I lodge complaint no[protected] &[protected] to reliance digital customer care regarding old tv not pick up & cash back offer not credit to my account but I got SMS from RELIANCE digital that it is resolved but till today it is pending with them and not resolved by them.They have TAT of 48 hrs to resolve complaint so they are closing complaint without resolving it P R Morayya

    I had purchased an Acer laptop from Reliance Digital ( Infinity Malad ), laptop has many issues ...when clicked on any software or any functionality it literally takes 20-25 minutes to open up which is because the O.S. (Windows) itself is corrupted which is installed by Reliance digital team. Also I had purchased Microsoft kit which is again corrupted and in Hindi language whereas i had chose English, to install Microsoft Office, Reliance team had made 3 attempts, for failure of earlier 2 attempts they had blamed Microsoft and now I get to know that Microsoft office which was finally installed by this team itself is corrupted... i had paid money and it wasn't for a corrupted system or the software !!! Zero coporation from the team !!! worst client service ... I would have given negative markings in ratings, had it been possible... will never go to purchase any product from Reliance Digital ever again and will advise same to the people out there...

      Dear sir/madam, I am Amit Dhanwani from Visakhapatnam, I have purchased a RECONNECT 42" led TV from reliance digital store 2 years ago and I took extended warranty on 24 August 2015. In October 2015 I got problem in the TV PANEL and I contacted Reliance customer support regarding this problem and they are saying that TV PANEL is unavailable so they will provide me 70% of the purchase value which is 28000 rs. I bought this TV for 40000rs. And paid 5500rs. For extended warranty means I paid total amount of 45500rs. and they are paying only 28000rs. So here I am getting loss of 17500rs. despite of any fault by me. I am from a middle class family and cant bear that much loss. Unavailability of spare part is company's fault and they are throwing all the loss on me. I requested them so many times but they are not ready to listen anything. Kindly help a helpless customer like me in this issue and please contact them for providing me the same or equivalent value of Led TV of any other brand or give my purchase amount back to me.         Dear sir, I'd purchased nokia Lumia 830 from reliance digital, shipra mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. on 25/04/2015, after few months my phone camera stopped working, on 23/11/2015, I went to Microsoft service centre to submit my phone to get it repaired. But service centre person refused to take phone, saying that the company will not repair it as its warranty will expire on the very next day i.e on 24/11/2015 because the phone's warranty is already started on 24/11/2014. which means they'd sold me used phone. I'd demanded from them to refund my 100% amount with penalty but haven't got any answer from them till date. I'd the snapshot of Microsoft computer showing the details of warranty and the bill of reliance digital which i'm attaching with this complaint.

          I had bought one HP laptop on 24 Aug, 2014 along with a 2 year extended warranty from the Reliance Digital Store in Phoenix Market City, Whitefield, Bangalore. The ResQ booklet given as part of the extended warranty claims that the plan offers free product pick-up and drop on all electronic items for the service. Also it says that I will be given a standby unit during the time the product is getting repaired. A few days back, my laptop's keyboard stopped working and I contacted the reliance store for claiming the warranty. Now, the ResQ team says that they don't provide onsite service. So I had to take the laptop to their store. And when I asked for a standby laptop, they refused to give even that. They don't have any reason for that and just says that they won't give it. This is completely unacceptable that the store doesn't respect the terms which are printed on the ResQ booklet. They use these benefits to cheat the customers and sell the extended warranty. I've attached the screen shot of the ResQ benefits page. I also escalated the matter to their customer service head at cshead.[protected]@ril.com and even they never bothered to respond to my multiple emails.

            I had bought a power bank of power-add company from the subjected shoppy on 06.05.2015. Due to some problem i had given the same for replacement on 3.10.2015, but unfortunately they didn't registered my any complaint and even didn't given any written proof of the same. Also that rescue person, present there didn't given me his contact details. He simply said me he will let me know the status of my power bank. After that I was frequently calling on the landline number of the shoppy and the rescue peoples present there said me that, yes, we are having your new replacement power bank. Now, when i went there during Diwali festival, they were saying that they didn't received my any power bank and also don't have my any registered complaint. thus they have simply misplaced my power-bank.               I had purchased a KENT WATER PURIFIER UV+UF thru Reliance Digital from Bokaro Mall on 17th June 2015. Since 29th Oct. 2015 it is not working and I registered a complaint on same date i.e 29th Oct 15 in Reliance Digital, Bokaro mall and received a SMS on my mobile that your call no. [protected] is being assigned to the technician, who will attend to it shortly after that no body have came for attend my complaint. During this period i called him 4 to 5 time at Reg.Digital store and also visited there but every time i get response sorry for inconvenience and with in 24 hour or 48 hour our service technician will attend your complaint. On 7th Nov.2015 again i registered a complaint to call Reg.Digital customer care and received service request no. ID20122446 with as usual response like as above but no body attended. Again i called customer care on 18th Nov. 2015 and get a ref no.[protected] with a same excuses and assurances from them but till date no body attended my complaint from the service center to resolve the problem. It's really disgusting that these peoples are not providing after sale service to his existing customers. Till date i have purchased many products thru Reliance Digital but now i learnt so many from this experience. Now i want refund my money from Reliance Digital as per his purchase invoice and nothing more.

