    This is with reference to order number.RDF40182243
    I have ordered apple adapter on 26th September 2022, delivery showed my 28th September 2022, but in the app delivery status is not showing and I even complaint about it, they are not even responding to complaint, till date I didn't receive my order neither they are confirming about the delivery date, pathetic services they have, customer care is totally useless can not expect this from a company like reliance.
    I requested them even I can pick this order from stores near by my house they are not even helping for this.
    I don't know where should I complaint about this

      Reliance has been stalling to honor the warrant for our washing machine for over a month

      Customer care is now deliberately disconnecting all support calls
      Very recently they have decided to close the issue without addressing us

        Hi, i have palced an order in reliance digital site on 25th september 2022 with order number - RDF40057859. The order was supposed to get delivered on 28th september but i still did not receive the order. The delivery partner ECOM EXPRESS is not answering any calls and mails from my end.

        The status on ecom express still shows IN TRANSIT and will be delivered by 28th september and its 30th september today.
        Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          We booked the TCL QLED 50 inch .We paid the amount for the same.The order number RDF40108296 is given as confirmation. We have not received the delivery on agrred delivery date of 26-27 sept. We followed up with customer care.They are unable to give xact ststus. They raised the complaint. On 28 we have taken up the matter with Mr Hitsh patil CEO escaliation.
          He requested for allowing some time. On 29 sept again we sent mail to Mr Hitesh Patil .we got reply from Mr hitesh that

          With reference to your email for order id RDF40108296 we can understand that it is taking more time than expected time. We are into regular follow up with our team to resolve this concern.

          And we got message from reliace digital at about 4.36 Pm that Due to unforseen issues Order RDF40108296 has been cancelled .Sorry for inconvenience.
          How Reliance can cancle the order on their own?
          It can be delayed but order cancellation means... is they are fraud o cheating.

          we want our product and dont want to cancel the order.

          hope company like Reliance digital give value to customer and not cheat.

              I bought a whirlpool refrigerator from Reliance digital at OT Road, Inda, Kharagpur-721305 on 08/04/2022. But after 2 month it stopped working and still it is not working even after being repaired twice by your technician.

                As per previous Grievance no-3871305
                Reliance digital internal Complaint Reference Number is[protected].

                I would like to know that the person who spoke to me and we cannot do anything else.

                I can't be satisfied with their words.What it is doing is just a problem, understand yours, we will look at it from next time.

                Now tell me that today when I visited the story to buy offline there are so many problems that he can say that the list of finance is written where free emi.
                Have you put them in front of where they are profiting?

                Today if you give proper information that yes you have this EMI you can choose any one from us.

                If you buy online something, there is a lot, if you buy something, there are many options.
                If I am in finance from the option to do, then I am given the option that no cost emi is thats bank.

                Here the situation is opposite, here the store has left some banks that we like, from which their benefits are more if we do something.

                It is said that 70 to 80% of people today have credit cards.Even the maximum private banks that I saw in your RELIANCE DIGITAL store are running full free No cost EMI.

                If the information would have been there or I would have received it or they would have given any notice, then I would not have had to create a relationship with a bad bank like Kotak Mahindra today.
                They have placed different reverse charges, they will send letters and have to receive them, calling each other is a problem.

                ***Today I didn't get the proper discount that I should have gotten that I deserved.****

                I even got a call from the manager from the store they are taking notes and we will fix them in the future, hey do I go back and buy the laptop again?

                I fell into such difficulty that I lost three hours of time just for finance.

                I still got some discounts, I didn't need so much documentation and I have many credit cards myself.
                But the importance there is how the shopping is done whether these aspects of the customer are not seen.

                Another big problem is that the laptop I bought is an hp laptop.On that day I was given the laptop but look what was not on the laptop that day I was told that it will be given over the phone later. So that's why I contact the reliance social team they are not listening problem,
                Repeatedly saying that your problem has been solved, the customer is saying that none of my problems have been solved. But meanwhile, their statement is all correct.

                I would like to share the message I wrote to them and also take a look at the screenshot.

                You please check my messages Very clearly that mentioned I haven't received laptop bag for your staff informed me, now this is not available please come some days later.
                If you can check the cctv camera dated 25.09.2022 8PM -8.30 PM from E-Mall kolkata store.
                Please revert asap.

                I would like my laptop bag to be given to me and asked to leave it for me as I have not received it.We can check if necessary, check CCTV if necessary, talk to sales team.

                My loss is where I would have got some more discount but instead some money went away and I still haven't received the laptop bag (hp). I want a serious resolution for all of this.

                  I ordered Apple EarPods with Lighting Connector date 16th Sep 2022 Order No RDF39285532. The delivery was scheduled 19th Sep 2022 and I haven’t received the order yet. I called your customer service representative 21st Sep 2022 but he booked my complaint and did not take any action and also Mailed to CEO He say 8hr to resolve the problem but no response. I am not expecting such kind o[censored]naccepted behaviour from a company like you who operates in several cities. If you are unable to address my concern, kindly refund my complete amount by end of the day. If you fail to respond to my query, I will have to take this matter to the next level.

                      I ordered a ps5 from reliance digital on 26th September 2022 as it was a pre book event from Sony and they confirmed the order and said the delivery from 3rd October, on 27th September 2022 the more than 24 hours later they cancelled the order without any reasonable cause. Because of them confirming the order I did not look into any other store or site and the pre book lasted only for almost 30 mins. Now they have cancelled the order and I have no way of getting the product anywhere.

