sir, i am facing the instrument problem from last one month .service person visited to our site and reply that this problem cannot be solve by us.we cant do any thing

    I lured by your salesman SOMNATH KUNDU Sr. BDE of Reliance House Kolkata for wireless connection on 5th September 2014 and handed over necessary documents with Rs. 3950/- for a new connection. He assured me to serve the dongle a very next day. But to my surprise he was totally invisible from that day. On 26 th of same month he handed over the dongle to someone else. Somehow i activated the dongle by taking help from Helpline. To my surprise the very next day it got deactivated without no reason as verified by Reliance stores. Since then it is deactivated.
    Why the dongle has been issued since documents are nor verified or Reliance has a trick to harass the customer.
    My dongle no. is [protected] and complain no, DWML14159878 with appellate authority which is also not attended.

        I SHASHANK GUPTA customer of reliance broadband. I live in YAMUNA VIHAR DELHI . My subscriber id is[protected] .I have registered complaints more than 5 times but no actions has been taken yet .My Internet connection not working from 30 September. I have registered complaint on 2 October and today is 7 October but still don't have any solution . I tried connecting to customer care and Every time I was listening to your recorded message for 30 minutes. I am feel tired to register complaint again and again .

            My subscriber number is[protected]. I have registered 2 complaints but no action has been taken yet. 1. The internet connection is down from 01-Oct. I have raised a complaint on 02-Oct. I connected multiple times with customer care and got the information that the server is down and technician is looking into it. Today is 06-Oct and I still do not have the connection. I tried connecting to customer care and I was listening to your recorded message for 30 mins. Shouldn't you attend a customer who is waiting for 30 mins? Shouldn't your system alert to call centre person to take the call as the customer is waiting for 30 mins. You can check how long the customer with mobile no [protected] had been waiting and the call started at 12.33 PM. The internet is down for 5 days. Isn't it your duty to get the thing rectified and provide proper service to the customer? Why should I pay 785.40 per month for such pathetic service ? I need a waiver for the days that net is not available. For e.g I get a monthly bill of 785.40 and as of 6-Oct, I have not got internet connection for past 5 days. So per day rate 785.40/30 = 26.18. For 5 days it is 130.9. So as of today I should be waived off Rs 130.9 in the next billing cycle. 2. I have made a payment of Rs 785.40 on Sep-30. The payment is still awaiting authorization from your side. I have given the reference number as part of the second complaint. Today I received a call regarding the bill and I informed them the same and gave the authorization code. How long will this take to authorize as it is already 6 days and it is still not done from your side? Request you to provide better customer service. Keeping the customer frustated for days together will not help.

              Hello, Your internet has not been working for over a week. I am tired of your excuses and after having registered multiple complaints to no avail I'm tired of waiting. Here is my customer id: Customer id:[protected] i wish to terminate my services effective immediately and I want no excuses from your side. Do note that I will not be paying you anything for this month so don't bother sending the bill considering the complete lack of services provided. Send someone to my location to pick up any box or whatever that may be needed. As of 6th October I have terminated my reliance subscription. Kindly do whatever processing is required from your end.

                      I've recharged my datacard 4 days back for 999/- pack. Actually, I should get speed of 3Mbps. But, i am getting speed rate of 230Kbps. I called to customer care. They are not aware of the problem. They did not resolved my problem. Simply they are telling server is down in your area. So, you are getting vely low speed.

