Reliance Communications — Reliance Dongle - Payment Issue - [protected] | |||||
I got a Demand Notice cum Intimation Letter from Adv. A. U. SAKKARGE on my gmail id. i think its fraudulent email. As per telephonic discussion with Reliance representative in year 2013, i had already done full and final settlement in year 2013 somewhere around Aug '13. Today i am being asked to pay Rs. 1205/- again. i dont why. I had asked reliance agent in year 2013 (from whom i purchased my connection) to disconnect my services two months back from original disconnection, but he didnt took any action that time, due to which bills were continuously generated. After i got the bills, i explained all the issues to one of the reliance representative, and he asked me to clear one month bill and assured me for waiver for remaining period as it was fault on reliance part as services were not disconnected inspite of my reminders. In spite of all discussions and my full and final settlement, i dont why i am getting harassment notices. Why should i pay for the services which i didnt used and it was not my fault but reliance fault for no disconnection. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had a reliance dongle and was a customer since 3 years, I lost dongle in February and logged a complaint in March with reliance customer care to terminate the connection and let me know the final settlement charges. The reliance customer care somehow convinced me to continue same and they will provide me dongle . I did not receive dongle even after a month and to my surprise they sent me bill. I called their customer care to explain same and let me know the genuine charges to pay . But they keep sending me bill. They are not responding to email neither to calls. It's very difficult as seems their intentions is not good.
