The store located at ballupura chowk, dehradun (Uk) and issuing the free sim card to smart phone holder (4g), initially when i went for sim they asked me 2 photos with 2-id proof and mobile bill.. This details are not given on the site where i have issued bar code... And when i went after one day they are like we have closed the offer. And i have already read the news thn i went der.. Plz take necessary...

    The store located in cebtre square mall, initially when i went for sim they asked me 3 photos with 2-id proof and mobile bill..       I bought a camera in your shop. While receiving itself I told them it is being used and not a new product they told me it was in display only, The shop incharge told me this product does not have any issue. But I even told him that its not working properly I told. Next day I went and I complaint the product is not working well. He asked me to return so that he will get me new product and I given it back. but till now no response and not even proper response. Could you please guide them. If not please ask them to return my money.

      My jio sim not activated from past 3 days when i was calling they are answering 24 hours till now it is not activated uneccerary they are making me a foolish from past 3 days and they are telling we will activate tomorrow i am listening these qords from past 3 days take this matter seriously and make my sim activated early.

          I want to give complaint for reliance digital store in adarsh nagar new delhi, they are not giving reliance gio sim to anyone. As per them your company has[protected] pendency which company is not able to resolve and till time it will not get resolved they cannot able to provide new sim. When i ask them that do you made indent for new sims they replied it comes automatically we don't make request. It was also looking that they have stock with them but they were not providing that. Nobody over there was telling when we get the sim. One guy was saying to come and check tomorrow and another was saying to come after 3-4 days. When i asked one guy over there about his name, he hesitated and said don't take my name i am in training, what a answer i got. I want you to please let me know when do i get sim from adarsh nagar store.

            I purchased an acer laptop from reliance digital banjara hills, it was defective sold with a duplicate charger.manager Mr. Susheel xavier .n, has sold it for 19000rs.next day I returned and it went to service centre and it's mother board was replaced and aftr that again it's battery was found to be defective and again replace and still it was not working.sudheel xavier the most fraudulent person in this world he doesn't reapond to any queries and refuses to replace laptop nor get it repaired. Reliance digital and acer are frauds and fake companies which doesn't care beware

              I registered a service / repair on refrigerator using my coupon received on buying LG Washing machine a month ago. And it got repaired too but after few days again refrigerator stopped working [ not cooling ], even after calling the service man few times he ignored saying it'll work after few days more. Till date it didn't. So I contacted Reliance regarding this, as per Reliance executive I've been told to register a complaint and I can reopen the same coupon which I used for repairing. So as fast as you guys can respond, please check and contact me.

                Reliance Digital — Incapable staff and incorrect information


                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I have purchased the RECONNECT-RELEGE4301 43inches LEDTV on 16th August 2016 at Reliance Digital, LEPL CENTRO Mall, Vijayawada.
                In the name of Muneer Akbar. Phone no: [protected].

                They are supposed to deliver the TV on 17th but even after several calls they have not delivered.

                I called the customer care on 18 August 2016 Reference no:[protected], finally 24th August 2016 they have delivered.

                After that I am called the no [protected] for installation, they confirmed that they will come tomorrow 25th August 2016 with the technician and installed the same.

                After that I am continuously calling [protected] the lady who lifts the calls and say's she will send the Technician tomorrow.

                It was almost 8days for delivery, but there is No response for Installation.

                We are experiencing a pathetic service from these people.

                What kind of service we can expect after sales.

                With this kind of worst experience I am not interested to deal with Reliance Digital any more.

                I want you to please take action regarding this.

                  My "Relationship ID" : [protected]. I purchased iBall Premio Win 8.1on 8/08/2016. Product ID : INIB[protected] as per the invoice. Your product claims FREE Microsoft Office 365 one year subscription and Auto upgrade to Windows 10. I am told by Microsoft that both are not possible as the offer to iBall as expired 6 mths ago. The charger adapter was not working and I was directed to the iBall service center on the third day of my purchase. On enquiry about the Microsoft Office 365 activation, they could not do it and asked my contact Microsoft. Went back to your store at Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad and I was assigned one Intiyaz Ali to look into this matter. He assigned one Microsoft personnel to come to my house and do the needful. The gentle man Mr. Nagendra cam from Microsoft and after inspection spoke with his senior and shared with me that the offer to iBall on Microsoft Office and Auto upgrade has expired 6 months ago.
                  On contacting your store I was told it would be resolved. UNFORTUNATELY this has yet to be resolved as of today.
                  Very surprising when speaking with Mr. Intiyaz Ali to understand by when this can be resolved as he was suppose to give a resolution by 23rd Aug'2016, he disconnected the phone and repeated calls is not responding.

                  I do not know now what to do. Please deliver what has been claimed on the product or take back the product and refund the money.

                  Hope to get a faster resolution.

