Am kiran from hyd. I purchased a Mili wallcharger(Adapter) on 28th Septemper 2015 at 9:27pm for Rs.999/- from Reliance Digital Kompally Branch. On the very next day i found that my product was not working properly. It charges for an hour or two and later it doesn't work.I went to the same branch again n showed to the concerned authority. he tested my product for an hr n said it's working perfectly fine. I requested him to replace the product as it is not working properly but he denied saying it is in god working condition.He asked me to contact Mili Company directly through contact number.

Why should i contact Mili company when i got bill from Reliance Digital, Kompally?? What is the fun in stating the product has 6 months warranty when you can't replace the product??

I request the concerned authorities to look into the issue and replace my adapter at the earliest. I also request Reliance Digital Top management not to sell fake goods like this and cheat their loyal customers.

    I bought 24 Inch Samsung LED TV at Tirupati Reliance Mart on 04 Sep 2014 two years warranty with triple protection. My TV had problem on 25 Sep 15 and I went to Reliance for the same. They said complaint to be registered with Samsung. Samsung CC said the Complain to be registered with Reliance and they gave Mob No. of one o[censored]r employees named Bhaskar, [protected]. I lodged complain on 30 Sep 15. after two days nobody came. Then I call Mr. Bhaskar then he sent your service engineers and take the photo copy of the Warranty Card and Bill, and Mr. Bhaskar told me that my complaint will be solved with in one day. I talk to ur many executives many times. which i can't be elaborate now. Till now problem is not rectified.

      I have purchased an Intex aqua dream II on 16/08/2015 in Relaince Digital outlet Pondicherry, after two weeks the loud speaker in the phone is not working and the phone is also automatically entering into many apps even without touching the phone and also without internet connection, for this rectification i gave the mobile in the store where i have purchased, they sent the mobile to the service centre, but in the service center they kept the phone idle for one week and they returned it as the problem got rectified, then i checked phone got shocked that the phone not even opened, then the next day again i gave it to the same store, and they also again sent the mobile to the service centre, they are not responding properly, one day a phone call came from the service centre that your phone is ready and you can come and get it, i went for collecting the mobile they told that the phone has some OS problem you come the next day, the next day i went but they told that the battery is dry wait for some time after charging it i will give, i waited for more than an hour after that they told that the phone got charged only 3% so you better come next day, again the next day i went, they told that the same loud speaker problem is there, so we have asked for updation so you wait for some time, i waited for 2 hours but they did'nt tell any positive reply, i have ever seen this kind of service, so please if the phone is not able to service please replace urgenty.

        My 2.1 Speakers stopped working within the warranty period hence I took them to ResQ Center in Bibwewadi, Pune. I was told that it will be repaired within 2-3 Days and I will be informed however, I only got a message that it is being looked at by the technician and no call nothing. So I called up the customer care and I was told that it is being looked at and they have raised a complaint for not getting back to me within 2-3 days. I waited another week and still there was no response from the customer care nor ResQ Center hence I visited the ResQ Center and was told that the Speakers are non repairable and I will get the replacement within 2 days. Now again another week passed still no reply so I visited the ResQ Center and was told that Reliance Digital Store from where I purchased this speaker is shut down hence they cannot get it replaced however, it will be refunded within 7 working days. Now it is more that 7 working days so I called up the guy in ResQ Center regrading the refund and he said there will be no refund but he can give me a voucher of the purchase amount which is Rs. 3999 and it can be redeemed at any Reliance Digital Store. Now as I do not have any faith in their services I do not wish to get this voucher so I am requesting a 100% refund or replacement. These guys are taking disadvantage of my patience, according to the warranty rules I should get the repair / replacement / refund and I was ready for all these options despite of wasting lot of time running after this stupid people I am getting nothing.           Hi Team, I have bought iPad Air 2 from Reliance Digital Store- Banaswadi, Bangalore on 25 June 2015 . There was a promotional offer of 5% cash back on purchases using ICICI credit card. They informed the cash back will be credited in to the account with in 45 days from the end of promotional offer. But till now no cash back was transferred. The response from the store representatives is also not good. 90 days have gone I still didnt receive my cash back . Its a very poor promise, highly frustrated - I strongly urge you to pay me my cashback amount. Date : 25 June 2015, C#16720000 S#8758 Txn#13 R#012 EAN#[protected] Staff at Reliance digital Banaswadi Bangalore are also not giving any information on this.Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible and transfer the cash back amount.             My email conversations : from last 40 days i'm doing follow - ups with reliance digital regarding my mobile reconnect rpspe 4701, it's already repaired two times. And almost all parts like...Speaker, mice, ringer, flash, camera repaired many times and now volume key now working.

            I'm waiting for more then a month but not getting any response from them.

            So please look in this matter and arrange to resolve it as soon as possible.

            I recently purchased reconnect mobile from your reliance digital bhiwadi outlet. It's camera and flash was stop working after two months, i submitted to for the repairing.

