I have purchased an ac with extra warranty for 4 years. Today it's 5th April 2024, since 9 days I have booked for ac service. No one is picking up my call, later a service guy pics up the call saying will come tomorrow, it's been 9 days, now he is not picking up. Even tried contacting reliance digital Udupi, one of my worst experience. They saying sorry we cannot provide u the service, it will take time.

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by the resq team and to request assistance with initiating the return process for the products i purchased.

    The contact person assigned to my case is puja, whose contact number is [protected]. Unfortunately, puja has been unhelpful and rude throughout this process, frequently shifting blame onto others and failing to provide adequate assistance. Despite my efforts to address the issues i encountered, my problem remains unresolved due to her actions. Furthermore, puja has obstructed my attempts to speak with the appropriate personnel and has neglected to furnish essential information such as the branch code or email id.

    The installation of both the sony tv and ao smith water purifier, purchased on october 16th, 2023, was delayed significantly due to puja's incompetence. Moreover, the installation was performed incorrectly, resulting in the water purifier malfunctioning and posing health risks to my family.

    Despite repeated attempts to communicate with the resq team in vizianagaram, andhra pradesh, puja and her colleague revathi have been uncooperative and dismissive of my concerns. Their behavior has been unprofessional and has only exacerbated the situation.

    Given the unsatisfactory service and the defective product, i am requesting a full refund for the ao smith water purifier. I am willing to return the item to your store at reliance digital, visakhapatnam, or arrange for its collection by your team.

    I urge you to address these issues promptly and take appropriate action against puja and her team. Unless these matters are resolved to my satisfaction, i will be reluctant to continue patronizing reliance digital in the future.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and assistance in facilitating the return process.

      I had purchased New Haier AC by spending Rs:45, 000/- from Reliance Digital and it's stopped working within 10days and there is no support from both Reliance Digital and Haier company even after calling multiple times.
      When I called Reliance Digital they speaking very carelessly you can raise complaint but no proper response in addressing issue....

      Yesterday in the evening we purchased a 3 inn 1 SANDWICH MAKER--RECONNECT FROMRELIACE DIGITAL PHONEIX MALL VIMAN NAGAR. I had specifically asked about the insrtuction booklet and we were told everything is inside and the product has 2 yrs warranty and if there is any issue we will take it back and replace. On opening the package we did not find any manuel or any thing. I informed the shop that if there is no instruction booklet I want it replaced. I m prepared to buy some other product .But they refused .My order no is C 60823802 on 13/2/24.This is a new product by reliance company .THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING from reliace digital.If you care for consumer satisfaction please send the instruction mannual or replace the product.Rema

        Hello,

        I have been delivered wrong tv . I was earlier said in SMS that they have 2023 model TV and I was fraud by giving me nov 2023 manufactured 2022 model. I did not know until the LG showroom people told me about the same that LG65QNED80 is 2023 model which has processor enhancements, we have music discovery options and better settings options. Overall 2023 model we wanted but reliance digital kathriguppe Banashankari 3rd branch pin code 560085, the tv salesmen jayveer provided wrong model to me.

        We need complete replacement with latest 2023 model without any extra cost as part of solution to the complaint or a full refund of the tv purchased by taking back this 2022 model TV

            At first, we have to wait for 15 minutes for someone to fill Diesel in our Car. And after this the Employee of Reliance Petrol Pump denied to fill the Air in the Tyres and he said the Air is not available as the Machine is not working. Adding the photo of the area.
            This is not good. Please ensure that this should not happen with someone else.

              This is in connection with defective 65" TV replaced by Samsung
              However I would like to point out that I after first trying hard with Reliance Digital Prabhadevi store to get the required service for repairs made several times on my own and failing to get any response /.support as stated under, I had to write email to Customer care, MR. Vikas Kanojia, Mr. Arvind Thakkar, Mr. Umesh Shewale andd directly to Samsung explaining in detail. I received positive response from Samsung almost immediately. Before that I had to suffer and struggle to get any service from Reliance Digital staff on my own. I write below my experience step by step.

              I was compelled to visit store personally as i did not get any help or response from the sales people. Upon visiting the store and raising my voice I was directed to Mr. Ajay Kumar Dubey, deputy manager who listened to my problem and assured me to help. After waiting for almost one week and failing to get any phone call reply or help I tried calling him on his mobile number but he never answered my calls and asked Mr. Vikas to call me and leave a message to me that I should stop calling him and henceforth talk to Mr.Arvind Thakkar for any follow ups.

              I did not get any satisfactory response from Mr. Thakkar also, as my several calls went un answered accept on two occasions first at 8 pm he told me he would call me as he was very busy, and secondly at about 12 pm when again he said he would call me as he was driving to store. On both occasions there was no call back. I would also like to add here thaton 2nd December 2023, when I had personally visited the store and met Arvindbhai he he himslf had sent message to resQ from phone ( request no. [protected])which stated that my issue will be resolved within 48 hours which was not resolved til today and neither any one called or came to resolve my problem.

