Dear Consumer Forum,

My name is Deeksha Gaur.

I've ordered an Onida 1 ton Air conditioner from reliance digital Online on order ID RDF32119209 from register No. [protected] & product got delivered on 08th May 2022, & on 9th May reliance digital installation service person Mr. Riyaz came to install the AC and when he opened my AC box the copper kit was missing whose video was recorded by them & been sent to the reliance service store for approval of copper kit on same day to install the AC, and till date that kit did not got delivered and I've registered a complaint[protected] whose resolution is still pending.

Mr. Riyaz had installed our AC in same day without approval and he said mam don’t worry I will install this AC If copper kit missing you can buy from my side and charged 940rs per meter my wier is 4.5 metre but he charged 5 meters price from when I said no to this process he unwired all AC and did misbehave from us after that he went back from my place then he again called me and he said sorry and he wants to come and install AC again at 9 o’clock night time then he installed AC and He has charged 7, 344/- rs from my side when I said why I give you this amount this is too much then he said to me mam don’t worry when reliance gives you cooper kit I will give you charges and he give me normal paper and wrote all roughly calculation of bill whose screenshot I've attached so that you can understand the breakup of rough bill which he provided as he did not provided the bill of the same & gave us the reason that we do not provide bills to any customer.

Reliance digital promise us to install the product within one day after the delivery but in our case the AC got delivered on 8th May 2022 but officially on paper reliance did not installed the AC as Cooper kit was missing in our box and still not been delivered to us till date and Mr Riyaz reliance digital installation Service person did not updated installation in records even after the installation of my AC on 9th May 2022.

We even requested to return this product next day on 10th May 2022 as this product is not cooling as 1 ton AC should do but customer care denied our request for the return.
Today is 15th of May & my 7 day warranty of return will expire tonight, I want to update this in reliance digital records & consumer forum records that I want to return this product with refund of AC cost ₹25990 plus installation cost of ₹7, 344.
We are trying to return this product since the beginning but customer care is denying our request & gave us the reason that we do not have authority to generate return of the product & reliance digital can check the same in their call recordings & even I’ve all the proofs with call recordings. Reliance digital website do not give us any option to return this product & gives us customer care no. to return the product so I do not have any option except calling on number [protected] or [protected] for the return but they are not generating our request to return the product.

Please resolve my issue of non delivery of missing copper kit & installation bill & return request within the given time period of Complain no.[protected],[protected].

    Refund not initiated for a order cancellation more than one month.Every time i called customer care they say wait for 72 hours

    Lot of 72 hours waiting i asked help from their backend team.They very clear say providing solution within 48 hours.

    After waiting lot of 48 and 72 hours i very much frustrated.

    Around 1000 rupees my hard earned money keep in reliance digital locker.

    Thanks reliance digital.Hope ur profit will be good by doing this kind of money earning methods.

      L ordered an air cooler on 30th April 2022. The date of delivery was mentioned as 1st or 2nd May but l have not received till today ie 13th May but my order has been marked "delivered" in the website. Calling the toll free number is of no use. Writing to customer head Seema Kamble and to the CEO is also not working. Requested them to refund my money which they have not done till now. Very disappointing.

        I really disappointed with customer support and delivery service in ecom-express and even reliance digital customer care doesn’t know when the package will get delivered and even they don’t know where is my shipment and when I connect customer support with reliance digital and Ecom Express both are said delivery person has reached me multiple times but unfortunately no body reached me I didn’t received...

        I purchased reconnect 1.5 ton AC May 2021.
        For which I had logged the maintenance call on 18th April 2022 and your technician came to my house and said that you will have air like this. There will be air condition which I will bring tomorrow. But till date no one has come to me and I am calling him so he is not even picking up the phone. Sir there is a lot of problem.           I’m writing this email to the team after experencing a pathetic Customer Service experience from the reliance customer service team.

          I’ve been so patient over the last 20 days, however I can’t bear it any longer with the kind of suppport that ive received over the call and Email from Reliance Digital support.

