dear sir / madam, I purchased a laptop from your one of your outlet in ambience mall in Gurgaon . your representative conducted me very well n at the same time bluffed me. the cost of laptop was quoted to me was 54, 900. but I was charged 55490. with in 10 minutes he benefitted ur company. but I was not told any thing till amount was extracted out of me. since I did not calculate value of laptop n original ms office I paid it n then I was told rates have been increased I visit hp site it still gives me the same rate as quoted by your representative I will be forced to move to consumer court I am advising you to please reimburse for injustice done to me I am keeping photo proof N RATES ON HP WEBSITE with me but to assist you in your investigations I am posting your CIN NUMBER U01100MH1999PLC120563 HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU SOON

    I had purchased a Reconnect Convection Microwave Oven Model - RHMCB 2501 on 09-Nov-2012 which came with a warranty of two years. Unfortunately, one of the PCB of the Microwave was blow away during first week of January 2015, just a couple months after the warranty was expired.       Wanted to bring this scenario as how reliance digital sales persons are overcommitting to sell products here at Satyam towers store and not meeting them at all. Well, while selling the product on 24th May they committed for a delivery on 26th May which is yesterday and installation today 27th May. Neither of this happened yet. I waited until 9:30pm at night yesterday for the delivery but when no one showed up, I went to the store. When I asked your sales persons, they tried to make few phone calls here and there but could not get a commitment as this will be delivered today. Still they were committing me even at that time - "Sir, it will be delivered today". How can they lie like that when they don't know for sure. Reliance digital stuff should not do that when they belong to this brand name. I have sent email yesterday to reliance digital authorities and got few calls today confirming that this will be resolved today. All in vain. No one really cares after they sell their products. Not sure how much seriously this issue will be addressed, but this is a cheap sales politics. We should not have trusted this brand.

      Hello Reliance Digital Team,

      Today I got a call from Reliance Digital CSHEAD team. They took the ownership of the issue and got the air conditioner delivered two hours back. The store is also getting the installation done today as they said their technician will arrive around 4:00pm. So, looks like this is moving now.

      I can still share my contact details if you like to talk to me. Perhaps, please help addressing false commitments that the store sales persons are doing regularly. That will help increasing customer satisfaction I would think.

        I suggest everyone, never purchase Reconnect Tablets or any other Reliance (Reconnect) products.. We have been cheated by purchasing one in Pune with 2 years warranty.. the Reconnect Tablet has been at the service station 3 times but it never worked.. the Staff is rude and pathetic.. they kept the tablet for months at service station and returned back the product in no working condition.. Hopeless service from Reliance Service station in Pune..

          Bought 1.5 Ton LG Split AC from Reliance Digital Chrompet. I have been told that my ac will be delivered within 24 hours and installation will be done within 24 hours of delivery. But till now there is no call/response from them. The service/installation help line number printed on bill doesn't exist at all. This is not the kind of service expected from Reliance Digital. I was getting the same AC at lower price from other shops I am highly disappointed with the service request being ignored and no one is attending it. I suggest people not to choose Reliance Digital.

            Hello, I have purchased my LG 1.5 Ton 3star split ac on 22th of may(Invoice: txn#45) at the Reliance Digital Diamond Plaza, Kolkata, i have been told that my ac will be delivered within 24 hours and installation will be done within 24 hours of delivery. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IS WITH RELIANCE DIGITAL NOW, THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD, i did not get the ac delivered till 3 days and i am still waiting for the product. And I have called your store so many times..they said it will deliver by today morning or sometimes today evening. I am really tired to call them. Hope you will take action. Thanks B.Shaw

