    I bought washing machine from reliance digital, Indranagar, Bangalore. On the day of installation, the person who came to install ask to buy stand and water softener from him but I denied. I needed a longer pipe, so instead of installing the machine with a longer single pipe for both inlet and outlet he made attachments of 1 meter pipe and he took 1250 Rs from me. On asking single pipe he said we won't get long pipes. But when we inquired in shop, not only the 3 meter pipes ( both inlet and outlet) was available but also at just 450₹. In fact of the exact same brand. I know the money is not too much but it is a fraud. And we complaint in store, no body took any action on the person. As far we understand the whole staff is involved in these types of cons. I really want an action to be taken against them.

      I purchased an LG Washing Machine from Reliance Digital (Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi) on 16 October 2014 and was offered a Reconnect Steam Iron.

      When I tried to use the iron, I noticed that it was sticking to the clothes indicating something wrong with the coating. It was brought to the notice of the Consumer Desk in the showroom and the iron deposited for rectification. With no communication from their side, I contacted them after about one month. No action had been taken so far, and to come out of the embarrassing situation, I was given a replacement.

      The story repeated itself and I approached them again. I was advised to go to their service centre to get it attended to fast. I informed that neither it was convenient nor I was in a tearing hurry. So, the iron was again deposited with the showroom. After rigorous follow-up, the iron was sent to my residence after a clever tinkering with the thermostat knob. Even at the highest setting, it would be only “slightly warm” thus reducing the sticking problem. It was sent back.

      I waited for a couple of months and then approached their showroom. Even after making calls to their service centre, they could not trace it and promised to get back to me in a day’s time. Received a call after four days to confirm my residential address. It was followed by three more calls only to check the address before the iron was sent to me “as it was.” I sent it back.

      Again, two months passed. No further follow-up from my side… No communication from their side. I put the complaint on www.ConsumerComplaints.in and someone from the company was kind enough to advise me to provide my contact details through their website. I did. And once again, no further communication, even though more than a month has passed since then.

      Is it the level of quality and service that will make them what they claim “…to become a preferred brand that is easy on the consumers’ minds….?”

        Dear Sir, This is Prof. Manikandan from Coimbatore. Few months back, I have bought Water Heater from our Reliance Store (In Fun Mall, Coimbatore). One service person from reliance came to my rented home for installation and did a very worst service. It leads to Leakage of water and also Tiles were Broken Now, the house owner charged Rs. 7500 to me to rectify those things. I came to Fun mall and bring to your notice thrice. I didn't get proper response.

          Purchased whirlpool triple door fridge from Relence digital, Ambattur. No demo arranged even after 4 days. Calls not properly answered and they give stupid reasons. Have a termacol in the chiller vent. But no proper assistance given by store staff if it has to be removed or not.

              Date of purchase - 26 Dec 2015. Reliance Digital hasn't sent any person to install the TV even after 2 days of purchase. They are keep giving false reasons e.g. person has been caught by police etc. Even after several follow up, there has been no updates.

