Dear sir, This is Amith your regular customer from reliance digital. This mail is to inform you that this is the complaint on Your Department Manager Customer relation executive misbehaviour issue and not proper response. Actually problem is have bought a Samsung Led on November Worth of 45000/- with this gift of samsung Home theatre the led has been installed in my home after a long time following the reliance people but the installation also was not happened properly the installation guy was misbehave with our family member and she was my aunty. Have come to the store and complaint regarding this to the SM and was convinced over all there and was started following with your customer relation executive regarding samsung home theatre there was not given proper response and also was calling to the landline and they are rejecting my number and I started calling the department manager and the problem started from here actually iam an Ex army person was speaking very calm and politely with your department manager(Appalaraju) this fool doesnt know how to deal with the topend customers and your started shouting at me and he was showing his attitude telling that what ever you want to do it just do it and whom ever you want to complaint you go and complaint he is saying like that it will not few minutes to go to store and blash him in store why because iam an ex army guy and this what happening at your store. I demand an explanation from the Higher Authority not from Sm and Dm and also from Swapna she picked my call and she disconnected my call and not even bothering my concern. Actually ihave intimated that iam an EX ARMY guy even tough they are not bothering my Problem then how can an normal person survey with reliance Iam sorry to say this iam not even sending mail to you but also iam sending the mails to human rights department against your Department manager and placing a complaint Swapna and department manager (Appalaraju) HE DONT KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING AT STORE THEN HOW HE BECAME A DEPARTMENT MANAGER AND HOW CAN HE SURVEY YOUR STORE ENVIRONMENT WITH THE STAFF AND WITH THE CUSTOMERS Thank you Sir, Amith [protected]

    Dear Sir/Madam, My phone was accidentally damaged then I went to the phones service center they said that phones motherboard has been damaged they said it will cost of repair will be Rs.3300, as my phone was in warranty I didn't pay any money and went to Reliance digital I.e the store I bought the phone from, I explained the everything to Reliance digitals customer service Staff named "Vidya", Then she said me that my phone is under insurance policy by looking at my phones bill, and she said that if I'll pay the cost of repair amount Rs3300 that money will be returned to me due to the insurance policy then I went again to the phones service center(karbonn mobileThane w)and paid the said amount Rs3300 I thought I'd get my money back as I was said by the Reliance Digitals customer service, and then i was requested to send my documents to National Insurance Company, and I sent all needed documents in month of July 2015, 2 months passed I didn't get any reply from the insurance company I couldn't wait any longer so I phone called the insurance company, they said me some of my documents are missing, I collected all the missing documents and sent them again in the month of September 2015, still I didn't get any reply and I called them again in October month and they said me that I'll get my insurance claim till the end of October, still no reply and I didn't get my money back and then in month of November they sent me an mail stating that"The damage of the insured phone occured, not out of any insured perils, Hence the claim has been closed as no claim on account of violations of terms and conditions"This all happened due to false information given to me by the Reliance customer service Staff named "Vidya" as i already explained her everything about how my phone got damaged and she still recommend me to pay the amount required to repair the phone and said me that ur phone is under insurance policy and I'll get it paid money rs.3300, I lost my money due to Reliance Digitals bad service and wrong quality of information.. Please look to it..

Located at rupani circle for duplicate invoice of my Sony Xperia mobile which was bought in February 2015...sales person name Suhas pandya's behaviour is pathetic he didn't provide me duplicate invoice...anyways... Pls take corrective actions against the sales person. And provide me duplicate invoice Asap

