My no is [protected] On 28th Jan I got sms that on on mobile Recharge of Rs. 54 1gb 2g data with 28 days validity dial *129*54# to get benefits. So I done that process I got confirmation about Recharge. I got 500mb and validity upto 1st February. Immediately I call 198 to launch complain about same, executive Mr. Atish told me that ur eligible for the scheme and benefit will credited in ur a/c within 4 hours but still benefits not credited. I trying to call 198 but it's not working. So plz launch complain and credit my benefit. And confirm with me. Was this information helpful? | |||||

The outgoing calls is fine, but the incoming calls is a problem. Upon calling it said that the number is switched off.
I tried switching off the phone many times, even tried different phones, but the problem persists.
Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

Please disconnect my mobile No [protected] due to non availability network in leh-ladakh and i am not able to deposit the sim card in mobile store in present location so please disconnect my number earliest.
I am unable to call for 3 days, it shows server is busy, I cmplnt to customer care but the problem is still the same condition, and now costumer care is also not responding from my number. This is vry disappointing.
