I had lodged a complaint on 29th August regarding my whirlpool washing machine not working. I had purchased this washing machine from reliance Jan12. I had also take AMC from Reliance for 2 years. I have been trying to get this done for the last 12-15 days. The complaint has not been resolved yet. When I spoke today, I spoke to a person named Jeetu, Ali, Savita. Non could resolve.     Sir/Ma'am I have submitted my Lenovo Tab to you which has been purchased on 11th May 2014 and is under the RESQ for a further period of two years. The Tab suddenly went off and I submitted the same to your store at Infinity Malad on 8th August 2015.It is now around a month that I have been following up on the phone with your service centre and also the store. During this period I was told that they are hunting for some part. Around 12 days back I have been informed that THE TAB CANNOT BE REPAIRED AS THEY DO NOT HAVE THE SPARE PART AND IT WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE. To top it all, your staff has the absolute audacity to tell me to ACCEPT A COMMERCIAL SETTLEMENT. which meant I were to receive some small meager percent of the value of my tab, to which I obviously refused. They said that they would get back to me after speaking to their seniors. No one has reverted back as yet. If you are unable to repair a very latest model tab, I demand that my tab be replaced with one of the same configuration. Why should I pay the price for your incompetence of repairing your own product. I have a perfectly in order warranty for which I have paid extra. I am losing out on my business as I do not have any other gadget to view or present my projects on. You will be liable for my loss of business too. I am not a kid who is using tab for games and would be ok not having it for a long time, I am a professional who uses the tab for my business. According to The Resq plan I am entitled to a standby unit in case of delayed service, but I am sorry to say that even that has not been taken care of. awaiting a very early reply from you.

Lets show the REAL POWER of SOCIAL MEDIA I manuel francis am a para medical intern at fortis hospital mulund, my friend had gifted me a lenovo p780 android phone wid an extended warranty purchased at reliance digital services, it is a fraud and cheat company with 0 customer service, i had not used the phone for 1 year since i had another android phone that i was using..but wen i used the lenovo p85 for the 1st time i realized that there was an issue with the antena and range, as sim card was not detecting any range in the phone, i tried using many sim cards I went to the reliance store 2 months back..they wasted 3 to 4 hours needlessly analysing my phone and formated it saying the issue will be resolved on formatting which i knew wouldnt..then they asked me for a booklet that they hadnt provided me with at the time of purchase..they wasted another month ordering a extended warranty resq booklet for me. I had submitted my phone on 8th august for repair, they said the issue would be resolved in 10 days or else they would provide me another handset for usage purposes which was a 'false' promise again..even after 10 days they did not bother to call me back and inform, wen i called they said they will look into the matter in half an hour but the same story repeated, i visited their store religiously for weekss..they kept making false promises of repair and issue being resolved evry day, last friday my patience ran out i shouted at them and threatened to them i will go to the consumer forum, they comitted to resolve the issue by monday, today when i went to the store, they started acting ignorant and told me plainly that the issue is irresolvable since they are not finding the parts of the phone and that hence they would pay me 30% of the amount i purchased my phone and keep the phone for themselves When i tried to argue my point here that inspite of paying 18k rs plus an extended warranty of 1k that they werent going to replace, repair or adequately compensate for my greiviences, the guy at the desk claiming to be the manager MR.RAJEEV SAHINI behaved aggressively with me, shouting like a mad dog, banging the desk like an uncivilized animal threatened me that he will never return my phone back..he said 'do what u can'..can u beleive it? He had the audacity to tell that to me instead of solving my issue..he even called the security gaurds on me for raising my voice and abusing him inreturn, this is not customer care but CUSTOMER ABUSE Inspite of so much drama there was no solution to the problem, i have wasted 2months behind it..precious two months, i had my final exams graduation and important interviews which got stuck up because of their IRRESPONSIBLE AND CARELESS BEHAVIOUR, its because of lazy and corrupt people like these INDIA DOES NOT PROGRESS! I HAVE MISSED MY DAILY ROUTINE most importantly GYM WORKOUTS AND INTERVIEWS BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE, i am mentally tortured, i ADVICE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL SERVICES, ITS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY, trying to cheat people on the basis of EXTENDED WARRANTY I also have a sensational video of the whole conversation with the customer care executive, i am going to use the power of social media to expose the whole scam just imagine guys they have so many stores, they literally beg you to buy an extended warranty worth rs 1000 and do not help customers in any way instead fleece masses, this has happened with many people PLEASE help me wid this Contact info-[protected] God will bless u