                Avoid purchasing in Reliance digital if you do the purchase means you are going to face huge stress with the executive whom won't deliver the product at right time and won't do installation too. I m facing hectic situation, product order on 9/11/2015, delivered on 11/11/15 and we r calling for installation from the next day onwards 12/11/15, still it has not been done . The package is still not open and i fear if it may be broken. The name Reliance is getting worse day by day by the irresponsible behavior of the store representative(Reliance digital, moggapair, chennai). Better we can get on local shops so that they do grow economically instead of growing a great company RELIANCE with worst service. After all a installation they are making this much delayed then think about their service for the products warranty will be.

                  I purchased Panasonic LED TV on Diwali day(11-NOV-2015) and found it to be in a broken state when opened the package. The TV was delivered on 12-NOV-15.

                  I have already registered a complaint with reliance resq.

                  Please look into this matter urgently, I have already cancelled my one week vacation due to this issue.

                  I am shocked and disappointed seeing a damaged product and sad faces of my family members.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I Mr. K V DURGA PRASAD, purchased Volts Split A.C on 18.02.2015 at your Reliance retail stores,
                    Nacharam.The model was 183 Dya Sl. No. 4511745F14E005128.

                    Now the problems is A.C is not working and not getting Cool even it is in 17 degrees temp.
                    for that I called Reliance Technician to check and found that cooling gas was empty
                    It was very surprising that how gas will be empty in 08 months after purchasing.

                    I am suspecting that either defect in product Manufacturing or installation problem.

                    For that I am Speeking every day the customer care excutivive toll free no.[protected] they said that we rectifying we send the our technician but non of techinician has came to rectify even I am giving mails every day for the same but they are not initiated to rectify for the same.

                      I bought Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime 4G on 1/11/2015 from Reliance Digital Express mini Uttarpara store, but I faced some issues with the bluetooth of that device, they harassed me by forcing to visit the samsung service center for 2 times, it didn't helped, then they took responsibility, but after 5 days I didn't get my phone back till now. I'm anxious.

                        Team, I bought Reconnect LED TV 2 years ago and my TV remote has a problem from 6 months. the remote dint fall down but its not connecting to TV. i approached the reliance digital store at Madinaguda and logged a service request 6 months ago. i dint even here a call till date. again i walked into the branch in september and keep following them to help. Inspite the store has given me a service agent number[protected]. this number is either busy or not responding.Calling this ervice agent is waste of time and no use at all.                           Reliance Digital Store Staf[censored]nprofessional behavior

                          We bought a 32 inch LED from the Reliance Digital store, Infinity 2, Malad west.
                          We were told third party vendor will be send to collect the old 32 inch LED.

                          After the purchase of the LED, there has been no response to our calls and complaints.
                          extremely unethical behavior from Reliance Digital Store Staff.

                            Kind Attn:

                            Apropos to the trailing mails herewith, which are self explanatory; I am at loss to understand this undue & seemingly deliberate delay in settling my legitimate Insurance claim for the subject Samsung LED TV 46ES7500, purchased at Reliance Digital Mumbai vide your Invoice No. C5025 #0015 on Nov 11 2012 by paying Rs.123490.25. This amount included extended warranty of 2 years.

                            It is over a month that my above LED TV has been handed over to your service centre, yet there is no response from your offices or service centre, to update me of the status of my TV failure complaint / claim report.

                            As per IRDA regulations, a response within 48 hours must be given to the claimant against equipment failure complaints; it is over a month since my complaint & handing over the defective TV set to your offices & yet there is no positive response has been received from your good offices.

                            Kindly arrange to replace my above mentioned TV set post haste & oblige.

