Amount cutting for vas charges

Unnecessary bill generation

I have asked the termination of my services for the number [protected]. It is postpaid net connect dongle.

I have cleared the out standing amount and asked for termination.

I received 5 calls from different call executives asking for termination confirmation and I confirmed the same.

After which I got a bill generated for 284 rupees. And now I have received an another bill for...

Balance deduction

Deduction of balance for vas without consent

I'm tired of calling the customer care numbers. Almost everyday my balance is getting deducted for some or the other VAS. Im clueless when do I even subscribe them. It's sad that I ported to reliance from Vodafone, I'm really disgusted with your service....

VAS USSD deactivate

Receiving emails- not associated

I have been receiving emails saying I have to pay pending billing, I have repeatedly mentioned that the account does not belong to me and neither I am customer for them. They said I have to move it to spam, I have repeatedly mentioned, that to delete my email id from their records but they were not listening and still sending them to me.
It is disturbing privacy of mine as well as the actual customer...

Auto deductions made for vas packs

On my reliance GSM prepaid number, VAS packs are activated automatically and the amounts for it are deducted. But when the reliance customer care is contacted on 198 for registering a complaint, they say that there is no VAS pack activated on your number. I have tried to deactivate VAS using 155223, reply received is same that there is no such pack activated on your number. Complaints are made several times but no actions are being taken...

Network and internet's huge problem

During August 2015 your executive Given me an Onam Offer, that I would get the Wipod instrument free for which I have to pay an advance Rs 600/- the same would be refunded monthly Rs 100/- starting from fifth bill onwards. But my internet pack is not activated. When I send sms MBAL to 55333. It says information is not available currently. This is giving negative impression about reliance cdma. rectify the issue on immediate basis.

Charging excess bill

I had migrated my postpaid netconnect dongle [[protected]] to prepaid, after paying all my dues in August 2015. then I got a bill asking to pay a onetime charges of 1201/- and monthly rental of 293/- .I had already paid the monthly rental at the store before migrating and other than that my previous month due was -71/- i.e I had paid additional amount in the previous month. NetConnect+ plan not showing usage details at all.

Hi,

My MDN is [protected] (CDMA USB internet dongle).

Last month, I had recharged my account with Rs 3001/- which was supposed to get me a benefit of 1 GB per month lifetime. Although I got the plan benefit, but I cannot check my usage details.

When I log on to http://myservices.relianceada.com/ to check the usage, it just shows "Main Balance (in MB) 0.25" and "Netconnect+ Balance (in MB)* 0.00"...
