I have applied for g156 service through relaince app on prepaid reliance number.
As per this service i'll be getting 1gb 3g data for 30 days.

Neither i got 1 gb data nor 30 days validity.

I know you they will not accept your fault so easily so i have attached a screenshot of that app window.

This leads to my account balance reduced to zero. Due to data usage. So pathetic it was. Was promised something and got something else. This is true story about reliance.

    Ph no. [protected], gsm sim and using samsung duos set.Initially amount deducted more than 140/_ and again recharge of 15/_. It is has become sorry state for me that my balance on my phone is being deducted by the reliance service provider just subscribing and unsubscribing the any scheme at their own will. I am reduced to zero balance to make any call. Customer care number 198 or other helpline number is disabled for my contact. I re-recharged the number but again it met with same fate that balance is made zero with same trick. I am off station and it is giving me huge embarrassment and inconvenience to carry out my task. My earlier report to reliance forum did not solve my problem.
    It is therefore requested to intervene to resolve the issue.

      Since three months i am making complian regarding my reliance landline is not working at all to customer care and even to nodal officer no body is bothered to resolve my complain and also when trying to reach customercare number all our customercare people are buzy try after some time this type of recording is coming my complain number given by nodal officerhis name was mr surja and complain number given by him is :[protected] on 25may 2016 and even i have mailed to anil ambani email id no response from him also nor from any of the nodal officer i have email to 13 nodal officer but i think they are sleeping

      Sir this is regarding i want to change all reliance mobile as well as internet connection from one company name to other company name as the old company in which name i having connection is taken over by the new company in this name i want to change my name of all my reliance mobile as well as my relaince internet but company outlet or person are telling this cannot be done you have to do first from postpaid you have to convert to prepaid and then from prepaid you go for new company name to postpaid why all this uneven process our headoffice people are able to with new company pancard proof and with highcourt order the same reliance people are changing of headoffice people then why not of my hyderabad circle they are telling no please help me out my mobile number is [protected]

        I am a regular customer of reliance netconnect no [protected] since last five years and recently requested for upgradation to 4g. On receipt of wi-pod, i have been informed by customer care that the 4g service is presently non-functional in maharashtra and will start shortly and i will have to wait till then. This is ridiculous and daylight cheating. When you are not providing the services, why are you asking customers to upgrade to 4g now. Why are you not advertising that the services are yet to commence so that customers are not fooled by your advertisements?.

          Dear sir,
          With respect to the above mentioned subject i would like to inform you that i have bought a reliance jio sim card bearing mobile no. +[protected] with a lyf handset from reliance jio 4g on dated 21.05.2016 under friends and family offer by them.

          Reliance jio offering us this service stating that customers will get benefited of high speed internet service upto 12mbps where there is no charge of voice as well as data call. Being a professional civil engineer internet plays a massive role in my business.

          On early days network and internet was good and i have got 5mbps upload and download speed. But after 10 days or so suddenly there is no network signal in my locality.In this regard i have given a complain bearing complain no. Sr0000003qcb on dated 02.06.2016. Since there is no action from reliance jio i have complained again bearing complain no. Sr0000005e6e on dated 18.06.2016.

          Inspite of my repeated complain and request i am not getting any positive action from reliance jio team and they are only giving excuses like my home is under "dense bamboo forest", network tower is far away from my place, they will put a network booster on tower soon, etc etc. But other networks like airtel, vodafone are working properly in my locality.

              In agra cdma service has been withdrawn (Not working) since last 20-25 days may-june, 2016 and bill is generated. I am not going to pay it. As i have not availed service either service from your side is not working so that u can force people to buy new wipod

                I have taken a connection on 11/06/16. Your prompt installation service installed on 14/06/16 after reminding them severel times. My subscriber id is[protected]. Coneection worked fine for two days after that it started working intermittently. I complaint to
                Person who installes connection. But now for last four day connection is totally dead. Again installation person gave me two numbers[protected], [protected]). No one picked first number on second number a lady picked the number). Her reply was who has given me her number. Further she gave me another number. Ultimately i found customer care number of reliance from net. After lomg wait and so many number dialling, my complaint is regestered. After that i have called four times (Diong all time consuming process) to customer care, every time reply is that it willbe resolved in 24 hours.
                I request you to disconnect connection and refund my money, else i am going to consumer forum

                  We have disconnected our net connect and paid bills and close it also get the noc from reliance but still i am getting a calls every day 5 to 10 times for bill.                     This is in reference of your agent visit at my place " s-114, Sunder Block, Shakarpur. New Delhi 92, your agent named Aman called me and convenienced me about porting my idea number [protected], into Reliance gsm postpaid with good plans named as (Jalsa), He. Sent another agent for collection of my documents, he charged me Rs 300 and collected the required documents (Adhaar card xerox, pan card xerox, and my current organization id card but still my connection is not getting on. Now they are asked me for bank statement, i send it also but now they are saying that e- adhaar is not accepted as proof and another address proof either a voter card which i don't have with me, or tge the driving license which i don't have.Hence with due respect i request you that either start my connection or refund my money back along with my documents xerox .

                        A new connection with two new sim cards and never heard of all india unlimited offer with unlimited data —

                        Address verification negative, i got he sim without signing the kaf and cross signing the proof and - now the bill is also generated-kerala cochin, palarivattom office-doubt the details are being used for illegal purposes and many connection like his would have been propagated.

                        Couple of years back similar so many sim cards with no id's were available in calicut, kerala

                        Paid 300 rupees to a different account - i need my money

                          I have been using reliance coin phone[protected] for the past 10 years and recharge was done continuously at cuddalore. I have balance amount in my prepaid account. When i approached the agency of service provider at cuddalore for next recharge, they have refused stating that reliance coin phone cdma service is going to be closed. I need a solution to recharge my coin phone online or at some other place nearby or alternatively to refund the balance amount in my pre paid account. Any other alternate solution can be proposed by the service provider for my consent.

I ave also contacted the nodal officer and spoken to the contact centers and sent multiple email follow ups. No response from them so far. I want to clear off the dues, but i want the money sucking monster to be cancelled.

                                Hi i using [protected]. I was using unlimited plan . last month i called up got deactivate service but they not ready to accept my request. Insided of it they activated 75rs plan without my notice today wen i went to reliance outlet and asked for cancellation they said 7trs plan is active cant cancel for 3 months. . i cant pay bill i not all using sim simply kept aside pls cancel my poatpaid cannection immediately. Or i not gonn pay bill which i not used

                                  I have opted 599 plan in that they have mentioned 4000 std and local minutes will be free. But they have generated bill of 1251.34/- on 20th june 2016 and they have activated on 6th june 2016.
                                  I didn't get any information that you have exceed the quota and they have extra.
                                  Kindly i am requesting you to please solve these problem.
                                  I am not going to pay any money before getting solution. This is totally fraud.

The employees behaviour was of third grade and language was extremely derogatory. I had visited the store to replace my existing Sim card.                                     I had reliance 3G dongal since last 3 yrs.. and now they forced me to switch to 4G which really causes me much harassment. and i recharged my 3G card with 1699 Rs balance just 4 days before the forced upgradation. and now since last a month I'm not getting reliance signal on 3G and even after paying Rs 2700 (forcefully) for new 4G.. I am not having 4G dongal with me. that is reliance.

                                      I was using relience wi-pod but suddenly it got disable den I contacted nearest reliance product deliver, He told me to order new 4G wi-pod and said that the old one is gonna out of service and I was also not getting any network even on hybrid mode.so I didn't use anything. After one month I got msg of billing ...so hows this possible? How can I pay for this things that I hadn't use any network or wifi .
