This is with reference to the purchase of a brand new HISENSE 50A73F television from Reliance digital 2nd Floor, Galaxy Mall Burnpur Dist: BURDWAN, WB Pin: 713325, against BATCH NUM: 000491 INV NUM: 003455 purchase date:[protected].
The television was working fine at the time of installation and the picture quality was quite clear. However, after 25 days from the date of installation T.V. set started giving trouble. It is not working as expected. Right now there is a lot of problem on TV, as a matter of fact.
1. A dot is visible on the display.
2. Sometimes the color of the display suddenly changes.
3. The green color lining is highlighted at the bottom of the display.
4. Remote functionality also not working as expected.
I spoke reliace customer care several time but did not get any positive responsed. I am extremely disappointed by this purchase and expect either send the technician to repair the panel and remote or replace the television at the earliest.
Since the T.V set is within the warranty period of 2 years, you are requested to get the defects, rectified by your service engineer. In case the set is beyond repair, kindly get it replaced.
