Hi Team,

I have book my phone on Reliance digital web site it suppose to be deliver on 21 May but still i have not received the product . When i am tring to reach to customer care they are telling that we will be resolving in 5 days and no response from them . I have prepaid the 56k amount online

    This is in regard to complaint no [protected]. It is very disapointing to say that every time I need to log a complaint to get this resolved. Even after multiple follow ups no response received. Even the customer care people are not entertaining our complaint and the call everytime goes blank automatically. If try to reach the technician who visited, delays it to tomorrow. But no one after that bothered to look into the complaint.

    Still issue not resolved but reliance digital customer care not responding..and no engg visit last 8 days..
    Customer care not responding and he pickup the phone and hold line after cut phone..

      I had purchased a JBL earphones on 11th of October 2021 with a warranty of 1 year.         I am reaching out to you with my final hope as I have purchased Hitachi split AC through the reliance digital website in March 2022 and it resulted out to be defected piece and facing a very bad experience with reliance digital.

        After multiple technician visit they filed for replacement of the product 3 weeks back. I have reached multiple times to customer support but didn't got any convincing support through resq support team.

        I request you to look into this matter urgently.

        It's been a while and I am still waiting for the refund. On 24th June order was cancelled and I was updated that refund will be done within 5-7 working days. I am requesting you once again to look into this matter seriously. Please update me as soon as possible. It's been a very bad experience for me for this product

        It's been a while and I am still waiting for the refund. On 24th June order was cancelled and I was updated that refund will be done within 5-7 working days.
        I am requesting you once again to look into this matter seriously. Please update me as soon as possible. It's been a very bad experience for me for this product.

          I purchased Hisence TV in January month. On april I registered complain about the remote which was not working properly. Since today no action will be taken.

            I ordered a cooler online and the product was delivered next day . The delivery guy said us not to open it until a installation person comes and does it. No one came for 2 days and wen we called customer care they said no one will come and asked us to open it ourselves . On opening it we found that the parts were missing and hence I raised a request to return the product . Initially the product said it was not in their clause to return the product . But when I showed the info which was in their website to allow return, they asked me send pictures multiple times . After that they called my father several times, spoke rudely, visited our house and checked the product and placed it back and box and left without giving any info .after multiple emails also there is no response and so guidance or information on the status of my complaint . This is just cheating

              I.I recently bought an ÀC from reliance digital store gachibowli Hyderabad on May 1st they promised delivery in 3 days.I called on the 4 th day and the drama starts .One says it is not processed yet, one said they don't have the piece.After much pestering they say they will send a person to the warehouse to search for the unit.???.After so much drama for 2 to 3 days again they finally said they had one piece which was damaged.MERE incompetence on your staff end.I asked them to cancel the purchase and initiate the refund.They said that I will get my money in 10 working days.Today is 19 th may and there is no sign of the refund.I have been behind the store people for the update and no one cares.Is this how reliance trains their staff ?.The call number is SD26079311.

              Me too with the same kind of problem. I ordered with debit card EMI, but the order was cancelled but EMI was still in active condition.

                Hi, I purchased a Mac air laptop with reliance digital on 16th April 2022(RDF[protected] using my credit card emi payment .As there was no shipment details of the product and no proper customer support i had to cancel the product on 22nd April 2022. When followed up on the refund amount, it was said the product has to reach the warehouse for the refund to be initiated.On continuous follow up i finally received an answer that the product has reached the warehouse and now the amount will be refunded in 3-7 working days.I had sent an email on 2nd May, 5th May, 17th May, and the answer is the same, that they have escalated the details with the respective team . My last call today 19th May with the customer service has the same answer that the complaint is considered and working on it.My credit card has already initiated the payment and I am forced to pay the amount for the product not been purchased...I am really worried as it is not a small amount (Rs.84900).. Appreciate if the refund process can be done at the earliest.

My last call on 19th May with the customer service has the same answer that the complaint is considered and working on it. My credit card has already initiated the payment and I am forced to pay the amount for the product not been purchased...I am really worried as it is not a small amount (Rs.84900).. Appreciate it if the refund process can be done at the earliest.

                I received an email from bm(email Id) on the 26th of May stating the payment has been initiated on the 22nd of May and the amount will be credited in the same source of payment maximum within 5-7 working days from the date of refund initiation... But till today (1st June ) there is no amount credited to my credit card as a refund. Kindly help me as my credit card payment is due.

                  I Have registered a service request for my Hitachi air conditioner, was purchased from reliance digital Ajmer With a resq plan which is applicable till July 2022. The repair request was registered on 2.5.22 but still they are not able to repair it and i am compelled to stay without ac in extreme summer of rajasthan. The status is showing that part received and will be attended in 24 hours From 13 may 2022. but today, till 19 may 2022 its not repaired. They are not able to provide status of that spare part and when it will received.

                      Respected Sir,

                      It's been over 2 months since i logged my complaint, there is not a single person i have called to mailed to. but all i ever got in return is the assurance and consolation words. A million apologies, uncounted mails and thousand assurances later, I am still here without any resolution. I was very well confident that writing to you will resolve my issue but it's all in vain. hence, i very humbly request you to either resolve my issue of atleast give me in writing that my issue will never be resolve and i will also become a name in the long list of innocent and helpless customers cheated by big conglomerated like yours. at least i'll have my closure.
                      Again I am very grateful for the wonderful experience I had.

