Hi, i have been trying to get port code and all three msgs to 1900 with text "port [protected]" have gone unanswered. This is after they have abruptly disconnected call services. Now with porting taking more than 10 days it's getting difficult as there is total voice disruption for more than 15 days. This needs to be looked up urgently.

My internet connection is not working for one week, DSL light is not stable.
I contact with your customer care toll free no but its not working.

Hi, i am awaiting my refund of security deposit from Reliance communication for three months now. written to appelate authority but no response.

I have been using the number [protected] which I ported out and i was told that my security deposit refund would be done in three months.

Not heard from them despite emails and calls.
I am use postpaid connection no [protected] and I pay all the bill on 5th of November 2017 but my outgoing, incoming & SMS services still not activated.

I request to please resume my services as soon as possible.

    Unable to send porting message to generate porting code from my reliance number [protected]. Send the code 100 times but the msg is not being sent. Please help in generating porting request. I have been trying to generate porting from past many days but always unable to send message. Would have tried to send message hundreds of times but unable to send.

    Dear team, i am unable to send messages from my reliance mobile number [protected], therefore unable to generate porting request for this mobile number. Please help me in getting the porting number generation, so that i can port this number to another operator while keeping the same number. Please help at the earliest.           I had a landline connection of reliance communications limited which has been disconnected by reliance communications limited. As reliance communications limited is shutting down its telecom business.


          Reliance communications limited did not give me any option to change my telecom operator so that i can retain my same landline number[protected].

          I should be given a chance by reliance communications limited to retain my same number[protected] and change my telecom operator along with the compensation of rs 5000 as reliance communications limited is shutting down its telecom business

                  Please note that i am unable to port out from my reliance mobile number. I couldn't send porting sms nor receiving any message. Whenever i trying to send sms its always failed. Also i trying to get upc code from other operator's mobile number but i didn't receive upc code on my reliance mobile number.

                    As reliance is shutting down, i want to port my no, but didn't received a porting code yet. So i tried to get the porting code my messaging on 1900, after several try i was able to send the message but next day i hot reply from 1901 "insufficient balance". I tried few times more but getting same reply.

                    Please help immediately.

                      In my reliance prepaid number [protected], i have rs500/- balance. After reliance network closure, who will pay back my balance. This is cheating by the company and they should be ashamed of this type of act. At least reliance dth, has given prior information and migration option; but reliance communication hasn't given any information and all of a sudden no network coverage is also not there. Kindly provide migrate option or provide some other means to get back the balance amount.

                        As per the message provided by the rcom my port no is valid till 31st december
                        Via port no (Snapshot attached).

                        And i have been telling to convert in vodafone (Whenever i am going to call anybody thought my phone).

                        Today i have recharged rs 125 same but no use.

                        I need my money back and i dont want to get my no converted into vodafone.

                                  Its is a very serious problem that all o[censored]s have to face due to such negligent behaviour. When it comes to asking for bill payments, several messages are recieved in a day and when it came to shutting of this network not even a single alert or warning message was sent for the same. Is this how you care for your customer relationship?
                                  I myself have to face such losses and problem due to such negligence attitude. Being a business man how do i run my company without making calls or having a network connection.
                                  This disappointing behaviour is unacceptable and i have no words to explain my situation.

                                    I was a reliance telecom customer since 18/07/2005 & recently i have ported my number to other network due to poor service. Now i have a security deposit with reliance for ₹1000.00 since i have deposited at that time as mentioned above. Since i am no longer a reliance customer, so kindly guide me how to get my money back since all reliance outlet in shillong, meghalaya are closed down.

                                    No phone calls from Reliance as on date. Moreover Reliance has not provided any helpline nos & the ones which they have provided earlier are non functional.
                                    Pls refund my SD as detailed above. Even after almost a year I still have not received back my refundable SD.

                                      My name is parimala previously i was having reliance no [protected] because of poor service i ported my number on sep 11th 2017 and instantly paid rs 609and immediately got message from 52811 that they recieved the payment again after some days i was getting calls that 308 is pending and after repeated calls i asked the agent to look after this matter and he said that cheque is rejected and again he paid the amount in cash on nov 2nd but again after 2 days i am getting calls to pay the pending 308 i paid amount this is mental harassment to me on nov 2nd also i got the message from 52811 that they recieved payment for my number now today[11/11/17] i got message from no 53738 to pay pending bill or services will be interrupted from present providers[airtel] so please message them that you recieved our payment

                                        I using reliance gsm no getting extra charges deducted fro my account.
                                        So tried to contact but not able connect. So i plan to port so
                                        I was trying to port for [protected] but saying unable to send message.
                                        I tried to send message 'port [protected]' at 1990 but failed every time
                                        I have tried this on 11/11/2017

                                        I tried to call at customer care but customer care also not not working.
                                        I have tried this on 11/11/2017 at 198 and other no also
