I registered a complaint of service regarding intolerable sound of Air Conditioner of LG branded with the Reliance Digital located at Vidyanagar, Hubli, Karnataka on 06.02.2015 since it was purchased from Reliance Digital. Despite collecting all required particulars for visiting the place of the customer namely Mr. Sampatakumar, No.19, 1st Floor, Basavaraj Nilaya, New Byahatti Building, Old Sales Tax Office, Vidyanagar, Hubli, Karnataka-580021 by the attender of Land Line No.[protected], till today, nobody from the said office attended the complaint. Even I had reminded them to attend the complaint, however, they failed to do the same.

    Dear sir/mam, On dated 02/02/2015 I purchase New Samsung 28'' LED TV model no : 28H4100 from Reliancedigital Retail Ltd., Third Floor, Tresure Island, MG Road, Indore 452001, Madhya Pradesh, but when service engineer open this LED box and try to check It found some internal demage in LED.Plz. resolve the mater as soon as possible because due to this my other order (DTH connection) not possible and already pay amount for this .But due to TV unavailability this is not possible. and I am also go for Out of station from Next Week.       I bought a microwave oven CE118 samsung from reliance digital (mulund west, mumbai) on 19 Jan 15. The product was a show room piece and got delivered to my house in poor condition (with some local carton) to me on 20 Jan 15. There after i didn't get any installation support and i raised compliant on customer care, and finally i recieved the installation support on 26 Jan 15. Shamsher Shaikh (mobile: [protected]/[protected]) - service engineer from reliance has attended the installation and when he opened the packing, he found the microwave ring was broken. He had taken photographs and told that he will submit it for replacement and his team will bring the new one and will hand over to us. So we accepted to proceed with demo. In the installation report we had written our comment on product defect and both the parties had signed also. However its been 5 days now and there is no update on it. When i called the customer care[protected] by 28 jan 14 (10:10 am), someone told me that the compliant is raised in system and it will be replaced. Same day from RESQ some one called and they told they will follow it up and if not will replace the product itself. I have raised the issue to cshead.[protected]@ril.com and [protected]@resq.in.. From there only sweet mails, saying we are sorry comes, but no resolution, Meanwhile an engineer from samsung came and he told, this is to be dealt by Reliance digital or as a customer i can pay and get new ring directly from samsung.. However there is no call from reliance. The wonderful part is, neither they follow any service level ( 4hrs mentioned in website) for any contact, nor they actuall take action when you send mail. So its waste of time for customer. Also they dont have any escalation matrix, so you cant contact thier higher authorities or mail them. so everywhere they protect themselevs and show no customer support. Good i never bought any additional care warranty from them. Imagine how bad it be! This is the Reference No.:[protected] of my contact.Remember they dont give any reference number in thier phone call, only on mail i got this number. Its been 13 days, i am waiting for the defective product to be replaced, and also its a show room piece came in some old box of other company...

        Dear TeamI bought a LED of Sony Bravia (Model No - 32R422B) from Reliance digital on January 24, 2015 and requested them to deliver the product on 27 of the same month but in-spite of many calls and reminder my LED got delivered on 28 January and did not get the Bill as well, i Supposed to get the bill on my mail on the date of purchasing but after many calls i got my bill on mail today, which is not a proper bill According to me, not installation has been done as well yet, if this can not be done then why i m getting so many calls every day regarding the installation. Already informed by me that i wont be available at my home for next 5 days from tomorrow .I request to Reliance digital to pick the LED from my address ASAP. To give a background of my trust on Sony, I would like to highlight that my family has been using product of Sony since last 10 years and have never faced this kind of issue. I suggest Sony or Reliance should take this complain with utmost priority and should make sure that that the issue is resolved in time so as not to harass the esteemed customers. I seek your help and opinion on this matter which will enable me decide the future course of action regarding this.           The services are not through during the first fortnight of Jan, 2015 and all of a sudden since the beginning of last week the services are stopped and nothing is appearing. This may be due to LNV malfunctioning or something like that. May I request you to please intervene in the matter and set right the services of my BIG TV having Smart Card No.[protected].           Bose speaker not delivered