        I just purchased a SanDisk memory card from Reliance Digital store, Kalamassery, Kochi. After billing only, I could understand that it is not the one I wanted. The section on the pack where they display product specification was hidden with a sticker. When I asked them to replace the item, they are not ready to do so, saying they have billed it. Even the pack was not broken, but still they are saying, item once billed will not be taken back or replaced. Attaching a photograph of the pack, which shows product specification is hidden. I don't want toget the item replaced any more, just need my money back. I would never have bought the item, had I know it is a Class4 item, not Class 10.             I R.kiran had got repaired my HP E015TX laptop in Reliance Digital visakhapatnam on 24/06/15 to 26/07/15 "lan port and heat compliant" under warrant of 2 year Reliance Digital but during this process the processer chip of i5 got replaced with i3 with out my knowledge.so requesting you to justify me also i am interested in going in a legal procedure if the replay for my message i don't receive with in 24 hours.

              I had taken resQ care plan from Reliance digital in Jan-15 and it is valid till Jan-2016.

              But i am not getting service from Reliance digital whern ever i raised the complain/call. I made the complaint to Team lead, Service Desk Manager - Reliance digital, Kolkata. But there is no response, even i visited Reliance Digital store, Axis mall, Newtown Kolkata and explain all my problem to CSD but their behaviour are irresponsible towards the customer.
              As there is issue with Water purifyer - Marvela RO and did not gets problem fix on time i have to purchase water from out side.

                I want to escalate this issue to next level because I am not getting the LED back since last 2 months. The issue started two month back & after lot of follow-ups from my side a service engg came to check the TV. He told me the panel has issue & needs to repair, he went back saying that he will inform service centre & I will receive call from service centre for next action. Since I dint received any call for next 2 week I started following up with service centre & after 10 days of continuous followup service person came to my house to pick my TV for repair. As per the your extended warranty booklet it states that "Standby unit supported in the event of any delayed service." So far you have not arranged any standby LED at my place. My family is without a TV for last 2 months because of your team's carelessness and non-responsiveness. Every time as a customer I have to call many times to get connected with concern person. After continuous followups I got in touch with Mr. Akhilesh who gave me commercial solution as TV is not repairable. After waiting for checq when I dint received today morning your call center connected with Mr. Nikhil as service head & he promised today to arrange it by tomorrow before 3 PM. The extended warranty booklet also states that "Depreciation method of resolution in case of non availability of parts during said period of plan". Technically, it does not state any percentage. So just you cannot force it on me. Plus my warranty is up to 2016. So, please repair my TV and return it at the earliest. It is already 2 months now. Now Your offer is not attractive to accept. We are not going to spend a penny to get the TV. We need it in working condition because we have the extended warranty from you until 2016. It is the responsibility and liability of Reliance Digital to arrange the spare parts or provide an equivalent working condition LED or even provide a new LED TV under the extended warranty commitment. If needed, I will try to contact your CEO Mr. Brian Bade who I hope will help me in this case. Being an old customer and have given you good business, I deserve a customer-oriented solution at the earliest. If this issue is not resolved at all, I will seek help from the Consumer Court .                   I purchased an LG Washing Machine from Reliance Digital (Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi) on 16 October 2014 and was offered a Reconnect Steam Iron. When I tried to use the iron, I noticed that it was sticking to the cloths indicating something wrong with the coating. It was brought to the notice of the Consumer Desk in the showroom and the iron deposited for rectification. With no communication from their side, I contacted them after about one month. No action had been taken so far, and to come out of the embarrassing situation, I was given a replacement. Story repeated itself and approached them again. I was advised to go to their service centre to get it attended to fast. I informed that neither it was convenient nor I was in a tearing hurry. So, the iron was again deposited with the showroom. After rigorous follow up, the iron was sent to my residence after a clever tinkering with the thermostat knob. Even at the highest setting, it would be only “slightly warm” thus reducing the sticking problem. It was sent back. I waited for a couple of months and then approached their showroom. Even after making calls to their service centre, they could not trace it and promised to get back to me in a day’s time. Received a call after four days to confirm my residential address. It was followed by three more calls only to check the address before the iron was sent to me “as it was.” I sent it back. Again, almost two months have passed. No further follow-up from my side… No communication from their side. Is it the level of quality and service that will make them what they claim “…to become a preferred brand that is easy on the consumers’ minds….?”

                    I brought a Hitachi 1 ton split AC on 5-May- 2015, from the Reliance Retail Limited Address: Premises no. 46, Ideal Regency, PS Thakurpukur, Behala, Kolkata - 700063, West Bengal. The installation was done on the 8-May-2015. Just after the installation was complete I noticed a long scratch mark on the upper panel of the AC. Immediately I complained, to the installation guys, the Reliance digital office, and after that every notable person I can get to. Every time I was requested to be a bit more patient and the spare part is coming. But till today, I have not yet received any replacement from them. A few days ago, some guys from reliance came, and took away the defective panel and said that they would return with a replacement soon. The very next day, I got a call from their office, that spare is not available. They came back with the defective part and installed it and now I have been told by them to wait . This is absolutely embarrassing for me to have got a product for over 30000 INR (not for free) and not getting the slightest service from them. Please do something .

