I have order a OnePlus 9 5G 8GB 128GB, order ID - RDF39396493 on 19th September 2022 on Insta Delivery (within 3 hours) and the item has yet not been delivered. When talking to customer care, they don't know how to track the order and they can't even cancel it. Researching upon the app a little, I found out that they never fulfill their promises and just try to buy time until they cancel the order themselves after a week or so. This doesn't sit well with me as I've ordered the phone on almost a 20k discount in the sale period and by the time they refund me the money, all the sales in the E commerce websites would be over. Please look into this as I can't afford either my finances or time to again order my phone. I really did not expect this from a multinational company like Reliance. Hugely disappointed in their customer service and hospitality.

    I have purchased LED TV 65 inches in Bellandur Bangalore store. As per sales person promise 200% product will be delivered by 15th Sept 2022. I have purchased on 11th Sept 202.
    I am still waiting for product delivery but no proper updates for dates...
    Usually in villages also will get electronic items delivery kn 1 day but big cities in Bangalore why its getting delay?
    Also, not sure how long to wait for my order???

          I brought a Dell laptop from the Reliance digital store, Balasore, Odisha in 2021, that time i took the extended warranty for 4 years. At that time they told that what ever the problem will happen we will take care of that. But, now they told that you go to the Dell service center again as i have the keypad problem. So today i went to Dell service center and give my laptop there.

              This is to share that I Purchased Carrier Split AC from Reliance Digital Kamla Nagar Store New Delhi on 14th May 2022 vide Invoice No – TNE[protected] / Delivery Invoice A[protected].

              The Unit Was Installed by The Technicians of Reliance Digital.

              Further to Share that I had a Very bad Experience of the Purchasing the Product.

              While Using the AC water started flowing from Indoor Unit, I Complained at Reliance Digital on

              Complaint # [protected] – Technician visited at My Place and Cleaned the Indoor Unit and Complaint was Closed.

              The Problem Started again in the Evening.

              Complaint # [protected] – Technician visited and Cleaned the Indoor Unit.

              The Problem is Not Resolved.

              Complaint # [protected] – Technician visited at My Place and Cleaned the Indoor Unit and Displaced the water drainage Coming from the unit.

              But unfortunately, the problem was not Solved.

              Complaint # [protected] – Technician visited and did the same process of Cleaning and putting tape etc.

              The problem Persist as it was from the day one water was still coming from Indoor unit on the wall and on my bed. ( I Recorded the video ) of the same.

              Complaint # [protected] – The three different Technician visited on three different days, two of them Were unable to detect the problem.

              On 11th Sep Technician from carrier Company visited at my Place and thoroughly Checked Indoor unit and outdoor unit respectively and informed that the Indoor unit of product delivered is damaged by which water is draining from Indoor unit and told me that he will forward this complaint to seniors and part would be Replaced.

              On 13th Sep I Spoke with the Technician and seniors Representative of Carrier about my Complaint they said that part would be replaced. I spoke with Tana ( [protected] ) that as I had paid for new product and not for damaged product, she started blaming me for the same.

              Again, I called Costumer care of Reliance Digital and again New Complaint no # [protected] Has been given to me.

              Since I was Out of station and had gone to home village so I could not raise complaint in August. As problem of water draining was continuously

              My humble request to you is to kindly get my AC Unit replaced as I paid for new product and not the damaged. It is my worst and ridiculous Experience of purchasing the product from Reliance Digital and hopeless Service Support and Cooperation form Carrier and Reliance Digital.

              So therefore I request you to kindly do the needful for replacement.

                Dear Madam /Sir

                This mail is regarding my One plus Nord CE2 which was purchased on 6/3/2022 and insurance for display protection was taken for the same.Since my phone fell due to accident my display was broken and hence wanted to claim my Insurance. Hence the company insisted to pay Rs.999 as service charges which was paid on August 1st and the service people delayed in picking my phone by 8 days and they collected my phone on 8th Aug 22 for which I have an acknowledgment ( serial no: US5KN8BVQEO) and ticket no( AMS-MOD-LOL-UHTNF). The service center people took one month time to resolve my issue in spite of Insurance & Service charges. And my phone is being rebooted without my consent( Violation of Consumer right to be informed) my phone has valuable data everything related to my work, Now after keeping my phone in the service center for one month you guys are saying will get your old phone repaired.I need a replacement of phone same model or Reimburse my Invoice amount & and I refuse to accept my old phone after the TAT period.With regard to the same I have escalated the issue to the consumer Redressal Forum (NCHSMS) Docket no[protected]
                1) Not providing the service within the TAT period
                2) Violation of Consumer right to be informed( Before rebooting my phone)
                3) Right to service within stipulated time when service charges are paid.

                      I had to buy teh laptop and I bought teh laptop with details as under

                      Invoice date 12.09.2022

                      Product warranty is 1 year and shd hv been from 11.09.2022 to 10.09.2023
                      But when I checked the warranty period online on hp website then I found that warranty period is 04.07.2022 to 03.07.2023
                      which means that the product is resold to me and which was originally sold on 04.07.2022
                      which means that I am been given a 2nd hand product or an old product

                      This is cheating

                      I hv been charged for brand new product whereas I am been given a secod hand product

                      I didnt know that Reliance people hv started cheating public

                      Take back this old product and return back my money immediately
                      and also pay me the compensation as I spent so much time in ur store to buy product as well as the mental agony I am going through for this act of cheating by Reliance Retail Ltd

                        I've ordered Apple MacBook Air on 30th and EDD was 4th September but till date i haven't recieved my product. I called customer support several times and raised issue multiple times over calls and email but everytime they say the same thing that "they are working on resolving the issue and gives us some more time".
                        They don't know where my package is and neither they are returning my money saying the status is shipped.
                        They are fraud who are looting innocent people hard earned money. No one is responsing and service is pathetic.