          I’ve placed an order online of IPHONE13 worth 71, 9100 RS from Reliance digital online store and received a defect product, I’ve raised an issue by calling reliance Customer care support with in the 10 minutes of receiving the product. Shilpa Diagude from the concerned department had called and post verification the return was accpeted and refund was acknowledged and confirmed the refund will be provided with in 2 to 7 Business days.

          Product has been picked up from me on 22nd of April ( Immediate next day) and returned the warehouse on 27th.

          I’ve called back and enquired over an email about the status of refund starting 28th onwards.. Shlipa had never responded to any of emails and customer care suppport had provided various answers as below:

          1) One says refund is initated and it will be credit as per lead time

          2) Other says we don’t have any information on the refund as nothing was updated.

          3) Other says there is a Techincal gitch and we can’t answer and concerned team will get back

          I’m not sure who is the concerned team here, so far i haven’t received a single call from the respective department or support team.

          I’ve been calling daily and not hearing any proper response, even today when i called i had asked to transfer the call to supervisor, support person says she can’t and I’ll recieve a call from supervisor with in 1 hour..

          It's been 20 days now and nobody had ever called me with proper resultion, everday when i call them, they are saying the Supervisor will call back in 1 hour.

          Customer supprt after 7 days, said we raised a compaint to concerned team and they will get back to me in 72 hours, it’s been more than 20 days now and I haven’t received a SINGLE Call or EMAIL.

          I didn’t wanted to escalate and was been patiently listening all the words the team was informing me over these days.. I had called more than 50 times, atleast ONE proper resposne would have helped…

          I had myslef called the Dhelivery manager (Vendor who picked) the product and provide the status to your customer support and also shlipa.. even than I haven’t had any response.

          Please tell me what to do.. this is how you want the customer to experience the pain when the product is placed/purchased from Relicance..??

          Kindly help.. please find the complete mail reference i had sent to shlipa and none was resposned..

          I had even written the emails to "cshead.[protected]@ril.com", "BM.[protected]@ril.com", "[protected]@ril.com" "shilpa.[protected]@ril.com" with all the phases and pain i underwent over the last 20 days.

          Ramamdeep Kaur and Ajit Kewat from cshead team had responsed that they had esclated the issue but not responese after that. Everytime when i write a email, they simiply copy paste the old email chain and forwarding it to me.

          It occurred on: 18/04/2022

          I would need my refund of 71, 900 by 13th of May or ASAP, as my Credit card due is on 13th, else i need to again borrow the money and repay it.

              Very pathetic service from Reliance Digital.Shame on you Such a Fraudulent Way.We bought 1 Air conditioner from Reliance Digital Online Store 45000 thousand worth.After 3 days only they send a service guy for installing he don't install right way.A/c was not cooling at that time we informed him.he said it will ready for a hours while running. Also he charged 1600 rs service charge. After that we contact to reliance customer care. no response from there side.after that we decide to contact Reliance consumer section also for a complaint.from there also same experience they don't have any responsibility or any action from there side since.its already crossing a month.what will do ?/where we should go for our rights as a online customer we don't have any rights ? We spent money with trust reliance only.so who responsable this ?
              We request you all Nobody Purchase any products from Reliance Online Store or else.They don't have any responsability about Service Or Installing After Purchase.They stallen Money From Customer Side.

                Purchased hisense 1.5 AC unit product is delivered.
                The AC installation folks visited my house and removed the unit for inspection after that they came with price list for charges, when i asked them about company price list of charges ty started arguing.
                After they mentioned some drilling folk will visit and will do his work later we will install the unit. After long wait i called the nob but no response.later i checked the installation sevice request status showing completed.i was surprised and undestand that there no accountbility .There is also no response from reliance digital support. They put u on hold and vanish it is also big frustrati

                  Purchase HP Pen drive from Reliance digital on[protected], on using it on the very next day found to be corrupt. Product carries warranty of one year. But when reported the matter, Reliance digital told me to contact HP. On contacting HP, they are saying Reliance Digital has sold old product which is out of warranty. It is manufactured in July 2019 so it is out of warranty. HP does not provide warranty on items which are more than 2 years and 6 months old.
                  Reliance Digital has cheated customer by selling out of warranty product, I request company to immediately refund my amount and take the defective product back

