I had purchased a front loading Washing Machine of Whirlpool from the Reliance Digital from Tollygunge on 17.09.2010.After installation I informed the Reliance for Demo (as They had told me).They send a man for Demo.That man started the machine and told my mother & wife the remaining job and left.After a few days latter I started the machine for washing.The machine started normally but few minutes latter it shows the F1 in the display board.Immediately I switch of the machine.Next day again I operate the machine,this time same incident happened.I informed the Whirlpool Customer care and they send a service engineer on the same day.After inspection he told us that due to wrong demo,the motor & the display board of the machine has been damaged.So it should be changed.I informed the whole incident to the Reliance Digital.After hearing the promised me to replace the machine but it wold take 15 days for replace.But since then nearly one month has left,now they told me that it would not possible for them to replace the machine.Now my question is why the Whole machine should not replace because it is totally their fault.

    I had bad experience with reliance digital. I bought nokia 5230 on 14th aug and sent cash back coupons worth 750/- Rs. to mumbai. My claim form number is : 2930231.

    Till now I received message that your request is in processing and you will get cheque within 10 working days by 3 different persons from travelport when I send mail to check the status on : [protected]@travelport.in.

    I doubt any one has received this kind of cash back. Looks like just publicity stunt to attract people by stating 10% discount on products.

    Really disappointing.

    Hope someone would look at it.
    I am facing the same issue. I have not received cash back of 1200 Rs (purchase date : 3rd sep 2010) yet.
    I think this is scam scheme, I also bought mobile phone from Reliance Digital on 14th Aug, and was given the cashback vouchers which I sent for claiming. But till date no status of the same. These guys are really selling wrong schemes and I am sure none would have got these claims

      i am a subscriber of big tv. on 11th of nov i lodged a complaint regarding loss of signal on my set top box. i was told that some engineer was going to visit my place to rectify the error. on 13 th i found that my services were discontinued. on inquiring about the same i found that rs. 175 were deducted from my a/c as visiting charges , when no such visit was made by any service engineer from the company's side. ever since i contacted the customer care 8 -10 times but they would not listen. kindly take the necessary steps regarding this so that i would get a relief.

      BIG TV — unauthorised debit of my big tv account

        My Big TV set up box number is[protected] is not working from November 14th, I have complained about this and they have given me complaints number around 7 to 8 times that i have saved, from that day they have not solve my problem and daily i am calling to customer care and they are telling my problem will be sort within an hour, 12 hours or 24 hours and still nobody is caring about my problem. As i want to return the setup box they are telling they will not refund the amount Rs. 2000 which i have paid and i am agreed even that also, but i have charge monthly Rs. 370 is there in my account and they are telling me that even that money also will not be refund. This Big TV's customer is very worst and one of the customer service executive is talking like big rowdy. Please help me to solve this problem.

          I have buy BIG TV service 8 month before and i am facing lots of issues regarding service , setup box quality and prompt response.

          I am encounter first time one month before when i want to change my residence. I am informed by BIG tv shop seller that you have put one request to customer care for change of residence and reinstall whole system.

          I have called customer care and put request, i have wait for three day ( customer care representative claim 48 hrs ) in this three days almost i have make around five to six calls.After that on third day technical person arrive and just dismental dish and put in my hend and said goodbye. He said if you want reinstall this dish on new location make again one request. I have again register one request and same way after five to six calls person arrived on forth day. This time he said in system your new location is not changed so he can't install dish on new residence. Again i have put third request and sam after two days person came and install the dish.

          Now i am facing new problem , my set up box turn off automatically after some time. I had put my request on 27th of nov.. After three to four calls person arrived he just checked and said replacement required for setup box and he had no setup box in stock. On asking at when he replace he simply denied to commit any specific date or time. Again i have put request for change of setup box. Till one days gone and no one even reqply.

            marketing agent from APPCO, Mr. S. Sekhar Panda mobile no. [protected] came to us and explained us about an inroductory offer to give Reliance Big TV connection and a took a cheque for Rs. 4900 for high definition mode (recording facility) in favour APPCO. Since then, there is no information either from APPCO or Big TV. I have tried to contact on Big TV customer care number for atleast 6 times. Every time they say that they are putting a mail.They say that they will get back in 48 hours but it never happend. If the reliance Big T.V officials can not control appco marketing why they have allowed them to do marketing for them. They should immediately announce in the papers about appco otherwise the name of Big TV also will get damaged. I have given the cheque nearly 15 days back. I was not given the connection. I have not received any information except the confirmation call the next day. I request all the viewers to be aware of it and do not fall pray into their trap.