                      I bought htc 8x mobile phone from reliance digital showroom - r city mall - ghatkopar west. And after one year due to only power button not working i give my phone for repair to reliance digital - show room and they are issuing me one job sheet on 10 th june 2015 date and from last two months they making me fool - due to part not available or what ever some foolish reasons. I request to you please take action against this. .

                        I have purchased PANASONIC semi-automatic machine from Reliance Digital - Phoenix Mall, Kurla (W) on 2nd August, 2015. While the machine is in use, the LINT FILTER comes out of socket. On complaining about the same on their customer care no., a technician was sent for inspection. Upon inspection, he said that it is a manufacturing defect and that the LINT FILTER will be replaced. 15 days have passed since then, but no replacement has been done. We have called up their customer care no. a number of times, but in vain. Every time we are just given the assurance that it will be done tomorrow. But tomorrow never comes. Regretting buying from RELIANCE DIGITAL.

                          I am not satisfied with your worst services if your call SLA is 48 hours in summer you attend AC call after 48 hours then just think how you will survive in this service market you can make a person fool one time and this is my first time but at renewal please don't hope to carry this contract from me side even I will convince my relatives and friends to don't made any relation with reliance with respect in service term. Thanks guys for giving us such type of worst service experience.

                            I visited the store on Sunday(23rd August 2015) and was in need of washing machine, Television and Refrigerator for the home. We needed it urgently due to some personal reason. Firstly we were charged extra in the bill to what was decided and finalized. Secondly as promised technician was to arrive on Tuesday(25th August 2015) to install all the product. Still no technician came till date. Then we ourselves tried to install and found that the color of washing machine was different to what we ordered.

                              I purchased HUL Water purifier Pureit Marvella on 9th April 2015 from Reliance Digital at Narayanapanapalaya Bangalore. I complained thto toll number on 18th morning about need for replacing Sediment filter as it is blinking red. Again I reminded on 22nd morning. But no response. I visited their store & met the supervisor & she contacted service centre & informed that it may be replaced by Friday 28th August as it is short of supply of filter from HUL. My No [protected].

                                I bought an led tv from reliance digital indirapuram. The sales man promised installation of TV within two days. Even after several follow-ups with customer care, the tv has not been installed and 4 days have passed. every time, they just say - it will be done today, but no installation happens. Today they told a different story saying that the installation request was being created for a wrong city, and thats why it could not happen and registered a new request for installation for today's date. I checked the address in my bill is correct, so I cannot understand how come the installation request was transferred to Lucknow.

                                  I have booked LG 32LF554A Led Tv on 14th Aug 2015 from Reliance Digital, Madhapur, Hitech City. I was told TV will be diliverd next day & wall mounting will be done by evening. TV was diliverd next day, However Flexi Mount Bracket is missing. I have been taking followup for the same. I have also visited shop on 16th Aug. Called customer service centre Reference Ticket NO 20088555. Registered complaint no[protected]. Customer care replied as per policy we get it done within 48 hrs. Still it's not done & why the sales person making wrong commitments to customers. My concern is also why the Flexi Mount Bracket Not Delivered with the TV. Are they trying to fool customers. I have called store no[protected] they were telling they will provide normal bracket. After so much of argument they agreed to provide Flexi Mount Bracket. Today is the fourth day still installation is not done.

                                    Hi, Am Vamsi Sai, I have bought LG Top Load Fully Automatic Washing machine on 31/08/2012 and also bought extended warranty to it till 31/08/2016. One and half month back when i complained them about there is heavy noise in the washing machine while it is working.After three days of compliant the service came and told me that the suspension rods needs to be changed and it takes at least one week for them to get those rods, to which i agreed but after that week the service guy didn't respond to my calls like this i have almost registered 16 times to which none responded.Finally when i mailed them again last week. i got a call that my washing machine is not in warranty, when i asked them on what basis they are saying that, they told me it is in their system.So, in order to update it i have sent them the scanned bills and warranty copies.even after getting that, no one has called me. when i call them now they are not picking my calls. Forget about concern, they don't even have minimum courtesy to address customers problem. Generally it may take 4-5 days for a chronic issue but to replace suspension rods they are taking one and half month, still continuing..