                  Till today reliance digital is not bothered to refund or replace the product. HP Service Centre is blaming Reliance Digital that out of warranty product has been sold and reliance digital is blaming HP and not refunding or replacing the product

                    Sir i have purchased Sony TV at Reliance digital SRMT MALL KAKINADA..and they have send defected Tv it not working.. when I complent the show room they said we will replace the product.. but now 7 days over no response from reliance digital... Purchased date is 04/06/2022

                      I purchased Apple MagSafe 15W wireless charger for Rs. 4500/- on 8 Feb 2022. Money has been deducted from my account, and I even got the confirmation email. I have not received neither the product nor the refund for the amount to date. After repeated communications over mail and calls, none yielded any result for my money back in my account.

                      I did not receive the product or a refund. It's already 3 months.

                          Worst Expereince with Reliance Digital ...Order ID RDF30032426 ... Ordered 1.5 ton Daikin Inverter AC but received 1.5 ton 4 star Inverter AC Daikin India ... Reliance is not at all taking responsibility for replacement of product neither giving refund of extra amount charged...

                          Never ever buy anything from them. Big Cheaters and not at all professional. Customer service is worst.

                          Nobody is listening to customer...This is first and last buying from fraud company...

                          Please help in getting the resolution

                            Hi,

                            We bought Lloyd AC on 9.4.2022
                            It got delivered on 13th and was installed on 14th, but due to problems in installation, the AC is not working. The installation mechanic could not do the job properly and ended up installing it incorrectly, damaging a few parts inside.

                            I have been in contact with your customer service but unfortunately there is not much progress in dealing with the complaint. We followed up with constant phone calls and pictures have been taken to show the damage according to the store but nothing happened. We had spent considerable amount of time and money on this and we need immediate action on this.

                            I have spent Rs40, 000+ on a product from your store which doesn’t work and I am having a nightmare with customer service.

                            I need an immediate action on this issue please.

                                Ordered on Reliance Digital app on 30th April to be delivered on 1st May. Delivery delayed an was delivered on 4th May. Post that service centre deliberately cancelled installation request. Customer service agents not helpful, called 20-25 times for delivery and installation, they disconnect calls. Escalated matter for refund to Level 2 as we bought AC from other Vendor and it's installed. Sill awaiting reply from Level 2 escalation. My Mobile - [protected]

                                  I bought an ac from reliance digital offline store. They said it will get delivered by 4th of may and be installed by 5th of may. None of these happened.After Numerous calls and hardships on 8th may i got a sms saying that the product will get delivered by that day but that did not happen either. On 9th may morning i got a sms saying that product failed to deliver due to invalid OTP. But no delivery person showed up and NO OTP was given. What a rubbish situation to be in. There is no number of the delivery guy also. Just the RTO number of the vehicle is there. I dont know if i will get the product. Well it looks not.

                                    Yesterday I placed an online order for a Mobile Phone (Redmi Note 11T 5G 128 GB, 6 GB RAM, Stardust White).
                                    I only placed the order with the condition of INSTA delivery within 3 hours but I haven't received my product yet. Also I am not able to cancel the order online or with the help of customer care.
                                    Neither I have tracking details for the product nor the customer care support team. I don't know whom I should approach for my product.

                                    This is really very disappointing with such kind of services with Reliance Digital.

                                    Can anyone help me please?

                                      I have purchased a LG washing machine from reliance digital.During my purchase, reliance digital employee has said it is zero noise machine but during the installation, found it is giving high noise which is literally disturbing.
                                      Reliance digital technician has considered my feedback and not submitted to the higher management.
                                      Later I have raised concern and LG technician was sent for investigation.He said it is giving high noise than normal and going to give feedback.But LG management still committing it is normal even after technician has given feedback.

                                      Both reliance digital and LG washing machine companies are cheating me by selling high noise machine which is not working as per their defined capacities.

                                      Please help me to get this issue addressed in a proper way and get full refund to me.
