I have the same issue. Placed an order online through Reliance Digital on 24 Apr 2022 with estimated delivery date as 26 Apr 2022. The order is confirmed and received shipment tracking details in email on 24 Apr 2022. Even after 6 days now on 1st May 2022 the product is not delivered and neither the tracking information in updated in system. I checked almost every hour in a day to see the status of the product.       I have ordered the product at reliancedigital.in on 7th of April 2022, i didn't get delivery on time so i requested for cancellation they told it is cancelled and refund will be processed within 7days after 10 days i got the message as your product is delivered but I didn't get any delivery. Completely false statements by reliance.

      Finally reliance processed my refund amount after multiple follow ups. Huff Their might slow but if we wait for a month they will give the resolution.

        I order Air conditioner on 10 april from website. in website they confirmed it will be delivered next day.
        it is been more than 20 days . neither the tracker works. nor customer care know about delivery.
        my payment is done on 10 april. now my money is stuck with them. neither the product nor the money is returned

        even the manager doesn't have information about the delivered and reason for delay.

          I have Facing Water leakage issue indoor panel side
          Multiple time i have compliant regarding water leakage issue your technician came and checking every time and they said now it's ok no water leakage again happened but after 2 or 3 day's it's happen again water leakage issue.                 I ordered a product from online reliance digital on 7th April 2022. Till date 28 April 2022 I am returning my product due to defect. Every day I use to call customer care for return. If you see process, 3 times agent came to my house and every time he told me, I will not pickup this because it is heavy

                  I have purchased a Lloyd 1 ton ac on 24rd april from reliance digital store situated in Esplanade mall, Bhubaneswar, odisha. It got delivered next day. It was supposed to be installed by reliance itself either on 25th april or 26th april. But the installation guy didn't come until late evening of 26th. After coming he said he can't install in the evening. So he came again on 27th april morning to install. And the installation is again faulty. Within 15mins of running the ac all gas got leaked due to their fault. From then till 28th afternoon i have been calling them continuously to fix this but they are either not receiving my calls or slight excuses that there are some issues we will be late and all. No proper communication received from their side. Customer care is also not receiving calls. It's really disgusting service from reliance.

                        I bought whirlpool 215 fridge online from Reliance Digital which was delivered on 25th March 2022 and which I got the manufacturing defect which the company was informed on 26th March and the company was told that we have not updated the product yet on 27th March On calling again, the company was asked to email the picture after which it would be seen by the engineer.

                        But the complaint was not filed and no response was given. On March 28, the company filed a complaint on the call and on March 29, the company's engineer saw and immediately sent the video and photo to his team, about which I called the company many times and also sent mails, no update till date. The given is being avoided by saying only time is taking, whose complaint no is PR01725564. To which no response was given till today 26 April 2022. Calls are being avoided saying high priority.

                        In which the CEO was also complained and there was no response from his side.

                        No meaningful effort has been made by the company, this is the service of the company, I am feeling cheated.
                        Sir I request you to take immediate action on this and please give me refund

                            Hello Team,

                            This is with regards of my refund amount of Rs. 13, 490 that is not processed yet of a defective smartwatch(RDF[protected] that has reached to the warehouse team in 1st week of April 2022.

                            There is no update inspite of regular followups via calls and emails. I am highly disappointed with the service. Please resolve it and get my amount refunded ASAP.

                              Hi,

                              I have ordered one split AC from RelianceDigital online on 11th April, 2022. I ordered 1 ton AC, however they have delivered 1.5 ton indoor unit from some other model. I requested for replacement, but they refused stating that the product is out of stock.

                              They created a return request without even confirming from me and given me April 23rd as the date for the pick-up. I specifically mentioned them that I am setting up my home in Gurgaon and currently living in Kurukshetra, so I have to travel 500kms (up and down) just for the AC and they gave me confirmation that I can travel and product will be delivered.

                              On 23rd April when I reached Gurgaon to return my AC, no one came from Reliance to pick up my AC and on repeated calling to their customer care, there is no solution given. I spend ~4000/- just for this travel to return my AC.

                              Request your goodself to please intervene and help me get my money back (Split AC cost: 28, 990/- + Rs 4, 000/- (Travel cost) = 32, 990/-).

                                Hi I have placed an order on reliance digital website on 10th of April. The estimated delivery was on 13th April but product was not delivered yet. After calling to customer care multiple times and sending escalations to customer head/ ceo, there's no use. I didn't receive any calls from customer support for delivery of product.

                                  I ordered LG 1.5 Ton AC on 19th April from online site of reliance digital which was initially showing delivery date as 20th April and later on rescheduled to 21st April but it wasn't delivered.
                                  Even after registering complaint Twice (Complaint ID: DR01799926, DR[protected] on 21st April there is no information whatsoever about the product.
                                  I must say the customer support is the worst I came across. They have no information, no idea, nothing except to wait and watch.
                                  I tried more than 6 times to connect to the escalation team through customer support but I was always denied and the escalation team never called back. It seems customer support as well as the escalation team are least bothered about the customer.
                                  Now the situation is I have paid the money and I am not getting it delivered nor I can get a refund nor I am being provided any information about it.

                                    Delivered AC very late and product has manufacturing fault, since last 15 days I m waiting for new AC as they promised I will get it next 2/3 days,

                                    I m one o[censored]r customer who decided never buy or recommend any one to buy any digital product from ur apps or store .Ihave done a mistake on 11th April and purchased Hitachi Air condition which is delivered to me on 17th April although before buying delivery date was shown on apps is 13 th April .

                                    So, I received AC on 17 th and installed by ur resQ team on 18th of April and the same day I made a complaints that AC is not cooling .Your technician came to check my ac after several call and finally they declared that Ac outdoor has plenty of leakage and need to replaced it as outdoor has manufacturing fault .
                                    They told me 20th April that I will get replaced within 2/3 days ..since then I made plenty calls to ur customer care but nobody is ready to tell me when I will get AC.
                                    I never spent even a single night since 18 days just because o[censored]r carelessness ..this is the way, u people treating ur customer .
                                    Kindly tell me weather u people sending me Aircondition at my home or I go to consumer court .
                                    Please don’t play with customer sentiment .
                                    Ur costumer care is for no use, every time they raise complaints and assuring things will be easy within 72 hours but after 72 hour when I call them back again asking me the same question and assuring that things will be ok in next 72 hour ..
                                    Finally tell me, what u people want . I have not that much patience left to tolerate any more o[censored]rs ignorance after spending hard earned money .
                                    The Ac which has been delivered by u on 17 April is still at my home without use which is already declared faulted product by ur ResQ team on 20 th April .
                                    I need ur reply ASAP..u cant take my life any more ..I call u everyday to know when r u solving my issue but u all r coward and never called me back with solution ..I spent my hard earned money and will not allow u to surpass the Indian consumer rules and regulation .

                                      I called and log complaint for AC servicing which I had taken from reliance store with giving extra 10k.

                                      But its been 2 month and no response from them even there customer care no is not working as I tried hundred times

                                      Worst service u giving to us RELIANCE.
