[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unauthorized deduction of prepaid balance | |||
For my prepaid mobile number [protected], every month or so, I get around 5-6 messages saying that this is for the SMS I sent regarding VAS and 3 Rs. are deducted for each message. I never sent any such messages and checked my sent items as well which was empty. Calling customer care is of no use as there systems are down. This is pure loot and thievery in my opinion and Ambani/Reliance should be ashamed of cheating their customers. Was this information helpful? | |||

My mobile number is [protected]. Once again I received multiple SMS with each message saying that 3 Rs. have been deducted. What the hell is this? I am not sending any VAS SMS. I am not requesting for any additional service. On what basis is Reliance taking money? I am frustrated and regretting my decision to go for Reliance. Just a bunch of thieves you are.
