I hereby inform you that I ordered the product with reliance digital online(Order no. RFD[protected]on 3 August 2022 showing expected delivery 4 August 2022.Order also shipped on 4th august from their side but I didn't receive my order yet. After so many discussion with different service executives I not getting the exact date and reason for the same. I also discussed it with a senior executive of their customer department but did not receive the exact reason for the same. I also requested cancellation of order but they did not provide a solution for the same.
Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Received the delivery today on 9 august. So please close the complaint

      We purchased laptop from Reliance Digital, Gharda Circle, Dombivli East. Before payment they assured us good service to be provided. However after purchasing we were informed 600rs would be charged as service fee for taking backup of Microsoft office in pendrive. This should be informed before purchase and payment. Our one of the family member brought laptop from chroma 2 days and got the same service at free of cost. We are standing now in the shop for more than 60 minutes but manager is not ready to come and talk. I am filling this complaint while standing in the shop itself.

        I have complained so many time, on call and emails. I have been complaining since 19th July.

        Your installation team while drilling the wall damaged our electric pipe that runs through the wall.

        Complaint about the same matter so many times, and now We have been facing power flatuation from the last 2-3 weeks.

        Let me tell you that I am a very unhappy client. In fact your mumbai team called me up and assured a solution but noting was done.
        Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Reliance Digital Installation team did the same at our place. I have been complaining since 16th May 2022. Finally i have filed a complaint today with Voxya (Online Consumer Complaint Forum). I will soon talk to a lawyer that Voxya will refer to me. I will be filing for mental torcher as i exchanged many email and calls with them.

        You should do the same. I don't think the Reliance Digital team will do anything, apart from making fake promises over emails and phone calls. I spoke to more then 10 different people in the last 3 months.

        On top of all this, the AC installation team overcharged us and it took them 3 months to give me an invoice after requesting and making so many complaints about it. Also the invoice was not with the correct amount.

            Order No: RDF35813818. I was eagerly waiting to receive the phone(Redmi Note 11 6GB 128 Storage). I received the package but the phone was missing in the box. Even after raising several complaints no proper response from online support team. All the complaints had been closed without giving any intimation. I'm wanted to talk to senior management team but as a customer there is absolutely no option. You can track by the IMEI number and provide resolution or i need full refund.

              I’ve ordered I phone 12 128 hb on 28 July to gift it to my wife on 1st which was her birthday. It showed delivery on 30. It’s 4 Th Aug and I din get my phone yet. The delivery agent hasn’t picked up the phone yet saying they are unable handover the product . I don’t understand what kind of service these ppl are doing .

                I had ordered a mobile Motorola G31 through online at Reliance digital on 17 July. On the delivery date when I didn't receive the phone I contacted customer care & I was informed that the product couldn't be delivered due to technical reason .No detail of technical reason was given .It was told the refund will be received with 7 working days. The 7 working days should have been 1st August. So after that when I contact customer care I am not getting proper response on why I haven't received the refund yet. Instead I Am told that complaint no COM02076651 has been assigned & back end team will contact. But Still I am waiting for response & Refund.

                  I have waited & waited brought my favorite product for 999. After 2 days latest price is 1399. Reliance Digital not given this product to Courier & My order canceled After 10 days. They wasted my time

                    I bought lenovo laptop from Reliance Digital Badlapur on dt 10/07/22, It was handed over to me dated 11/07/22, Dated 22/07/22 There was a technical fault in it, After showing the technician, he said that this is defective piece, I have received a defective laptop from Reliance Digital, After that we visit Reliance Digital No one here is willing to help they are told us to visit Lenovo's customer care, If I bought the laptop from Reliance Digital then why should I go to customer care service center, I am not getting any positive reply from Reliance Digital, Reliance Digital is only promising nothing concern, If you don't give me a solution to this matter

                      Had opted for Jio Fiber internet connection on October 2020 & had paid 2, 500 INR as security deposit since the first 30 days is trial period i.e. till November 2020 I was told that my security deposit would be refunded. I did cancel the service on October, 2020 & the refund was initiated but, I have received only 1, 750 INR so far & the executive instructed me to wait for 10 days to receive the pending 750 INR after the refund of 1, 750 INR, it has been 20 days since I received 1, 500 INR & I am yet to receive 750. I have tried calling the customer support but, the call never gets through the waiting queue.

                        On 30/07/2022 I have purchased a BPL smart Led TV 32inch from Reliance Digital Pune City East. At the time of purchase the store manager committed to install the TV on 31/07/2022 but till 01/08/2022 7.30pm I still haven’t received the installation service as per commitment and hence I am forced to write this complaint. I am not satisfied with this type of service delay without any reason for same.