                          Hi, i placed an order for 1.5 ton ac through online on reliance digital portal on 9th sept 2022, the delivery time shown was 1 day at the time of order placement. On 10th a delivery person came to my house and said he brought a worng item and he said he will be bringing the correct item in the next morning. I was waiting for a communication call from reliance regarding this but didn't receive any. Even this type of situation happend to me in the past with reliance digital. Now im worried that reliance is doing some kind of fraud by taking the paent aand not delivering the product. Kindly help me..Thank you

                            I purchased an AC 1 Ton of HiSense from Reliance Digital on 7th June 2022, It got a problem of not working on approx 20 aug. I registered a complaint on ResQ app of Reliance digital. An engineer came after 3-4 days, after a long delayed analysis which I think he could not diagnose the problem, he said it needs PCB replacement, for which i agreed . After 7-10 days PCB came and when he came for replacement then he said it was another problem of FAN, that means there was no PCB problem. The uneducated engineer wasted my 20 days approx. in Hot Summer for which i purchased AC.

                            After this issue was not over, My wife talked to Mr. Divyam who registered some complaint at HiSense for further investigation and assured in 2-3 days the problem will be resolved or AC will be replaced.
                            After that I got a lot of calls from here and there for AC repair but no one visited. Even i got PRIVATE AC repair call(WHY), who shared the number to service center for PAID REPAIR,

                            Now all of a sudden yesterday's request has been cancelled without my notice from Hisense and Reliance Digital both. They started registering fresh complaints.

                            What the Hell is happening. My AC has not been working for 1 month. and you people are closing the complaint saying i have requested for it,

                            This is very ridiculous, it looks that i have made a wrong decision to buy HiSense and specially from Reliance Digital. I purchased the HiSense AC which has a liable warranty and it has already wasted 1 month. So please resolve my problem else it has to go in a VERY BAD manner for harassment and looting and making fun of customers by both HiSense and Reliance digital.

                              Hello, Sir/Madam,

                              This is with reference to the purchase of a brand new HISENSE 50A73F television from Reliance digital 2nd Floor, Galaxy Mall Burnpur Dist: BURDWAN, WB Pin: 713325, against BATCH NUM: 000491 INV NUM: 003455 purchase date:[protected].

                              The television was working fine at the time of installation and the picture quality was quite clear. However, after 25 days from the date of installation T.V. set started giving trouble. It is not working as expected. Right now there is a lot of problem on TV, as a matter of fact.

                              1. A dot is visible on the display.
                              2. Sometimes the color of the display suddenly changes.
                              3. The green color lining is highlighted at the bottom of the display.
                              4. Remote functionality also not working as expected.

                              I spoke reliace customer care several time but did not get any positive responsed. I am extremely disappointed by this purchase and expect either send the technician to repair the panel and remote or replace the television at the earliest.
                              Since the T.V set is within the warranty period of 2 years, you are requested to get the defects, rectified by your service engineer. In case the set is beyond repair, kindly get it replaced.

                                    I Ordered one samsung galaxy book 2 from the website on 5th September.My package was not even picked up from the shipper FCPL DIGITAL till now and just the pick-up is scheduled. I checked with Delhivery for the same but they mentioned that package was not picked up from the seller.I cancelled my order as I reviewed hundreds of similar pending cases. Now I got mail that your cancellation is under approval as Delivery partner.Customer Service of Reliance Digital is still asking me to wait for some even the order is not picked up from the seller and they are saying that it should reach the warehouse again even without pick-up. I've seen thousands of cases where customers didn't received their refund even after a month. I just wanted to bring this to everyone's notice that this RELIANCE DIGITAL eye catchy deals are complete SCAM. Don't fall for it. I don't even know how long will I have to wait for my refund. Not expected from one the renowned person's organization. Please look to it.
                                    I hope a customer trust is important for any company and at least help me in this case and investing a huge amount would be so risky in reliance digital and the process is so bad in terms of processing and cancelling.

                                      I purchased Sharp Aquos TV from Reliance digital 2 years ago. In such a short time the TV started showing problems - picture became grainy & not visible. I lodged a complaint with Reliance digital a week ago. Until now nobody has turned up to check the TV!!
                                      Their customer support is so pathetic they have no idea if the technician came or not, everyday I have to call them & they tell me he will be coming today. They are clearly cheating people with their pathetic extended warranty gimmicks! Also spoiling the name of the TV manufacturer in the process. I want my money back for the warranty so I can get a good technician to resolve my issue!

                                        I have placed order 16-Aug-2022 LG 6kg washing machine Order NO: RDF37861536, in product description mentioned one day delivery. but product not delivered yet,

                                        I have contacted multiple times customer care and I also send mails. but no solution. they only say your complaint noted, backend team working, issue resolve within 72 hours.

                                        now date 05-Sep-2022 still not get any solution.

                                        customer care service very careless. I have informed them to if product not available cancel it and refund me. if available deliver product.

                                        simple things why taking this much time I don't know.

                                        I want refund as soon as possible.

                                        Please consider my issue high priority.
