I am writing to bring to your attention a significant issue I have been facing with my refrigerator and to request immediate assistance.

On October 3rd, I reported a problem with my refrigerator, and a technician from Reliance promptly replaced the compressor on October 14th. Unfortunately, the issue recurred just two days later, on October 16th. I immediately raised the complaint again and escalated it to the customer care agent, but as of now, there has been no response or review of the complaint.

I am greatly inconvenienced by the repeated problems with my refrigerator, and I kindly request that this matter be addressed urgently. I believe it is crucial to either replace the refrigerator or find a permanent solution to the issue at the earliest convenience.

    Refund is delay from 30 days still not received

    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the delay in the initiation of my refund for Order #RDF53339557, which was placed on [10.08.2023], and refund initiate date is 26th august 2023 It has now been 29 days+ since I requested the refund, and I have yet to receive any confirmation or update on the status of the refund process.

    I had ordered a laptop HP Pavilion 3081 Tu on 13th September, on 16th September the product was delivered to me. Under the specifications of the website of Reliance Digital it was mention that the product has fingerprint reader but as soon as I opened the package the my laptop did not have any fingerprint reader so I made a complaint on the helpline. In order to initiate the refund.

        I have warranty period claim from reliance resq service centre for my Asus f15 laptop that I purchased from reliance digital. From last month 10 July I visited reliance resq service centre and they told me to submit my laptop. But now after almost 2 month's later my laptop issue is not resolved. I have several job sheets they provided me in name of fixing my laptop but failed. Today they asked me to re- submit my laptop which is having same issue from last month. Still not fixed and said they will send it to brand service centre and asked for 1 week on time. Today is ( 29/08/2023 ).

          I had ordered on twice on two different dates on
          Order No.: RDF53899306
          Order Date.: 24-08-23 for
          Samsung Original 25W, Type C, Power Adapter, TA800 - White and paid
          ORDER TOTAL ₹ 2198.0 but only one Adapter was delivered vide invoice.
          The order is for two Adapters but delivery is only of one
          Adapter/Quantity.
          Again, thereafter I had ordered for the same Adapter 2 in
          number /Quantity vide another order Order No.: RDF53958202
          Order Date.: 26-08-23 but the again the deliver was short of one
          adapter. The invoice was only of one quantity again and delivery is
          only of one quantity. It is a serious lapse. The necessary record is
          attached herewith for your reference.
          Please deliver two deficient Adapter immediately as per payment made
          and Order placed and look into the uncalled for lapse.

              My order no: RDF53049408 is supposed to be delivered on 7/8/2023, the same has not been fulfilled yet. There is an unexplained delay and absolutely no response from the customer service nor any reply’s to the mails. It was promised that my order would be deliver the very next day but reliance failed to honour the same. The customer service is pathetic and useless. Therefore I have resorted to complain on this forum to get a resolution.

                I bought the Aquaguard Jazz water purifier online and it was installed by the RESQ TEAM.
                Below are the offered Installation Services by RESQ Installation Service :
                1) Perform feasibility check
                2) Water purifier demonstration

                RESQ installation team installed the product without performing feasibility check and gave only water Purifier demonstration.
                Based on their demo and instructions, we drained the first day purified water from the tank and tried to drink the purified water next day onwards. We found that the water was not purified properly and immediately raised the incident within 24 hours time. But the team was not responded properly so far and not resolve the issue. Even I escalated to CEO: BM.[protected]@ril.com.
                Please check with the Reliance Digital Escalation team to resolve the issue.

                  This is to let you know I purchased Haier AC in May 2023, and its outdoor Unit's discharge pipe was busted two times in just two months.

                  I raised the first ticket on 19 July. Technician came and he said it's Outdoor unit's discharge pipe is busted and the pipe needs to be welded first, he performed his welding and gas fueling stuff. Right after just 3 hours AC's cooling went off, So I again raised another ticket and another technician came, He said the same pipe is busted at the same place.

                  He called his supervisor and informed that the AC is just two months old and can not be repaired as it keeps getting busted again and again.

                  I have taken the Technician's supervisor contact number and tried to contact him. He said we will send one email to Haier and your AC will be replaced.

                  I have again followed up with Rahul Sharma(Technician supervisor), he is completely unresponsive now, he is not picking my call.

                  I also arranged his Supervisor(Satish) contact number, I had a conversation with Satish and he said they have sent the email and are now just waiting for approval.
                  Today I tried to check the status but he is also unresponsive and not picking my call too.

