Dear Sir/Madam,
My phone was accidentally damaged then I went to the phones service center they said that phones motherboard has been damaged they said it will cost of repair will be Rs.3300, as my phone was in warranty I didn't pay any money and went to Reliance digital I.e the store I bought the phone from, I explained the everything to Reliance digitals customer service Staff named "Vidya", Then she said me that my phone is under insurance policy by looking at my phones bill, and she said that if I'll pay the cost of repair amount Rs3300 that money will be returned to me due to the insurance policy then I went again to the phones service center(karbonn mobileThane w)and paid the said amount Rs3300 I thought I'd get my money back as I was said by the Reliance Digitals customer service, and then i was requested to send my documents to National Insurance Company, and I sent all needed documents in month of July 2015, 2 months passed I didn't get any reply from the insurance company I couldn't wait any longer so I phone called the insurance company, they said me some of my documents are missing, I collected all the missing documents and sent them again in the month of September 2015, still I didn't get any reply and I called them again in October month and they said me that I'll get my insurance claim till the end of October, still no reply and I didn't get my money back and then in month of November they sent me an mail stating that"The damage of the insured phone occured, not out of any insured perils, Hence the claim has been closed as no claim on account of violations of terms and conditions"This all happened due to false information given to me by the Reliance customer service Staff named "Vidya" as i already explained her everything about how my phone got damaged and she still recommend me to pay the amount required to repair the phone and said me that ur phone is under insurance policy and I'll get it paid money rs.3300, I lost my money due to Reliance Digitals bad service and wrong quality of information..

Dear Sir, I have purchased a "Nokia 730" from Reliance Digital Anna Nagar, Chennai, on 01.01.2015, the IMEI Number - [protected]* From last 7months i have been facing issue related to Incoming & outgoing Voice goes to mute, Network frequently drops without showing No Signal, and the phone gets hanged off frequently. I have been showing this issue in Nokia Care Anna Nagar East twice and which is been closed now & then to Nokia Care Anna Nagar West near to Santhosh Super Market twice and still the problems relating to it didnt stoped & further been informed that if it occurs further regarding the issue you have to go to the Nokia Care Near to Satyam Theater, First i went somewere around last week of November 2015 to the Mount Road Nokia Care Rocky agencies, for the same issue and secondly on 26.12.2015 again for the same issue but at this point of time i didnt agree for the Mobile Service & requested them to replace the handset for a new one of the same model. I just wanted to communicate to you for this issue for a new replacement, Please do the needful at the earliest for a new handset.
