using the mobile internet service since april 2017, though i have been paying your monthly bills upto date.
          Since i am unable to trace the dongle, i request you to cancel the service and not send me any bill in the future.
          Please note that i will not be able to pay any future bills, since i have not been using the mobile internet since april 2017.
          I shall be grateful if you will refund to me the monthly payments made by me from april to july 2017.

            Customer care service not working.

            I want to discontinue my reliance broadband service. I have tried to call customer care multiple times waited for 40-45 minutes each times yet no one picking up call. I have sent email to cancellation request and asked for cancellation procedure before 3 days yet no response received. There are no option of cancellation request on website.

              Tried recharging talktime rs. 125/- on 21st july'17 via online, however amount got debited from my kotak bank a/c, but the recharge was not done. After contacting reliance customer care, i was told that payment not received from kotak. But on contacting kotak, they confirmed that reliance has received amount with transaction ref# m[protected], however recharge not done against same.

              Please do the needful & arrange the refund of rs. 125/- as it is my loss.

                I write this to you & also informed national consumer care. My docket no. Is 370795'
                Everyone passed this matter to other person.
                Reliance gsm create many problem with my number [protected]. Previously i complaint & they refunded. But present again they do this. When i complaint their number[protected] on 28 july, 2017 morning 10am arround for balance deduction they didn't write complaint, after my request they passed call to senior executive mr. Kamal, he also not take my balance deduction request, have some discussion about this matter. After some time barred my number, i sure that this was doing by mr. Kamal. Because i never complaint or request to barred my no. Have no outgoing, no message, cant use my net facility. I am regular user of reliance gsm number, 11 year going to passed i used this number 2006 to present. My everything like bank details, professional life study everywhere this no. Provided. M going reliance store they confirm me that my number barred & suggest me to contact customer care for unbarred. But when trying reliance helpline no. 198 & [protected] my call disconnected before reached executive. But when i am trying another reliance gsm number call connected to executive. But they always repeated one thing when i called my no. [protected] then they unbar my no. I requested many times 7 clearly explained customer care cant connect with my no. This incident 2 days passed. What can i do, its my personal/ official & very important no. I know that mr. Kamal was barred my number & he is do something, so only my number call not connected to reliance executive. One another senior executive mr. Sriram is involed them, because when i tried another no. He not give solution & disconnected call. Why they are do this i dont know, but i am getting mentally harasses by reliance gsm.

                They always deduct my balance to the net used but i already have net packs. Please resolve it. And unbar my number. Take action against such like customer care executive who didn't understand customer problem & give tension, mentally harassing. Without complaint barred number.

                  I have called your customer care executive to know process of mnp process and he guided me.
                  After giving request to other network provider i visited reliance cdma near by my location.
                  As per instruction they asked me to pay my pending bill dues in advance. My billing cycle was ending on 27th of july.
                  I was getting normal bill of rs.575 every month but i paid rs.600 in advance on 21st of july earlier i have paid rs.575 in advance on 10th of july.
                  You should accepted my port request because i have cleared bill in advance still you guys charged rs.600 some advance rental without my concern for stopping me to port my number. How dare you to active such plan without my concern. When i called customer care for filing complain to stop my portability your customer care executive is not ready to take complain instead she took complain for deactivating my plan. I don't care i just want to port my number. Kindly check and do the needful or i have to take further step.
                  As per my knowledge you are not allowed to reject my portability request i have paid all pending dues in advance also still you rejected my request.

                  I will file complain against your such activity to stop costumer for mnp. I hope you resolve my issue asap.

                  I also forgot to mention you. You helpline no 198, 1909, *222 also useful. Every time when we call and try to speak to customer care executive we have to dial no 10 times.
                  After hearing soon we will transfer your call to executive it gets disconnected. Once my phone connected to some executive named reena rajput she was not ready to take my complaint for rejecting my mnp. Only thing she was saying we have activated some plan and deducted advance rental as you are valuable customer. Valuable customer my foot. Why you deducted such amount without my concern. I have paid my bill in advance still i got sms and bill in which 330rs something is due. What is going on??/
                  This is very unethical way of doing business because of this worse service i think your stock is also falling like blood. Because no company survive by doing business unethically.

                  Hope you take this matter seriously or i have to go trai.

                    We are using reliance internet for a long time, but in recent times the service and internet speed is very very poor and we are getting high bills. If we have little delayed to pay the bills the calls from your customer care is very rude that we can not accept. I have recd a call form [protected] number. The lady who talked me is using very ugly words, we are your customers not slaves, so we decided to quit your service. We don't want such service.

                      Dear reliance care, im again here to say that why reliance is doing this to me.. After my first rechrge of 20, it activated some vas packs automatically and cut my whole balance. When i gave a complain about it, they refund my balance, that time i was happy. But on the same day of returning it activated the vas packs again and again cut my whole balance. Why this happened to me, even i haven't give any command to activate vas services. So please refund my balance, as a valuable customer of yours, you should do it first. Unless i've lost faith on my network and i was forced to change the network provider from reliance to any other network.. So please resolve it and never active any vas without my consent. Thank you.. Hope you settle the matter soon..

