I am purchase a SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR From you RELIANCE DIGITAL STORE FROM SAHARANPUR On Dated 10/05/2022 & It was installed on 12/05/2022 by you Service Engineer Mr. Pardeep after fue days we have face same (moisture) leakage of water issue in Refrigerator. I am Compliant logged in your Reliance Digital Store Saharanpur Branch but issue not resolved till now i have registered compliant so many times. Your Samsung Service Engineer Mr. Pawan Singh Visited he says double Door mai moisture issue rehta he hai & he captured the Video. If the issue is in the refrigerator, why do we take the refrigerator so kindly request to you that you have returned my Refrigerator & give the refund. When I say to give me in writing he says i have not given in written. I have already complained so many times in your store within two Month.
Kindly give me a permanent solution otherwise i am sending the complaint in Consumer court after seven Days & you are responsible for all expenses.

      Hello Team,
      I am writing today to complain to the store management .I purchased the real me headset last saturday 23rd-07-2022 from a nearby jio digital store (MALAD east). Within 2 days i m having problems with the headset .Hence I reached out to the jio digital store. They are not providing right resolution to me .They told me, person is not available who provided this headset to you . I simply tell him, please someone take the resposibilty or give me contact details of that person . They completing ignoring this things .
      I suggested to him, i purchase this head set last saturday only not more than 1 week or month, please replace that . They told like we need to check the manager . I told him current time 11 AM, please contact your mananger and help to me this matter .

      He gives me bad reply like, manager is not available and they do not pick up my call either.
      I have a question: only person handling this work or manager,
      In absence of a manager or that person who can provide me the right answers?

      This is not right way to provide resolution to customer

      I look forward to your immediate reply and a resolution to my problem.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          This is in reference to the above subject matter, I want to inform you that I have brought the LG 55 Inches LED TV from your Janakpuri, New Delhi on dated 26/04/22(INVOICE NO-TEG[protected] and the above-mentioned TV has been delivered on 27.04.2022. Due to some family reason we have not installed the TV at that time and the same has been communicated to the store where we have brought the TV on purchase date itself. The staff of the store has clearly said that there is no issue to install the TV later but it should be through reliance engineers only otherwise the store will not take any liability.

          On 16th July'22 we requested at your Janakpuri store via phone for installation of the TV and the reliance engineer visited on dated 18th July'22.

          During unboxing by Reliance engineer, it has been observed that the TV received in broken condition and the same has been updated by Reliance engineer to Reliance in their installation report also.

          For the same incident we have also visited your store at Janakpuri on the same date(18th July'22) to raise a complaint on your customer care and they have advised us to share some broken TV pictures of TV during unboxing by Reliance engineer although we have already shared the broken TV pictures. Initially store manager agreed to replace the product within 7 days but today they are refusing to replace as his senior has refused.

          This is a clear case of forgery and cheating .

          Clearly, I am extremely disappointed by this purchase and expect you to either replace the television or refund the amount on an immediate basis . I am enclosing a copy of bill and pic of the unboxing of the TV for your reference

            Wanted to share the disgusting / pathetic experience which i had in your stores located in Mantri Square Mall
            Address: F40 - F43, Sampige Rd, Malleswaram, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560003

            Today late Evening (23rd July 2022). Was there to buy a product and based on reliance digital sales team suggestion opted for buying it online and picking up at the stores (immediately) so that i could get it in online price at the stores in 20 mins.

            Was asked to wait for 20, 40, 60 mins and was finally at around 10 pm was told that this could not be delivered today since there is a problem with the servers.

            Now had to interact with one Mr Mudasar Pasha, who claimed to be the Manager of the stores. This dubmass with loads of attitude does not even know how to speak to the customers. Rather than trying to be apologetic, this guy was speaking like he was speaking to his family members / his employees.
            This guys does not even know the process of how to get this done / get it cancelled. He asked me to cancel the order..and i requested him to do the same on my behalf.. now after navigating for 10 mins.. comes back and says.. i cant even cancel the order.. if he is the stores manager and he says, he spoke to the HO and got to understand its a server issues... why was he trying to cancel my order of wasting 10 to 15 mins at 10 pm... and now he comes up with his own stories.. he says.. i have not paid to reliance..the amount i have paid is in suspense account (not sure which suspense account reliance operates on and its not credited to their account yet, while i already had the order confirmation through emails) giving all stupid / foolish / illogical reasons (cock and bull stories)

            During the course of my discussion with him, had to remind him couple of times that i am his customer and i had no reason to buy it from reliance while i had various other channels to buy the same product.. and also quoted the a reason to buy this today since was traveling to Hometown for few weeks. This dubmass seems to be very reluctant in trying to understand the customer problem.. if he has any personal issues..what the hell is he doing the stores serving customers.. let this guy go home or any other place.

            Not sure why Reliance Digital recruits such dumb, insensitive, arrogant, technical in-competent, foolish story telling folks to the stores specifically to the places where lots of IT folks visit.

            This guy was very rude, insensitive, pathetic, disgusting, in-competent.. Wanted to get this note escalated and i need to speak to right folks who can address my issue.

            Hoping to hear from the right authorities and address my concern.

              As my iPhone is dead Placed an order-RDF[protected]on 05/07/22) for new iPhone in Reliance digital website hoping a good product with faster delivery as promised. But delivery was delayed than expected date and to increase the frustration they sent a damaged phone. Immediately reached customer support and informed about issue. They asked for images showing damage i sent them for their reference. After verification at their end, strangely they offered me 2K voucher stating damages are minor. What a customer support! I was surprised hearing such offer it shows what ethics they follow and how they respect customers. I denied and insisted to raise a return, it again took days to create a return. Once return is created again followed up for pick up and it's been 10 days now waiting for just return pick up. It has become a daily routine for me to call customer support and repeat them the full story and at the end i receive a common response " Please wait our back-end team will verify and pick up will be done soon". Really don't know what their fun is, please help to speed up return and refund process. So that i can buy new phone to serve the purpose, hope you can understand how it will be without a phone dealing day to day activities.