              I bought a washing machine(ifb) from Reliance Digital Stores at Kaikondanahlli, 10 klm, from SARJAPUR, during Diwali When the offer of a Mixie cumgrinder was there, with the washing machine.Since they had no stock of mixies, they said they will supply after receipt of the stock.As I am a senior citizen and cannot come to collect the same I had requested them to home deliver it, for which they had agreed Now almost 10days have passed after they, receiving the stock but they not delivered the same.Whenever i phone them they say tomorrow.They just want to harass the customers.If ihave to go i had to spend nearly Rs600/ for the cab, which as a pensioner i cannot offord.                 I have purchased Aquaguard Enhance RO from reliance digital, Phoenix Mall Alambagh Lucknow in October 2015 . since the date it was fitted in my home it was not working properly. after my complaint to the Reliance Digital an engineer came to my house and repair it after two or three days it again stop working . from that time to the last week i have make several complaint to the reliance digital but there is no response. last week a mechanic came and told us that there is major problem in this device and two part is to be changed to repair it. As the machine is new and the company gave us defaulted product we requested them to replace it but ther is no one to listen our problem . you are requsted to solve our problem as i have two old and sick person in my home and a one year old baby.

When I returned back to Reliance Digital they denied to refund in cash and given me coupon. When I visited to buy another product for settle that coupon they denied to use that coupon and said it expired. But it was not expired

                      I had purchased an Acer laptop from Reliance Digital ( Infinity Malad ), laptop has many issues ...when clicked on any software or any functionality it literally takes 20-25 minutes to open up which is because the O.S. (Windows) itself is corrupted which is installed by Reliance digital team. Also I had purchased Microsoft kit which is again corrupted and in Hindi language whereas i had chose English, to install Microsoft Office, Reliance team had made 3 attempts, for failure of earlier 2 attempts they had blamed Microsoft and now I get to know that Microsoft office which was finally installed by this team itself is corrupted... i had paid money and it wasn't for a corrupted system or the software !!! Zero coporation from the team !!! worst client service ... I would have given negative markings in ratings, had it been possible... will never go to purchase any product from Reliance Digital ever again and will advise same to the people out there...

                        Dear sir/madam, I am Amit Dhanwani from Visakhapatnam, I have purchased a RECONNECT 42" led TV from reliance digital store 2 years ago and I took extended warranty on 24 August 2015. In October 2015 I got problem in the TV PANEL and I contacted Reliance customer support regarding this problem and they are saying that TV PANEL is unavailable so they will provide me 70% of the purchase value which is 28000 rs. I bought this TV for 40000rs. And paid 5500rs. For extended warranty means I paid total amount of 45500rs. and they are paying only 28000rs. So here I am getting loss of 17500rs. despite of any fault by me. I am from a middle class family and cant bear that much loss. Unavailability of spare part is company's fault and they are throwing all the loss on me. I requested them so many times but they are not ready to listen anything. Kindly help a helpless customer like me in this issue and please contact them for providing me the same or equivalent value of Led TV of any other brand or give my purchase amount back to me.                           Dear sir, I'd purchased nokia Lumia 830 from reliance digital, shipra mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. on 25/04/2015, after few months my phone camera stopped working, on 23/11/2015, I went to Microsoft service centre to submit my phone to get it repaired. But service centre person refused to take phone, saying that the company will not repair it as its warranty will expire on the very next day i.e on 24/11/2015 because the phone's warranty is already started on 24/11/2014. which means they'd sold me used phone. I'd demanded from them to refund my 100% amount with penalty but haven't got any answer from them till date. I'd the snapshot of Microsoft computer showing the details of warranty and the bill of reliance digital which i'm attaching with this complaint.

                            I had bought one HP laptop on 24 Aug, 2014 along with a 2 year extended warranty from the Reliance Digital Store in Phoenix Market City, Whitefield, Bangalore. The ResQ booklet given as part of the extended warranty claims that the plan offers free product pick-up and drop on all electronic items for the service. Also it says that I will be given a standby unit during the time the product is getting repaired. A few days back, my laptop's keyboard stopped working and I contacted the reliance store for claiming the warranty. Now, the ResQ team says that they don't provide onsite service. So I had to take the laptop to their store. And when I asked for a standby laptop, they refused to give even that. They don't have any reason for that and just says that they won't give it. This is completely unacceptable that the store doesn't respect the terms which are printed on the ResQ booklet. They use these benefits to cheat the customers and sell the extended warranty. I've attached the screen shot of the ResQ benefits page. I also escalated the matter to their customer service head at cshead.[protected]@ril.com and even they never bothered to respond to my multiple emails.

