Yesterday I have lost my reliance prepaid card and I have called there customer care number they were telling me that they cannot do anything without card number and that was 10000 rupee prepaid card I have bills of the products which I bought from there even when I used that card I have given my phone number ...they are saying dat i[censored] forget ur card number nothing can be done which is of 16 digits ...day before yesterday I have done to reliance trend and change my tshirt with the help of only phone number but now they are saying they cant do anything...if they didn't do anything it has approx 3200 rupees left .When I users their card at that tume they ask phone number so why they ask phone number if they cant do anything now it can be use by anyone so please help me I have only 15000 ruppee salary my father gave me that to buy something they had no security features ...their customer care is unable to help

    We have bought an aquaguard filter in May 2023 and lodged a free service checkup for it in Relaince Digital.
    The service guy who came for it was very arrogant and since he came he asked for money, he said we dont give free services, the company sells the product and later on it becomes our burden.
    To be quoted, before he arrived our filter was working properly and there was no issue but after he came he started saying all three filters of yours are not working and needs to be replaced and everything will be charged.
    It seems that he did something intentionally and the filter is now not working, when we said its only around 7 months how is it possible that we have consumed 6000litres of water in a family of only three, then he said only one of your filter is not working and it needs to be replaced.
    He said go and talk to relaince digital and tell them my name is sujoy and i have denied from giving services.
    We simply dont think there is an issue with the filter and he did it intentionally so that we replace the filter and pay him money.
    Reliance digital is a pathetic service provider and is not doing anything to resolve our issue.

      I bought a gopro accessories (gorpo case, camera sleev and tripod stand) from reliance digital and please have a look at photos what was delivered. The package was old, used, returned many times, white spots on the sleeve, broken case. I raised a complaint and it was closed with the response "we have confirmed as per our SLP team &DC packing footage correct product has packed at the pack station and regret to inform you we are unable to proceed further return process". I called them and the rep repeated the same thing again and again. Mind this i raised the complaitn and shared the pics on the very day it was delivered and no one actually came to check the product that was delivered.
      This costed me more than 4500 INR. the customer experience is extremely pathetic. Do they think we have the time to create fake pictures and con them. How can i know whatever they did even happened what is the proof. Horrible company Reliance (so not reliant). In the era of Ecommerce, even the smallest company would make this right. This is the experience of a company owned by the richest person in india.
      Abandoning Reliance and everything related to it.

        Kent RO water purifier Pride plus faulty and no services provided inspite of multiple follow ups

        This is complain regarding Kent Pride plus purifier.

        I am continuously following up with customer care on this issue from 01st Nov 2023 and not yet resolved.

        While delivering & returning the damaged product, my premise is damaged. Rough Handling of goods & unprofessionally handling of product. Installation/demo representative also not professional & does not know much about product. I have proofs of videos of handling the product which caused damage to both product & premises. Want to claim compensation for damages to my premises.

          I had placed a order of Motorola Moto edge 40 on 20/10/2023. Order id is RDF56302318. I made payment for this through ICICI bank CREDit card, as through this payment I got 1500 rs. discount on price. I took LOAN one unknown persons ICICI CREDit card for this payment, & for it I had to pay him 1000 rs. per order. After placing pre-payment I had to deposit mobile price to that CREDit card. This item was showing expected delivery date of 27/10/2023. But suddenly on 23/10/2023 I was informed from reliance digital that my order has been cancelled from seller side. & as result it showed that I will be refunded in the same account. Till then the item was showing available for delivery on our pin code. So I requested reliance digital CUSTOMER CARE to place the item in my address again by talking with seller, but they denied. I requested them to refund on my debit card account, but again they denied. Then I asked them to pay my card LOAN charge of 1000rs. with refund amount to me, but again they denied. Today it's 28/10/2023, till their refund has not been proceed. For this reason all offers in every site have gone & I'm not able to place that mobile from any other site. & till now Reliance Digital team are saying they will not do anything about it, more 7 days can be taken to initiate the refund. I made mANY COMPLAINT, booked a ticket number for resolving my issue but nothing happens. That ticket number is[protected]. They said me 3 times from 24/10/2023 that their senior team is going to call me for discussing my issue & to solve it, but till now I have not received any call from their site. This reliance digital team is there juat to use CUSTOMERs. I have all booking screen shots & call logs to me, I may share this if possible.
          So I would like to suggest everyone not to visit this ### website for once. They are not worthy of cutomer's faith & trust. They always have nothing to do for cutomer's satisfaction. I even don't know that if I am going to get my refund or not.
          It's the worst experience for me of visiting a website in my whole life ever.

