I bought BPL 50 inch TV from Reliance Store, Ramnagar Alambagh Lucknow-226005 on the name of Avisha Srivastava on 18th March 2022, The product remote was faulty and the same was brought to the notice of installation engineer as well as store officials ...still no action has been taken and I am still struggling to get the new remote.
Very Very pathetic service I have received inspite of me calling them multiple times.
Help me get the product replaced asap or get my money refunded pls.

      I have ordered a Kenstar Grilli 750 Watts Sandwich Maker with Non Stick Teflon Coated Grilling Plate, Black (KTG02KGP-DBH) on 2nd May 2022. The payment of Rs.899 was done through online UPI instantly. It was written that the product was supposed to be delivered within 3 hours of booking (instant delivery) as I opted for instant delivery. It was been 3 days but I have not got any update or received delivery yet. I have already called the customer care service twice (once on 03.05.2022, again on 06.05.2022) both the times I was promised that the product will be delivered on that particular day only but nothing came. I have lost all my patience and now I am bound to launch a complaint against this fraudulent e-commerce service. Now when I want my order to be canceled and my money refunded, the website or app does not have an option of canceling orders. I am totally stuck with my money in vain. I want my money back and my order to be canceled immediately as soon as possible.

        I purchased a Sony smart TV 50X75 model from Ongole branch. I bought it a week ago and they delivered it in 2 days. They charged me extra 825 rupees for shipping to my location as it far from store. But after delivery they did not install it even after 5 days. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they do not have enough guys on the desk to support customers. Because I tried to reach out on the customer service number for about 15 times but I could only talk to them once. If their service is such bad at the time of purchase itself I can’t imagine how bad their service is going to be when I need any repair service with their ResQ plan. Now the store guys are not picking my call and the customer service people are guaranteeing anything on how soon they can install.

            I have purchased mobile through reliance digital online. I cancelled it and they informed me i would get refund within 7 days but its been a month i havent received refund yet. I am been emotionally affected by reliance of not been providing any update about refund status. I am in debt now unwantedly i paid credit card bill even with so much struggle. I want refund pls help.

              Hi

              I have ordered an air cooler for Guntur, which is a city in Andhra Pradesh on Apr 29th, it showed me at the time of buying that will be delivered on 30th April. Till now there is no delivery and I have been calling customer service people from that day raising so many complaints, but whenever I call the customer service they say the previous complaint was not there we will register now and you will get a response in 72 hours, even for cancellation also they are saying the same. I have PREPAID for this order.

                supposed to be delivered next day (31-Mar-2022) but till date Item has not been delivered-
                Called customer service[protected] more than 20 times) get standard message " we are looking into it .. it will be resloved in 72 hrs"
                escalated though email to BM BADE atleast 10 times asking for refund
                Still no resolution
                to to my surprise the status says "Delivered"
                Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                I am still waiting to get this resolved - its been 40 days and no resolution. No Refund has been made

                  I have purchased refrigerator and television from Reliance digital Pune. After multiple follow ups also no one has come for installation. We had really so much of trouble .Also the person who came for refrigerator delivery was badly drunk. They should at least check on the person who is coming at people home to deliver the products.

                      I purchase a laptop from reliance and i receive a warranty from the resQ service center, suddenly my laptop not working so I go to resQ service center and submitted my laptop on 18th April, service center team ask me that you will go to Lenovo service center and repair your product and send bill after reliance will pay me later.
                      but there is no good response from the resQ team and also reliance service call center they always ask me we will call you after 1 hour but threy never call me and also reliance reqsQ team never give me satisfy answer
                      till ow on 3rd may my they not solve my problem

                              Hi Team,
                              I have ordered AC on 1st april (Order No: RDF[protected] and the tracking status still not moving forward. Very poor service. After calling multiple time they will not pick up the call. Daily same thing. Very irresponsible people.
                              Very bad service.

                                I, sumit kumar Tiwari had purchased AC - Blue Star on 28.04.2022 in reliance digital Chembur east Maharashtra and delivered in 29.04.2022.
                                Now after 54 times contacted to support team member as dipali and imtiaz and sales member ms sarika still my ac is isn't installed.
                                After purchasing I have visited two times also for installation but didn't installed.
                                Dipali and imtiaz didn't picked my phone and didn't give any response.
                                Prasad and dipali and imtiaz all three person, I think they will sell Ambani family a eat their family also as this type of services they are serving, that day i think will not remote.
                                Very poor service are reflected by reliance digital showroom from Chembur east Chembur Maharashtra 400071.
                                If my ac not installed by tomorrow then my ac should be returned as well as my money also.
                                If my complaint is not resolved timely then I will take another way to resolve my issues.
                                Please resolve my complaint and give me compensation also.

                                His incidence belong to reliance digital showroom at chembur east chembur Maharashtra
                                I am the high value client as I have purchased ac on 28.04.2022.
                                Purchased one mobile of rs 22000 of Samsung in the name of sumit kumar Tiwari in total I have purchased ac for rs 40000 and mobile for 22000 and total j have purchased rs 62000.
                                But I have not given service properly and had to suffer badly.
                                Kindly compensate me also.

                                  I have purchased ac in 28.04.2022 and deliin 29.04.2022.
                                  But yet to install. I have visited reliance digital at chember east mumbai on three time but not installed.
                                  Mr Prasad, dipali and imtiaz hasn't picked phone and not given any response and not installed my ac even after six days of purchasing.
                                  This type of staff not supporting and one day they will sell Ambani family and reliance digital brand also .
                                  Kindly respond as even such heet there will be difficult ro survive so please help and compensate me so that these staff will learn the lesson from my complaint and no person will suffer further.

                                      Ordered 32 inch Television on 30.04.2022. Company claimed product will be delivered tomorrow i.e. on 01.05.2022. As on 02.05.2022 even after two days after my order no shipment information or reason for delay has been updated. Despite several complaints, same reply is coming to wait for 72 hours for resolution. Product order ID-RDF31778553. Either deliver the product or initiate refund without delay.

                                        I ordered a HI SENSE TV ON 31 JANUARY 2022 ONLINE THROUGH RELIANCE DIGITAL ORDER NO RDF26938894 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCT TILL DATE . I have been following up with customer care and escalation team since then. Till now they have not provided any resolution. I have escalated this BRAIN BADE head of Care but still no response. I don't think the emails reach out to him or not. But the service is really disgusting and poor . I would give them 0 rating. I would request them to refund my money ASAP AND GIVE COMPENSATION
