    Sir, i purchased a Voltas Beko refrigerator from Reliance Digital platform on 4th Jun2022, which stopped working from 7th Aug2022. From 10th Aug I am repeatedly asking for service, but Resq team is cheating everytime. Even they asked for money for service of my product which is just 2months old and which is having 24mnths of brand warranty. Even if I agreed to pay, the resq team is playing with me. From 10th Aug it's 3rd Sep, no resolution provided me. Their Resq team everytime lies and misguided me. I don't have any faith upon them at all. Plz help for refund of the same. I have all evidences of their misguidance.

      23 Aug I was purchase the product Real me ear buds q2s and also purchase Smart TV of akaya. Mr yusuff was dealing and conform me this ear buds working is best and voice cancelation is too good billing time I was redeem R one points I say more than 3 time on billing time but sales staff bill without redemption the point. And now few days I was judge noise cancelation is not working properly but senser is also not work when call coming. Then today 3 Sept I gone there for exchange the product but staff say me it's can't exchange above 7 days when I say him not tell me exchange offer they say me we not share the 7 days exchange offer to customer when I complain the store manager Mr. Shashi sing they also deny to me for exchange the product. They suggest to me going service center. It's totally misguided the customer Why customers purchase from brand. It's too bad experience for customer. Take a action whose misguided the customer and wrong dealing on purchase time.

        Dear sir/ma’am

        I am writing this complaint against Reliance digital, where I have bought an iPhone, for which they have claimed that time buyer will be getting flat 5000 rupees cash back on SBI credit card within 120 days. But after multiple calls, till date it’s been approximate 6 months I have not got a single penny. It is really disheartening to see that after multiple attempts of calls they have not been able to send 5000 rupees.

        Kindly help me.

        Very poor customer service, when asked about rescheduling the call, they just bluff.. worst and pathetic experience with online shopping till date.

          I have bought a laptop on 26/9/2021 with an 2 years extended accidental damage and theft warranty.
          There is small accidental damage on my screen.. so i want to apple service centre.
          To our utter shock, we were not provided with any apple care insurance. So we went to Reliance digital Silpukhuri, from where we bought our laptop.
          They said it's oriental Insurance.
          But during the purchase we were not told about oriental insurance nor we have been explained and provided about additional amount need to be paid if any damage happens, Also we have not been provided any insurance certificate.
          We being a normal customer, thought the insurance is intake and it's with apple..

          Later, the store manager have confirmed us that they will provide the laptop by 7 days after taking the laptop from our home address and will be provide on Monday on 5th Sep.
          They have provided two options.
          1st-Exchange of laptop
          2nd -Replacement of screen with apple care insurance for 2 years.

          But they come up with an email. On 2nd sep stating, they can provide back the laptop after 45 days and we have to pay an amount of 5k approx.

          This is total harassment and mental torture and forgery with customer during sales...

            I have ordered a mobile on 4th of august and the delivery was 6th of august according to website but till 20th august i didn't get my mobile so on 21st of august i have cancelled the ordered and asked for refund. Today is 2nd September but yet didn't get my refund. Please do the refund as soon as possible.

              Order number: RDF38447410
              The order was promised next day delivery. While waiting for the whole day for the order, got an SMS saying delivery attempt failed with reason as house locked. Immediately raised a complaint. Surprisingly the customer care or even the escalation department does have any clue on how to track this.
              Writing to CSHead and CEO did not help either.

                I placed an order from reliance digital on August 10. I cancelled the order on August 13 at the doorstep. Before cancelling the order, I talked to the customer step and they said, you can cancel the order at the doorstep.
                Since then they have not initiated the refund. They don't even know where the product is

                  Hello Everyone,
                  I have ordered a Panasonic 5 star AC, at Reliance Digital on 15th Aug. They promised delivery in 48 hours. It’s been a week and there has been no updates for the reason of delay or when will it be delivered. I had to direct visit the Store again, and the responsible person is saying take a 4 star Panasonic AC instead or wait for another week. The above information was also shared after i visited the store and the sales person is forcing us to take the other AC, by saying the AC we ordered mightnot come even after a week.

                  It’s been a worse Service from reliance digital, even worse customer support.
                  Terrible Experience.
                  I suggest the customers not to buy from reliance Digital, Hyderabad.
                  It’s better to look for another stores.

                  Now they are trying to send us a Product, whose package is already opened/tampered/damaged. I said I will not take such product. Then they are saying that’s the only piece they have and cannot do anything now. My parents went to the store directly and asked for refund, if they cannot give us the right product. They said the refund will take days. My parents are still in the store since 3 hours asking for refund.