            I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from reliance digital store, chittorgarh, rajasthan, 312001. Today the refrigerator was sent for delivery with a man who was completely drunk. He was not in his senses. The product was completely in damaged situation. And when I asked to delivery persons about consuming alcohol at the time of duty he abused me and my family members. When I called the local Reliance store manager about this on this number [protected], She responded and behaved in a completely careless manner. When I complained to the manager, She shirked her responsibility and pretended to be unaware of it and replied that She was not responsible for the delivery. Because the responsibility of delivery is not ours, it is the responsibility of the courier service provider. And after saying this She did not attend my call again. I was not told at the time of purchase that the product would be ordered from outside and delivered to me through courier. Selling a product by lying to the customer and not maintaining transparency is a kind of fraud. And now who is responsible for the mental pain I have suffered? I will never shop from Reliance Digital store in future after this bitter experience. And after the irresponsible attitude of the staff, now I have to cancel this order. So by canceling this order of mine, whatever loan process has been done should also be canceled immediately. I would prefer to buy from a local shopkeeper who at least cares about customer satisfaction.

              Purchase of Refrigerator:
              On November 2021, I purchased a refrigerator from Reliance Digital, with a promised warranty of two years. Unfortunately, on October 3rd, 2023, the refrigerator ceased to function. Immediately on the same day, I raised a complaint with Reliance Digital's customer service department.
              Reliance Digital technicians assessed the issue and informed me that the compressor section needed replacement. I endured a waiting period of nearly 10 days for the new compressor to arrive. However, my disappointment continued as the refrigerator worked for only a single day and subsequently ceased to function again. Despite two separate visits by Reliance Digital technicians, the issue remains unresolved as of the date of this complaint.
              Unauthorized Charges:
              In the midst of these ongoing issues, I received a call from an individual claiming to represent Reliance Digital. They provided a detailed account of the actions taken by Reliance in response to the refrigerator's malfunction. To my shock, the caller requested my card details for a refund of an amount. Regrettably, I fell victim to this fraudulent call, and an unauthorized transaction amounting to INR 10, 292 was deducted from my credit card.
              I hold Reliance Digital partly responsible for this incident, as my card details appear to have been shared with a third party due to their call.

              I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of resolution regarding my refrigerator and the unauthorized charges made to my credit card. It is evident that Reliance Digital's services have fallen significantly short of the expected standards.

              I kindly request the following actions be taken:
              An immediate resolution to the refrigerator issue, whether it involves repairing the appliance to a fully functional state or providing a replacement.
              An investigation into the unauthorized charges and necessary legal action taken against those responsible, whether they are linked to Reliance Digital or not.
              Compensation for the mental distress, inconvenience, and time wasted in attempting to resolve these issues.
              An assurance that customer data will be handled with the utmost care and privacy in the future.
              I am prepared to submit any necessary documentation, such as purchase receipts, service records, and credit card statements, to support my complaint.
              I kindly request that this matter be investigated promptly, and necessary action taken to protect the rights of consumers like myself. I trust that the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission will work diligently to ensure that justice is served.

                I am writing to bring to your attention a significant issue I have been facing with my refrigerator and to request immediate assistance.

                On October 3rd, I reported a problem with my refrigerator, and a technician from Reliance promptly replaced the compressor on October 14th. Unfortunately, the issue recurred just two days later, on October 16th. I immediately raised the complaint again and escalated it to the customer care agent, but as of now, there has been no response or review of the complaint.