                              1.On 12/07/2015 purchased Sony Xperia C3 for 16, 990/- and sold Samsung mega (old) for 2000/- EAN# :[protected] IMEI NO:[protected] which used to get continuously hang even I couldn''t call. I formatted it/software updated but still no luck.I had to use my old basic phone. So I sold it at Reliance Digital Thane west G.B.Road Opposite Vijay sales. for 10, 000/- only and again added 4500/- and bought Samsung A3 worth 14500/- Address:RELIANCE RETAIL LTD. ORION BUSINESS PARK SHOP NO. 4 G.B.ROAD NEAR CINE WONDER MALL. THANE WEST 400604 STORE CONTACT:[protected]/1 2.Samsung A3 bought on 27/09/2015 EAN#[protected] IMEI NUMBER : [protected] PRICE:14500/- On forth day ie 1st oct2015 I get a fine blue line on my lcd screen. As I was out of town (Nagpur) I couldn't return the phone but same I informed via phone to Reliance Digital. They confimred to check phone at service center. On 15th I shown them my mobile after return from Nagpur and LCD was visible . Note:There were not a single dent/scratch on mobile .No where. they suggested to show service center talav pali thane west. I shown them on 16th oct 2015 and they said internal damage(??) It was so shocking for me..not a single dent /scratch NOR fallen down nor kept below pillow????how come brand new phone go faulty without any physical damage? They literally forcing me to accept " you must have kept device under pilow OR kept in pocket"...? which I never did. Again on 17th I went there and told them what service center says. They also seen my mobile carefully.Even service center guys too checked under microscope but they not found a single dent/scratch. So again Relaince digital taken my mobile and send to panch pakhadi service center. NOTE: This time when I went to collect my mobile after 2 days they had kept it in a metal drawer on their counter without wrapped and big paper bunch was kept on it????? after seeing this I was so shocked how they kept my device??? Now this time THERE WERE NO DISPLAY AT ALL...COMPLETE BLACKOUT MY SCREEN WAS!!! I literally shouted on them and they said service center guy opened it with blower as its a metal body(battery cant be removed) so blower is needed and NOW THIS TIME I SEEN VERY THIN LINE INSIDE. WHEN I HANDED OVER MY MOBILE TO RELIANCE DIGITAL there was no line at all...I shouted at them but they said your device is dead now...cant do anything. And like both service center they said get it repaired for 8500/- on chargeable basis. Even meanwhile I loged complained on samsung portal/website http://www.samsung.com/in/info/contactus.html# job no Job no .[protected] but there too samsung just given me suggestion to get it repaired on chargeable basis. I need compensation from either Reliance digital/Samsung. Coz either Reliance Digital selling refurbished units under name of brand new OR Samsung has cheap quality. I am just getting harassed by Reliance Digital and samsung service center. Due to lack of mobile my office work hampered/mental health disturbed and wasted my time continuously calling Reliance/samsung. Thanks in advance! BR, Kajal B [protected]

                                Purchase AC from this store and also purchase extended warranty for 5 years. Now AC is not working now. I have registered a complainant but without addressing issue it's status is resolved as per text message. Now it's nearly 20 days unattended.

I purchased LG Washing Machine 6.5 kg FAIL T75 and mentioned the address: DNO: 6-11 & 6-11/A, Vijy Sai Towers OPP: BJP Party Office, vivek nagar, kukatpally, hyd-500072. The main problem is i purchased washing machine[protected] on that day 4 gifts offer available. But only they are given 2 gifts, gifts names are Comfort, PHIL HDRY HP8120/1EA, SURF EXCEL TOOL KIT AND PROVOGUE WEIST WATCH And moreover the bill was not given on that day. after 5 days i go to the showroom ask to help desk problem was told and then my bill was given. PROVOGUE WRIST WATCH gift not given. the sales manager told there is no stock and PROVOGUE WRIST WATCHES. I have so many times asking the this issue they are saying NO STOCK. The bill was generated[protected]:57:39. till now i am not taken the gift. what is the problem i don't know. Almost 2 months over then i purchased the washing machine till now i am not getting the gift PROVOGUE WRIST WATCH (2999/-). I[censored] r not given the gift please give CASH BACK 2999/- When will get the watch. No one response in this issue. I can not never seen in this type of reliance digital showroom.                                   Your team was called and they are saying watches are not coming, instead of watch they are giving power bank at the same cost of 2999/-. why we are promising for the given PROVOGUE WRIST WATCH (2999/-).and moreover the complete mistake was yourside. I asked somany times called for the help desk in kukatpally, and they are saying NO STOCK WATCHES. Continuously i am waiting for the watch 2 months But there is no response properly. Then why are not coming PROVOGUE WRIST WATCHES. can I know the reason.They are not intimating to me. Almost 2 months over till now the issue was not resolved. I asked any other alternative product is available or not Except Power Bank.                                     I bought a laptop from Reliance digital, Cunningham Road, Bangalore - 52 on 28th June 2015 with a cashback offer. I was promised to get my cash back within 3 months of purchase date but I haven't yet recieved it. And when asked for the same I get all lame excuses just to close the ticket raised. I had also raised a complaint regarding this on 4th Oct, 2015 but I didn't get any proper response. I want my issue to be solved as soon as possible with interest due to the delay. This is not the way marketing is done, it should be based on consumers satisfaction. Mentioned is the Reference Id of my last complaint:[protected]. I hope my issue is solved on priority basis.                                       Hi I have purchased sony 32" TV on 17.10.2015 at your reliance Electronic show room at Kharkana Branch(Branch id:8768) Your sales manager assured as the product will deliver today (18th Oct2015) but till now we have not received the product and after many follow ups over call finally your CRO saying the product is not in stock and will take 3 more days to deliver and also saying if we need urgent delivery they will send different model and it was not at all acceptable their arrogant reply. Please let me know how they suggest the product of it is not in stock and how they could assured the delivery on next day before purchasing the product .This type of commitements will impact your good reputation.
