During August 2015 your executive Given me an Onam Offer, that I would get the Wipod instrument free for which I have to pay an advance Rs 600/- the same would be refunded monthly Rs 100/- starting from fifth bill onwards. But though so many complaints lodged in your Trichur Shornur Rd Office, they couldn't solve it. But what I wish to have my reimbursement from next bill onwards. Otherwise I have to inform about this to your Chairman, Trai Chairman and Communication Ministry, just to bring it into their notice, that some Companies are cheating lakhs of customers like this.     I have recharged [protected] with Reliance 1Gb and reliance to reliance 10p for 21 days with amount Rs 63. I received sms that recharge is successful on[protected]. But my internet pack is not activated. When I send sms MBAL to 55333. It says information is not available currently. This is giving negative impression about reliance cdma. rectify the issue on immediate basis.

      I had migrated my postpaid netconnect dongle [[protected]] to prepaid, after paying all my dues in August 2015. then I got a bill asking to pay a onetime charges of 1201/- and monthly rental of 293/- .I had already paid the monthly rental at the store before migrating and other than that my previous month due was -71/- i.e I had paid additional amount in the previous month. Now if I am asking the webstore guys, customer care, on phone, email and twitter nobody responds or either they say they dont have past records.This is unethically charging exuberant amount without any justification of what the amount is and now they have started threatening with legal notice to pay it.

        Hi

        I have got my reliance broadband installed day before yesterday only... But I have already started receiving connectivity issues... Since yesterday, the broadband is not working.

        I have raised a couple of requests in customer care but all in vain.

        Awaiting their response...

        @everybody - Is there any provision of free look period clause related to broadband services. if yes, i surely, want to get rid of this connection. Very poor services.

            Hi,

            My MDN is [protected] (CDMA USB internet dongle).

            Last month, I had recharged my account with Rs 3001/- which was supposed to get me a benefit of 1 GB per month lifetime. Although I got the plan benefit, but I cannot check my usage details.

            When I log on to http://myservices.relianceada.com/ to check the usage, it just shows "Main Balance (in MB) 0.25" and "Netconnect+ Balance (in MB)* 0.00" and "Netconnect+ Fair Usage Balance (in MB)* 0.00" and "Netconnect Balance (in MB)**" and nothing more.

            I also tried sending an SMS "BBAL [protected]" to 53535, but that doesn't show the usage either.

            I contacted customer service [protected]@relianceada.com with the issue, but they didn't fix it. They take too long respond and every time I remind them they keep responding back "the issue has been fixed" and no other details. I have been pursuing them since 12-Feb-2016 and still not getting a satisfactory response from them.

            I have been sending you email reminders almost every day, but am not hearing back from you.

            Every time you send me a message claiming that the issue has been fixed. But when I check, I find that it isn't fixed at all.

            Are you really trying to help me ?

            How long will it really take you to fix this ?

            The least you can do is address the issue properly ?

              Reliance Telecom promise us 1.25 Gb 3g for 1 month in Rs 197.

              The lady who called, was not updates about this recharge amount being shown in your website. i had to show her the screen shot and then she came to understand how old updated your website is. Seriously unexpected from a company like You.

              Anyway have got the promised data but still this is not for 30 days. Please update the duration also of 30 days as the valatiy showing in my phone is 20 days. Make it 30 days.

              And for Indian sake please keep updated your website.

                This is manjunath my data card number is [protected], as per you are customer care and outlet office instruction
                i kept data card in safe custody mode for three to four months, they told.we have to call customer care and we need to rise request for activate the data card then only it will be activate other wise it will be disconnected (Suspend). BUT after three month's automatically
                it's activated and unnecessary Reliance company generating the bill. am keep on calling to customer care past from two to three
                month's and i visit to outlet office also but i din't get any solution and nobody is not responding me properly.Customer care department employee will cut the call Suddenly, if i went outlet they will tell to call customer care, if i call to customer care service they will tell pls visit o reliance outlet.
                it's all completely mistake form Reliance company side so i will not pay any amount. you just find the problem stop generating the bill. These are the reference number i received from customer care.Request number is[protected], (from Mr.Kalai) and request number is[protected].
                and they told it will resolve in two day's. but still it's not solved.. i don't want to continue with you are service stop generating bill
                and disconnect data card. one of the worst service. what the hell is going on.

                  I have purchased new Reliance wi-Pod 3G Data card post paid from reliance dealer in guduvancherry, Chennai.During that time supplied committed speed is 3mbps in my area.but after getting the data card actual speed is 10kbps. immediately i back to that show room and compliant them, but after that no response from reliance side even that shop keeper also not response properly.He just postponed the complaint not an interest to take action to resolve the issue.

                  Now i received bill for last 2 months which i am not used.

                  Finally they send SMS that they informed to take legal action to me for not paying bill..

                  Kindly advise me...

                      No retailer in our area is providing us the recharge of reliance from the time when reliance switched to 3g by closing the 2g in assam. The retailer are no more interested in selling it as they are getting customer who are porting there no. from reliance to other operator through which they are yielding more profit and also the network problem encourage them to do so.