                I am greatly inconvenienced by the repeated problems with my refrigerator, and I kindly request that this matter be addressed urgently. I believe it is crucial to either replace the refrigerator or find a permanent solution to the issue at the earliest convenience.

                  Refund is delay from 30 days still not received

                      I have warranty period claim from reliance resq service centre for my Asus f15 laptop that I purchased from reliance digital. From last month 10 July I visited reliance resq service centre and they told me to submit my laptop. But now after almost 2 month's later my laptop issue is not resolved. I have several job sheets they provided me in name of fixing my laptop but failed. Today they asked me to re- submit my laptop which is having same issue from last month.                         I had ordered on twice on two different dates on
                        Order No.: RDF53899306
                        Order Date.: 24-08-23 for
                        Samsung Original 25W, Type C, Power Adapter, TA800 - White and paid
                        ORDER TOTAL ₹ 2198.0 but only one Adapter was delivered vide invoice.
                        The order is for two Adapters but delivery is only of one
                        Adapter/Quantity.
                        Again, thereafter I had ordered for the same Adapter 2 in
                        number /Quantity vide another order Order No.: RDF53958202
                        Order Date.: 26-08-23 but the again the deliver was short of one
                        adapter. The invoice was only of one quantity again and delivery is
                        only of one quantity. It is a serious lapse. The necessary record is
                        attached herewith for your reference.
                        Please deliver two deficient Adapter immediately as per payment made
                        and Order placed and look into the uncalled for lapse.

                            My order no: RDF53049408 is supposed to be delivered on 7/8/2023, the same has not been fulfilled yet. There is an unexplained delay and absolutely no response from the customer service nor any reply’s to the mails. It was promised that my order would be deliver the very next day but reliance failed to honour the same. The customer service is pathetic and useless. Therefore I have resorted to complain on this forum to get a resolution.

                              I bought the Aquaguard Jazz water purifier online and it was installed by the RESQ TEAM.
                              Below are the offered Installation Services by RESQ Installation Service :
                              1) Perform feasibility check
                              2) Water purifier demonstration

                              RESQ installation team installed the product without performing feasibility check and gave only water Purifier demonstration.
                              Based on their demo and instructions, we drained the first day purified water from the tank and tried to drink the purified water next day onwards. We found that the water was not purified properly and immediately raised the incident within 24 hours time. But the team was not responded properly so far and not resolve the issue. Even I escalated to CEO: BM.[protected]@ril.com.
                              Please check with the Reliance Digital Escalation team to resolve the issue.

                                This is to let you know I purchased Haier AC in May 2023, and its outdoor Unit's discharge pipe was busted two times in just two months.

                                I raised the first ticket on 19 July. Technician came and he said it's Outdoor unit's discharge pipe is busted and the pipe needs to be welded first, he performed his welding and gas fueling stuff. Right after just 3 hours AC's cooling went off, So I again raised another ticket and another technician came, He said the same pipe is busted at the same place.

                                He called his supervisor and informed that the AC is just two months old and can not be repaired as it keeps getting busted again and again.

                                I have taken the Technician's supervisor contact number and tried to contact him. He said we will send one email to Haier and your AC will be replaced.

                                I have again followed up with Rahul Sharma(Technician supervisor), he is completely unresponsive now, he is not picking my call.

                                I also arranged his Supervisor(Satish) contact number, I had a conversation with Satish and he said they have sent the email and are now just waiting for approval.
                                Today I tried to check the status but he is also unresponsive and not picking my call too.

                                These all incidents create a negative image of these peoples and the Brand as well.

                                I am really surprised, is this how the Reliance Store works?

                                It's gonna be 10 days and I am not getting a proper resolution. I am completely hopeless by Reliance's negative behavior.

                                I am also sharing the names of people to whom I talk with, Proper feedback needs to be shared with them.

                                Resolution time has already been exceeded. I am really worried about this Product.