                From the Purchase of Whrilpool Fridge 375IFINCV, Date: 10/09/2021.
                Frequent Issue with Fridge. To resolve Reliance Digital Has Visited More than 8 Times. Whirlpool team has visited 5 times. Problem cant resolved. I have requested for replacement of New product. They are Denying and saying whilrlpool Team Needs to Confirm. Then what is the use of Purchasing the product in Reliance Digital. As a Cusumer I had sufferred a Lot, using the worst & repair product.

                    My order i.d is RDF35037558. i have cancelled the order as you weren't delivering my order and there was no mail/ message update about it. the cancellation status is " initiated " since 18th of july. it has been more than 72 hours that you have not yet accepted the cancellation. i want my money back. please accept the cancellation and give me my money back. stop holding on to people's hard earned money. I need a confirmation mail/ message about my refund asap.

                        I purchased Samsung Galaxy M52 128 GB, 8 GB RAM Icy Blue ( Order No:RDF[protected] on Friday 1 July 2022 through my credit card, amount credited is Rs. 20, 899/- ( Twenty Thousand Nine Hundred Nine Only) after getting Dicscount of Rs.1100/- ( One thousand One Hundred ) Hence Original Product Value is RS.21, 999 /- on Reliance Digital Official Website www.reliancedigtal.in and I Cancelled the same order on same day (1 July 2022) in evening, after cancellation I contacted Reliance Digital customer support for my refund but I was told that my refund will be get credited within 3 to 7 working days after cancellation as per the Reliance Digital Refund Policy, so I Waited till 7th Working day ( 11 July 2022 ), but still my refund was not paid at 7th working day, after that I again contact Reliance Digital Customer Care but their customer support executive again told me to wait for some few days, now its been more than 12 Working days as on 18 July 2022 but yet the reliance digital has not refund my money to me, I Called Reliance Digital Customer Care 9-10 times till date, I have talked to 5-6 Customer Care Executives also with 3-4 Escalation Officers of Reliance Digital Till Date but Every one of them gave me excuses and fake promises and every time they gave me scripted replies that they give to their every other customer but no one telling me the actual problem, they also not completed my Cancellation Process the status is showing Cancellation Initiated on Their website in My Orders section I also Asked about this to one of the Reliance Digital Customer Issue Escalation Team Member he told me that the order status will be only show cancelled when the product will be shipped to Reliance Digital Warehouse, so I am wondering why the Reliance Digital is Taking so much long time to return the Product their Warehouse ?, I am so frustrated by calling their Customer Care department Every Day again and again also I am Mentally Harassed by Reliance Digital, My Bank is Charging me Interest on my credit card because I can’t pay my credit card bills due to my money get stuck with Reliance Digital.

                        Hi brother have you got your refund
                        Hi I am waiting in your situation since 11 Aug 2022; I cancelled a Moto G52 and they are giving me the same copy paste replies. Online shows cancellation initiated since 21 days; Delhivery website is showing stale information; atleast they said that the customer cancelled and refused but again they indicate they are trying to re-deliver, notorious. So many times they won't even bother to answer or give proper timelines. Worst experience, I will never buy from them again or recommend anybody. The support including management seem to be fraud and taking all opportunities to harass prepaid buyers.

                            PS5 preorder on June 22nd.
                            Material not received 6th July, and i raised complaint.
                            On July 8th Order return created by RD team based on product not delivered (without proper answer why not delivered).
                            As per terms and conditions 7 working days they will return money, then 18th July.
                            19th July still not received money back so they took as complied and they are saying 72hours will close.
                            My reference complaint no is RR02032340

                            Reliance digital always ready to spoil there reputation with costumer and hope future also continue same.

                            Am suspect RD or ECom corrier team is selling PS5 in the black market.

                                I wanted to let you know that I was facing an out of sync issue with audio and video for the product TCL 127 cm (50 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV, 50P615 which I got delivered on 31st May 2022

                                Later they replaced the product and I could see the same the issue happened with the replaced product too and it was confirmed by TCL Brand technicians on 5th July 2022.

                                Hence I wasn't satisfied with the product, I asked for the refund for the same. After few days, uninstallation has been done from Reliance digital. Now its been more than 15days, I'm waiting for the product pickup and the refund.

                                I have been redirected to multiple technicians even though I have raised multiple concerns/queries. Need quick resolution as I have been facing this issue for past 2 months without any proper resolution.

                                  I am Ramu from karimnagar district Telangana state. i have a coupon and i want to buy a Realme pad by using this coupons, at your stores.but same is not available in the stores where the same is available in online store i.e reliance digital app which its not allowing me to buy with the coupon.still i am unable to understand the logic.

                                  Can you pls suggest me that how can I redeem the coupon sir.i need a Realme pad pls give me a proper solution.

                                  I used almost all platforms like your store, customer care, level 1 mail and finally in FB too nothing much i got.

                                  I want to buy a realme pad in store can't you order atleast one piece sir, then what is the use of this coupon i made a big mistake to take this coupons, this is the final stage i hope will receive a positive response from your side.

                                        I bought a BPL electric shaver online from Reliance Digital. The product quality wasn't good. Product performance was poor. So wanted to return it as there was 7 days Return policy on Reliance Digital. But they refused to take it back.
                                        Reliance Digital is a cheater shopping Platform.
