Reliance Communications — Termination request | |||
I have been a customer of CDMA Netconnect+ from 2013, with a good payment history, without any delayed payment throughout. In the month of May, my number was migrated to 4G and I had purchased a new WiPod from your Reliance outlet at Annanagar branch, which was not working ever since. I repeatedly made complaints through Live Chat, online Toll number and mails to get the services, and continued to pay bills for May, June, July, August and September, although my data consumption was zero. I requested for termination in September 2016 with request number[protected], and yet I was generated bills on for month of October, November, December and January. I sent a reply mail to the customer care to look into the billing, as I had requested for termination of service already, there was no reply from your end. I have had a service representative visiting my premises and demanding money, while I had shared the complaint number with him and they assured they would get back to me about the updated status with regards to same but they never came back. I am threatened on phone from your Delhi appellate office or another toll free number and when I share my complaint number, they abruptly cut the call midway without updating status when being asked. The toll free number[protected] is invalid when I am trying to contact from my mobile number to re-request for termination. Kindly look into this matter urgently as this is getting mentally harassing. I have attached the bill payment receipts and reply mails for your reference, you are free to check my consumption history and verify on your end. Please resolve this issue at the earliest, as I do not intend to file a legal complaint from my end with regard the mental harassment I have been undergoing, beside the poor services I received particularly from last summer of 2016, which is not expected of an esteemed company like Reliance. Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 03, 2017 Prakash Behera's response I am using Reliance network 6 year but no benefit in my MOB NO best offers. So I need port my MOB NO immidetly

Anytime ever i call to anyone customer care robot talking and telling us that this no. Is switch off or not reacheable or if we wants to complaint to customer care service then they says that thank you and call is suspended.

I recharged with Rs 148 for unlimited data. When I got offer you get unlimited data with recharge Rs 148, but I only got 750 MB and validity 21 days. I request to sole immediately.The screen shots snaps are attached with this. My Number [protected]
