I bought my prepaid sim from the company for Rs.999/- about 10 years back with a lifetime 50 paise per minute plan. The company sent me an sms to take a new 4G sim for uninterrupted service. I accordingly got a new sim a couple of days back. Thereafter, the Company stopped charging @50 paise per minute and instead started charging to me @3 paise per minute. Thus the company has committed breach of contract. The company should continue to charge to me @ 50 per minute as agreed by them for lifetime. Was this information helpful? | |||||