                        my contact number is [protected]. on 30th september, 2014, i realised that my balance has reduced drastically. even earlier i used to face this problem. i thought of checking my gprs data balance via ussd code. it showed expiry on 10th october, 2014 and i still had more than 500 mb data with me. i immidiately called customer care and it was customer care representative who admitted that 156rs has been mistankinly deducted from my account and will be refunded wihin 48 hours. my complaint number is usc47625172.even after the complait remaining 10 rs amount was reduced to 0.01 rs totally the loss to approximately 166rs. the money didnt get refunded within 48 hours as promised by the representative. i had to call customer care several times and later on 3rd october i was refunded only 82.81 rs. now i am being told that since 3 days have passed they dont have any data and the amount which is not refunded is correctly deducted for using gprs. i still have data with me and my package expires on 10th october. i am being told next time to complaint within 3 days. even this time i complained within 3 days infact on the same day i lost my balance. it was my bday on 30th. reducing my balance to rs 0 and also blocking my internet service was really very upsetting. i couldnt access internet and out of the total amount i was robbed off, not even 50% has been refunded. and than people are so cool about it and they are telling me that the amount has been correctly deducted for gprs. how on earth is that correct, i still have balance in my net package which expires on 10th. please call only if there is a solution and next time i am not intentionally/unintentionally robbed off due to teachnical error from your end. i request to upgrade your system as google search shows i am not the only person who have faced this problem. and rather than trying to blame the customer after 5 days, please resolve the issue within 3 days of problem because atleast i had complained on the very first day of problem. delay was from your firm's end in order to resolve the issue. so please stop asking me to complaint within 3 days as i already did that. start working and resolving problems within 3 days. and yes i am being asked via sms and mail if i am satisfied. if i refund you less than 505 amount will you ever be satisfied. it was my money. i didnt beg you that you think returning less than 50% can actually make a customer satisfied. really feel duped by a well known firm in India. its something really shameful. i just hope some action is taken and such technical error is completely eliminated from your system

If call is forwarded to senior representative, we are made to wait for more than 30 mins causing more stress and harassment. The senior representative not only unattended my call but also denied nodal officer‘s email id. its something really shameful. i just hope some action is taken and such technical error is completely eliminated from your system

                          My reliance gsm number is " [protected]" from Tamil nadu. I bought a new reliance gsm and that sim is activated today morning[protected]. In that sim card my balance is 81 rs and 750 mb data balance. My balance is deducted frequently due to unknown reason for push message service activation. But I am using that sim in modem. My balance is deducted up to 78 rs. I would complaint two times in reliance customer care services such as *333 and online rcom chatting. But there is no correct response for me. I want justice for unknown deduction please help me . This kind of problem will hurt uneducated peoples also. Such kind of peoples don't know how to complaints like me. please rectify this kind of problem's

                            Hi, This is really surprising how your the customer care of Relience works, a brief details of my complain 20th sept 2014 Night my 3G stopped working So, I gave it a night and decided to call on 21st sept and register a complain. 21st Sept 2014 When I called the customer care they did not agree the 3G was not working because of network issue but because I have low main account balance (which is absolutely wrong - I tried to argue with them if the reason my 3g is not working is low balance ...how did my broadband worked for last 1 week the lady said I"I dont know about that ... I will not take a network complain if you do not recharge with 10 rs" ) 22nd Sept 2014 - I was forced to recharge with rs 10 and then again call the customer care 3 times and after lots of arguments some one took my complain. Ref no.[protected]. and was told it would be resolved in 2 working days. 23rd sept 2014 - No action taken by relience 24th sept 2014 - Every time I call the customer care they say there computer is not working and please call back after 3 hours I even called the appelet authority and the lady very sweetly asked me to call back. After a dozon of emails sent to customer care I got a reply on 24th about a ticket no. may I know what is the reason for such a delay? and when will my issue will be resolved? Now after 15 days a gentle man called me to inform me about the unavailability of tower and hence the speed will not improve in my area, so basically after 15 days of investigation they had the realization that they do not have proper tower or network in my area, if that is the case I requested the gentle man to increase the validity as for last 15 days the net was not working, and when it started working it was working as 2G, so why should I pay for 3G where I am using 2G ... then the gentle man refused. is this how you are conducting your business? So, my request is if recience can not get the speed issue fixed ... then increase the validity of my dongel sim. Thanks Sourav [protected]