                              I had bought a power bank of power-add company from the subjected shoppy on 06.05.2015. Due to some problem i had given the same for replacement on 3.10.2015, but unfortunately they didn't registered my any complaint and even didn't given any written proof of the same. Also that rescue person, present there didn't given me his contact details. He simply said me he will let me know the status of my power bank. After that I was frequently calling on the landline number of the shoppy and the rescue peoples present there said me that, yes, we are having your new replacement power bank. Now, when i went there during Diwali festival, they were saying that they didn't received my any power bank and also don't have my any registered complaint. thus they have simply misplaced my power-bank.                                 I had purchased a KENT WATER PURIFIER UV+UF thru Reliance Digital from Bokaro Mall on 17th June 2015. Since 29th Oct. 2015 it is not working and I registered a complaint on same date i.e 29th Oct 15 in Reliance Digital, Bokaro mall and received a SMS on my mobile that your call no. [protected] is being assigned to the technician, who will attend to it shortly after that no body have came for attend my complaint. During this period i called him 4 to 5 time at Reg.Digital store and also visited there but every time i get response sorry for inconvenience and with in 24 hour or 48 hour our service technician will attend your complaint. On 7th Nov.2015 again i registered a complaint to call Reg.Digital customer care and received service request no. ID20122446 with as usual response like as above but no body attended. Again i called customer care on 18th Nov. 2015 and get a ref no.[protected] with a same excuses and assurances from them but till date no body attended my complaint from the service center to resolve the problem. It's really disgusting that these peoples are not providing after sale service to his existing customers. Till date i have purchased many products thru Reliance Digital but now i learnt so many from this experience. Now i want refund my money from Reliance Digital as per his purchase invoice and nothing more.

                                  Avoid purchasing in Reliance digital if you do the purchase means you are going to face huge stress with the executive whom won't deliver the product at right time and won't do installation too. I m facing hectic situation, product order on 9/11/2015, delivered on 11/11/15 and we r calling for installation from the next day onwards 12/11/15, still it has not been done . The package is still not open and i fear if it may be broken. The name Reliance is getting worse day by day by the irresponsible behavior of the store representative(Reliance digital, moggapair, chennai). Better we can get on local shops so that they do grow economically instead of growing a great company RELIANCE with worst service. After all a installation they are making this much delayed then think about their service for the products warranty will be.

                                    Hi

                                    I purchased Panasonic LED TV on Diwali day(11-NOV-2015) and found it to be in a broken state when opened the package. The TV was delivered on 12-NOV-15.

                                    I have already registered a complaint with reliance resq.

                                    Please look into this matter urgently, I have already cancelled my one week vacation due to this issue.

                                    I am shocked and disappointed seeing a damaged product and sad faces of my family members.

                                      This is a warning to all the costumers of Reliance digital, If you are planning to purchase any thing on reliance digital please check price online, They have increased the price by about 10 to 15 % in there display for all the products. And will tell you many free things on it, finally you will be lendin up paying 500 to 1000 Rs more then the price of all the items.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I Mr. K V DURGA PRASAD, purchased Volts Split A.C on 18.02.2015 at your Reliance retail stores,
                                      Nacharam.The model was 183 Dya Sl. No. 4511745F14E005128.

                                      Now the problems is A.C is not working and not getting Cool even it is in 17 degrees temp.
                                      for that I called Reliance Technician to check and found that cooling gas was empty
                                      It was very surprising that how gas will be empty in 08 months after purchasing.

                                      I am suspecting that either defect in product Manufacturing or installation problem.

                                      For that I am Speeking every day the customer care excutivive toll free no.[protected] they said that we rectifying we send the our technician but non of techinician has came to rectify even I am giving mails every day for the same but they are not initiated to rectify for the same.

                                      If you are help me in this matter that will be very help to me.