              Hi,
              Myself Arun Vijayan, I am a BigTV customer from April 2010, my Smart Card no.:[protected]reg. phone [protected]).
              After numers interaction with BigTV Call Center (BCC) & almost a month waiting, I write this with great regret & contempt for not just wasting time talking to BCC but for USING BigTV.

              I will endorse my experience with this mega Fraud Company.

              * Free Promo Fraud.
              Many of you might have noticed that from November 1st onwards (in my case) BigTV started offering free channels for one month viewing, in my case it FX & FX Crime. It’s good, if you like these channels you can continue viewing these by subscribing to these after one month of free viewing.

              “But this is where the master planners have kept a secret weapon, what if you don’t like these channels & you don’t want to subscribe these channels.”

              To know more about this I called BCC, after going through all regular hurdles, this is what I came to know, BigTV makes a false notion that you are given free channels for viewing for one month, after one month these free channels will not be deactivated automatically and if you don’t deactivate these channels by manually calling to BCC, BigTV starts reducing amount from your account.

              And if you ask for deactivating the channels before one month, the reply will be “it’s not possible – call after one month” or “there is a technical complaint – call after one month”.
              The major advantage o[censored]sing Set Top Box, (STB) was that the viewers had the right to custom select channels for viewing. This free promo offer, forces the BigTV customers to watch channels. This is a direct neglect to the very basic importance of STB and the Law and Court in this country. In Simple words, this is called looting.

              * The Select Button (in remote) – picture in picture function, Fraud.
              Live TV channels are grouped into movies, news, sports etc, each group contains 12 channels, and these channels are shown in a single screen - tune in to any selected channel in one click is the main use for this button.

              This worked fine for almost two months (from purchase), later when you press select button only one group Movies with content was shown. There is no option to select or navigate to other groups.

              When enquired about this select button function, the BCC representative first told me to reset the STB to factory default setting and try after 30min. so that the STB returns to normal settings. Trusting this BCC representative, I followed the instruction but the function didn’t work. So I called BCC the very next day and after almost 15 – 30 min. of waiting, he informed me that it’s a technical complaint and will be cleared within days.

              It’s almost 3 months since I have complained; still the select function is not back in business.

              * The Complaint Number or Ticket Fraud.
              Normally if your complaint is genuine and needs to be corrected, all standard companies will give you a Complaint number or a Complaint Ticket, with this you can track your complaint status and is very helpful when you talk to Call Center representatives after a period of time.

              Now trying call the BCC for any of the above complaints, even if the free promo channels have been activated without your concern and for deactivating this the BCC representative says there is a technical complaint it can only be deactivated after one month, it’s not your fault, so you ask him to give a complaint request number he will not, saying there is no provision for this.

              Now try with the select button complaint, it’s not your fault that the select function is not working, it’s a standard function for all good DTH operator. Ask the BCC representative for a complaint request number, he will say there is no provision for this.

              My Question to BigTV is - these are not problems created by us, it’s your technical complaint that means your men have created it. The only mistake we have done is we took BigTV Service.

              * The HD + DVR Fraud.
              “Digital video recording
              Record up to 200 hours of video – that’s like an entire season of your favourite show!
              Enjoy trick functions like pause, rewind, fast forward – catch up with shows at your leisure
              Recorded content preview – Get a snapshot of the programme before viewing
              Set-top box with 160 GB hard drive – superior performance“

              These are sentences directly taken from the BigTV HD + DVR Website.

              If you are an existing BigTV Customer, you will be forced to view Channel 100 – the preview channel, each and every time you power on your STB. At times in this Preview channel, advantages about BigTV HD + DVR is Shown, listen to its carefully. The advertisement says you can record up to 2.5hrs of video but the website says you can record up to 200hrs of video, which one is correct.

              Since I have already made up my mind to change my DTH service in April 2011 as my subscription end, I didn’t have the energy and mind set to talk to the very responsive BCC.

              So if you are an existing BigTV customer jump away from it, it will surely loot you. Try switch to any DTH operator where you can use your cell phone to activate and deactivate channels.

              If your are going to be a BigTV customer, Please please for God and Heaven sake don’t jump into this mess. If you still plan move ahead with BigTV, you will regret, and once that stage comes, kindly post complaints like this so that at least one will be spared.

