I purchased an HP laptop (Model no - HP-15bs616TU) from Reliance Digital Store in April 14 2018 and the sales person asked me to get an extended warranty by Resq of 4 years by paying extra amount of INR 4000 approx. If there is anybody reading this, please DO NOT BUY FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL. Not only have I been sold an out of warranty, three-year-old laptop which is not even under my name, but I also am not even receiving any reverts from the company. Whatever you do, do not buy from reliance digital, there are always other options....

I have purchased an aqua guard from Reliance digital on 25th March 2021, within few days it started to create problem and in 3 months it stopped working. We have required the store staffs to help us with this as it is not even 6 months we have purchased the product. The staffs are saying they cannot do anything. I have purchased a Lenovo Ideapad Laptop on 23rd January 2021. This laptop comes with a pre-installed MS Office which a consumer has to activate. But unfortunately, I am struggling till today to activate it.
I approached Lenovo. I wasted one month.
I was referred to Microsoft who gave me a solution.

I bought a MacBook from the reliance digital website for office purpose, so to get GST credit input I added my GST number while ordering for which I have a screenshot for. The order number is RDF0898238. I paid the amount and confirmed the order! But the initial summary I received for my mail did not show any GST number! So I contacted their customer care and asked them if my GST number has been included. But they gave me a shocking No!!!...

Hi, I've pre-booked Apple iPad 8 gen on October 1st.
The promised to deliver on October 7th where as imagine store said it'll take 10 days for them. Hence the waiting period is low I preferred Reliance digital, it's been almost a month and the manager is the worst of all. He asked me like 4 to 5 times of 3 days extention.

60 days now... 21 calls and followups... Issue still remains..

Arrogant escalation desk..

I have a reconnect ac 1.5ton which is under warranty and one of its part is damaged which is need to be changed.

The executive came home to repair but the part will come from bangalore, it's been a month unable to find the part then after talking to customer care for several weeks they agreed to take back the ac and refund 80% of purchase price.

Now it's been a month our ac is not working neither they took...