                        AC fitting done on April 4th. I visited Reliance Digital Viviana store on May 1st to highlight the issue of noise coming from AC. I made an entry into a register lying there and was told someone will visit in 3 days. No response. May 9, water started dripping from the AC. Request # [protected]. I requested to send a technician asap on 10th as I was travelling out of Mumbai. I was assured but noone came. Ticket was closed. I came back to Mumbai and got another ticket raised on 15 May - [protected]. Technician came today, did something and left. Again water is dripping. Now he says he cannot come again. This is a very bad experience. Can I sell this AC back to you? I dont want it.

                            Hii,
                            I placed an order on 28th April thinking that am gonna get it delivered on 4th may as mentioned while placing the order .
                            But as of now it’s been 13 days, after raising several complains didn’t receive any solution . Everyday single day am calling the customer service and they giving no solution rather giving fake assurance saying “ ma’am you are going to get your product today “ and when I check the delhivery website I saw that my product has been returned by the seller . It’s not any cheap product . It’s such a costly phone that I have ordered from reliance digital . Repeatedly requested them to deliver my product but no response. Am attaching some screenshot below of the complains raised and reply received and tracking .
                            And in the reliance website since 28th it’s showing that the product has been shipped and there no other update . The customer executive assures me everyday that I am gonna receive a call back regarding my product but it’s all fake .

                              I have ordered a Samsung A8 tablet from reliance digital app on 30.04.2022 with order No. RFD31786911. For which I made a transaction of 17172/- INR from my axis bank debit card. After 2 days of order, I received a call from representative and she informed me that due to inventory issue we are not able to fulfill the order. Within 2 to 3 day you will receive your refund in bank account. But even after 15 days I have not received refund yet.
                              In last conversation with they said "We Would like to Inform You that as we checked with the concern team refund has been initiated here is the reference number[protected] please check with the nearest bank."
                              I checked with bank they provided me statement of account and it is not showing any refund transaction during 30.04.22 to till date made by reliance digital

                                      Reliance Unable to provide any service for AO smith water purifier Z8 plus

                                      One year back i purchased a ao smith z8 water purifier.

                                      Reliance failed to provided any due services for the product when it was under warranty.

                                      So technically from last one year i received 0 product service for my purchased product.

                                      But a month ago when products warranty was coming to an end. One of the person from resq team contacted me to update the warranty by another 2 years and talked about...

                                      Dear Consumer Forum,

                                      My name is Deeksha Gaur.

                                      I've ordered an Onida 1 ton Air conditioner from reliance digital Online on order ID RDF32119209 from register No. [protected] & product got delivered on 08th May 2022, & on 9th May reliance digital installation service person Mr. Riyaz came to install the AC and when he opened my AC box the copper kit was missing whose video was recorded by them & been sent to the reliance service store for approval of copper kit on same day to install the AC, and till date that kit did not got delivered and I've registered a complaint[protected] whose resolution is still pending.

                                      Mr. Riyaz had installed our AC in same day without approval and he said mam don’t worry I will install this AC If copper kit missing you can buy from my side and charged 940rs per meter my wier is 4.5 metre but he charged 5 meters price from when I said no to this process he unwired all AC and did misbehave from us after that he went back from my place then he again called me and he said sorry and he wants to come and install AC again at 9 o’clock night time then he installed AC and He has charged 7, 344/- rs from my side when I said why I give you this amount this is too much then he said to me mam don’t worry when reliance gives you cooper kit I will give you charges and he give me normal paper and wrote all roughly calculation of bill whose screenshot I've attached so that you can understand the breakup of rough bill which he provided as he did not provided the bill of the same & gave us the reason that we do not provide bills to any customer.

                                      Reliance digital promise us to install the product within one day after the delivery but in our case the AC got delivered on 8th May 2022 but officially on paper reliance did not installed the AC as Cooper kit was missing in our box and still not been delivered to us till date and Mr Riyaz reliance digital installation Service person did not updated installation in records even after the installation of my AC on 9th May 2022.

                                      We even requested to return this product next day on 10th May 2022 as this product is not cooling as 1 ton AC should do but customer care denied our request for the return.
                                      Today is 15th of May & my 7 day warranty of return will expire tonight, I want to update this in reliance digital records & consumer forum records that I want to return this product with refund of AC cost ₹25990 plus installation cost of ₹7, 344.
                                      We are trying to return this product since the beginning but customer care is denying our request & gave us the reason that we do not have authority to generate return of the product & reliance digital can check the same in their call recordings & even I’ve all the proofs with call recordings. Reliance digital website do not give us any option to return this product & gives us customer care no. to return the product so I do not have any option except calling on number [protected] or [protected] for the return but they are not generating our request to return the product.

                                      Please resolve my issue of non delivery of missing copper kit & installation bill & return request within the given time period of Complain no.[protected],[protected].
