On 11/4/2023 ko lloyd 1.5 ton Split Ac purchase kiya tha. But installation k same day se aaj tak 1 bhi din use kiya nai he. Usme E5 ki query aa rahi he. Technician ne 2-3 bar ghar par aake check kiya, jab tak technician ruka tab tak ac thik se chala par uske jate se hi same error aa rahi he. Or compressor me bhi problem aa rahi he. 1 bar me indoor unit start karte he to compressor start nai hota. 7-8 bar remote se indoor unit on off karte he uske bad hi compressor start hota he. And 16° pe bhi ac kuchh bhi cooling nai deta. Reliance digital k store pe call kiya to wo support nai kar rahe he or nahi muje ac ka kuch replcememt karke de rahe he or mentally harrased kar rahe he Or bolte he aapko jo karna he kar lo replacement to nai milega. Store ka koi b member help karne k liye ready nai he or ab to koi call receive bhi nai kar raha he. Aap se request he ki aap jald se jald muje is faulted ac ka replacement karke dijiye ya to pure paise refund kariye.

It is bring to your notice that we purchased the Daikin SAC 1.5T3SINV ATKL50U & Serial No is[protected] on Reliance Retail Limited (6347) Sector 35C on dated 15 April 2023 & we received this AC on dated 16 April 2023. Installation of the till date pending from the store side. Any of the service engineer or customer care employee not given sufficient detail regarding the installation of AC.

It is not a proper way to handle the customer service & we are suffering mental harrasment. Kindly take this issue on priority basis.

We have been contacting the customer care since 14th of April and my husband went to the shop in person as well. They have been saying that we have many installtions pending so cant say till when it will be done.

What are we supposed to do with such kind of irresponsible service?

I request you to look into the matter and send someone for installation of AC at the earliest.

Order no RDF49584115 not delivered even after 10 days. I have been calling the customer care for the last 1 week. For the last 3 days, I have been asking them to cancel the order because the website or the app do not have provision for the customer to cancel the order themselves. All that I have been hearing from them is that the backend team will get in touch with me. I never received even one call from the 'backend' team. I feel this is a huge scam. Since the customer support by reliance digital is abysmal, I am raising the issue on the public forum.

I ordered one Samsung 1 ton 5 star AC on 9th April, 2023 from Reliance Digital Store, address - No 104, 3rd Floor, Lake Mall Baroj Road, Rash Behari Ave, Kolkata, West Bengal 700029. Total price - 48, 103. I have made down-payment of 20, 372 and rest is availed through Kotak No cost EMI Finance.

Since 9th April, I am not seeing a single status update of the product delivery and did not receive the product yet.
There is no support either from the Physical Store or Reliance Customer Care and no update on delivery is provided. Seems they do not care about the helplessness of a customer. I am reaching out in this forum hoping to get some help in resolving my issue.

I have purchased a mobile phone from reliance digital bel road.. during billing I specifically mentioned them not to add any other services apart from amount of mobile but without my consent they added two more services… infact after confrontation they showed me a cold shoulder

Purchase the product on 2nd April 2023, and suppose to deliver on 6th April. Further delayed and 8th schedule, then 10th April. Today is 12th April and no response from reliance team. Only saying 48hours from 7 th April. I already paid 48.9k with credit card and card bill also generated. Reliance is not delivering the product.

I need to register one more complaint. The ac technician tampered with the AC wire and has changed the AC wire by saying that its of poor quality. I am not getting any response from the store manager. It seems they are trying to cover up this matter. I feel cheated by reliance

I was purchased product from reliance digital in subhadra mall Baramati on 22 March 2023 and product was stopped working on 01 April 2023 after that I was visit the store and show them the product staff confirm that the product was defeated and said that leave the product at store we will contact you within 2 working days now today is 11 April 2023 but staff said that still parts not available you want to wait for more 15 days

One of the worst services provided by Reliance Resq. They cheated us and their engineer broke my tv and completed service update on resc apps.

We buy bpl tv 55 inch in 15 November 2022 and tv is not working properly.. we complain many times. They come and format the software and reinstall every time. after 3 months same issue we ask to change our tv then engineer ready to change motherboard and after waiting for one month he...

I ordered the LED TV from Reliance Digital store, Karnal, Haryana on 7th April. However, later I decided to cancel the order and talked to customer care and they suggested me to refuse the acceptance at the time of delivery and I did the same.

Now, store manager refused to refund the amount and asked me to take refund in form on reliance digital card, which I don't want.

I registered the complaint yesterday and complaint reference number is[protected].

I received the call from store and they again refused to refund the amount. Kindly ask the store manager to refund my money.

My account got debited with money to reliance ibr account but the page shows the payment is unsuccessful

I made a purchase on reliance digital on 29 january 2023 by HDFC credit card. Payment was successfull and i got the confirmation through sms and also in statement. Its been more than 2 montha yet refund is not initiated by them. I have been constantly calling and emailing them ye lt they have not come up with solution. This is eference mumber of my complaint. Hi, I have purchased Galaxy S23 Ultra, on[protected] from Reliance Digital store in Elements Mall, Bangalore. I was told there is an offer going on related to charger and smart view case.
For 45 w adapter, I was asked to pay 1019 Rs.
And in exchange of my old huwaei honor smart phone, the salesman promised to give the smart view case.
The phone was taken from me next day and I also paid 1019 Rs.
But no bill was given.
When I asked for bill the sales man said since it is on offer he cannot give any bill.
After few days, when I asked again, he is telling he lost his phone and cannot log in to system to fetch the bill.

As of today, ie, 4th April, I do not have the bill nor the items promised (Smart view case and 45 w charged).
For charger the promised date was 25th march. But on 26th I was told the the delivery will happen on 2nd of April. Now it is 4th but still I did not get the item.

I have all details of the sales man including id card and the voice recordings of the calls made.
I sincerely request you to consider this at priority and issue me back the old phone and the 1019 Rs payment I made.

I can give the needed details like transaction confirmation screenshot, voice recordings, ID of the sales man etc. Please let me know.

According to Reliance Digital please proper training your staff Mr Amit Gupta. This staff behaviour too rudely compair to another Staff.

Last friday i went to reliance digital store to buy some electronics fridge, T.V. A staff misbehaved with me and my wife as soon as we entered the shop . You are running a shop with such staffs who look at our clothes and treat them as beggars .The name of the staff is Amit Gupta.

So i have been facing this issue regarding my ASUS ROG zephyrus pc which I bought from Reliance digital and the warranty period of this product was of 1 year which has been terminated by now completing one year and a month by now . So this PC of mine was marked price at 1, 10, 000 and i got it for 58, 000 rupees which was quite a great deal to fetch but whats the value of getting a product from such a promising store when I will be getting an issue in the display. The screen of this PC has gone trough a lot of flickering and now its totally been crashed.
I surely think that reliance digital is unable to provide genuine products to its costumers and I have really lost my faith upon this company. Hope I might get an solution for this .

While purchasing AC we have paid all the necessary amount of the product including attachments but AC outdoor bracket was not delivered and at the time of installation we have to repaid 898/- for the bracket to the installer which was already included in the bill, when we contract with store they are only refunding 699 but hiding their mistake ( missing delivery) though Inst got delayed and refund not adjusted.