                        I was searching for a laptop from E-Mall kolkata (Reliance Retail Limited Reliance Digital E Mall Kolkata, SF E mall, Chittaranjan, Avenue Police station Bowbazar Kolkata, West Bengal-700012 Store contact no:[protected]/[protected] Service no. [protected] CIN No:U01100MH1999PLC120563 ) yesterday and when I saw it there was an HDB Finance offer that if I read finance cashback offer board from your store it will give me cashback of 4000 rupees then finally I accepted it then it was seen that it was no but for some reason it got canceled. Even when I was told that HDFC Bank EMI is running I asked and said yes if you finance then you will get no cost EMI without discount offer 10% if you use card for direct payment then you will get discount 10%. Even after that the HDB bank got canceled then I was totally disappointed. Then it automatically went to Kotak Mahindra Bank to the staff there. He kept trying again and again so that their speech would be done. Meanwhile, I was at least confused. Then when I spoke to reliance store staff, If it is not happening, then why is it not happening, on the contrary, it cannot happen. My point is they did not guide me that free EMI there are many banks credit offer (vide- screenshot attachment). I saw in after next after sell the HDFC has free EMI with cashback, ICICI, Axis almost all pvt banks have NO EMI but no one has guided that maybe there is no extra cashback. Then I had to fall into the Kotak Mahindra Bank trap only for the Reliance Digital store misguide of this care. My mind is really bad because of this trouble. Today I am totally under Kotak Bank and facing various problems today I have to pay extra money with harrasment I have to take this kotak EMI card I have to pay in a year fee I have left twelve hundred rupees from here. Also I didn't get any cashback.I have two, three bank credit cards of my own.Otherwise my minimum no cost EMI would have been done. They didn't let me get my twenty five thousand rupees card discount and twelve hundred rupees went upside down. I don't know what bad experience I got from Reliance Digital Store. I am currently so disappointed with Reliance that I will think ten times before shopping marketing on Reliance in the future. If I got proper guidance I didn't even though I have so many cards you can check with my last payment I made from my credit card. Your image is being maintained by the business that if this kind of situation can be done once and by someone, then there will be a lot of promotion. Otherwise, I'm just wondering why there is so much emphasis on these people because their staff is asked to move from store to store. I think Reliance should see where the customer is happy. If you have what you have, you have used them, where you will support the customer. Of course there should be services for those who don't have any options. I would like your management to take a serious look at everyone and why are such bad things being sent today or places like this. Maximum Private Bank has your free. Then we can shop from online flipkart amazon there are various things they will not give us any such problem. Online has one advantage which is available in Reliance Online. If I order something or like something there it is masters now do what you want. The opposite here means that one to two options have been shown. Now I won't say anything else, Caused the problem and wasted my three hours. For hours I was stuck in one place only to have no proper guidance for this poor management house. Don't help a customer seriously. In a market of competition you're getting married like this, we've seen so much online and even though everything is there, I went out and bought laptop. I would like the management to solve this problem amicably to me and find out why this ? When I go to a place, I have thousands of shopping options, thousands of stores.That's why I go to Reliance even if there is such a problem then why go and it won't be right. Anyway I will wait for a proper resolution if I get it that's great even I want to see it through and get to the end of this problem why did this happen to me why did this happen to me if need be cancel thats no problem. Talked to me Mr, Soumen babu CRM manager he said we can't do anything else and took feedback. There is not a single notice on all the goods where it is written that what is no Cost EMI bank details. No one has even guided that these banks exist. Please find the attachment screenshot and invoice & check and revert asap after that I will send the higher authority for more resulation.                           I had ordered a product ( samsung travel adapter) online via the reliance digital app. It was supposed to be delivered in 3 hours (insta delivery). But it's more than a day late. Even the customer care simply is not helpful and only asking me to keep waiting. Nothing else. There is no way I can track the order in real time or even cancel the order.

                            I left organisation in the beginning of 2017, recently I got to know my full and final settlement is still not done. I wanted my FnF letter for personal reason and was unable to find it. I am unable to find right contact person from FnF team. I have already tried reaching out to my friedns, manager, HR, etc.
                            Issue is also timebound as I have to submit this document immediately.

                                  I placed an order for Casio SA-78 44 Keys Music Mini Keyboard costing RS: 4049/- on 7th Sep 2022 at Reliance Digital. my order number was
                                  RDF38852553, which was cancelled on the same day by Reliance itself.
                                  The mail stated that money will be refunded to the bank, but that didn't happen after 7 working days, I called its call centre and they said they are not aware of this and said they will escalate the issue and asked to wait for another 24-74 hrs, like this, every alternate day, I am calling them, but all in vain, they only say that your issue is marked and Team will look into it.
                                  i confirm that no one is working on solving the issue, they only pass time there and i suggest whoever is buying from reliance digital, opt for COD then I think you will not face the issue as i am facing right now.

                                    I have order a OnePlus 9 5G 8GB 128GB, order ID - RDF39396493 on 19th September 2022 on Insta Delivery (within 3 hours) and the item has yet not been delivered. When talking to customer care, they don't know how to track the order and they can't even cancel it. Researching upon the app a little, I found out that they never fulfill their promises and just try to buy time until they cancel the order themselves after a week or so. This doesn't sit well with me as I've ordered the phone on almost a 20k discount in the sale period and by the time they refund me the money, all the sales in the E commerce websites would be over. Please look into this as I can't afford either my finances or time to again order my phone. I really did not expect this from a multinational company like Reliance. Hugely disappointed in their customer service and hospitality.

                                      I have purchased LED TV 65 inches in Bellandur Bangalore store. As per sales person promise 200% product will be delivered by 15th Sept 2022. I have purchased on 11th Sept 202.
                                      I am still waiting for product delivery but no proper updates for dates...
                                      Usually in villages also will get electronic items delivery kn 1 day but big cities in Bangalore why its getting delay?
                                      Also, not sure how long to wait for my order???
