I placed an order online through Reliance Digital on 13 Apr 2022 with estimated delivery date as 14 Apr 2022. The order is confirmed and received shipment tracking details in email on 14 Apr 2022. Even after 5 days now on 18 Apr 2022 the product is not delivered and neither the tracking information in updated in system. I checked almost every hour in a day to see the status of the product. I purchased iPhone 13 (ORDER NO: RDF[protected] on 31/3/2022 on the Reliance digital website by using the EMI Payment method but according to my credit card statement, the EMI which I initiated has been falsely misapprehended into a one-shot payment.
