Sir i am from guahati assam i lost my handset bearing number [protected] and i m unable to connect the customer care as the service provider is closing its service shortly more over my port verification code was in the handset and was still to get proccessed. Sir i would be greatful if you do the needful and help me to get the port verification code is send to my email [protected]@gmail.com

because of your service stopped in gujarat, you send me UPC code for porting, but from last so many days we are only getting ERROR porting code is not valid.

pls. look into the matter and put the phone in working order otherwise we will not pay the charges if any.

This is to inform you that for the last few days I have been trying to send port out sms as “PORT [protected]” to 1900 but failed every time as your network is unable to send the sms to 1900 though there is enough balance in my account for sms.

Hence you are requested to please resolve the problem at an earliest.
