I have purchased mobile modle lg w30 pro with order id order # rdf02702290 on 19th may and cancelled the order over phone on 24th may to customer care as the product was not delivered till 24th whereas delivery promised date was 22nd may. I have purchased skull candy bluetooth device from your pondicherry store. The wire was torn before the warranty period. The team has assured me to replace my old bluetooth to new one.