              It’s for Sure that if attitude & conditions remains the same, BigTV Bolt out is not so far.

                i have purchased the product big tv on 12.10.2010 subscribtion id[protected] on 11.11.2010 it has been not working properly on13.11.2010 i have called customer care and registered the complaint and till date 20.11.2010 no action have been taken.in between i have called the customercare many a times.no action have been taken.i am depressed very mush .kindly take neccessary action.

                I bought Big TV in October and the problems started from the first day .I logged compliants with Customer care but in vain.Following are the problems I face
                1)Set top box hangs frequently.
                2)Regular menus disappeared.
                3)Remote control range is a big broblem cant operate with distance more than 2 meters.
                4)Arrogant and poor customer care.
                5)No dealer support .Dealers pass the bug to Big TV and vice versa.

                I am totally frustrated and I want refund now .How to log complaint with TRAI and Consumer court?

                we are not satisfied with the services provided by bigtv.we recharged our connection on 4th may with rs.150.on9th may we had more than rs100 in our account balance.we complaint for poor reception to customer care.it was told to us that an engineer would visit our house regarding the complain.the complain no. provided to us was[protected] dated-09/05/10.on 11th may at 9:00pm bigtv engineer called us and wished to come to our house for servicing.it was not possible at that time, so we asked him to come on next day.next day no one came for servicing but our line was disconnected.when we made a call to the customer care of bigtv it was told that our balance has become nil after deduction of the servicing charge.to watch bigtv again we have to recharge with a voucher of rs 250.
                my question is-why we should pay for a servicing that has not been provided to us?who was the person that signed on behalf of the customer(us), so that bigtv has deducted money from our account?

                  My Reliance BigFlix membership number is 44589320. I initiated this membership in the year 2008 and this is third year of my renewal. My membership expires this year on 1st November 1010.

                  I received an email communication from Bigflix during last week of October 10, requesting for renewal. It says in case one renews within 31st October 2010 he/she gets a discount of 25% and it also mentioned that to avail this offer the membership has to terminate on or before 31st October.
                  When I approached the ‘Webworld’ for renewal on 1st November 10 (my date of renewal), I was told that I will only get 15% instead of 25% as I am renewing in November.

                  I FIND THIS EXCEEDINGLY RIDICULOUS, SILLY AND OUTRAGEOUS . Once YOU ARE SENDING EMAILS REQUESTING RENEWAL WITH 25% DISCOUNT you must honor it if I wish to pay prior to my date of renewal or YOU MUST KEEP THE SAME DISCOUNT ON during my renewal date also – since it is forcefully discriminating between customers. It is a pathetic and worst kind of marketing policy one can ever see – which actually amounts to CHEATING. God knows who runs your marketing ???? I AM FEELING CHEATED. Can’t expect from “Reliance” – may be it is the company to expect such nonsense.

                  BigFlix — Poor Service

                  Hello,
                  My Registration with BigFlix is as follows:
                  Membership Number: 58389889

                  I had joined Bigflix through a Voucher which was from Big Bazaar hoping to have fun watching DVD's. It started off smoothly however one fine day the Pickup/Delivery boy forgot to pickup a DVD from my place.

                  It was 6th Jan 09, Since then I have never received any DVD's from BIGFLIX. I have called them 3-4 times and posted query twice on their website. Their customer care department did called me and always assured me of sending a person with new requested DVD, however no one came. I made sure that some is manned at my place till 9pm so that I don't miss the pickup/delivery boy.

                  I am highly disappointed with them. I would personally recommend to get some other Rental services other than BigFlix.

                  BigFlix movie rentals — Movie checked out on 11th Jan still not delivered to me

                  I am tremendously upset with the service BigFlix is providing. Movie checked out on 11th Jan 2009 is still not delivered to me in-spite of repeated complaints. Every time I call the customer care I get the response that my complaint has been escalated and they are working on it. I think I made a grave mistake by subscribing to BigFlix.
                  I agree as I am going through a very similar experience:

                  I recently subscribed to BigFlix and paid for 2 months membership via BigBazar offer (which is non refundable).

                  It all went fine until 10th Jan 2009 when I sent a pickup request for the movie I had with me. On 11th as usual I got a sms confirming that the next movie in the queue was checked out and will be delivered to me. But it didn't happen although I was there at home the whole day.

                  The next day I lodged a complaint stating the same and I was assured that the movie would be delivered to me soon. However, that 'soon' moment has never come till date. Every time I call the customer care, I get the response that my complaint has been escalated and it is being worked out. I really don't understand how much time it takes to work out a complaint as simple as this.

