Dear sir, I'd purchased nokia Lumia 830 from reliance digital, shipra mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. on 25/04/2015, after few months my phone camera stopped working, on 23/11/2015, I went to Microsoft service centre to submit my phone to get it repaired. But service centre person refused to take phone, saying that the company will not repair it as its warranty will expire on the very next day i.e on 24/11/2015 because the phone's warranty is already started on 24/11/2014. which means they'd sold me used phone. I'd demanded from them to refund my 100% amount with penalty but haven't got any answer from them till date. I'd the snapshot of Microsoft computer showing the details of warranty and the bill of reliance digital which i'm attaching with this complaint.
