I am a harrased customer! I bought an iPhone from reliance digital(Bandra, hill road). Reliance employee: 'Mukesh
Phone sold to me by a lucrative offer of 10, 000 cash back after paying 3rd or 4th Emi and a selfie stick. Got a selfie stick but still awaiting for cash back! Now, both reliance and Bajaj finance employee is responsible for my cash back. I am appaled by your service that my Emi did not start on time and I was running behind your employee. Below, is the mail attached by bajaj finance stating that the cash back offer was from reliance digital not bajaj.
I have paid 5 Emi but won't pay further till the time I don't get this issue solved.

As discussed with you on call [protected], with reference to your Loan account number 405CDD24577067, we observed your provided invoice which has reflect product purchase date 18/04/2015 and as per our record Cash back validity is for cases sourced under the scheme period of 15th Dec’14 to 15th Jan’15, hence we do not provide cash back from our end.
If you have commited cash back offer 10, 000/- from dealer end then please coordinate with dealer for further assistance.
With reference to your query reagrding your loan account number 405CDD24577067, as per our record the product price is Rs.53500/- and initial payment Rs.5350/- and loan amt financed Rs.48150/- which needs to be divided into 9 equal installments hence aug'2016 month onwards your EMI amount Rs.5, 350/- will be deduct from your bank account.
