I had purchased a reliance mobile prepaid cdma connection No.[protected] from an authorised shop Om Sai cyber shop, Bank gate, Naval Base, Karwar-581308, Karnataka (propreiter Mr. Abhishek no. [protected]) in end Jun 14 on my wife's name Priya Kumar. Within a month, the mobile speaker was not working and I took it back to the shop. The proprieter of the shop Mr. Abhishek told me that the instrument will have to be sent to the company office at bangalore and the same will be repaired and returned within 10 days. I handed the phone with battery after removing the SIM to him. After 10 days when I enquired he told me that the same has not yet come and subsequently after a month when I checked with him he intimated that the phone had not been repaired but the company has given a replacement used phone. I subsequently took the same as it was working and within a day when I tried to charge the instrument, it was not charging. Again I took the instrument to him about the defect and he initmated that the warranty for the instrument is for only one month and he will have to send the same back to the company or I can get it repaired on my own locally paying Rs. 80-100. My complaint is that I had purchased a new Reliance CDMA instrument and connection paying Rs. 1300.00 (and charged with Rs. 400 talk time which I am not able to use till date) and within two months of purchase I am having a used instrument which is not able to charge for no fault of mine. Is this the customer service of so called the company "RELIANCE". Pse take some action at the earliest and my instrument may be replaced with a new one. My alternate mobile no. is [protected].

    My broadband connection is not working last 6 days. I have already registered complaints about this 2 times. And company did not send any technical person for that, so please take a strong action against these people. Because of this my works are pending. It is really painful and irritating for me because I can not do anything except call. Please provide me solution I don't know how you will doing your job..but problem still there.       Balance deduction due to vas(value added service).
      I have recharged 799 unlimited plan and it was due on 30th Dec but the co started deducting amount from the main balance. They unnecessary charged an amount of 55 rupees from the main balance for the calls made.When i called the customer care that my plan is still active why i am being charged, firstly they didn't know about the plan. They were very confident but when i challenged they agreed they were wrong and would revert the balance. Its been five day now and they have barred my no from calling the customer care no 198. I have sent numerous emails to their president service email id but haven't seen a response on this. Hence, raising this in consumer complaint forum so that this can be raised with reliance and get this address. To bring this in light this has been the fifth instance in where this co charged unncessarily and reverted back. This definitely couldnot be a mistake, this co does it intentionally and charges customer. This should be raised with strict concern to these service providers who loot customers.

        I had taken reliance net connection vide subscriber id[protected] in and on account o[censored]nsatisfactory service was forced to terminate the services. Accordingly the services were terminated on 16.11.2013 as per my request.. I used to make the subscription amount of three months in advance. I had made the advance payment for the period October to December 2013 in advance. On account of the termination of the services I am eligible for reimbursement of around Rs.875/-. The same is also indicated in the bills generated subsequently as reimbursable and shown as negative. It was also informed that a representative will be collecting the equipment installed also. But till date nothing has happened. I had over several telecons and mails followed up for refund of the amount due to me which was remitted in advance. Everytime a new service request is generated and a general mail is sent stating regret for the inconvenience as well will look into. It has been more than 11 months I have been following up for my refund. Till recently bill is generated highlighting the amount due to me from the company. The grievance cells maintained for addressing the same is not even replying to my mails.           I have take porting no from reliance Mobil company to port on another company but still reliance network not close for my sim card I have given writing compliant at reliance shop but still no any reply given by them my sim no [protected] my self given document to new sim at aircel mobil company kindly look in this matter

            My reliance gsm no. is [protected]
            My main balance has been deducted because of over using of internet. but it was not my fault bcoz i was not able to check my remaining internet data, *111*1*3# and MBAL bot was not not working from Almost 6 day than how can we know that when we reached at the limit. At last reliance deducted my 18 rs. from main balance. but strange thing is that when i recharged again for internet suddenly all start to working for checking balance. was it a planning for cut my balance or what??? Pls help..

              I was using Reliance broadband since 2012 and on June 30 my connection was disconnected and i made a complaint it was closed without my knowledge and this was continuing up to this point i mean still October i was making complaints still no good Reliance customer care is the worst of all a lady Balapriya put me in hold for more than 1 hour so Iam applying for termination.

                i m from ludhiana...used the services of rcil...i used i fr one month...after tht i told them to stop my sevices...they stopped my broadband sevices.but not terminated...they sent me the termination letter on my e mail but still they r sending me the bill of 2000+ amount...i hvnt used their services than how can they ask for bills...they r nt answring any cll of mine nd nt replying back even of my emails...its really frausttaed me...my user id is[protected]

                  Reliance Communication is not providing the services as they are charging for the same. When we try to contact they do not contact and provide the reason for the same. Due to this I am suffering from this service last 15 days and my job & business also.