                  I will still wait for a couple of days more. If they still do not resume delivery and do nothing about my complaint, I will have no option but to approach the Consumer Court for a redressal.

                  I do hope that my issue gets resolved without having to approach the consumer court.

                  But if the company does not pay heed to our complaints, we should all file cases in the Consumer Court. This is the only way we can make companies like these realize that they just can't keep harassing customers like this.

                  Reliance Bigflix — Won't provide committed service

                  When I took the subscription they showed me the shop and took a subscription and said I can come any time of the day and pick up a DVD, after 2 months I find that they have closed their shops and want me to wait for 24 hours to watch a movie. And when I share my problem and request for an action they tell me, they cant commit and Bigflix reserve the right for the way they want to operate. Now I have to plan a day in advance as to what I might want to watch tomorrow. On top of it they are offering me their new service. A shameless organisation and pathetic service.

                  Reliance Bigflix — Poor service and loopholes

                  I took the bigflix membership last month, as I was told by their customercare guys that new titles are available every 2 months
                  When I joined I was not able to see any new titles even 5 months old. I was totally miscommunictaed.
                  When I call theri call center at [protected] I am told that someone from logistics deptt will call and when I get a call they tell they are from head office.. and the complaint just keeps rotating.


                  Once I was not availale at home so their person dropped a cd., now noone is delivering the cd's citing the reason that I amholding 2 cd's If I am holding 2 cd's someone should come and collect it, there is a complete mess, I have asked for the extension but not yet heard from them.

                  I am raising these issues here so that people become informed and make prudent decisions before selecting any such companies.

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I have taken membership of reliance bigflix. I had ordered for a CD on 19th of October, but i have still not received it.

                  Calling the customer care is futile, because they have a standard answer and just say that it will be delivered in the next 24 hrs, but the dvd never comes.

                  Please help me in getting the dvd or my money refunded.

                    I have purchased a 345 lt samsung freeze from reliance digital visakhapatnam on 11th nov.While opening the packing at my home it was found to be in damaged condition. Delivery was done by reliance digital. After 8 days inspite of my hundred phone calls it is not replaced till now. Very bad service. I want to file a case in consumer court.

                      I have relocated recently from Hyderabad to vijayawada in the monthe of July, 2010. I have contacted the customer care to do the re insatllation. The service executive came and told the dish will not work as it is unable to detect the signals..How I wonder because the same dish was working well when I was in Hyderabad. He asked me to give Rs.800 so that he can provide another dish. I negotiated to Rs.600 and he fixed the dish. This is the first incident.

                      Again when I shifted locally in Vijayawada on 6th Oct, 2010, I contacted customer care to re install. This time the service technician who came to reinstall without installing completely told the STB was not working properly and he told to come again the next day and disappeared. As he left I received an sms saying saying my relocation was done successfully and even there was a deduction of rs.350 from my bigtv account. When I contacted the service executive he told that STB's were not available with them. From then onwards I was frequently calling both the service executive and bigtv cust.care but of no use. Atlast they told me that I will be charged Rs.500 for the replacement of STB. I curse myself for taking this bigtv which has landed me into great inconvenience.

                        This is to bring to kind notice of all and especially The great Mr Mulkesh ambani who comments about customer first,i had purchased a Sony 600 W Hometheatre on 9th Nov-10 and was assured that a person will call on 10th and fix appointment to install the same,none had called on 9th when i tried the contact no mentioned on bill reciept they guided me to customer care No [protected] which is pathetic it s always engaged after trying continuosly i got a lady on line then i expressed all and she took my address confirmation and committed they will take care and call me in an hor same story no call from there again i tried this was 17th time till 13th Nov -10 same story each time i call differant lady asks address confirmation and same promises,fed up with these i called[protected]/01/02 and spoke to Mr Raghu Store Incharge i believe he promised me the same will be installed by 6 PM,At last no response.so i suggest pl do not buy any goods from reliance digital the name itsel[censored] all know.

                        Hi All,

                        I have booked the Air Cooler on 22 April 2012 and paid the bill in advance. They comitted the delivery on 23 April and we have not received the cooler. When I called[protected] for followu-up which is very bad it s always engaged after trying continuosly they told it will be delivered next day and when I call the answer is same. Please dont buy any item from Reliance Digital Bangalore.

                          I had bought a Videocon LCD TV on the 14.08.2010 which went out of service on 20.10.2010. On making a servicing request on the 21.10.10 there were 2 instances of servicing agents coming in without any effective solution.