                I had contacted reliance customer care on 07th Dec 2015 to enquire if I can change my existing La Carte pack to Gold pack + 1 regional pack free. The customer care representative had confirmed that I am eligible to change from La Carte pack to Gold pack and get 1 regional pack free. He said that I need to recharge for an amount above INR 380 and call back to customer care to change the subscription pack. Refer the attached call record ‘Communication before Recharge_[protected]_21-46-14.mp3’ As per the confirmation provided by the customer care I recharged my Reliance Big TV account with INR 400 on 12th Dec 2015. Refer attached online payment receipt ‘RBTV_rchrg_AM78619985_[protected]_00-16-36.pdf’. After recharging my Reliance account I again called the Reliance customer care to change my subscription from La carte pack to Gold pack + 1 free regional pack (Malayalam). The customer care representative confirmed that the required changes are made to my account and the total amount of subscription packs activated on my account is INR 380 only. Refer the attached call record ‘Communication after recharge_[protected]_07-59-10.mp3’. On 28th Dec 2015 I received a message from Reliance Stating that my account balance is low and I need to recharge my account before 31st Dec 2015 to receive uninterrupted services. I had recharged my account for INR 400 on 12th Dec 2015 and my total value of subscription pack as confirmed by Reliance customer care representative wad INR 380 only. Hence I am entitled to receive the services at least till 13th Jan 2016. I had called Reliance customer care on 28th Dec 2015 and found that I was being charged INR 564 from my account whereas the actual deduction should have been only INR 380. I was informed by the customer care executive that the la Carte channels were not discontinued from my account. I have registered a compliant with reliance on 28th Dec 2015 (Case ID:[protected]. I have made 2 calls to your customer care for addressing this issue on 28th Dec 2015. Refer attached call records ‘Communication of issue_1_[protected]_14-00-24.mp3’ and ‘Communication of issue_2_[protected]_14-21-48.mp3’. Request you to reimburse the excess amount deducted from my account immediately so that I will receive uninterrupted services till 13th Jan 2016. Also activate only the Gold pack + 1 free regional pack (Malayalam) on my account all other individual la carte channels need to be permanently cancelled. I have attached all the required proof, call records with your customer care and the online recharge receipt, and sent mail to [protected]@reliancedigitaltv.com from my email (vinodv.[protected]@gmail.com)

                The compliant (Case ID:[protected] raised by me on 28th Dec 2015 was closed by Reliance without providing any solution.

                I am entitled for reimbursement of excess amount deducted from my Reliance Big TV account (Smart Card No.[protected] since it was deducted due to the error made by Reliance customer care representative. All the required call records of my communication with Reliance customer care is sent by email to Reliance customer care.

                Subsequently I have called Reliance Customer care on 29th Dec 2015 and registered another compliant Case ID:[protected] regarding the same. The call record of the same is sent to Reliance customer care vide my email dated[protected]refer 'Communication of issue_3_[protected]_09-44-11.mp3')

                If I am not provided adequate reimbursement (uninterrupted services till 13th Jan 2016 of Gold pack + Malayalam regional pack) I will be taking this issue to consumer court and initiate legal action.

                  I purchased Philips Headphone which is spoiled under warranty. for replacement I had to roam around store and service centre for a product of Rs. 650/-. They do not claim the Tag of 'YOUR HAPPINESS IS OUR PRIORITY'. They made to wait for one hour and then come after two days. I suggest people do not enter in Reliance Digital for any need.

                    This msg is to take u r attention regards u r staff engagement in the store on behalf of Reliance most trusted company. Last time i visited at Reliance Digital Ulhasnagar for iphone 6 purchase but mr Rakesh TL at store never attended properly. So I purchased from Vijay sales. Yesterday again visited for buying Iphone but his response was like he is least needy of Customers. His behaviour was like customer will come and go, hardly i seen the sense of importance for customers in this store. Such professional store and staff engagement with customers was like he doesn't need customer. What's the customer need, any offer if Nothing only was busy in self mobile U should look into it and make him Responsible mr Rakesh TL at reliance digital Ulhasnagar-3 about the importance of customers.                       Hi, I am Vamsi. I have purchased ITek charging kit in reliance digital Anantapur. From the next week I took the product I was facing lot of problems. I have replaced it twice but the problem is same. I have given the product again to the people their it self to replace the kit. It's been 3 months but no response from them. When ever I ask about the kit, the answer is it will take time. Last month I spoke to manger, he said sorry for forgetting to send the kit to company and assured me to send it asap.                       How can they forget to send the product. Every week I use to call them and remind. First of all the product is worst and the behavior of the store people is very bad. I have 1 year warranty for the product and I hardly used it only for 2 or 3 weeks, rest of the period the product was with your store. Now warranty is going to expire on next month. What should I do now.