                  These all incidents create a negative image of these peoples and the Brand as well.

                  I am really surprised, is this how the Reliance Store works?

                  It's gonna be 10 days and I am not getting a proper resolution. I am completely hopeless by Reliance's negative behavior.

                  I am also sharing the names of people to whom I talk with, Proper feedback needs to be shared with them.

                    Dear Sir,

                    With relation to my transaction on May 27, 2023 at Reliance Digital located in Civil Lines, Allahabad, I wish to address the following matter. As a regular customer of Reliance Digital, I have purchased various household electronic items in the past, such as LED, AC, LAPTOP, iPhone, Oven, and more.
                    However, on my most recent visit, your Allahabad store knowingly sold me a faulty product, specifically the HP Ink Advantage Deskjet 2776 printer. Although we had considered purchasing another version, your sales representatives strongly recommended the defective item while intentionally withholding a demonstration of its operability. We were advised that it was as simple as plug-and-print.
                    Upon returning home, I had never utilized this item, since my family and I were out of town for a period of time during our children's school vacation period. On 3rd july 2023, when we urgently required the printer to complete my child's school project, I attempted to use it and discovered that the black cartridge indicated there was no ink. I then purchased a brand new cartridge from Reliance digital and installed it, only to find that the product continued to malfunction.
                    On 4th of July 2023, I brought the product back to the Reliance Digital Allahabad store for a demonstration on how to properly print. Upon inspection, the staff member remarked that the sensor was out of order, indicating that they were aware of the product's defects. Despite my inquiries, the representatives were unhelpful and unpleasant, telling me to submit an online claim to HP support. We are not responsible for this fault you own deal with HP. Is this the behavior expected from your brand?
                    Although the product was valued at a mere Rs. 7, 000, I was appalled by the service I received, which was well beyond my expectations. My family and I left the aforementioned product at the Reliance Digital Allahabad store counter, deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with the experience. Regrettably, it is not feasible for us to return to your establishment. Hope you will look into this matter. I am only concerned about why I received a product with technical faults when I paid for a new and fully functional one.
                    Even the faulty product itself in there store & don't know when it will be delivered .

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a grave issue I have been facing with my recent purchase from Reliance Digital and the subsequent loan cancellation with Bajaj Finserv.

                      On 01.07.2023, I purchased a refrigerator from Reliance Digital Kapoorthala on EMI using my Lucknow Bajaj Finserv card. Unfortunately, the fridge was received in a damaged condition. Following the necessary procedures, the fridge was returned, and another piece was sent on 03.07.2023.

                      Distressed and frustrated, I decided to cancel the purchase and initiated the cancellation with Reliance Digital. However, to my dismay, it took Reliance Digital 07-10 days to cancel the order. Moreover, despite the cancellation, Bajaj Finserv did not promptly cancel the loan amount on my Bajaj Finserv card.

                      Upon further investigation, it was revealed that the salesperson, Mr. Yasir ([protected]), who sold me the fridge, delayed initiating the cancellation on 09.07.2023. Subsequently, Mr. Rohit Verma ([protected]) from Reliance Digital for the loan cancellation on 15.07.2023, 13 days after the original order cancellation. The loan cancellation request went through several delays, and it was not until 20.07.2023 that the request was raised. The ordeal continued when Mr. Saurabh Mehendale ([protected]) from Reliance Digital added four more days to the delay and filed for cancellation on 24.07.2023.

                      Despite numerous attempts to expedite the process, Mr. Rohit Verma displayed a lack of empathy and urgency, even stating that the company would return the EMI if deducted instead of immediately canceling the loan. Subsequent communication with Mr. Prashant ([protected]), Sales Manager at Bajaj Finance, also proved unfruitful, with threatening statements such as I have to pay the EMI and again a 7-day timeline for loan cancellation provided.

                      The call recordings of Mr. Prashant and Mr. Rohit Verma have been enclosed in this email, along with the complete email trail of the cancellation order. I seek strict and swift action against Mr. Rohit Verma, who is currently posted at Reliance Digital Kapoorthala Lucknow, for the financial distress and harassment he has caused me.

                      I hope that the management will address this matter urgently and take appropriate action against the employees involved. I am willing to go to the Consumer Forum if necessary to seek resolution for the distress I have endured.

                        I purchased LG OLED from Reliance Digital Store at Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi on Sunday - 23rd July'23 and was promised an immediate delivery. however, till now the delivery has not been received and am told that this is like to happen tomorrow.