                          In my village maruajhala, khera bajhera, jaitipur, shahjahanpur, uttar pradesh, india. the network speed or the internet speed provided by the tower is very low. It is located at a distance of about 100 metres from my home and even in the night when there are minimal users, the internet speed and the downloading speed is very slow, most of the times negligible. The phone recharge of around 6000 people in our village are just useless or a wastage and we suffer a lot of problem due to slow speed. Please look at this .

                              Ordered one product (order#RDF[protected] in Reliance digital shopping website on[protected]. Carrier is DELHIVERY Ltd (AWB:[protected]. It is reached to Hyderabad facility on[protected]. I have not received product from 10 days. Really helpless in this regard because there is no proper response from customer care team. And already pre paid money to this product.

                              After raising compliant in Reliance digital customer care (Reference number
                              - DRO2063472) also, not resolved problem.

                              Please resolve this problem.

                                  Hello sir, I jagdish singh rawat purchased a sony soundbar from visakhapatnam reliance digital in July 2021. During the time of purchase they informed me that there were an offer of 10% cashback if I pay through sbi credit card. But till now i didn't get the cashback. Continuosly calling the store people regarding that but there is no positive response. I want you to take necessary action.

                                    This is with regards to my innumerable complaints for Reliance complaint number - [protected] which has not been resolved till now.

                                    The service guy visited today and was handed with wrong part which was requested during his last visit. Can't you guys even arrange for the correct damaged part and send with a mismatch chip? What kind of RELIANCE SERVICES ARE THESE?

                                    I have been complaining almost daily on the toll free number and spoke to innumerable people and after been asking to transfer my call to service center or senior the call is been conveniently disconnected and when asked for direct number, they say due to privacy it cannot be disclosed. I am keen to know what kind of privacy needs to be maintained in terms of addressing a customer complaint need to be maintained? What kind of protocol is this?

                                    I have all the call recordings and I am sure you have it to and I have been committed to get this resolved before 31st of JULY which is SUNDAY WOW.

                                    This complaint has been ongoing from the 9th of June with complaint number 26073147 which was not addressed at all and a new complaint number is assigned to me this time. Excellent team work guys to easily hide the flaws.

                                    I am extremely fed up with the kind of services you guys offer and believe me if this doesn't get solved now I am going to remove the whole ac and throw at lokhandwala branch of reliance and make sure to shut u guys down through consumer forum. Forwarding the same email there

                                    Also if you do not have the parts DO NOT SELL SUCH EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS WITH EXTENDED WARRANTY AND MAKE FOOL OF CUSTOMERS. I am sure there are many more like us facing same issues and will help to get your store down

                                      I didn't expect this type of cheating from such an organization of reliance.

                                      I placed an online order vide no: RDF35405938 Date: 20-Jul-22 through their app, payment was made online due to they stated no COD with a delivery date of 26-Jul-22.
                                      I receive a message stating that the invoice and tracking detail will forward to the email id. but I didn't receive it.
                                      After 2 days I sent mail for tracking details then they sent only the tracking ID:[protected], Delhivery courier not provided the invoice.

                                      when I check with this tracking ID it shows: " COULD NOT FIND THIS ORDER WITH US. PLEASE CHECK THE WAYBILL/ORDER ID ENTERED."

                                      on 26-Jul-22 I got a message stating that your order returned money will be returned in 10 days.

                                      we saw some fraud companies collect the money like this, but I didn't expect Reliance is also one of them.

                                      without delivering they provided tracking ID and also return the product.

                                      even their customer care service is another pathetic one. At least auto response will respond according to the situation. their customer care along with escalation simply copy and paste the message repeatedly.

                                      Their offline stores are another worst service. their app states that the product is available at their store at LB nagar. when go over all the way they stated that only the demo piece is available also stated that this product is not available in any store but their app shows many other stores having this product(canon Pixma 2570S)

                                      The same thing happen once previously, at that time I feel by mistake this happened reliance will not do fraud. Now I clearly understood that maybe this is one type of marketing strategy(cheating) walk-in customers need to purchase other products instead of their desired.

                                      This is a shame of doing this type of fraud business reliance like this.

                                        I complaint 3Rd time this is from consumer complaint.
                                        My refund money not initiated, Evey time person asking what the issue, once i siad everything in order, and reply back is "we sorry and we understood your query, and your money will get definitely amd our team is working you will get money as soon as possible kindly wait 72 hours" but am not getting any other exact date, there are several 72 hours gone, please note that i order is June 21St and July 8th is return created now date is almost 28th, .so 20 days gone product is return created. Please give my money back. totally 37+ days my money kept with reliance digital.