              There after I was advised to contact Ms PRiyanka Naik . I tried calling her on [protected]. After making continuous efforts to call her she never accepted my call but once when she told me she would call me next day, which she never did.

              However after all the unsuccessful attempts I obtained personal number of Mr. Priyank Agarwal a senior executive officer of Samsung, and started communicating with him directly. Mr. Priyank was very kind enough to hear my story and till the end answered all my calls and helped me get a replacement for my defective TV for which I am very much grateful to him.

              As my TV was replaced under one year warranty by Samsung and I have paid for four years extended warranty for which I failed to get any service from you, and the sold TV is not with me any more, Reliance has no right to keep my extended warranty amount. I therefore request you to refund my rightful amount immediately failing which I will be compelled to seek help from consumer forum, and write to nodule officer. For your further information I would also like to inform you that I am having all records of WhatsApp chats with above concerned people which can be provided any time if need arises.

                I have online ordered voltas beko dishwasher as on 27 December, 2023. It was received as on 28 December, 2023. Order No. RDF58738245. I have registered online request for dishwasher installation and also I have made many calls to customer care number[protected] regarding the same. But there is no response. Since 28 December (i.e. 9 days) noone come for installation at my place. Kindly help me in this matter and do the needful.

                  I had purchased Aquagard water purifier from reliance digital sec 9 panchkula on 27/3/23 for Rs 17999, the screenshot of bill i have attached herewith. It is under 1 year warranty.
                  It is not working since 11/11/23.I have registered multiple complaints since then, the screenshot of which i am attaching herewith.
                  Initially the reliance digital sent technician who said that some electrical component is malfunctioning the request for which has been raised and it will get replaced under warranty within a week.
                  At that time the water was being filtered normally and just the LED light was blinking continuously and he said that you can continue to use the water purifier.
                  After a week they said that by mistake wrong part was issued so they have requested for the correct part. Today they sent another technician who said that the filters are blocked which are not replacable under warranty. So they raised a request to brand warranty aquagard who confirmed the same.
                  Had the reliance technician raised the request to aquagard brand on the first visit itself further damage because of electrical fault would have been avoided. Now they are saying that either you have to pay Rs 4300 for the filter or buy the annual maintainence contract of Rs 6500. The reliance digital fools the customers on grounds of checking the machine and deliberately damage the part so that we have to buy their annual maintenance service. Kindly look into the matter as this is how they are fooling all the customers.

                    Yesterday I have lost my reliance prepaid card and I have called there customer care number they were telling me that they cannot do anything without card number and that was 10000 rupee prepaid card I have bills of the products which I bought from there even when I used that card I have given my phone number ...they are saying dat i[censored] forget ur card number nothing can be done which is of 16 digits ...day before yesterday I have done to reliance trend and change my tshirt with the help of only phone number but now they are saying they cant do anything...if they didn't do anything it has approx 3200 rupees left .When I users their card at that tume they ask phone number so why they ask phone number if they cant do anything now it can be use by anyone so please help me I have only 15000 ruppee salary my father gave me that to buy something they had no security features ...their customer care is unable to help

                      We have bought an aquaguard filter in May 2023 and lodged a free service checkup for it in Relaince Digital.
                      The service guy who came for it was very arrogant and since he came he asked for money, he said we dont give free services, the company sells the product and later on it becomes our burden.
                      To be quoted, before he arrived our filter was working properly and there was no issue but after he came he started saying all three filters of yours are not working and needs to be replaced and everything will be charged.
                      It seems that he did something intentionally and the filter is now not working, when we said its only around 7 months how is it possible that we have consumed 6000litres of water in a family of only three, then he said only one of your filter is not working and it needs to be replaced.
                      He said go and talk to relaince digital and tell them my name is sujoy and i have denied from giving services.
                      We simply dont think there is an issue with the filter and he did it intentionally so that we replace the filter and pay him money.
                      Reliance digital is a pathetic service provider and is not doing anything to resolve our issue.

                        I bought a gopro accessories (gorpo case, camera sleev and tripod stand) from reliance digital and please have a look at photos what was delivered. The package was old, used, returned many times, white spots on the sleeve, broken case. I raised a complaint and it was closed with the response "we have confirmed as per our SLP team &DC packing footage correct product has packed at the pack station and regret to inform you we are unable to proceed further return process". I called them and the rep repeated the same thing again and again. Mind this i raised the complaitn and shared the pics on the very day it was delivered and no one actually came to check the product that was delivered.
                        This costed me more than 4500 INR. the customer experience is extremely pathetic. Do they think we have the time to create fake pictures and con them. How can i know whatever they did even happened what is the proof. Horrible company Reliance (so not reliant). In the era of Ecommerce, even the smallest company would make this right. This is the experience of a company owned by the richest person in india.
                        Abandoning Reliance and everything related to it.