Since today morning they are saying that the same will be delivered by eod today, but till now (at 8.45 pm) the unit has not been delivered to my house and don't know when can it be installed. Reliance service is very very poor.Talking to 3 different persons in three times at toll free no.[protected], now I got the complaint no. [protected]. If this is the service level at the beginning of the purchase of Product, i wonder how you guys will commit and honor the expected customers demand.                 Ihave buyed a Microsoft lumia 532 on monday 11/5/2015 from Reliance retail ltd.digital xpress mini Address-''Ground Floor 83, shibpur road mondirtala, Howrah-711102'', Store code- 6818, there is a problem i have seen from the third day i have buyed the phone the retailer was reliance digital xpress mini at mandirtala i have complained them they say that i should go to the microsoft service centre at gariahat.so i have been there and they say it should be going for repairing which might take 15 to 20 days, they also say that retailer has the liablity to change the phone on the within 4th day of buying i have been there too. but they dont agree.i am being mentally harased by them. it a new phone and i want it to be changed not repaired.Please look after the issue as fast as you can.                   Hi Team, Please read the complete email carefully and reach me out with a solution. Actual complaint: on 6th of May ********************************************************************************... Hi Team/Manager, I am Vivek Kothakonda who purchased a HP G6 1201tx laptop from your store in hyderbad on 27th May 2012 which costed 42000 Rs along with a resQ plan paying around Rs 3667 for 2 Years of extended warrenty. As i observed that my laptop performance is degraded where the laptop is producing tremondous heat in stanby mode too and also the processing was very slow and some time automatically restarts by giving a blue screen i approached Reliance digital- Amanora mall branch to submit my laptop for servicing on 06th April 2015. I have submitted the laptop and waited for 10 days and then again stepped into the store and came to know that the laptop is done with the servicing. Here i have raised 2 concerns. 1.There is no call from the service center to check and understand the existing problem. 2.There was no communication from neither the service center nor the store where i submitted my laptop. 3.On receiving my laptop i open the laptop to check the performance and kept the laptop working for 10-15 mins to realise that the heating problem still exists. 4.Also observed that there are hell lot of scratches on the lid (outer silver panel) which was not there at the time of submittion of my laptop. 5.Processing time is also taking much time and upon check at this point of time they even did not format my laptop. Then i approached store manager (Mr. Kunal) and explained about these issues. In our conversation he told me that 1.They are not responsible for the delay and they are not the point of contact for the aftersale service (resQ) plan. They are just the commutors between customer and the service center. 2.They just sell the resQ product and they are no where in the picture to serve the customers. After a long talk he agreed to take the laptop back and check with the service center guys to check for the heating problem and the scratches. I waited for 1 week after the laptop submission for an update and then called myself to the store and found that it will still take time. After that i got a call from the store saying that the part (panel) is not available and they have an option to cover the scratches with some stickers (laptop skins) and asked me to select one from online and forward them to buy it and then stick it which i denied. I again walked down to store for 4th time to talk with the manager and manager was that rude this time that he is doing me a favor that he is giving a free service to change the panel.I tried to make my patience and asked him 3 question where he has answered with out any meaning. 1. Is it my mistake to get the scratches on the panel? 2. Its one month since i submitted my laptop and i need the lost days to be added to extend my warrenty which he denied and questioned me that : show me the clause in the resq book which mentions that the service will be done in N number of days. So its been more than a month since i submitted my laptop and still there is no progress. Now got to know that RESQ service center I would need someone to action this concern in priority. Concerns: To get my scratched panel to be changed To extend my warrenty for the period where the laptop is with the service center. To get the job sheet where the trouble shooting is done and what part is replaced. Store Engineers: 1. Amar Kuthe This guy also talked very rudely where he demanded me to take my lapop back if am not happy with the service and if am not intrested in waiting more which is not at all acceptable. 2. Now that i have called the call center and found that the complaint is still open but closed from service center. Now am really fed up fllowing up and talking to n number of people wasting time and money on calls.I would like to know if there is anyone from this team who will be taking this complaint in high priority and assist me in getting a solution. If not i would be approaching consumer forum and i think you know the consequences would be serious. So i would like to know whom to be contacted and what would be the point of action you are taking to resolve the above concerns?                   Still there is no solution given for this complaint. I dont understand what the reliance management is doing. My resq plan will expire tomorrow and am surprised now that what kind of response i would be getting if the warrenty expires. Horrible experience.

                    I had submitted a complaint on 23rd april and the executives told it wil be solved in 48 hours but upto this time( ie on May 13th) we didnt get any services from the big tv company and also they had taken 175 rupees as technician charges from our account. Our smart card no.[protected]. Is this the way the company providing services and of their technician which is staying near our house ie local technician had came to our house and told unwanted word to my mother- in- law.                       While purchasing Panasonic Split AC 1.5 Ton (Model No - CS-UC18RKY3-2) on 03-May-15 through Bajaj Fin EMI CARD for value INR 30490.00 (CIN No - U01100MH1999PLC120563), we were told that it has display model. But after purchase and delivery, we observed that said model does not have display mode. While purchasing, we insisted for display mode and we were mislead by the sales person telling that the model mentioned above has display mode. Also, we insisted for YC-18RKY3 reason being it has display mode. But the sales person that us that the only difference between the two was that YC-18RKY3 model is old one and CS-UC18RKY3-2 was new one. Next day (04-May-15) we queried on the same with sales person and the person also admitted that above said model not have display. Hence, we asked for cancellation of the order including cancellation of Bajaj Fin loan and refund of loan amount of value INR 30490.00. But till date we have not received any proper response from the branch, nor able to reach out to the branch manager in-spite of regular phone calls and daily visit to the store in person. We highly appreciate your intervention to cancel the order and Bajaj Fin EMI at the earliest. It’s already been 4 days since we raised the and the same is yet to be actioned.

