reliance broadband charging bill against not used services

i m from ludhiana...used the services of rcil...i used i fr one month...after tht i told them to stop my sevices...they stopped my broadband sevices.but not terminated...they sent me the termination letter on my e mail but still they r sending me the bill of 2000+ amount...i hvnt used their services than how can they ask for bills...they r nt answring any cll of mine nd nt replying back even of my emails...its really frausttaed me...my user...

Unable to place service discontinuing request

I am trying to place the request to discontinue the reliance data card for 5 days now. Each time I contact the customer care they say exact thing and copy paste the reason that the server is upgrading so they cannot take my request and there is no way to place this request. They are trying to avoid the discontinuation request so that one has to pay each month and to me its chicanery! I have contacted them 7-8 times in 5 days...
