My name is sunil agrawal
i purchased a aoc led tv from reliance digital on date-30-oct-2014
Delivery note number-[protected]
sales order no-[protected]
pos no[protected]
Tv Serial number is HE3E6KA002122
Which is under 2year warranty.
On date 10th jan 2016, tv screen problem started.
So i logged a complaint to aoc customer care on 12th jan 2016,
complaint number[protected]
The technical person visited & told me that there is an inbuilt defect &
kindly replace it from the point of purchase (Reliance Digital)
On asking for replacement they informed that they don't have any such provision.
in between 30 days has been passed & I m running from pillar to post to get my problem solved.
But no effective result has been derived...neither from AOC Nor from Reliance Digital.
so I request u Don't Deals with these companies...

    I have purchased iball tab 10 inch from reliance Digital with RESQ plan. Product is not working with touch problem now. It should be get repaired as per the RESQ plan coverage... But now they were unable to repiar it and ready for depreciation with 50%. I am not ready to depreciate . I need either the product get repaired as per the norms of RESQ plan or get it replaced with new Product.

        It's been 10 months and we have been in follow up with reliance digital - warangal for free service, we haven't got any response..any..!!!
        Pathetic service.. We r offered 3 free service while purchasing but fingers down .
        This must be taken to consumer court if not responded properly.

          Intea Aqua Extream, bought on 29-9-15 is dead.. Was given to Intex service centre in Visakapatna on 5th Jan 2016, citing motherboard probleum. Got phone back on 1-Feb 2016 after repeated calls. Again on 3rd Jan 16.. Phone is dead

          The Phone sold by you is a defective piece. Kindly talk to Intex people and get it exchanged from relience store in Visakapatnam

            When i booked for serive-Over phone and went in person to Service centre(Located at Ist Avenue, Ashoknagar, chennai-600083) more then 8 times is of no use

            They never honourd their commitment of free Service 3 times

            Hence am not happy about relience digital

              Incident description: Water Purifier leakage not being repaired properly. Purchased a year and a half ago. First year was covered by Hindustan Unilever. 2nd year AMC was purchased from Reliance Digital.
              Engineer does not visit site and is incompetent to resolve the issue.
              The valve is already changed once.

                I ordered LG 42 inch TV on 24 Jan 16, that time delivery committed by 3 to 4 days. But today only I got TV & still installation is pending after 7 days.

                I call plenty times, every time they collect my details and tell like we will check & call u back in just 10 minutes but finally no response from them

                One of the worst service I face in my life.

                  His is to inform you that last week on 21st Jan 2016, i have purchased a Samsung Refrigerator, Model RT33JSRYESA/TL/2015, S/No 036Z4PAG200931Z, Bill Details :C#[protected], at Vikrampuri Colony, kharkana, Reliance digital stores

                  Product was delivered on 25th Jan 2016 by Reliance to our home and Technician have came on 26th Jan 2016 to unpack and give us demo but he have found dents on the front door and color shade patches on the fridge and he have asked us to inform the same to the stores and he also have taken photographs for reference and same was informed to stores along with the photographs by us (to kiran )but no action was taken till date.

                  After continuous follow up with stores team regarding the issue. (Kiran) have promised to visit our home personally on 28th Jan 2016 Morning to exam the Refrigerator but failed and for the same i have been only at our home without going to my office but he failed to attend and even avoided attending my calls

                  I have called him almost 20 times but did not responded to my calls and later i have called stores landline to reach kiran and Rakesk with great difficulty

                  According to our last telephonic conversation on 28th with Rakesh, store Manager the the product will be replaced or else door will be replaced was mainly discussed and refrigerator can be used till the replacement is done .there must be no compromise on anything else .

                  I have asked Rakesh to mail the same for further reference but mail i have received is something else .
                  We have faced a bad experience and regretfully want to inform that receiving defective product and extremely worst customer service /response .

                  Never expected such negligence and careless behavior from reliance .

                  We need our Samsung Refrigerator need to replaced or else money should be refunded immediate bases and i don’t want to have transaction with the reliance anymore and no compromise on anything else

                    I bought an iphone 6s 64gb last month on December 1st, till date the price is reduced by[protected].other mobile ratailers are giving guarantee for price reducing in the first 6 months like giving the 60% of the money which was decresed after the purchase, so why cant you people refund the money like the others?

                        I'm Reliance digital tv customer my smart card number[protected] if I'm subscribe the pack of one year in the month of Jan 2015 so my setup box was repaired but in aprial 2015 to Nov 2015 this period tv not working(setup box) after six months they Chang the setup box and charged Rs. 500/- but not extended period of the setup box not working period they paid only rs 34/- and 75/- only. What I'm say I'm recharge that Rs 34/- & 75/- extended that six months subscpition, they are no responce sir please sallow my problem sir it is very froud sir

                          Thanks for addressing my request promptly My Mobile No is [protected] and [protected]. I am following with Reliance Customer care and nodal officer from May 2015 when I shifted my connection from Jhansi to Firozabad. I lodged request for re-installation of connection. Your Customer care executive told me not to pay any single money to the person install your connection same will be charged from your bill but Mohd Ghulam Khawaj who installed my connection forcefully charged my Rs. 300/- in cash and Reliance BIG TV also charged my through my bill...

