Dear Team,
I purchased a LG Side by Side refrigerator from Reliance Digital Store Anantapur on 21-May-2023. They delivered on 22-May-2023 at 8PM, installation done on 24-May-2023. But I received damaged product. So, I requested them for refund the amount. Because they told replacement will take minimum of 7 days. If again I received damaged product then again I need to wait for 7 more days for another replacement.

Replacement requested raised on 24-May-2023, but they didn't pick up the product. So, I personally went to store to return the product with my own transport. I returned the product on 29-May-2023. Store staff told me that amount will be refunded within 3 working days.

Till now I followed up like anything, but I didn't get refund. I paid it from Credit Card, now EMI got generated, this will be big loss for me to pay additional changes which need to pay to bank.

Its almost 30 days but no responds from them.

Its been more than 2 months that Reliance Digital, R R nagar, could not resolve or provide service. Complete waste of money, time, if we buy in Reliance Digital.

We have to plead them to provide service where in the product is in warranty. Have raised issue/complaint to BM Bade team and for utmost disappointment they do not work as well.

I recently purchased the fridge Hisense online from reliance digital(order details attached).
After opening the box, i set up the fridge. I have complete video of the unboxing and setting up. The moment i saw the fridge from left side i saw two big dents.
Kindly replace the product or take it back and issue a complete refund as soon as possible.

, Mr. Abhijit Anil Khatu had ordered a Motorola Moto G42 with 16.25 cm FHD + ultra-wide AMOLED Display with order date as 05/06/2023 from your Reliance Digital application.

But to my uttermost surprise, the product was delivered today is Motorola Moto G42 with 16.26 cm FHD+ OLED Display, which is inappropriate and complete mismatch to the product ordered by me.

So I requested to please do the needful to replace the same at the earliest but till date there has been no replacement nor any resolution given to the issue.

My front load washing is leaking

Hi Team, I have Purchased Daikin AC on 11th June 2023. Order No: RDF51293659. Technician asking for 1400 rupees Installation charges. Please look in to this issue ASAP. I have purchased AC around 44000. If i purchase in Amazon or Flipkart or in Local show room, Installation charges are free. Even we didn't for AC Stand as well. AC Stand also free if i purchase AC Outside. Please tell me one reason why we should purchase the products in Reliance. Please provide proper Answer as Quickly as possible.

Additional warranty amount collected on purchase of Panasonic refrigerator. Continuesly filing complaint since one month, 6 times complaint raised. No technician is attending.

I have purchased panasonic refrigerator. Additional amount was collected on account of additional warranty. No technician is attending the complaint for the past one month. Regularly calling the complaint customer care. Standard sweet words, extremely sorry, your complaint is on highest priority. End of the week, your problem resolved, your feedback on service. When contacted, Standard reply, Automated reply sorry same story. Getting frustrated with the service. When they can't serve, they should not collect additional warranty.

I have visit in reliance store Ghaziabad govind puram, no will be told the price of product, end no will be attend the costumer, such a very very baad service in reliance store

I had purchased PureIT water purifier from Reliance Digital Sarjapur couple of years back, with 4 years extended warranty. Since its 4 years extended warranty even after more than 1.6 years they don't care about changing the filters even after raising the ticket multiple times. Every time I contact customer care I'm told some technician will contact me but its all bogus no body contacts me nor there is any follow up . I bought an Haier AC on 16th April 2023 but the product was not delivered on time, so cancelled it on 21st April 2023. Refund is not being made since the cancellation. I purchased the product with order number RDF50558432 boAt Airdopes 131 RTL Twin Wireless Earbuds with IWP Technology, Bluetooth V5.0, Immersive Audio, Instant Voice Assistant and Type-C Charging, 1-year warranty on 13th May 2023. I initiated Return Request on 19th May 2023 and the product is covered in 7 days return. The product is having issues with connectivity and voice delay, voice clarity. Also, request through email in 19th may 2023. But till date they never denied to return bu did nothing.

My Ac’s compressor is making to much noise and they are neglecting the risk and problem and doing nothing about it
Their technicians came and they were saying the fan is touching the compressor but thier senior team is not admitting the problem i have mail it to bm.[protected]@ril.com still they senior team had gave them fake report and they are saying that problem is solved but still there is loud noise and my compressor is damaged by the technicians

This is the second time that I have ordered something from Reliance Digital online, and both the times.. Reliance Digital have never completed its delivery within promised time frame.

First time in year 2021, when I had ordered.. I had to cancel it, because it wasn't delivered beyond promised time line as well.. so I had to cancel it.

This time again, the promise to deliver date was 23rd May 2023(as per the website and email as well), but I haven't received it till now.

What a shame!!