                          Reliance Digital "failed" to contact Videocon service and up to 5-6 days they gave the same argument of not being able to contact. However, I contacted Videocon on my own and they took another 17 days to expedite the procedure.

                          However, the replaced TV is a different model altogether. Thus begins another phase of verbal battle.

                          1) I bought the TV with assurance from Reliance Digital about good customer service both from Reliance and Videocon
                          2) Reliance Digital failed to provide any support and to add to the woes Videocon was of least help too

                          I regard this as complete harassment as the procedure has been delayed too far now. It is 19 days today and my issue still remains unresolved. Extremely dissatisfied with Reliance Digital & Videocon.

                            I have purchased Nokia 7210 on[protected] with invoice no.0022 for Rs.4263/- at reliancedigital retail ltd, maram satish central, 16-1027/105/1 to 7, muncipal colony, main road, malakpet, hyderbad and promised to get cash back of Rs.400/-. I posed gift voucher nos.3007464,65,66 & 67 through courier to reward port for redemption. I did not receive the cash back of Rs.400/- so far. kindly intimate the stage otherwise the details of delivery.

                              Malpractices in billing, False promises & No timely delivery / Installation - Vizag

                              Good day,

                              This is to bring to your notice about mal-practices at Reliance Digital Retail Ltd, CMR Central, Maddilapalem, Visakhapatnam.

                              I represent a shipping related company. On behalf of my company, I approached Reliance Digital for quotation of 2 Nos. 1.5 T Carrier ACs & Voltas Water Dispenser.
                              After receiving their quotation, I deposited a cheque ( HDFC, No. 38791 ) into their account details of which were provided during the time of quotation.
                              The commercial head, Ms. Padma Dantuluri confirmed having receiving the payment on 3rd Nov 2010. She advised me to visit the store for billing & other formalities.

                              Following are the complaints, I have against Reliance Digital :-
                              1. BILLING :-
                              I had requested for 2 Carrier ACs & 1 Voltas Water Dispenser. Instead of billing for same, I was billed for miscellaneous items such as Sony CD-R 10 packs, Gift vouchers ( 5000 x 6, 1000 x 3, 500 x 1 ), etc. Upon questioning them, they answered me that the bill was for 1 AC & 1 Water Dispenser only. As another AC is immediately not available, they were forced to bill such to get the exact billing amount under quotation ( i.e. Rs 80270 ). They had, during the whole process of billing, not even considered once of consulting me. When I refused to accept such bill, they offered me hand written bill. I wonder how the VAT & Service taxes are being charged / managed.

                              2. DELIVERY :-
                              I was earlier promised that the delivery would be done on 3rd Nov PM itself otherwise on 4th Nov AM. Later on, one executive Mr. Praveen informed me that they had only one AC available & other AC will be delivered on Saturday, 6th Nov AM. However, after several attempts of telephone calls & personal visits to the store, I managed to get One AC & Water Dispenser on 6th Nov PM. For the second AC, I having calling the customer care since 6th PM onwards. I called up customer care on 7th again. The staff on the other side had kept me waiting for more than an hour till finally Mr. Jagadish called up saying that 2nd AC unit will be delivered on Wednesday, 10th Nov 2010.

                              3. INSTALLATION :-
                              I was charged Rs 1500 for each unit of AC towards installation purpose. But so far, even after several complaints, no one is turning up for the installation. Installation was promised earlier on the same date as delivery date.

                              4. RUDENESS OF SENIOR MANAGEMENT :-
                              I met Mr. Phani Datla, Manager of the store. To my surprise, when I put forth all details, instead of promising me timely service, he started shouting at me in front of all other customers quoting that I cannot speak ill of the store & the performance of the staff. Also, he commented on my background “I know you Navy guys, you people are just fussy” Saying this, he just walked off without resolving the issue. This is very unprofessional of him & I believe he does not deserve the post he is presently serving. Instead of being humble & patient towards a customer, he is being disrespectful & irresponsible. This is least expected of the store manager.

                              Also, I had earlier purchased a Water purifier, Aqua Guard Nano RO ( Eureka Forbes ). The body of same has been leaking upon operation. Even after 3 registered complaints, no one has turned up for attending to this. It has been more than 8 days since my first complaint.

                              I am extremely surprised to experience such a behaviour from company like Reliance. This has been my worst shopping experience till date.
                              Request you to take stern action after enquiry into the matter, since I have trust in the values of the Great Pioneer who has brought this Company into existence.