                    To, PRESIDENT and CEO, Reliance Communications, Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group Sir, I am Rajesh Upreti, I have reliance broadband connection, USER ID[protected], I am facing many problems, I want to tell you that, Your customer care executives making me fool since 1 year, I have 1199 plan with 4 mbps speed, in which i got only 50- 60 kbps, I complained many times, but there was no solution for my problem, customer representatives always says that, it is the problem because of long distance, but i think this doesn't matter for some distance, then i go the the local office & told that i would not go from here whenever you don't solve my problem, then they solved my problem after 1 year, But there was one a problem that my wire was also damaged, so that speed effects. But From 02/08/14 to till now, i am facing many problems, that i could not use internet properly, and now totally disconnected, i complained many times to change the wire, but they says that the problem with the shortage of material, i complained many times, but always they said that your problem will be resolved in 4, 2, or 7 etcs working days, but till now i am facing same problem, i could not use the internet since last 2 months & i am paying for it regularly, representatives says that you will got waiver, but when...? I have many complain numbers, and all are closed without solving my problem, what is it? They are making me fool, if they will not give proper service to the customers, then how the peoples believe on reliance, the company will be in loss.                       Dear Sir, While useing Mobile Internet on Reliance GSM, Main account balance is deducted alongwith data balance, where only data balance should be deducted. Today i.e. 01.10.2014 at 02.00 PM also when i used mobile internet my data balance is reduced by 0.22 MB and Rs.5.50 charged from Main Account Balance simultaneously. I checked my main account balance and data balance before starting mobile internet which was as under : Main A/c Balance : Rs.38.810 (Before using Mobile Internet) Data Balance : 0.66 MB (Before Using Mobile Internet) and AFTER USING MOBILE INTERNET : Main A/c Balance : Rs.33.310 (i.e. reduced by Rs.5.50) Data Balance : 0.44 MB (i.e. reduced by 0.22 MB) i.e. both the balance has been reduced where as it should be charged only from my Data Balance. Kindly reverse my main account balance and rectify the issue at your end to avoid recurrence of the same.                           Hi, My reliance prepaid mobile number is [protected]. It is GSM sim card. I activated 3G internet data pack on Mobile on 11th September, 2014. The data is still available for that data pack. However, for internet usage on 30th September, 2014 my main account balance got debited. I called custome care(198, *333) for couple of times, but they did not help me. Now I am not able to call any of the customer care numbers: 198, *333. Kindly help me with this issue. Thanks, Mahesh

                            Respected Sir, Reliance company is a rip off. I have asked them to terminate my reliance internet connection. At first, they said that their network server is down and they asked me to call later. Then for 2 days, no one answers call at customer care. After they picked the call, they asked me to call from my registered number in order to continue with my termination process. But when I call it from my registered number that is Idea and not reliance, it says wrong number. They are fooling around and charging me for the days till my connection termination is done.                                   Hello, Sir My Number is [protected] and i am paying you more than 1600+ rs (1499rs Plan ) per month but never able to use proper 3G, in last 2 month i used 3G data for very few time and from last one month i am just getting 2G speed while i am paying for 3G even in my last bill they charged for data also as data is totally free in my plan, there are no customer care are left whom i haven't contact from phone, email, nodal officer, facebook page support everything is tried but also there is no reply from your site and i openly can say reliance is the India's worst network and no 1 fraud network, they guying are just hungry for bill with no services Before the connection reliance salesman will dally call me and say me please take connection will give you this and that and after connection they even don't pick up your call I need my 2 months refund as i was able to use your data and for this particular bill i need 50 discount as i was not able to use any kind of services, I wasted my 10 days in talking to you guys, its your last warning from my site as i already registred more than 10 complaints in last 2 months, i need 3g speed as i m paying for it and need refund on time Regards

                                    Hi I've been a user of reliance broadband for past 2 years everything was good but since last month there have been continous disruption in services. I'm seriousl pondering the thought of changing my ISP. Their technicians are useless and repeat the same sentence that ADP is down. I've came to know that they haven't paid the rent of their ADP boxes resulting in shutting down of services. Customer Care is useless they dnt even pick up the call. Hoping they would resolve the issue soon otherwise i'll be soon escalating the issue to apellate authority or changing to some other ISP Subscriber ID[protected] Connection in the Name of Nikhil Haruray Contact No - [protected]

                                      I was really fed-up with Tata DoCoMo, so recently I was changed my mobile number to [protected] reliance(postpaid).Yesterday[protected]it got activated and today I got some mgs says that my current plan is 599freedom something. Actually I requested for 350 rental plan. So I complained to customer support and they raised complaint(ID-Sr[protected] against that and recently my plan has been changed to 350 rental plan as per my request.After that I can’t make any outgoing calls or I can’t be able to browse data. as per the reliance customer information wrong address proof is the reason for barring the calls.So that again i have submitted the CAF to reliance outlet on 24th Sept. But still not yet activated my connection.please do the needful. else please release this connection from reliance and give my number back.

                                        i recharged my cell [protected] for 1gb 3g pack of rs.156 on 28 september 2014. after recharge i got a confirmation message of 1gb net pack but when i checked the balance, i recieved only 600 mb. when i contacted customer care, no proper answer was given. reliance is committing fraud.

                                        Reliance has not yet done anything regarding this and their customer care system is utter garbage.
                                        The company is indulging in the fraud with almost every next consumer.