            Which was given back to us in a month time and when we tested it was never repaired. But i am not satisfied with your worst services, because i received it after a long time apx. 45 days, with many scratches. However it was clean at the time of submission. After many arguments and discussions i'm not got any suitable response from reliance store. Now again my mobile stop working and submitted to reliance store bhiwadi. Again i'm not getting any suitable response from reliance store. Every time they are saying "we are not sure, when it will get repaired" i'm waiting from last 20 days. This time my mice, speaker, ringer not working.


            I got the problem almost in every part of mobile, you should be replace instead of repair the mobile. Every time you keep the mobile more then a month. I am not satisfied with your worst services


            Even after several follow - ups with your bhiwadi store i;m not getting any response. So please resolve it as soon as possible. And replace my mobile.

              We have been contacting support and the shop just for a remote for the newly purchased O General window A/C from Phoenix market city Chennai. For the sake of giving they first gave a remote which did not suit the A/C specifications. Then after 7 day we got another remote which we were able to switch off the A/C but could not on it. An service engineer visited last sunday and has taken picture of the remote which is there in the instruction manual. Till now no one has got back. Whenever we call they say that they are searching for the remote or a person has gone to purchase the remote. Really frustrated with the service.We have only wasted the time and money by calling the service person and the shop for the details. Product Purchased on 19th September 2015. Very worst support.
              Not at all happy with the support.

                Yamaha Home Theater stopped working within 20 days of installation I have purchased Yamaha Home Theater Model YHT 1810 from Reliance Digital, Thane on 23.08.2015 and withing 20 days of installation while listening music, suddenly the system stopped and refused to power on. I booked complaint on customer care number on 18.09.2015. The technician arrived after 4 days. i.e. 22.09.2015, that too after 3 calls to customer care. After checking technician told that the system has to be taken to the workshop for repairs. I have purchased this branded high end system from reputed dealer like Reliance Digital. I am afraid if the product stopped working within 20 days then how it will survive after warranty period. I hereby demand that Reliance Digital replace the system with new one.                   I am a customer of RESQ Plan for my LG Split AC from 01.04.2015 and the serial no. is 246682. In this context when the remote control of the said AC was not working I asked for a service request to helpline no. and after that the following reference numbers are send to me as my reference no.:- 07/09/2015- Ref. No.[protected] 09/09/2015- Call No. [protected] 19/09/2015- Call No. [protected] 26/09/2015- Ref. No.[protected] First time when the staff visited my house told me that the remote is defective and he will check it and replace it if needs. But next time he told that the remote is ok but the sensor of the AC is not working. So it has to be replaced. Third time another staff called SANDIP came to my house and told me that the display board is defective, so it has to be replaced, and he took the photo of the Customer Data copy page & Serial no. Board. But till date no solution is there for my AC has been found and every time I called him ([protected]) he promised to do the job urgently. Surprisingly every time I got the Message that the Reference numbers and call numbers have been resolved, where the problem has not yet solved and I have been cheated by RESQ.

                    I Bhupinder Singh write this email to inform you that I recently bought Sony Xperia M4 Aqua mobile Model No: E2363 (White), IMEI No: [protected] from Reliance Shop-Bangalore-560076 on 20/09/2015. Through this mail i would like to inform you that I found its a damage mobile phone as Its slim slot 1 was not in condition to work and left side of the screen there is minor gap or space on the handset and its a waterproof handset... Firstly I went to Reliance Shop I showed him the mobile and issues which were there in the handset. Reliance person told me that I should go to Sony Service Center and I follow the same... Secondly I went to Sony Service Center ABHIVRUDHI TECH, Jayanagar, Bangalore and i showed them a problem and I have given my Sony Xperia M4 Aqua mobile to them on 22/09/2015, ... Reliance Shop is saying that I should go to Sony Service Center because this issue will be resolve by them and Sony Service told me you got a damage mobile from Reliance Shop but we are taking this mobile and will be sending this mobile for repair. So right now I am felling like a fool after taking this Sony Brand as of I purchase this Sony product first time. Kindly replace my phone and give me a New Sony Xperia M4 Aqua mobile or Refund my money back to me for that I would be very great full to you because i paid you the money for a new product but you gave me damage product and I do not want to use repair product...                           Purchased smsung Home Theater HT J 5100K paid full amount on 9.9.2015 and received the set on 15.9.2015. Samsung personel were engaged for installation.The box was opened by them and it was found that the HDMI cable missing and they told me that it is an included option. I also enquired about it in the samsung dealer showroom and they showed me the box that the HDMI cable is included logo.Why should I go to reliance digital all the way from Ramnad to Madurai to be cheated.when i asked the show room they told me that HDMI cable will not be given along with the product. Kindly find out from your store that who took away the cable and provide me a new one at the earliest

