Myself Someshwar Chatterjee from Kolkata (West Bengal), I have been a customer of Reliance Digital for more than 2 yrs. This complain is regarding the service you have given through RESQ plan for my Samsung Air Conditioner.

Please read each line of my mail the only you can understand what am I going through.
I have purchased this AC on 18/05/12 from

After 1.5 years the AC started creating problem i.e. it was not cooling properly, so I launched a complain to the Reliance Digital Store (above address) since I had a RESQ plan for the same.
First time the technician came did some servicing and told me there is some shortage of GAS for that reason the cooling problem was arising. I agreed, they came on the next day refilled the GAS and gone.
After 3 months again the same problem arised again, it was not cooling as desired, again I launched a complain, its the second time they came refilled and went away. I told them please see if there is any other problem like leakage or anything, but didn't bother to listen me told me that there was a nut valve loose in the outdoor fan which was causing the issue, which they have tightened and it will not happen again.
After five or six months the same thing happened and they did the same thing. I told them repeatedly to check for the leak is at any other place because I was sure that time. Now you see this was the third time they did the refilling and went way. This time it was beyond my tolerance I personally went to the showroom (above address) branch from where I purchased the same, I explained in detail what was going till then, how every time refilling the GAS each time after three four months. After that showroom people sent a technician on the next day. He (technician) came opened the few parts of the AC and told me that there was a leakage in the some field coil or something I don't the exact term. This was the first time I found someone looking it carefully. He told me they have to do some welding so he has to take the indoor unit to the service center and it will take more than a week to return it back. I told him repeatedly as it was under RESQ plan please replace the desired things inside to make it work perfectly. But all my saying were in vain first of all they took one month to return my AC that is I got this June and again now again I switched on the AC its not cooling again .
Now you tell me what should I do? Is this the way of service you give your service to customers???? simply nothing but harassing them. Such a shame!!!
Form now on i would not suggest anyone to buy anything from Reliance Digital .
Please do what you can do... I want a replacement of the thing that has been damaged as it is under RESQ plan, I will not accept welding or any other thing that will give a temporary solution.