                                      I have tried sending this message from my recent complaint id but somehow its not taking it. So i have started a new complaint log for the old unresolved issue( Any how the subject for both the complaints remains the same) Nothing has been done yet, Reliance customer support is a big disappointment, Mumbai Team was very helping and took immediate action and handed over to Hyderabad team, But Hyderabad team is still slow in responding, especially WAJID from HYDERABAD is really a big disappointment. This guy talked to us and told he will resolve it in a day.He contacted AOC service guys but we did not have any response from that day i.e on 13/08/2015. The drama these Reliance guys and AOC guys do is that they cannot upgrade the software, so any file corrupts or any booting file misses then the only solution they have is CHANGING THE MOTHER BOARD. How disgusting it is to even digest this. AOC is a good computer brand and they don't have software upgrade if the software files corrupts, forget about software upgrade, they don't even have any thing like FACTORY SETTINGS. This is the case with AOC. And we are really fools to trust so called RELIANCE DIGITAL and buy AOC TV's from them. Don't you think how fraud this is? How could RELIANCE DIGITAL even sell these kind of partial warranty or so called COMPREHENSIVE WARRANTY products to us?How could they fool us saying software upgrades are only to good brands like SONY, LG etc, and If they say AOC is not a good brand, why do they even sell AOC products to us? It is under their trust, I have bought this product? they gave me extra 2 years warranty and they say bull s**t like its just comprehensive warranty...they say that they upgrade software to only TV's which are more than 40 inches( NOTE : My TV is 39 inches), They only have software upgrade available from 40 inches. Now, that's really cheap and just an ESCAPE to change my mother board instead of repairing it. Right from the beginning everybody, all the Technicians be it be RELIANCE or be it be AOC, everybody are just interested in changing the mother board and giving a hefty bill, nobody is interested in repairing it, they even say its just some software issue or some boot up file might be missing, but they are not interested in upgrading the software neither they provide any solution, Even when the complaint has been lodged with AOC guys, they are supposed to come here, so they have called us and asked us what is the problem, when we explain our problem, they straight away say they will change motherboard, when we insist them to check with the software, they just accept it for namesake that they will check for upgrade if it doesn't workout then they say they will charge. But i just have no trust in any of them because every body are just trying to loot loot loot, just loot. Even if they say we have checked for software issues, unfortunately it cannot be fixed, mother board has to be changed, We are really not able to trust them if they have really checked it or not? The REAL let down is with RELIANCE DIGITAL, They did not even care to help us. NOTE : 1.)COMPREHENSIVE WARRANTY ( Not clearly mentioned while buying) 2.) What ever RELIANCE DIGITAL gives as warranty is just SERVICE( Technician comes after repeated calls, headache, frustration), NO WARRANTY AT ALL. 3.)SOFTWARE UPGRADE is only for TV's above 40 inches( Mine is 39 inches and they did not inform me this before, I dont even have an idea if there are any TV's more than 39 inches TV's available in this brand while I was buying it) 4.)If your TV has stopped working, Be prepared to spend HEFTY PRICE FOR MOTHER CHANGE, because neither RELIANCE DIGITAL not AOC is interested in repairing it. 5.) Be prepared to put your TV's in a not working state to the wall for at least a month because all this process takes atleast a month[protected]RELIANCE DIGITAL SERVICE = SNAIL SERVICE( Even tortoise runs faster) Mr.Wajid, On 13th of this month, we spoke to AOC guys as you said, when we complained back to you about software upgrade you told us we just talk to technicians so AOC technicians have no idea, You talk to managers of AOC, you have clear picture and more knowledge than technicians in AOC do...you told you would revert back to us by the end of the day? Its been 5 days now? Can you give us some solution?

                                      A lady has called u now claiming that she is Mrs.ARUNA - ASST ZONAL MANAGER([protected]) from HYDERABAD, But the way she spoke and the way she hung up my call abruptly when i was speaking does not show the professional way of dealing with the issue at all.
                                      She repeatedly asks me to wait for 10 days for a mother board change when i ask her to first send the AOC technician and upgrade the software or reset it.
                                      SHE IS ONLY INTERESTED IN CHANGING MOTHERBOARD, she says it frankly, she even claims that the SOFTWARE IS AVAILABLE but she is not ready to upgrade it or send a technician for it.

                                      I STRONGLY FEEL AOC AND RELIANCE GUYS HAS MADE UP SOME DEAL NOT TO REPAIR THE TV BUT REPLACE THE PARTS.

                                      So that they get GOOD MONEY by fooling the customers.

                                      I am planning to post all of my complaints in all social media sites and urge for justice.

                                        Hi, iam A.venkat reddy purchased a dell laptop from your store on 18th july. they gave me paytm promo voucher but the voucher is not valid. after sales service is not good. when icomplined to this team they gave me again a in valid paytm voucher. the prices are very higher than other stores .kindly resolve my problem dont cheat customers kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible
