One week back we took LG 43 inches TV still we dont get any installation. Very very poor performance by siddipet reliance digital telangana. No person taking responsibility in that matter, I went to reliance digital three times for asking about my installation but still there is no better service from you people

    Poor services of reliance digital Jammu, aquagauard product which only worked for 6days is not replaced nor repaired even after 2wks. Still saying they can only repair after 1more wk. Poor response of store manager as well as service head.
    Don't know why sell product if can't provide service. Company also don't value store.
    Want my money back now.
    Don't want to keep this product whose service is not available with reliance digital.
    Will go for consumer court if replacement not done or money not returned within 1wk

    Just recieved call from reliance side.. person behaved so rude and with attitude like I have looted their money. No repent and shame at all with this whole hierarchy of reliance digital. Without explaining who is he and why is he called..just started bossing and cut the call!!
    Also, that smart chap after calling blocked my no.so that I cudnt call him back. But I when I called from diff no.he picked up and get caught.
    Such shameful act by reliance digital..they make fool by claiming they called and customer didn't respond.
    Proof of call log attached to paint there face.
    God save customers of reliance digital..if helpline and grievance redressal talk like that...can understand on what big mistake i have done.
    Completely hopeless

      I ordered a mobile worth 14990 from reliance digital online with order id =RDF37275450 on 11 August 2022 and canceled the product same day and today is 18 august 2022 they haven’t refunded my money i paid through my credit card and its payment date is near and this company is not giving me my refund they only have written cancellation initiated nothing about refund if i didn’t got my refund i have to pay plenty of charges and intrest on my credit card i called them even mailed their head of coustmer service but no response please help me to get my paid money back to be credited to its original payment mode as soon as possible

        I saw this product samsung 23L grill oven and it showed they will deliver it the next day so I placed order with reliancedigital but it is not delivered yet and when I called them they said next day next day I will receive but I haven’t received it .
        Seeing all this bad and negative reviews on reliance digital I’m worried if I didn’t receive and apply for refund will the send the money back atleast ?

          I buy Symphony 75 L Desert Air Cooler which is 12, 000rs and It was successfully delivered but the wheels part is missing without it we can’t move and it is very hard to clean my water tank so i complaint in reliance store immediately but till now they didn't take any necessary action already 15 days were over but they passing the day after day but the action was not taking I facing a big problem. I went to store approximate 4-5 time they just wasting my time. Please take necessary action.

            Reliance Digital not concerned about their customers. I had to do multiple follow up with them to get my Order. Post that multiple follow ups for installation and to date it is not done. No response from customer care who asked me to wait for 72 hours. Useless services from Reliance.

                I bought PureIt water purified from Reliance Digital and resQ team insisted to purchase AMC for filter and maintenance replacement post 1Year company maintenance period.

                Now recently I have to change the filter for 2nd time in 2nd Year(usually filters needs to be replaced around 6months), called reliance customer care and raised request, they told to pay to the PureIt service team and claim as refund later.

                But now it's been more than 2 month I have done the payment from my side and still not received any refund. After multiple emails now reliance team saying that AMC is applicable for only 1 time filter change, which is pathetical and resQ team not told any time and mentioned it's for unlimited filter changes. IF it's applicable for only 1 time who will purchase AMC with 5800/- when the filter change costs 4000/- that to AMC comes into place only in second year.

                This is like really bad and cheating the customers, customer care will ask to pay from pocket to brand initially and will be refunded. After doing payment you have to keep on ask and request the reliance resQ team for payment processing with out proper response after 2 months also.

                PLEASE DON'T PURCHAGE ANY AMC FROM RELIANCE.

No concern about customer discomfort and harassment, only ignoring the issues quoting technical glitches. Now I got stuck as no one taking responsibility.

                    Highly disappointed by the the product I purchased Aquagauard Jazz water purifier on 31 jul 22 got defective within a week and non functional for about a week now. Request sent to aquagauard as well as reliance digital from which product purchased, but both passing the ball to one another. Reliance digital selling products and it's services are so bad i wasn't aware of. Now I got stuck as no one taking responsibility.

                      Reliance Digital is really bad at customer support/service.

                      Reliance digital installation team while drilling the wall damaged our electric pipe that runs through the wall.

                      I have been complaining since 16th May 2022. Finally i have filed a complaint today with Voxya (Online Consumer Complaint Forum). I will soon talk to a lawyer that Voxya will refer to me. I will be filing for mental torcher as i exchanged many email and calls with them.

                      Reliance Digital team has done nothing, apart from making fake promises over emails and phone calls. I spoke to more then 10 different people in the last 3 months.

                        I had ordered Real me Buds AIr 3 worth Rs 3999 on 4 July. I received and the product was defective. I had asked for a return and the product was picked up on 9 July 2022.But they placed a replacemnt order. I didn't receive anything till now. I tracked the order it was still showing to be delivered. I called customer care they were also not sure where is my product then I confirmed with them and cancelled and I was told that I should be getting my refund within 48hours. I waited didn't receive anything again I called them told sir please wait for 7 to 10 days it will be credited for sure. I waited again. I called customer care they told they will raise the complaint. And I will be getting a call. I'm not getting anything from then it's been almost a month now I have made n number of calls I get the same response sir please wait for 72 hours. After every 72 hours they tell me sir wait again fir 72 hours. This thing is just going on and on. They raise the complaint and the next day when I call the status of the complaint will be closed. Without even coming into my notice the complaint is being closed. Please do the needful

                          I have purchased a product from their e-commerce website on 07.08.2022 at 8:14 PM. Money got debited from my account(wallet payment) but in the app it showed unsuccessful payment, upon contacting the customer service they had told me that it will be auto reversed within 48 hours. I contacted them again after 48 hours again they said the same 48 hours, upon explaining the situation they just put my complaint aside with a ticket stating it will be resolved within 72 hours but i highly doubt that after reading so many complaints about not receiving any refund from them whatsoever. Kindly help me get my money back

                              I was delivered a defective monitor and has requested for a replacement. After accepting the complaint, reliance initiated a return request with Ecom express. When the ecom express guy arrived, he refused to pickup the courier claiming the parcel is too expensive and the request was raised under “no check” i.e. the request was preapproved. I followed up with reliance digital customer care for 6 days to raise the request with another courier partner if possible or get in touch with ecom express. They didn’t do that and instead cancelled my return request silently even though I had shared everything via email and phone that i have not requested for any cancellation.
                              After chasing for 2 more days, the initiated the request with ecom express again and the same thing was repeated. They say to the customer that the product is too expensive and to reliance that the customer requested cancellation. It has been 10 days and neither my product has been replaced nor my money has been refunded. The customer support team from reliance is of no use, they give you a standard response claiming they are working on it. I had even suggested to drop of the return package to nearest reliance store and they can collect it from their. I also suggested to refund the money and can pick up the courier once they have sorted everything with ecom express. None of my suggestions were considered and I am struggling for justice.

                                I got the two products so I want to return one of them.
                                When I ordered the first one, it showed "Payment Unsuccessful", so I tried again and after a few tries the order was successfully placed.

                                But after sometime I got a message that my order which was failed on the website, was also getting delivered to me.

                                It was night at that time so, I accepted both orders but opened only one.