                          Since last 1 year got network issue from reliance communication, made complaint more than 3-4 times (Written) but no resolution, dint get any reply of emails or call. They speak from one side (By sms).
                          Finally when i make request for porting and going to other service provider, they changed my plan make make that 4 months advance rental plan, so that customer have to pay advance rental and till then they cant move from the company. When i come to know i made written complaint to their authority. No change till now. Same on reliance communication got pathetic network service and worth customer service.

                            today i am very unsatisfied with Advance rent ! why i should to pay advance rent of Advance Monthly Rental Charges[protected] to[protected].65 ? i am from medal class family and also limited salary and company charge on me advance rent. here i am attaching my bill copy which i receive on my Email. as well i call 4 to 5 times in 198. customer care . but they told me advance rent due to upgrade my plan 299 with 6gb 4g data. unlimited across call in india. 100 SMS. and this all things i have already in my JALSA299 plan. so which type o[censored]p-gradation is it !

                            i am very satisfied with my bought plan is jalsa299 and i am continue with only this plan. if i am not get less Advance Monthly Rental Charges[protected] to[protected].65 from my this bill and i am not get my same PLAN as before then i don't want to continue.

                              Dear sir/madam

                              I am a new broadband connection user
                              Installation be completed on 18th july 2017. Totally they will collected rs.2300 including tax for modem and installation..
                              They problem is installation team are not provided modem and cabling..
                              Then i purchased adsl modem in market. I pay my hand cash rs.1800

                              Your sales name mr. Prakesh not providing broadband connection properly, first of all they provided 512kbps
                              I purchased 4mbps internet speed in my plan detail.
                              Day after tomorrow 19th july 2017 your sales team mr. Prakesh problem will resolved.
                              But still now i have a dsl connection issue and speed issue
                              I got a average download speed 80kbps to 82kbps.in speedtest.net i got 0.70mbps
                              I raised a complaint again 21st july 2017. Still now cannot not resolved this issue
                              I am begging to sales team and calling toll free[protected] begging daily

                              I need a full refund or need a stable connection
                              Today i get a permission in my office for waiting for your technical team members

                                Myself kumud ranjan had already complained ten times regarding security money refund of my 2500 rs after terminating of service, i already approached your Patna and ranch office so many times, but only i get assurity that y got your money refund back, but till date i didn't get the money lastly your customer care associate promised that give me 30 days, i will arrange it urgently, but till date i didn't get my refund back .
                                i didn't understand why reliance type company cheating such type of activity with the customer which is associated at the time of DAPO plan, kindly sate forward your words, otherwise i have to put this matter in the consumer court for my money, my contact nos is [protected], whatever is your conversation tell me urgently and quickly, because i an waiting this money from last one year.

                                  I am using reliance postpaid service from last 2 years. And paid bill every month with in time, my monthly plan is amt 499 unlimited call and everything but reliance charge me amt. 2020 and when i was did inquiry of this then he said you have charge the advance rental plan of amt 1347, but i was not requested for any this type of plan. Now from 9th july my no. Outgoing blocked and from 15th incoming also block and my no. Was suspended. Please help me i am not in condition to pay amt 2000 to reliance. But my no - [protected] using from last 9 years.

                                  Till date my complaint is pending can i know why its too late I Am totally harassed from your service. till date i have didn't receive any call from customer care regarding this issue
                                  I have cleared my reliance broadband bill in Oct, 2016. But, even now i am getting harrasing calls & mails from Reliance team for Bill Payment.
                                  I have all the possible evidence to proove that i have cleared the amount.
                                  Can i update for 2g into 4g. update for 4g .but my plan every thing deavtive .income olny come .out going didnot going . recharge also desent done .plg help me imediately .this is my no [protected]
                                  Reliance broadband not working from last 17 days due to edp down And till now there are not able to give me time in which they can resolve my issue .. reliance customer care services are really pathetic and the people sitting there are robots, repeat the same lines "mam apka call arrange krwaya jaega " but i got call from technician aftr 14 dys

                                    I have been using reliance gsm sim card for only 3 months but the 3g internet service is extremely slow. I chose reliance gsm sim card for its best offers on data packs but the internet service disappointed me so much that i m thinking of removing this sim card. A complaint was made at the customer care but no action is taken yet. I request you to please kindly resolve this problem of mine. The internet is needed very much please take some action urgently.                                       I called customer care to reduce my call rates because they are very high. The executive of cust. Service told me to erecharge a amount to reduce my call rates. He sent a message also on behalf of company in this regarding. That is a proof that what he said to me. But when i recharged that amount nothing happened like he said to me. Company recharged my a/c for five days only that recharge amount. Then immedietely i called back to customercare in this regarding. But sen. Executive of customer care bhagwan singh gave an irresponsible answer to me. He said that our executive told me wrong information. But he can not do anything and i have to bear all the charges. I did everything as executive of company said to me then why i bear the charges. Please solve my problem and take an action against the executives of your company. Once again i called to company to register complaint. The executive akhilesh kumar told we don't take complaints. I have all the call recordings also. My number is [protected] and [protected].

                                        Hi, this is bharti daswani. I have issues related bills. I have just port my sim from reliance into airtel. I have to pay my previous bill for reliance. It is showing 1300/-, i dont understand how is it possible. My monthly rental plan is 499 and after tax calculation i pay around 570/- but for my current bill it is showing 1300 in which there is advanced rental amount which i do not understand why should i pay because i am no longer with reliance anymore. Can you please check and update my bill for month july
