I had checked the special offer on my number [protected] using *129# it show i have an offer of recharge 198 with benefits i[censored]nlimited 2G data for 28 days. But after recharge i got only 2.5gb data credited to my account. I called the customer care but they refused to take my complaint, when i asked for a complaint number they said that they cannot log a complaint for the issue. I want to make a complaint against the company.

    Dear Sir, Myself Prakash Singh Rathore and my mobile number is [protected]

    I register a complaint regarding my issue at [protected]@relianceada.com
    from Feb 21'st to 6'th march 2016 many times
    but there were no good response i got from online customer service

    sometime they put wrong mobile number in reply on my issue
    and sometime they says they called me but actually i didn't got any call yet
    and one day they said that in there records there is no
    recharge of Rs.42/- reflecting on your number


    So as a proof i capture a screenshot of date 18 feb 2016 and send it again on

    Wed, Mar 2, 2016 at 3:02 PM and
    Sun, Mar 6, 2016 at 2:58 PM & again on
    Tue, Mar 8, 2016 at 5:04 PM


    still i did not have response either via call or email (after submiting the screenshot of 18'th feb it is clear that they are trying to avoid my problem)


    therefore i am trying to hand over my compliant against reliance to you

    my problem is

    Using USSD *129# on 18'th feb 2016,

    I activated two plan continuously

    one is 23 rs. plan which gives R2R 30 days free calling &
    second is 42 rs plan which gives 8000 sec for 21 days

    on my reliance number [protected],

    23 rs. balance is deducted from main balance and plan is activated
    but
    42 rs balance is deducted from main balance but plan is not activated yet

    and whenever i call it cost me 1 rs. for 1 minute from my main balance

    till date more than 25 rs. is deducted

    plz note that I uses self *129# to activate both services not by
    retail recharges

    solve my problem as soon as possible

    and return my deducted amount

      Few years ago my brother take connection of reliance landline wireless connection. Phone no was[protected]. We cancelled there service last year but even after calling numerous times to there grievance cell we still not get our 1000/- INR Deposit Refund which they take from us.

              Dear sir,
              i am mouli prasanth, i am using reliance sim as one of my important number. My mobile number is [protected]. Yesterday i had done recharge of rs. 56 for the 2g internet offer. I am using this offer for the past two months. But the original amount is 57. I called reliance customer care lot of times to refund my amount so that i can do my other recharge. But they said it is impossible to refund. And they didn't respond me well. I said to take it as a complaint, but they didn't take it. What should i do now to get back my recharge amount. If it possible kindly change the recharge amount into talktime. So that it may be useful to me.

                    GSM having no [protected], but I don't have network coverage in my
                    reliance sim since 3 days.I am facing lots of problem, because I am
                    using this no. since last 10 years, This no. is circulated across my
                    officials, friends, relatives all other transaction related to banks,
                    Insurance, website, emails, LPG booking, IRCTC every where, but
                    suddenly it is found this no. is not working. So without this no I
                    will face a lot of problem, So let me allow to port this no. to other
                    network at least. If reliance has no network in our area than at least
                    let us know and allow us to port to other network, how can Reliance
                    defunct my number([protected]) with out prior notice/message.

                    Please let me know soon and try to resolve issue

                      Hi,

                      I have asked the termination of my services for the number [protected]. It is postpaid net connect dongle.

                      I have cleared the out standing amount and asked for termination.

                      I received 5 calls from different call executives asking for termination confirmation and I confirmed the same.

                      After which I got a bill generated for 284 rupees. And now I have received an another bill for 691.64 rupees. An it is asking me to pay a total sum of rupees 977.

                      Why do I need to pay this amount after requesting for the termination.

                        My no is [protected]. Within a span of 1 week a sum of 90rs being deducted from my number and that too for the same service . A clear incident of cheating and stealing their customer's money who have trusted them for years. No more a trust worthy connection anymore, I just recharge to get my money being stolen by them, no help from customer executive even as my number is in roaming . will recommend everyone never to go for reliance, just a fraud company which attracts u with their cheap offrs only to steal your money.

                                I was having Reliance postpaid mobile no . [protected].
                                I have ported my mobile no from Reliance to other vendor.

                                I have sent several mails to customer care [protected]@relianceada.com .
                                They just replied visit to Reliance outlet.
                                I visited BTM mico layout Bangalore - 76 outlet.
                                They told me they cannot do anything.

                                I closed my account on dec 2015 itself.

                                Kindly sent me final settlement cheque on my new address.

                                  One of the worst company that ever seen, generating wrong bills and cheating customer to pay the bills.

                                  We have terminated our datacard connection nearly 2years ago I don't know why we still receiving these emails/bills I would request you to take some action before I proceed legally.

                                  I have informed you guys multiple times that we have terminated our connection and check your records but none action have took till now and we are receiving these emails every month.

                                    On my reliance GSM prepaid number, VAS packs are activated automatically and the amounts for it are deducted. But when the reliance customer care is contacted on 198 for registering a complaint, they say that there is no VAS pack activated on your number. I have tried to deactivate VAS using 155223, reply received is same that there is no such pack activated on your number. Complaints are made several times but no actions are being taken yet.
