[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Spontaneous amount deduction and no response

Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform about my reliance prepaid gsm problem in continuous balance deduction of Rs 20 till yet for VAS charges and i have reported earlier but there is no response from the reliance team and there is no one who would likely to see my problem and resolve it.It is so ambarassing that reliance is doing their bussiness by using customer money wrongly which they are unaware.If this issue is not resolved then i will lodge a FIR for balance deduction and there is no one responding and thinking of a blind ignorant issue.I want to talk to operator as soon as possible.
