I took LG PS-Q19GWZF from Reliance Digital on 12th May 2022.
Technician came to my home on 15th May 2022 to fit A.C unit through Reliance Digital.
At 2 o'clock on the night of fitting the air conditioner [CH 38]-Refrigerent Shortage error started appearing in the display of the air conditioner.
Later on the second day on 17th May 2022 I went to Reliance Digital (Address - Anand Mahal Road, Beside Gail Tower, Saikrupa Society, Adajan, Surat, Gujarat 395009)
And after going there, get the complaint registered.
From there you have given such an answer that you can be sure that tomorrow your problem will be solved.

I waited 2-3 days a lot that tomorrow will come, the day after tomorrow will come.
But those people were supposed to come on 18th May 2022 but came on 25th May 2022.

Technician came and emptied the gas of the air conditioner and filled it again.
And after those people left, that first problem started again.

I also complained to the LG service center, then the technicians of the LG service also came and they checked and told that the technician of Reliance Digital has not done the installation properly and it is their fault.

When I went to Reliance Digital again on 27th May 2022, they told that I will give you a sure solution tomorrow.

Today is 4th June 2022, even then my air conditioner is not working.
Every time technicians come and go after working for 3-4 hours but no solution has come.

I'm tired now I don't want this air conditioner, you take it and I want my money back.

    We have placed an Order RDF31819132 at Reliance Digital Website on May 1st, the order was cancelled without our knowledge and refund was not not yet received even after so many complaints has raised internally with Reliance Digital Customer Support

      I was clearly told by reliance digital sales person that I should pay rs.500 post installation of the AC. But the installation technician charged me rs. 2000. Completely misguided by AC sales team and technicians.

          I have been a regular customer of Reliance digital. However, in my recent purchase, I have had a bad experience. I purchased a Z50 camera from the R-city mall store at Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra last Sunday, i.e., 28/05/2022 (CIN no. U01100MH1999PLC120563). Along with the camera, a free bag was also available. However, due to the unavailability, the store assured us we to get the bag within a week. Also, I have to leave the city for a month on Saturday morning, so I requested them to at least get the bag by Friday night. But when I am calling them, they are giving the same excuse that we have to get it from the warehouse (which is the same as what they told us during purchase). I wouldn't have bothered if it wasn't urgent. I am regularly calling the store, and they are constantly assuring me to get the bag by Friday. And today when I called they said that it would take another two-three days.
          I did not expect this from a renowned company like reliance digital. You assured us of the bag at the time of purchase and now no one is bothered if it is made available to the customer or not.
          I also called the customer care and she diconnected my call.

            I place an order of iPhone 13 blue costing me ₹72990.my transition has been done but In your site it showing that my payment was unsuccessful I got a message that amount has been deducted I called customer care they said that my money will auto reserve but till now I’m not getting my full refund I called my branch manger bank they said that money has been deducted I’m sending you attachment and if my amount will not refund in a week I called your higher authority or other wise I will file against you company to OTP for online purchase of ₹72990 at RELIANCE DIGITAL and my complaint has also been register.

              The issue that I have experienced was: I purchased an Iphone13 with total damage protection on 29th May 2022 and 20:17 pm worth Rs 84851 and from day one I purchased the phone I found out there is problem in display and camera and now network problem call drops and calling problem. I reported the issue on 30th May 2022 10:00 am as on same day dealer was closed, during the purchase the sales person told that whatever issue is there if you buy total damage protection whatever damage or issue is there within 1year then no need to go to service center your new phone will be replaced. But in Reliance warranty document 20% and 40 % charges is there for 6 and 12 months of service period. Now after one day they are saying to go to service center instead of exchange and making them move here and there. The manager of dealer is refusing to exchange saying if it would be same day we could have exchanged but we purchased on late night so which is impossible to exchange so we reported very next day. They are saying to move to service center and they are having some conversation with service center personal. If service center says ok and let it go and after 7 days I face same problem then I have to run every time for service, because from day one I am facing this much problems then after some days more problems will occur. We purchased product from Reliance digital with a hope that we will get a good product and service but we are purchasing defective product with unexpected behavior from service team saying once product is sell from our end not our responsibility even if we face the issue on the same day of purchase.

              It occurred on: 29/05/2022

              As the phone had issues from day one I want Reliance to replace the phone or refund the amount I have paid, I can't move to service center for repair.

              I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                  We received calls from jio for work from home for sending the sms,
                  first they ask for the 2100 Rs for registeration after thet a call from insurance company they ask me for 9650rs I transfer thet in three slots than thay say that we need payment in single transaction so i again done same the same as he want but after that they again say for 12650rs for noc of bank when I unable to pay that fee they do not refund my payment back while they say that your payment will be back to me in only 1.35 mint
                  It happened on 31st may 2022
                  I also have full voice recording and screen shorts
                  plz refund my all money otherwise i will have to go for higher authorities
                  because everyone earn money by hard work

                    Worst experience with the store purchase. I had purchased a symphony diet 12T air cooler from reliance digital store which is in seawoods grand central mall. it had some technical issues and the provided technician for it but even after 2-3 visits the issue was not resolved so i tried to replace it. but the store manager refused to do so. he asked us to call the manager of symphony sales and he doesn't listen to it, instead he says that if the purchase is done through reliance digital store then it should be resolved by them. fed up with both the companies. both are blaming each other and the customer in between remains unattended.

                        I purchased a Samsung AC on May 18, 2022 from Reliance Digital vikrampuri branch. The bull was generated on my name, but I want now the bill name to be modified to my rice mill name "Padmanabha swamy rice mill". Will provide GST no. As well. When I contacted the store they were not helping with this and said It can't be done. Please help me to get the modified bill. I didn't receive GST bill nor any warranty soft copy nor bill soft copy.

                          Hi Team,
                          I purchase new iPhone 13 with great discount exchange on reliance digital offline store near Vashi railway station. But sales executives continues asking me for extended warranty.I refuse almost 3 times still they’re continuously convincing me but almost after 3hrs I’m tired saying no but finally I’m saying ok to just stop there conversation for this topic. This is horrible experience to me. But I raise this refund request after 5hrs of purchase please help to get full refund. Reliance is good brand please stop doing this

                                I booked a Samsung A13 Phone with reliance digital on 16.05.2022 amounting Rs. 15, 999/- with order no. RDF32494192. I made this payment through SBI credit card but the order has been cancelled by reliance digital on 17.05.2022 due to technical reasons. As per company policy refund should be credited within 07 working days but after 13 days i have not received my refund. I have made many many calls to the company but nothing works.

                                  I have raised service request for refrigerator repair and its been 8 days. 2 technician came and did not fix the problem. They cancelled my service request. Again i have to call and raise the service request and as per process
                                  i have to wait for 48 to 72 hours for someone to attend this.

                                  This is one of worst service i have seen. Never expected this from Reliance Digital. Would not recommend anyone. RELIANCE DIGITAL IS VERY VERY WORST.

                                    Ordered an airpods and payment deducted from account but app shows unsuccesful payment .

                                      Product Returned, but refund was not initiated
                                      When asked about the same i have been given a fraudulent, Fake, Bogus
                                      Refund reference number and had been asked to wait for 10 working days,

                                      Bank has confirmed there is no such refund transaction initiated by the merchant
                                      reliancedigital.in

                                      Still now i have not got the refund
                                      Refund immediately else, you will face very serious / worst consequences

                                      Consumer complaint forum help me to get the amount from fraudulent company reliance digital