                        I have purchased Voltas AC 5 star from Reliance digital Nagpur last summer I have not received any service from reliance digital nor from Voltas. i have visited more than 5 to 6 times in store the person there say the will send for service in 2/3 days but they have not send any one .the they have given one number but the guy did not turned out and your no is not registered. that is not my fault. On today day the reliance people say you will have to pay for service and have to take extended warranty. But why should i Pay extra for service if i have not received any service my no [protected] [protected]

                          i have ordered a fridge from reliance digital..it was ordered on 3/5/2015..and it was told that it will be delivered next day or a day after next... i was waiting in my home for the order since 4th that the fridge will come...every day a driver calls me and say he is going to bring my fridge and so you be the home..I was waiting whole day on 4th..and same thing happened on 5th and 6th...today the driver said you wait till 12 in night i will bring...about more that 100 calls i have made...i have all the recording of conversation with the driver and relience people.. i am very harassed mentally ...and i dont know what to do...no responce from any one

                          I went to Reliance Digital show room, (Door No. 192, East Veli Street, Survey No. 9, Madurai, Tamil Nadu) to buy Television ( Sony Led New KD-49X8500B), They have promised me to process loan in Balaji Finance with 0% interest, They have asked me to submit few documents to process my loan further, i have given all necessary document to process the loan further, Immediately they loan has been approved for Rs. 1, 18, 000 and I got SMS from Balaji Finserv stating that My loan has been approved for the amount of Rs.1, 18, 000, then i asked the showroom person to delivery my product, they were telling to me that as of now they don&#039;t have stock for the particular product and will be able to delivery in 3 days. But till now i haven&#039;t received any product from them and now they are saying that someone has come with my name and signed on delivery note instead of me and they delivered my product to them, how could it be possible without my knowledge and signature, they delivered the product and moreover, They are refusing to give invoice &amp; delivery address to me, now i don&#039;t want any product and i need to cancel my loan or product has to be delivered.                             This is in continuation to my earlier complaint submitted on 1st May 2015. Complaint no.70005183. Registered mobile no. [protected]. Contact no. [protected] So again for this complaint they called me to the store on 1st May 2015 and asked me to follow some steps in paytm app to get the voucher offer and then they asked me to wait another 48 hours to get this voucher credited to my paytm wallet. Already 48 hours are over and still i havnt got any voucher. And without solving this issue again this complaint has been closed. This is really pathetic . This issue will be raised to higher management of reliance digital.

                              Dear Customer Service Team,
                              this is a complain regarding reliance digital store in phoenix mall, chennai.
                              I tarique mohd. ibrahimi had given my laptop for repairing on 5th april 2015 for sound system repair, initially it committed from your store that they will be giving it to me within 3-4 working days, since then i have called them several times regarding the status of my laptop but they are postponing the delivery of my laptop without giving any appropriate reason. Today(2nd May 2015) i have been to the store for collecting my laptop (as committed by them) bt still i got the same response as earlier. For your information i am in desperate need of my laptop as my final exams are starting from monday itself.

                              Store like Reliance Digital should not humiliate the customer in this way as you guys carry a big reputation and trust. Look into this issue and resolve it immidiately.

                                I had purchased a mobile phone (samsung galaxy A5) on 11th April 2015 from Reliance Digital Store in Mall at Kandivali East. At the time of selecting a phone, one of the executive of the store assisted me to shortlist a mobile phone which was SAMSUNG A5, the executive also told me about the ongoing offer on that phone that I will get a Rs 3000 voucher of PAYTM in 48 hours by just installing the app and creating an account and so. But its been 20 days as on today I have not received the offer stated by them. I called the executive to assist me for the same but he gave me his manager's number to talk to him about this issue, but everytime i call the manager his number is always switched off. Again i contacted the executive but he is unanswerable about that. Then the other day i registered one complaint at Reliance Digital Customer support regarding the same on 18th April 2015 ( complaint no.[protected] for which i didnt get any resolution, then i called the customer care today (1st May 2015) to check the status of the complaint..the answer i got from customer care is that "sir your complaint has been closed". Now how they can close my complaint without any resolution. today again i have registered a complaint for the same (complaint no.[protected].                                     Dear Sir/Madam, Recently I bought samsung 1.5 ton A.C. from reliance digital Inorbitmall at Hi-Tech City, at the time of bill payment they promised (orally) us that delivery and installation will be done within 4 days but they failed they took more than 7 days it is my first complaint and second one is my brother and I purchased 2 godrej A.C.s on 26/04/2015 they promised us that they will deliver the products next day i.e. 27/04/2015 but again they failed to keep their promise, I went to inorbit mall to check the status on 28/04/2015 now they are saying it may take morethan 2 days to deliver the products and after delivery 2 more days for installation, I am not happy with this if thye are not able to keep their promise they should not do that.

                                      DEAR SIR/ MADAM I have purchased LG AC SPLIT ON 14.04.2015 AT Reliance digital Retail Ltd., Plot No. 28 and 29, Venus Nagar, 200 Feet Inner Ring Road, Kolathur, Chennai 600099, Tamil Nadu but till now no one has come and install my AC. I have informed several time but no response. i do not know what to do...either return or lodge the compliant.