          Delivery of purchase item. The Bose speaker bought on 23rd March'15 still not delivered Inspite of repeated follow ups. Horrible response when called the customer service

            I have purchased reconnect washing machine which is still under warranty and I have also taken extended warranty. The start button was not working at all. Logged a case on 12th Jan 2015 and as the SLA the technician or the resQ team should reach me by 24-48 Hours (But that did not happen). The technician visited my place on 18th Jan 2015 after many follow ups. He saw the PCB is faulty and need to be replaced. He confirmed me that the faulty device is not available now and he will raise a request and will receive the part in next 2 days. Where as the ticket was closed on the very next day. Tried re-opening the ticket after calling the helpdesk (They have logged another case which was again closed in the next day). This time I was very worried about the kind of service and response reliance resQ Customer Care team is having, wherein they don't worry to inform their customer before closing the ticket. Even the help desk people didn't responded well. Finally logged another case and still the part is not with them. Today is 25th Jan and the issue is still not resolved. Pretty unhappy with the kind of support and the most worried part is I have almost all the electronics goods of the same company Reconnect.               I purchased reconnect tab from reliance digital v3s mall Delhi But since the purchase I have deposited it 5-6 times to the store.everytime there is new problem.this particular set was more with yr store than me. I told many times for replacement but nobody is listening but its sure that after completing the warranty u people will Not give response at all.If yr set is defective, having continous problem than why not u take responsibility n give us another set.I have purchased many other gadgets from this store even than they are not ready to replace it.Why should i waste my money on such a defective gadget?                 Hi, Today[protected] i have been to the Reliance Digital at NACHARAM HYD. I have seen GODREJ Micro-oven there and decided to purchase that . The sales person has explained me all the features and we have decided to take this after hearing that it is coming in the offer as this is the last piece. So we have went to pay the Bill. The price what we have seen on Display was RS: 4792 and the price he was selling was around RS. 9560 . When we have asked them the issue they were saying that the price has changed in 1 day of time and we the customer were w=very disappointed and came back without buying if this, This is how these reliance people is cheating and disappointing the customer . Please look into this and see that this should not happen again and take serious action on this for there rude and cheated terminology. Regards, Customer from Nacharam

                  we are purchased samsung reg and wm at reliance digital malakpet store in the name of t.g.murali. with mobile no:[protected]/alternate no.my brothers [protected].on dated[protected] but still smasung ref free article pending so many time called to store but there no proper responce from there end this is the 5th month still iam not received tomy samsung ref agst container today also they are saying still no stock .after 5months also not ready to handoverd my containers iam not expeted this type of service from reliance.

                    I was working in Istore by reliance digital, i left the job in 2011 and continue with the process of provident fund and submitted the form as it takes 6 months to process and receive money rest of my colleague received the payment after 6 months and i did not and i was out of india i could not get to update. I dont even know my PF number what i remember is my employ ID so can i trace now and can get my PF money if i apply again. Help me if anyone have idea about this. Thank you

                      From Dr satish Kaliappan [protected]@gmail.com I had purchased a LCD TV & a Home theater 29-12-14 system from Reliance digital Modi hospital road Bangalore, They told me that, every thing is on stock & the product will be delivered the next day, but on delivery, I received the TV, not the home theater system, on calling the store, they asked me to come with the bill, they took my bill, and informed me that they will deliver the product as well the bill the next day, but its been almost 5 days i haven't received the product nor the bill, on calling the store no body is taking responsibility, i tried reaching the store manager but they told me that he would not talk to customers. I think i made a big mistake buying products from Reliance digital

                        I bought a Samsung-325 litre's refrigerator on 24th December and when it was delivered. I found that there was a dent in the top door. After speaking to the people from the Store in Anna Nagar, Chennai. they said that they will get it fixed but nothing has happened so far. And it been a week ever since the fridge was delivered and I could not use it. I am frustrated to the core because of the kind of response what I get and also making me run around for getting this issue fixed. Being a long term customer, I never expect such kind of treatment from your people. I have invested my time and money for nothing. I want some one to return back to this complaint ASAP and get this sorted out. Else I may take an Legal action.