                        Deducted balance came back, but again Rs. 40 is deducted from my balance. Rs. 20 for VAS ShemarooVP Reliance GSM service & Rs. 20 for VAS Hungama Voice Ckt, why this happening again & again, if i have not activated any of these services.                           Hi,

                          I have purchased new wi-pod dongle registered with [protected] no. Since first day I never get full signal nor good internet speed. So I raised one complain in Jan-2016. My first complain was closed without any solution and I recreated same complain in Feb-2016.

                          I frequently call customer care 2 times in a week but didn't get good reply from them. Each and everytime I am told that your problem will be solv in 2-3 days, but its 2 month and problem is not yet resolved.

                          I raised complain about the network coverage. worth speed I have ever seen from reliance even I can not open google page.

                          Customer care always tries to make fool to customer to delete some temp file from your c drive and do clean up, but technically there is not relation between internet speed and temp files at all.

                          I also wrote an email to datacard.[protected]@relianceada.com but they don't care to reply to an email. I don't know what these guys are doing, they are not taking care of customer.

                          I have already paid money for first 3 month advanced rental plan. And could not use my data plan due to bad service from reliance. So I waste my time and money, which affect my business.

                          The pathetic customer care service you have. If you can't solve this problem then please stop your service and close it. Don't waste customer's money and time.

                                  Worst Internet Connection Speed. I gave request for 7 times in Customer Care number Chennai[protected]. My Reliance Net connect number [protected]. It is registered under name of Shanmugam Ganesh A. But agents from Reliance Customer Care is not accepting my cancellation request.

                                    That Sir, as 25th dec.2015 I have given amount 1660/-(Sixteen Hundred and sixty rupees) for reliance communications executive in my home by chequeno.323093 in favor of RIL. State bank of shahpura Bhopal. For the connection of broadband (internet)+landline+ modem. His name is Abhishek. He assured me within three days we will install the connection. Now till date I didn’t get connection including modem that amount given as above mention. I Have call several times mr. abhishek but he didn’t pick up my phone till date also I have call reliance customer care no. toll free [protected] but they assured every time when I called that no. your problem will be resolved within 72 hours.
                                    Sir, I need internet connection for preparation for my interview which is dated 4/02/15 for M.P.Tourism Bhopal but I didn’t get connection before that time .because that internet connection which is not install by reliance communications executive before that which I have told earlier Mr. abhishek at that time when I gave the cheque. Because that internet connection I am unable to make interview preparation which is given 4/2/15 I am not able to give good interview to interview panel because of that connection...
                                    Sir, those broadband connections which are not install till date by reliance communication executives it put social stigma on me as I am not able to give good interview to interview panel .at M.P.tourism Bhopal. Also they send me bill properly as well as call for pay bill It put mental trauma on me.
                                    Being the Head of District consumer forum responsible for protection of fundamental rights of citizens and natural justice of every citizen, to mitigate the suffering me. Sir to consider my request and issue necessary order to the reliance communications Bhopal M.P.
                                    To release my payment against cheque No.323093 Amount of 1660/- with interest as well as compensate at least 50000/- to me. The following details of Opposite party, bill copy of reliance communication enclosed, receipt which is given by Mr. Abhishek. Also communication details mention below.and my interview letter enclosed.
                                    Hope Hon’ble will consider my appeal and give justice for me for which myself will always grateful to you.

                                    5) Details of Attempts made to get the matter complaints.

                                    1st time Dated 12/2/15 they give complained No.[protected] they assured me your problem will be resolved within 72 hours. but no response
                                    2nd time Complained No. 24304501 they assured me your problem will be
                                    Resolved within 72 hours. but no response.
                                    3rd time complained No.[protected] they assured me your problem will be
                                    Resolved within 72 hours. but no response.
                                    4rt time they give interaction no.[protected].
                                    ii) Mr. Abhishek not pick my phone till date his mobile no. is [protected]/[protected]

                                    iii) Ms. Pratiksha her land line no.[protected] when I call her she always told me modem is not available .

                                    iv) Ms. Diksha her land line no.[protected] she always tell me your connection is done every time I told her I am not got modem and login id password and not install internet connection . she told me same as pratiksha modem is not available. Till date last call came from 4/3/16. At that time I told her I am going to consumer forum against your company.

                                    v) Email to Reliance customer care copy Attached.


                                    6) Relief Claimed:-
                                    1) To back my money with interest by Reliance Communications.
                                    2) Compensation for financial at least 50000/- suffering due to negligence of the opposite party
                                    [(1)Justify:- the reason is my interview letter attached which is not give good for my side to interview panel at M.P.Torishm because this internet connection if internet connection is done before my interview I am able to give good interview.]
                                    3) [(2) mental trauma on me.]

                                      Dear sir, I have recharged my number [protected] with 482 rupees on 05/03/16. On that day it ws showing on rcom website that with recharge of 482 i'll gate 15 GB data with 200 minutes local/std calls for 180 days. But afte recharge message came for 7GB data for 60 days. I calle customer care executive on the same day she assured me that I'll get 15 GB data and 200 minutes call within 24 hrs. After 24 hrs it one calk came from number [protected] that i'll not get that offer, now their website also changed the offer. I am helpless now. Pls help!!

                                        Just now my balance of rs.3 was deducted from my number [protected]. I got a message saying that my balance was deducted due to vas activation where as i have not activated any service