                              There is no service in my reliance post paid number[protected] for the past week. I missed out calls from my friends, relatives on the festive season, My birthday and my official business. Being a doctor and senior government official of Ministry of Health and family welfare, Government of India, mobile and net connectivity on smart phone is absolutely integral and indispensible part of my work and life. Please do something to improve this non connectivity

                                I have already registered a complaint against Reliance broadband in Grahak Seva and it is more than 24 hrs. Reliance is not trying to Communicate with me to understand my issue. I am totally frustrated with this, that is why I am writing once more. My subscriber ID is[protected]. It is already more than 9 days my Internet connection is not working and I am calling to their customer care in a daily basis to register the complaint and they are also closing those complaints without any resolution even without my knowledge also. I have registered more than 6 complaints. Till now no action has been taken from their end. I don't understand what is the meaning of registering and closing the complaints on a daily basis if there is no resolution. I have lost my faith on them. Do n't know what to do...

I'm living in Bangalore and from last 10 days I am using Relianc GSM, my mobile shows Roaming Notification unnecessarily and I couldn't make calls when roaming symbol appears. . When I tried to contact customer care, they accept that it's a technical problem but they don't take my complaint.                                     R/s sir i (Anuj kumar kaushik) bag to state that i had purchased my reliance gsm prepaid sim card containing contact no-+91-[protected] in year 2009 from ghaziabad, after some time i was shifted in west up circle thare i was trieng to activate my this above no by doing recharges, but now a days after some days when i inserted my this sim to my cellphone then it shows invalid sim. I also went to noida r-care but they did not tell me about activating my that sim, sometimes they told for giving rs. 200.00 for it. It is request to you please activate my no.+91-[protected]. Ravi kant sharma Id location:village-dadri, post-dadri (Sakhoti tanda), tehseel-sardhana, thana- Daurala, distt.-meerut, pin code-250223, state-uttar pradesh Contact no.: +91-[protected], +91-[protected] Plz activate my above mentioned sim, containing no."[protected]", i am suffering due to your Service from last 1.5 years. Your “r-sore” is located 150-180kms form my area, i paid 250 every times for there, and i had gone there 4-5 times, but there is no any solution about this. Plz activate my above sim containing above no. Sir why you had issued a new sim containing that number (+91-[protected]), but when i Am running to your stores from last 2 years, what is this? Plz solve my problem as soon as possible, plz de-activate current sim no & issue me Same no ([protected]) as soon as possible, otherwise i shall go "trai" and also "consumer forum" regarding this.                                       My self Arun Kumar Pal Ho No-254 Munirika Village New Delhi My Mo No-[protected]. Before (20/09/2014) 14 Days I had taken new connection of reliance CDMA which No-[protected], Sim No-RECRUC[protected]. The document which are required for activation, I had given to Mr.Sabaz whose Mo No-[protected] at Mobil Store in Ber Sarai New Delhi .He told me with in three days my sim will active I wait three days, after 3 days I found my sim was not activated. On fourth day i call that person why my sim is not activated, he told me wait one more days, i waited .Next day again my sim was not active, Again i call that person he told me your photo is not matching with your id proof.so send your ID proof & photo scan copy to Email ID [protected]@gmail.com.I followed that, next day again i call that person he told me send your document at Email ID rohitraj.[protected]@gmail.com .it is my TL (Mr.KAMAL, M- [protected]) ID.I follow him . Next day i called his TL, he told me that wait till tomorrow i will verify your document, again I follow, Next day again I call TL he again starts his Nonce type excuse which irritates me . They have taken my 14 days but my Sim card is not active still. i want my sim active bcz my works depends upon it, so plz help me. Think if you are my place what you want to about this pursen.Take its seriously.

                                        Hi, I purchase Reliance Dongle from RD communication Reliance Store near Udhana 13/8/2014.it is not working since first day and when i submit the complain about this they didn't response well.i submit my dongle for replacement they give me 15 day to wait but still my problem in not solve.My plan is for 3 months and i am not able to use single day. they also not ready to give my money back.