                          Kent RO water purifier Pride plus faulty and no services provided inspite of multiple follow ups

                          This is complain regarding Kent Pride plus purifier.

                          I am continuously following up with customer care on this issue from 01st Nov 2023 and not yet resolved.

                          While delivering & returning the damaged product, my premise is damaged. Rough Handling of goods & unprofessionally handling of product. Installation/demo representative also not professional & does not know much about product. I have proofs of videos of handling the product which caused damage to both product & premises. Want to claim compensation for damages to my premises.

                            I had placed a order of Motorola Moto edge 40 on 20/10/2023. Order id is RDF56302318. I made payment for this through ICICI bank CREDit card, as through this payment I got 1500 rs. discount on price. I took LOAN one unknown persons ICICI CREDit card for this payment, & for it I had to pay him 1000 rs. per order. After placing pre-payment I had to deposit mobile price to that CREDit card. This item was showing expected delivery date of 27/10/2023. But suddenly on 23/10/2023 I was informed from reliance digital that my order has been cancelled from seller side. & as result it showed that I will be refunded in the same account. Till then the item was showing available for delivery on our pin code. So I requested reliance digital CUSTOMER CARE to place the item in my address again by talking with seller, but they denied. I requested them to refund on my debit card account, but again they denied. Then I asked them to pay my card LOAN charge of 1000rs. with refund amount to me, but again they denied. Today it's 28/10/2023, till their refund has not been proceed. For this reason all offers in every site have gone & I'm not able to place that mobile from any other site. & till now Reliance Digital team are saying they will not do anything about it, more 7 days can be taken to initiate the refund. I made mANY COMPLAINT, booked a ticket number for resolving my issue but nothing happens. That ticket number is[protected]. They said me 3 times from 24/10/2023 that their senior team is going to call me for discussing my issue & to solve it, but till now I have not received any call from their site. This reliance digital team is there juat to use CUSTOMERs. I have all booking screen shots & call logs to me, I may share this if possible.
                            So I would like to suggest everyone not to visit this ### website for once. They are not worthy of cutomer's faith & trust. They always have nothing to do for cutomer's satisfaction. I even don't know that if I am going to get my refund or not.
                            It's the worst experience for me of visiting a website in my whole life ever.

                              I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from reliance digital store, chittorgarh, rajasthan, 312001. Today the refrigerator was sent for delivery with a man who was completely drunk. He was not in his senses. The product was completely in damaged situation. And when I asked to delivery persons about consuming alcohol at the time of duty he abused me and my family members. When I called the local Reliance store manager about this on this number [protected], She responded and behaved in a completely careless manner. When I complained to the manager, She shirked her responsibility and pretended to be unaware of it and replied that She was not responsible for the delivery. Because the responsibility of delivery is not ours, it is the responsibility of the courier service provider. And after saying this She did not attend my call again. I was not told at the time of purchase that the product would be ordered from outside and delivered to me through courier. Selling a product by lying to the customer and not maintaining transparency is a kind of fraud. And now who is responsible for the mental pain I have suffered? I will never shop from Reliance Digital store in future after this bitter experience. And after the irresponsible attitude of the staff, now I have to cancel this order. So by canceling this order of mine, whatever loan process has been done should also be canceled immediately. I would prefer to buy from a local shopkeeper who at least cares about customer satisfaction.

                                Purchase of Refrigerator:
                                On November 2021, I purchased a refrigerator from Reliance Digital, with a promised warranty of two years. Unfortunately, on October 3rd, 2023, the refrigerator ceased to function. Immediately on the same day, I raised a complaint with Reliance Digital's customer service department.
                                Reliance Digital technicians assessed the issue and informed me that the compressor section needed replacement. I endured a waiting period of nearly 10 days for the new compressor to arrive. However, my disappointment continued as the refrigerator worked for only a single day and subsequently ceased to function again. Despite two separate visits by Reliance Digital technicians, the issue remains unresolved as of the date of this complaint.
                                Unauthorized Charges:
                                In the midst of these ongoing issues, I received a call from an individual claiming to represent Reliance Digital. They provided a detailed account of the actions taken by Reliance in response to the refrigerator's malfunction. To my shock, the caller requested my card details for a refund of an amount. Regrettably, I fell victim to this fraudulent call, and an unauthorized transaction amounting to INR 10, 292 was deducted from my credit card.
                                I hold Reliance Digital partly responsible for this incident, as my card details appear to have been shared with a third party due to their call.