This mail is to inform you that this is the complaint on Your Department Manager Customer relation executive misbehaviour issue and not proper response. Actually problem is have bought a Samsung Led on November Worth of 45000/- with this gift of samsung Home theatre the led has been installed in my home after a long time following the reliance people but the installation also was not happened properly the installation guy was misbehave with our family member and she was my aunty. Have come to the store and complaint regarding this to the SM and was convinced over all there and was started following with your customer relation executive regarding samsung home theatre there was not given proper response and also was calling to the landline and they are rejecting my number and I started calling the department manager and the problem started from here actually iam an Ex army person was speaking very calm and politely with your department manager(Appalaraju) this fool doesnt know how to deal with the topend customers and your started shouting at me and he was showing his attitude telling that what ever you want to do it just do it and whom ever you want to complaint you go and complaint he is saying like that it will not few minutes to go to store and blash him in store why because iam an ex army guy and this what happening at your store. I demand an explanation from the Higher Authority not from Sm and Dm and also from Swapna she picked my call and she disconnected my call and not even bothering my concern.                           Dear Sir/Madam, My phone was accidentally damaged then I went to the phones service center they said that phones motherboard has been damaged they said it will cost of repair will be Rs.3300, as my phone was in warranty I didn't pay any money and went to Reliance digital I.e the store I bought the phone from, I explained the everything to Reliance digitals customer service Staff named "Vidya", Then she said me that my phone is under insurance policy by looking at my phones bill, and she said that if I'll pay the cost of repair amount Rs3300 that money will be returned to me due to the insurance policy then I went again to the phones service center(karbonn mobileThane w)and paid the said amount Rs3300 I thought I'd get my money back as I was said by the Reliance Digitals customer service, and then i was requested to send my documents to National Insurance Company, and I sent all needed documents in month of July 2015, 2 months passed I didn't get any reply from the insurance company I couldn't wait any longer so I phone called the insurance company, they said me some of my documents are missing, I collected all the missing documents and sent them again in the month of September 2015, still I didn't get any reply and I called them again in October month and they said me that I'll get my insurance claim till the end of October, still no reply and I didn't get my money back and then in month of November they sent me an mail stating that"The damage of the insured phone occured, not out of any insured perils, Hence the claim has been closed as no claim on account of violations of terms and conditions"This all happened due to false information given to me by the Reliance customer service Staff named "Vidya" as i already explained her everything about how my phone got damaged and she still recommend me to pay the amount required to repair the phone and said me that ur phone is under insurance policy and I'll get it paid money rs.3300, I lost my money due to Reliance Digitals bad service and wrong quality of information.. Please look to it..

                                  Delivered a damaged washing machine and took complaint about it from me 20 days back, When I followup on the complaint they use to tell it went to approval to Kolkata till 8th day... From then, they are telling " tomorrow will deliver" from last 4 days. Purchased shop @ phenix mall, Whitefield, Bengaluru

                                    I bought a washing machine(ifb) from Reliance Digital Stores at Kaikondanahlli, 10 klm, from SARJAPUR, during Diwali When the offer of a Mixie cumgrinder was there, with the washing machine.Since they had no stock of mixies, they said they will supply after receipt of the stock.As I am a senior citizen and cannot come to collect the same I had requested them to home deliver it, for which they had agreed Now almost 10days have passed after they, receiving the stock but they not delivered the same.Whenever i phone them they say tomorrow.They just want to harass the customers.If ihave to go i had to spend nearly Rs600/ for the cab, which as a pensioner i cannot offord. I request you to see that they delever it at the earliest. Thanking you, Yours faithfully, P.Venkatadas.

                                      I have purchased Aquaguard Enhance RO from reliance digital, Phoenix Mall Alambagh Lucknow in October 2015 . since the date it was fitted in my home it was not working properly. after my complaint to the Reliance Digital an engineer came to my house and repair it after two or three days it again stop working . from that time to the last week i have make several complaint to the reliance digital but there is no response. last week a mechanic came and told us that there is major problem in this device and two part is to be changed to repair it. As the machine is new and the company gave us defaulted product we requested them to replace it but ther is no one to listen our problem . you are requsted to solve our problem as i have two old and sick person in my home and a one year old baby.

                                        I bought AC from Reliance Digital with wall mount, but it was not used by installation team. When I returned back to Reliance Digital they denied to refund in cash and given me coupon. When I visited to buy another product for settle that coupon they denied to use that coupon and said it expired. But it was not expired
