I was availing reliance communication service on my mobile Number [protected] and [protected] since 2006 but sudden termination to its service troubled me a lot and caused huge loss. I am unable to port my Reliance mobile number[protected] and [protected] to any other service after trying thousand times. My alternate mobile number is [protected]. Your active participation may help me to port my mobile number to anyother mobile service provider like Vodaphone or Airtel and neccessary action may also to be initiated against reliance

RCOM has given the following response for petition DOTEL/E/2018/01072:

As per M/s RCOM, mobile number [protected] and [protected]. Customer has requested for Portout of above stated 2 mobile numbers. Customer has not provided any alternate contact number hence we are unable to guide the customer. In view of above scenario, Please ask the subscriber to manually select Voda/Idea/Aircel network to generate/receive UPC from RCOM and send Port SMS as PORT space 10digit_mobile_no to 1900. PG WING DOT HEAD QUARTER.
