Dear LG / Reliance Digital Support,
I am writing to formally report an ongoing issue with a brand new LG air conditioner purchased from Reliance Digital( suncity, Bandlaguda Jagir, Hyd, 500086) on February 8, 2025.
From the first day of installation, the unit has been making a grinding noise, which clearly indicates a mechanical issue. I immediately raised a complaint with Reliance, but despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no resolution or proper response from your service team.
This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially for a newly purchased product under warranty.
Manager promised to take care of the issue within 7days and now he is ignoring. Issue is not resolved.
Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