                              This is really true these relience store guys are pathetic they do all the false promises and do not deliver what they say on pre sales inquiry.
                              Action should be taken against them.

                                We have purchased 1.5 ton split AC from your Sec'bad outlet on 30th Oct,2010 confirming to deliver on 1st Nov, 2010 after 5pm.But the delivery did not take place and was re fixed for 3rd Nov, 2010.The same was sent around 2pm when none were available.Spoke to the branch sales executive Mehraj who promised to get it done by 5.30/ 6 pm which did not take place. Today i.e. 4th Nov trying from 11am but unable to reach either persons coming on line are keeping on hold and not reverting for half an hour and none are responsing to reply though came on line Hari; Manoj, Bharat etc.
                                When asked to connect BM Mr. Suresh as informed by Hari did not come on line through out. All efforts from 11am to 3.10 pm have been wasted without any solution and had stressful experience.
                                Surprised to experience such an behaviour from Company personnel like Reliance is undoutedly shameful for a customer to call having dealt with. Request to take stern action after enquiry into the matter, since have trust in the values of the Great Pioneer who has brought this Company into existence.

                                  Don't buy anything from Reliance Digital, Kormangala Branch, bangalore. Mr.Santosh Kumar is the Manager who is very un-professional. He did not make delivery of the product on time as commited. When you call either phone is ringing or busy. No one will help you after paying the money.

                                  It's their choice when they want to deliver. If you ask cancellation they would not do it any cost. You will trap once you pay money.

                                    I went to the Reliance Digital - Bansdroni, Kolkata branch on 30th October 2010 around 11:45 AM just to about LCD TV and Home Theater.
                                    Today being 01/11/2010 evening 8:00 PM and the above mentioned system has not been installed.
                                    The reason for this is total miss-management, incapable and non-equipped Technicians.
                                    I am totally disappointed and wasted my time, telephone calls and energy just for getting this service.
                                    I would request you all to think as many times as possible before you take a decision to purchase anything from Reliance Digital.
                                    Otherwise you also might face the same kind of situation.

                                      We have Big TV DTH. One fine day it stopped working. We called up customer care services on for the first time. Logged complaint. Subsequent complaints were also made but each time they commited they will do the needful. One fine day we get msg that call is closed and its resolved. Also, 175 rs were charged from us though no engineer gave his service to us.
                                      We again talked to customer care, and they promised to credit the service charge at the earliest and process the call logged. Even after subsequent calls to customer care no body turned up or gave us a call as a followup or even credited our own wrongly debited money. Even after talking to seniors 2 times and talking to customer care executive n number of times there is no solution.
                                      Ridiculous service..... Dont know how to proceed on this...
                                      Inshort : 8 days+ without cable service, fraud of debiting our account for 175rs, false call close, no followups,

                                        I have purchased Electronic Products of worth Rs.31,574/- Bill No.C9898 from Reliance Digital, City Central, Mangalore on 14th Sept, 2010. I purchased the Product no:[protected]Airtel DTH Activation). I contacted more than 3 to 4 times but i haven't received proper customer service. After contacting to Reliance Digital again, then they had send a person and he told that there is no proper signal for this Product from the house. So i returned back the Product to the Reliance Digital. The Incharge Person, had taken back the Product and didnt give any Credit Note and rounded in the invoice bill that Credit Note Issued. The Incharge Person told that inreturn he would give the same worth of Gift but he didnt give and told that i can purchase other product in exchange of that same worth within 6months anywhere in India from Reliance Digital only. On 26th Oct 2010, i went to purchase the other product from Reliance Digital, City Central, Mangalore in exchange of the Product Code:[protected] but now he is asking the Credit Note, which hadn't been issued to me. The Argument went for the one hour, and saying that he gave Credit Note with Barcode and saying that it is a cash. He didnt gave me any credit Note with Barcode, if he had given the Credit Note then where is the proof of received signature of the Customer. When i asked, should i loose that Amount then the incharge person said, "Yes, U r a looser" and u have lost the money. Reliance Digital when delivered the LCD TV and Washing Machine for the same Invoice Bill, he took the signature of Delivered. Am not at all satisfied with the management, the response i got was negative. I wanna ask a question to Reliance Digital, Is this the way Reliance Digital treat a Customer? The Incharge Person not taken any action on our issue. There is no proper customer service. Kindly, do the concern on my issue.