                          Bought washing machine on 15.9.2013, also bought extended warranty till 2017. Panel got spoilt. Taken for repair on 15.12.2014 by RelianceResq. A week has gone by but my washing machine has nit yet got repaired. Horrible service. Similar problem with my kent water purifier. Has got spoilt 4 times since i bought it. Reliance Digital is a big let down with regards to service and quality. Will never buy anythin again.

Videocon 40CM[protected]K with extended warranty 2. LG 42 cm 29000 approx. 350000k without extended warranty NOTE: Before visiting i have only checked for Videocon TV. i was about to purchase Videocon TV. I started bargaining like online price is less as compare with u. Finally they agreed to give the online price of Videocon. BUT HUMAN WANTED ARE UNLIMITED.. WHEN I SAW LG PLASMA. Finally i had purchased LG TV from RELIANCE DIGITAL .AFTER DELIVERY OF LG TV, WHEN I CAME TO KNOW ABOUT HUGE PRICE DIFFERENCE, IMMEDATELY I HAVE VISITED TO RELIANCE DIGITAL. WHAT WOULD YOU EXPECT NEXT? WHENEVER I ASKED ABOUT THIS HUGE PRICE DIFFERENCE? GUESS WHAT WAS THERE EXCUSE? RELIANCE DIGITAL SAID TO ME: THERE IS PRICE DIFFERNECE FOR ONLINE AND OFFLINE PRICE.                               I had purchased one bluetooth from Bhubaneswar Orissa store. When I checked at home the was not functioning. When I reached engineers at the store instead of taking responsibility and to see that good product should reach the customer they are asking me to follow up with the respective company to replace the product and they are not bothered in any way. Is it not the responsibility of the Reliance Digital that its sold products not functioning to replace the same.

                                  I HAD PURCHASED A HP LAPTOP ON 16/10/2014 FROM NAGPUR. WITH THE LAPTOP, A KIT OF LAP30-40K N ACC WAS TO BE GIVEN, BUT ON THAT DAY, THERE WAS NOT STOCK OF THE KIT. WE WERE PROMISED THE KIT WITHIN 15 DAYS. NOW EVEN AFTER A MONTH, WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE KIT. YOUR STORE AT NAGPUR IS EXPRESSING ITS INABILITY DUE TO NON RECEIPT OF STOCK. ARE YOU TRYING TO FOOL US BY MAKING LAME EXCUSES. I SHALL FILE A CASE IN THE CONSUMER COURT(BEING A LAWYER) AND SEE THAT YOU ARE HEAVILY PENALISED.

                                      I want to register a complaint against LG and Reliance Digital, I had booked a Washing Machine on 23-10-14 at Reliance digital based at Korum Mall based at Thane west, Maharashtra still i have not received it. They are just utilizing my money by taking it in advance and not giving any reason for delay in t delivery.                                         Dear Notorious Reliance digital, I Purchased AOC LED 40" TV from reliance digital Nacharam, Hyderabad on 17th October 2014, next day the TV was delivered but without Wall Mount... They said it will be delivered and fixed within two days BUT till now it has not been delivered. So far we have called several times to both store and Service contact number. They always bluffing one thing... stock has been exhausted and it will be delivered withing two days... when we called AOC customer care they said wall mount always packed along with the TV... It seems reliance digital indulging in a fraud by removing wall mount from TV pack and fooling customers by saying "out of stock". Dear reliance digital don't punish us for purchasing TV from your store... we will never make such mistake future... please deliver the wall mount and say good bye forever...hoping you will resolve the problem withing couple of days...