                            Dear Sir / Madam, In Dec, 2014, I happened to visit Reliance Digital stores in Hyderabad and to my misfortune ended up buying two air conditioners from the store. One of AC is Hitachi & I have been going back and forth with Reliance Digital Stores for the last 7 months with no resolution to my problem. Along with the Air Conditioners I was advised by the sale rep to buy RESQ Plan for complete "peace of Mind". LOL. Since, then I only had a painful experience. First and Foremost even after several follow ups with your customer service team there was no person sent for a DEMO for both the air conditioners. Secondly, My Hitachi AC Turns Off whenever I turn the SLEEP timer ON. Several Un Trained and Unprofessional Technicians visited my home who know nothing about Hitachi and they started reading manuals at my home. I have informed them that I am a learned person and after trying all from the Manual, I am unable to resolve the issue. Hitachi customer care refused to entertain my call as I bought the product from Reliance. One Mr. Geelani and One Mr.Srinivas who are the service center leads keep sending technicians who can clean AC or fill gas which is not the problem. I contacted CSHEAD at Reliance Digital and exchanged several emails but only to find that they forward my request to the same useless technicians.                               I took extended warranty for my Sony LED TV from Reliance Resq. Logged a complaint (ID : [protected]) on Sept 13th but no one attended my complaint till date. Instead when I called up customercare they issued me new complaint ID ([protected]) on 15/09/2015. Customercare people making false commitment everytime. I am ex-VP from Reliance Jio. Will esclate head of Reliance digital if not served within this week.

                                Hello team, My self Chirag Rupera([protected]). I have purchased a Samsung refrigerator with stabilizer free operation technology. Within six month suddenly my fridge went off and it is not turning on but samsung, Reliance Digital and service provider are charging for this repairing of fridge. It's under warranty period then why should I pay a big amount of 4000/-. I have contacted and requested all of them many times but they denied. And forcing me to pay.

                                  I bought a 32" AOC led TV in January 2014 from Reliance digital store with 2 years warranty .The TV stopped working since 20 August 2015 and since then I am continuously complaining at customer care .All the time they reply that a technician will visit you within 48 hours but nothing happens . Such a ridiculous company and service I met across first time in my life of 40 years . I would suggest everyone to beware from buying products from Reliance digital stores .

                                  Today a service engineer came to my residence to repair the TV, he took Rs.2, 560.00 from me for replacing a part .By replacing the part TV worked for 5 hours and then again it got dead .

                                  I tried his mobile number several times but he did not pick up the phone .So now I have wasted my Rs.2, 560.00 .

                                    I bought reliance reconnect television on 01 May 2015. By mid July the remote had a problem wherein the charging port was not working. Youtube videos also stopped playing. I contacted reliance customer care with this problem. A person from Resq came and tried to fix the youtube problem. He was searching for the menu in the TV after 1.5 hrs when I asked him what was the problem he told that he has experience in repairing panasonic tv's but not reliance reconnect. He gave up and told me that management will get back to me. I had to contact customer care several times before another resq person came and took the remote informing that it will be repaired. (I had given up on you the youtube problem since there was no response from Bangalore service center) I was provided a simple remote as replacement that did not have the computer key board at the back of the remote. Inspite of my follow ups with the service center in K R puram, the original remote has not been replaced till now. I have repeatedly contacted service center without getting the proper reason for the delay in replacing my tv remote. Reliance service is the worst I have come across till date wherein they are only interested in meeting the targets by selling products and do not care about customer service. NOTE: I have bought the extended warranty for the TV and not sure more how many times I need to suffer with service center in Bangalore. KR Puram/Whitefield.

                                        Sir/Ma'am I have submitted my Lenovo Tab to you which has been purchased on 11th May 2014 and is under the RESQ for a further period of two years. The Tab suddenly went off and I submitted the same to your store at Infinity Malad on 8th August 2015.It is now around a month that I have been following up on the phone with your service centre and also the store. During this period I was told that they are hunting for some part. Around 12 days back I have been informed that THE TAB CANNOT BE REPAIRED AS THEY DO NOT HAVE THE SPARE PART AND IT WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE. To top it all, your staff has the absolute audacity to tell me to ACCEPT A COMMERCIAL SETTLEMENT. which meant I were to receive some small meager percent of the value of my tab, to which I obviously refused. They said that they would get back to me after speaking to their seniors. No one has reverted back as yet. If you are unable to repair a very latest model tab, I demand that my tab be replaced with one of the same configuration. Why should I pay the price for your incompetence of repairing your own product. I have a perfectly in order warranty for which I have paid extra. I am losing out on my business as I do not have any other gadget to view or present my projects on. You will be liable for my loss of business too. I am not a kid who is using tab for games and would be ok not having it for a long time, I am a professional who uses the tab for my business. According to The Resq plan I am entitled to a standby unit in case of delayed service, but I am sorry to say that even that has not been taken care of. awaiting a very early reply from you.
                                        with the kind of service they provide, its not long before they would be showed the door...