                        When a customer invests, the ask is to receive the product immediately however the store has not been able to keep up with their commitment and this is very disappointing.

                        The store is hardly 1 Km away from my home and the store is still unable to deliver the purchased products.

                          I purchased Reliance ResQ Plans 2Years extended warranty along with my Hitachi AC from Reliance Digital. Recently it has started giving very less cooling. When i book service requests via their ResQ app the Technician visit my premises to check the issue and say that they will send the concerned team for repair and then they close the complaint without resolving it. I have raised 4 Service requests in the past 4 weeks but they just keep closing the complaint. I just raised another service request now (Request No.[protected]) . Kindly help on how to escalate this issue with the higher officials for speedy resolution.

                            I bought few products from digital store, AVADI on 15th August 2022. during the time of purchase, i was ready to pay the complete amount as cash, But the seller asked us to use certain CREDit card (from certain bank which has cashback offer of Rs.1500/-) hence i used the CREDit card for purchasing the product, they said post 90 days the amount will be CREDited to your account, but its been almost 11 months, and there no cash back, i had to email them everyday, not only to the digital store, even to their CEO, but no response,
                            after so much of struggle, this month (July 2023) digital store CEO CUSTOMER SUPPORT called me and said that my card was not eligible for the Cash back, do they think that CUSTOMERs are ####, they are one who gave false promises of cashback in order to sell the product and again they say my card is not eligible, either they should have to say this atleast before the purchase. i want to file CONSUMER COMPLAINT on the managers of reliance digital store AVADI for that false promises and wasting my time and money.

                              I have purchased A.O Smith instant water heater along with installation on 7th July, 2023 for 4073 rupees. It costs 300 for installation. I ordered this product via reliance digital website. I need this product because as I got fistula surgery and to recover from surgery, doctor advised to take hot water sit baths. The policy says installation on delivery date plus one day. But the installation is not initiated till now. I have made n number of calls for installation with reliance digital customer care. Also explained my medical emergency situation But No support given. Also I tried to return the product, but no support for that as well. I tried to reach store as well. The inconveniences caused is very huge. Reliance digital should answer for my suffering.

                                I purchased LG on the year March 2021.After two years o[censored]sage it was faulty on March 2023.On April 10th 2023 I registered a compliant in reliance RESQ app wherein I took extended warranty by paying 16799 from there after continuous follow-up they took TV and finally they gave it back with still the issue exists.Its been three months and Reliance says they will give money if they got mail from LG.LG people are playing with me from last three months without sending mail as usual Reliance says we will settle down the amount as per deprecation .After this long conversations I am fed up with both of them and I need proper action should be taken on them where as customers like me should not suffer

                                The actual price of the TV is 93938 + 16799 FOR EXTENDED warranty.

                                  I purchase samsung tv model number samsung 50au7700 on[protected] from the reliance digital store yelahanka new town. It got delivered on[protected]. The issue is that i have got a product which is slightly damaged. I found there is a small dot shaped damage occurring on screen which is pretty much visible on black background screen. I reported the issue to reliance customer service department over 10 days ago and requested a replacement, as the problem was identified just two days after the initial purchase. Till that time i am only getting multiple service ids, all the time they use to assign samsung technician visits and they do nothing saying we will not cover it talk to reliance store. And on the other hand reliance digital store is doing nothing they are just making me fool all the time because of they are neither in the mind to replace it nor process for refund. It is really frustrating now. I spent around 40k for the tv which was not my budget, just bought because of reliance sales person convinced me to buy. And now they are ignoring me as well as my issue.

                                    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by your store regarding the delivery of a refrigerator that I purchased on 27/06/2023. Despite the clear terms and conditions of our agreement, I have experienced significant delays, unfulfilled promises, and inadequate communication from your company.

                                    On 27/06/2023, I made the full payment for the refrigerator and was informed by your sales representative that the product would be delivered within four days. However, since that time, there have been multiple postponements, and the delivery has still not taken place.

                                    Furthermore, when I met your salesman and manager of the store to express my frustration and request a refund due to the excessive delay, I was informed that I would have to wait an additional six days for the delivery, and 15 more days for a refund. This response is highly unsatisfactory and does not align with reasonable customer service expectations.

                                    Considering the significant inconvenience and frustration caused by this situation, I demand the following actions be taken immediately:

                                    Delivery Within Two Days OR Refund Within Two Days