                          During Installation Mr. Ghulam Khawaj declared by STV and setup box faulty, opened my setup box without my permission and started pitching me for installation of new setup box. When I refused his pitching he misbehaved me and taken Rs. 300/- forcefully for re-installation charges.

                          I requested Reliance Customer care and Nodal Officer but not received proper response from last 6 months...

                          I request you please look into the matter and giving me proper justice.

And from last one month its with the store for the reason that it was not taking load of anything. The store is in Janakpuri Delhi. I had been following up from the store regarding my food processor but they are just saying that 3-4 days more. now its one month. Even they are not reverting back on email ids. CS head or branch head are not reply and now even on phone. Its just a fraud company with fraud intentions. Hope to get my things back

Till this time while I’m writing this email to you I have not received a single call from your store. Can you answer me for below: As a customer I would really like to know what are your action points to deal with such outlets so more customers like me do not face such arrogant and ill-informed staff. How will you compensate me for the trouble your staff had made me go through???                                 I, the customer of Reliance Digital Purchased Aquasure Waterpurifier on[protected] having warranty issued by the company till 1year[protected]. Also i had Purchased additional warranty of 2years from Reliance digital[protected] to[protected].The problem was with the display and change of catridge. A person from reliance visited my place on 8th-Jan-2016 and serviced. The problem is not yet sought out. Reliance could have sent a person well capable of solving the issue.The dissapointing factors are that the a product from well recognised company like eureka forbes comes out with so many issues within 1year of purchase, the service is too poor from reliance and the person is not even changing the display when the product is covered under warranty(I have enclosed the copy of my warranty).I insist Reliance to look into this matter and solve it as soon as possible by sending only capable person.

                                I request Reliance to not act too smart. A person from Reliance Digital, vikrampuri branch named Kishore([protected]) spoke to me many times and then another executive called me up reporting that they would be visiting my place to uninstall the water purifier and will take it with them for keeping it under their observation for a day. There was no further response showed after the conversation ended up in phone call. When conversations occured many times between me and reliance Now cust.care is acting that they dont have any contact or response.

                                The person from Reliance digital had come and serviced the water purifier but still the problem is continuing. The band mode of the purifier is not changing. I Dont know whether its the problem with reliance digital's person who is coming to resolve the issue or with the company(eureka forbes) that has produced a product which is giving these many issues. I have attached the snap of the water purifier and my warranty of it. I demand right action to be taken to solve my issue.

                                  Hi I am writing this mail with very big disappointment with Reliance Digital, I bought a 48” Sony LED TV on 6th January 2016 from Reliance Digital Ambiance Mall Store paid 76000/- Rs for that purchase which is huge sum for me, on 7th of produce is delivered & installed, but time of installation it shows all green patches appears on the screen & technician visited said he get this piece replaced, but after minutes these green dots are disappeared & i thought now its working fine may be this is a installation issue as technician told me HDMI cable is loose & its fixed now, i sign OK report & then start the nightmare, after few minutes green dots appear of whole screen & when i try to contact technician he is not picking up the call. After that i make call to sales executive at store who said if product is faulty on arrival they get it replaced, nothing happened for whole day then i contacted Manager at showroom Name Shashi kant At first he told me he is unaware of any such thing & then he said sales executive Pankaj told me & he got it replaced, but when nothing happened i make call again to Shashi kant of Gurgaon Ambiance mall sales manager & he refused to acknowledge that he said that they can change that unit as it delivered as faulty .he told me to contact at Sony service & they are not responsible. I feel cheated & disappointed with such behaviour of customer service manager for customer & now i am expecting a fast action on to this or i don’t have any option but to move consumer court for such harassment. hope you can get this replaced & save time for all o[censored]s. necessary action should be taken to such executive's who don't care for the reputation of their brand, also request you to arrange some training program for Services manager's like Sashikant so that he can understand how to talk & behave with a customer who comes to your brand .                                       Hi, Today morning i called to ur care they guide me to recharge Rs 1010 enough for 1 yr pack of kannada channels and i did the same later i called to care but they told this invalid pack so plz recharge again rs 1123 but pack amt is 2273 now they tell so what is the solution for this miss guide. so what is your action for this one. reply to my mail.                                         Dear Sir, I have purchased a "Nokia 730" from Reliance Digital Anna Nagar, Chennai, on 01.01.2015, the IMEI Number - [protected]* From last 7months i have been facing issue related to Incoming & outgoing Voice goes to mute, Network frequently drops without showing No Signal, and the phone gets hanged off frequently. I have been showing this issue in Nokia Care Anna Nagar East twice and which is been closed now & then to Nokia Care Anna Nagar West near to Santhosh Super Market twice and still the problems relating to it didnt stoped & further been informed that if it occurs further regarding the issue you have to go to the Nokia Care Near to Satyam Theater, First i went somewere around last week of November 2015 to the Mount Road Nokia Care Rocky agencies, for the same issue and secondly on 26.12.2015 again for the same issue but at this point of time i didnt agree for the Mobile Service & requested them to replace the handset for a new one of the same model. I just wanted to communicate to you for this issue for a new replacement, Please do the needful at the earliest for a new handset.
