Reliance Communications — Wrong account usage | |||
Dear sir, My Postpaid Number is [protected]. I have converted my prepaid connection to postpaid. After some jitters early on my connection was running smoothly. I was paying my bills timely. Through reliance instacare i was checking my account regularly. On 20 sep my unbilled amount was 8.50 rs and data usage was 754 mb ( i m using dataplan of 123 rs for 1gb). On 21 sep my outgoing was barred suddenly any prior message. After some time i got a message that my account usage is high and amount due is 6622.24 rs after paying this amount my service will resume. what is this cheating ?? How my account usage become so high in just one day. it is impossilbe for me to use my account to such extent that my unbilled amount mount to rs 6622.24. there is something faulty going out there. I made a mistake by opting reliance post paid connection. pls tell me how can I get rid from ur corporation?? Was this information helpful? | |||

My problem has not been solved yet. as per our telephonic conversation i was promised my data plan change which automatically bring down my current bill amount to lesser amount. But it dint happened yet. I had chatted with ur agent but they refused. Pls refer to our earlier conversation for my problem. u promised me for a suitable solution. Pls help me. I had some hope after ur telephonic conversation. But now i am losing hope in ur corporation.
