I bought a laptop from Reliance digital, Cunningham Road, Bangalore - 52 on 28th June 2015 with a cashback offer. I was promised to get my cash back within 3 months of purchase date but I haven't yet recieved it. And when asked for the same I get all lame excuses just to close the ticket raised. I have purchased SamsungJ2 from the Reliance Digital Store at Avani Mall Howrah. They cashier swiped my card twice and billed me twice for the same transaction. After receiving the sms when I realised that my account have been debited twice, the cashier told me that the former transaction was not valid and the amount will be refunded within 48hrs.