                  The Customer Support person Contacted me.
                  Heard my complaint, took all the necessary bills and documents.
                  Said, will update you in one week.
                  Haven't heard again even after a week, leave the solution at least an update is also not provided.
                  The customer support group is also same as the company's sales person.
                  Great Job!!!

                      I purchased a Samsung refrigerator Rs.26490 from Reliance Digital located at Chennai on 13.08.2022. I was given no cost EMI option at the store.

                      I made payment with my IDFC credit card choosing EMI option for 6 months with Rs.4597 monthly.

                      But it is not reflecting in my credit card statement generated. I contacted Store representative, they are asking to contact bank.

                      I contacted regrading this to IDFC bank, they are saying no such request for convert to emi is received from reliance digital.

                      I am helpless from both the ends. Please fix it asap, and convert to no cost EMI before due date.

                          I already complaint that I buy a Symphony 75 L Desert Air Cooler which is 12, 000rs. But the didn't provide wheels.I complaint but there is no action they just calling me and trying to close the complaint and they providing another cooler wheels which are old and i didn't know is this wheels can manage the cooler weight or not. It is almost 1 month is going there but the problem is not solve worst Experience.

                            - From Reliance Digital, Moradabad, my family bought the Reconnect AC.
                            Due to some reasons, we changed the Lloyd Windows AC to Reconnect AC .

                            - Although we requested an updated bill in case of future mishaps, the store has not provided us with one. However, when I visited the store due to some AC issues, they asked for the updated bill and said they did not have any information on the Reconnect AC.

                            -Secondly, the service manager and the visiting person are so rude.

                            -Despite paying the advance for the faulty part, he blocked my number and has not ordered the part.

                            -I have been struggling with this for more than a week now. As a result of this terrible service, I will not be purchasing anything from Reliance stores and I will never recommend them to anyone.

                              We recently bought a LG washing machine from them and they delivered a defective product on 13th August. They took 2 days to come & install the machine, 2 days to respond to our complaint when the defect was identified, 3 days to take back the defective item and took 2 more days to send a new Samsung washing machine at the same price after multiple follow-ups. Again this machine was found defective when the company people had come to install after 2 days. We have been trying to reach them several times on phone with no response from them.

                              As a resolution we have asked them to cancel the whole order and process refund at the earliest as we don't want this sort of harassment and but the shop refuses to do so and has offered to replace the product in 2 days. We don't trust them anymore. Even if they send a new product tomorrow we want to be compensated for the harassment we have gone through otherwise please refund us the money so that we can buy it from somewhere else at the earliest.

                                Bought a LG Microwave from Reliance Digital (Pathardi Road Nashik). First they forced us to get extended warranty on the product. After a couple of days I had to visit the store to get the delivery. On delivery they didn't give any instruction as to who will come for demo or how the installation. Even after waiting for couple of days and contacting the store no one came for demo. After which I had to open the box myself. After opening the box the rotating ring was broken. After many calls they are not ready to replace even if there haven't been more than 7 days as per the store policy

                                  I cancelled my orders in reliance digital two times one is on 12th July 2022 another is on 17 th July 2022 and the reliance digital also initiated the refund money but it is not credited to my bank account. So, please respond to my complaint and complete the transaction process by your end.

                                      I ordered a Casio CT S200 piano from Reliance Digital online store on 9th of August and was supposed to get delivered by 17th of August. From 12th of August, it's at a delivery facility in Hyderabad and there's no moment on it from last 8 days. I tried reaching out to delivery service named "Delhivery", they are also not responding to the complaint. It's terrible. I could have instead ordered from Amazon and it was a little cheaper on Reliance Digital but now I am suffering because of this. I literally check my status of the delivery 100 times a day, they are wasting my lot of time and not helping me.

                                        On 15th August 2022 at 18:23 Mr. Pradeep Rajak from Reliance digital contacted me on my number to notify me regarding some serial number issue during billing of my Airpods pro, he told me that I would have to reorder the product and that he would cancel my current order for which I will receive refund in my account within 7 days . At 18:39 I called him to ask whether he had cancelled the order to which he replied that he is not able to as he is busy and will cancel it in another 10-15 minutes. He called me at 18:51 to inform me that due to some technical difficulty he is not able to cancel the order. He also told me that he can get the product delivered today but I will not be able to claim warranty on it as their is some issue with the serial number to which I said no . He then told me to wait till tomorrow . At 18:54 I contacted the customer care number given on the Reliance digital website[protected], and I was connected to an agent to whom I explained my situation, the agent did not register any complaint, did not even ask for my order number, just told me to not accept the order when it is delivered to me . I did not receive my order, the order was not cancelled either nor my money was refunded, It has been 4 days since and the reliance digital customer support is not responding to my emails . Whenever I open the reliance digital app it shows that the airpods have been shipped and will be arriving today, my money is stuck and I haven't received anything.