                    This is regarding my purchase at Digital Xpress mini Belapur sector 11 Opp ICICI Bank, Belapur Station Belapur Navi Mumbai 400614.
                    Relationship ID: [protected] Billing Time- 18:48:08 14/08/2016 Billing Amount - INR 19738.09 and charged to my HDF Credit Card: INR 19749.00
                    I had purchased two mobile handset on 14th of August 2016 (There is an offer going on in Reliance 15% discount 10% or Card and 5% Gift Voucher or Cash-back.) .
                    1) Billing amount was INR 19738.09 however it was charged to my Credit Card as INR 19749.00 which is more than my printed bill amount and is converted into 12 EMI @ 14% interest.
                    2) Only INR 308.00 are reduced on my bill towards 5% of your promotional scheme going on However it should be INR 987.50
                    3) There was charge of Memory Card included in my bill same was not given to me (Check CCTV footage to validate)
                    When I noticed the same I visited the store again on 16th of August then store manager asked me to come with original bill of the purchase. Again I have visited the store on 20th of August Store manager was not available on that day and other staff did not entertain me and there wording's of attending person are "Jaha Complaint karna h karlo hume pareshan mat karoo”.
                    It’s a kind of cheating done with me at Reliance Digital. Request you to please look into the issue and do the needful or I have to take a legal action against Reliance Digital
                    I have also tried to the online complaint via your site but not sure as I did not received any confimation for same

                      [protected] i bought jio sim which is not activated till date and after calling store manager aneesh of digital xpress mini, ground floor, near vodafone, mohammed basheer road, sm street, kozhikode 673001, kerala on[protected] he told there is lot of pendings are there however it'll activate today i said okay and i hang up the phone. Same day evening i tried to call them they have to turn off the phone. They i went to their off at 8 o'clock and talk to aneesh store manager who took my proof. He told however he'll active tomorrow i said okay. Today[protected] i wait at 12:30 and i went to their office there is some other guy how is doing some paper work he is talking harshly and i waited for aneesh he came and told he'll active sim today and told take his mobile number. I said okay and take his number and i left the store after that i called him he barred his call to busy and they are not attending store phone and 2 days i was going to that store and he is lying to me

                      I am trying to get install my reliance digital TV at new place but not getting any response from customer care of reliance. They told 48 hours but now its 10 days over. Need some senior to call me as customer care executive told that we usually do late service but nobody complain as if they are running LALA ki dukan.

                        Reliance digital Sahakarnagar is one such store who have incapable and inefficient staff, who waste customers time in explaining products which they don't have stock. Reliance customer care has registered 2 complaints but till now no action taken / no call back. Every time when called they register new complaints and automatically Close old one without any talking to customer.

                          I paid money on 15.08.16 and received on 21.08.16. But your persons not coming for installation. This product not in use till now it is like showcase product. I went to reliance digital but poor response. I don't want any product from reliance. I want my money return back but they not return my money. I have all the call recording and video recording also. Don't purchase from reliance digital because very very poor service. Plus go to big bazar or online purchase

                            Very bad service from reliance digital, brook fields coimbatore. I bought a lg front load washing machine and samsung convertible refrigerator for which they promised to deliver by next day and finally i got my things after a week only. The compliment kit with washing machine also was not given... Very bad service. Seriously saying totally disappointed.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              We have purchased the Samsung refridgerator on 15th August at Mantri Mall. In the name of Shashikala. They are suppose to deliver the same on 17th but even after several calls they have not delivered. 19th night 9:45 they have come. But since the fridge pack was big they were not able to shift it inside.
                              They told us that they are not suppose to open the box only the technician should come. And they confirmed that they will come back with the technician and shift the same same. After that I am continously calling [protected] the lady named Gayathri who lifts the calls and say's she will check and call back to us but never calls back.
                              One of the service person called us to check whether the fridge has got despatched and when they can come for demo. We explained the situation and insisted him to speak to his manager and asked the manager to call us.
                              Yesterday 21st evening by 3pm the Manager named kalyan contacted us he has committed us that he will despatch the Refridgerator and ensure that the technician accompanies with the Driver.
                              Today now 6 pm they have again send the fridge without the technician. It's not possible to shift the fridge without opening the box. We are trying to reach [protected]. But none of them are responding to the calls. We are experiencing a pathetic service from these people. If we face this issues initially itself. What kind of service we can expect after sales.
                              With this kind of worst experience I am not interested to deal with Reliance Digital any more.
                              Kindly cancel the booking and confirm the immediately

                                My self - sameer parekh, working as zonal sales head with future generali india ins co ltd. As i am looking after entire zone, my profile includes lot of travel to our branch offices. My mobile - [protected], e mail, sameer. [protected]@futuregenerali.in,
                                Yesterday i went to bhayander maxus mall reliance digital store to purchase lyf mobile for my family member, sales person inform that i am entitled to get reliance gio card, with unlimited data and calling for 3 months, but card will be given tomorrow since do not have it at present, i clearly told him i will not be able to come during weekdays as i generally reach home after 9 pm. So sales person told sir u can send anyone along with documents and we shall handover card to him/ her, so today my went with docs, but store manager denied to give card and behave very rudely as if he is doing charity, and when i ask my wife u make him talk to me, he just said i am sorry but we will not give sim card, even though she carried all original docs as well as photo copy and colour photo which is needed to take the sim card, and i told him this is not acceptable i need solution, why u people mis guided me yesterday, that send any one with doc we will give sim card, i told store person i want to bring it to your higher management that what treatment you give to your customers, so he said u escalate anywhere we r not afraid, when i ask his name, he did not have name also and refuse to talk thereafter, i would request reliance management to take appropriate action against this misbehaviour and provide solution to my query.

                                    Its been 2 month that I have lodged a complain regarding not providing vegetable trey with the fridge.Salesman has assured me that samsung convertable fidge comes with vegetable trey and when i have opened the product, it was missing.No one is taking care of my complain and every time when I ask reliance manger about my complain they just lodge a new complain

                                        Iam a regular customer of yours for many years. I had recharged rs 190 on my old set top box number[protected] on 14th july. Due to some technical defect my box was changed onjuly 4th. Urfortunately i had forgotten my new set box no;[protected] while doing the recharge. I complained the matter the same day and after that many times on the following days but not yet got the solution up to this time. So i am planning to change my connection. Otherwise i want my money recharged to my new account number above. Expecting a reply...
