It was supposed to be installed with-in 1 or 2 days, but no signs of installation even after 8 days by now and people were not understanding the seriousness and importance of time and the need and overall playing with customers after payment is done.

Hi,


Who ever is responsible for handling this queue is an absolute sitting over there. It is been a week by now and no signs of installing a device which is mend to use for drinking purpose in a very badly needed state and after spending near 18k I was still struggling to get it fixed. My bad I could find the relaince store near by. I am sure some other vendor who is not so busy might have handle this better.


Now I completely out of paitience and I no more want this to be fixed. Someone come to me and take it and go. If not when I come around the store I will drop it at the store and collect my money back. Don't take this to a state to deal with it at consumer court.


Hope you understand english and how to do business.


If you are an because of whome all of this happend.

    Sir, आपका पहरेदार प्रोग्राम अक्सर देखते हैं आप का प्रोग्राम हम उपभोकता के लिए एक बहुत बड़ा सहायता है । मेरी ये complain है मैने Reliance digitel lucknow से 39" Recnnect tv 2 साल पहले ख़रीदा था और मैने uski warentee 2 साल बढ़वा लिया था करीब एक साल पहले tv में problem ये आयी tv ऑन करने के 5 मिनट बाद picture नहीं आएगा सिर्फ आवाज आएगी ये problem अपने आप से 5 दिन में ठीक हो गया । फिर करीब feb 2015 में same problem आयी मैने relaince service पे complain किया । उन्होने कहा आप tv मेरे relaince service पे ले कर आये तब देखा जायेगा क्यों की आप इस समय बस्ती ऊ.प्र. में पोस्ट है इस लिए हम आपको service नहीं दे पायेंगे । जब मैने tv लिया था उस समय मै लखनऊ में था खैर मैने आपनी कार से tv पंहुचा दिया 20 दिन के बाद tv बना के दिया । फिर आज 10 दिन से same problem आ रही हैं मैने बात किया तो उन्होंने tv लखनऊ लाने के लिए कह रहे है । बार बार same problem के लिए 200 km tv ले जाना संभव नहीं है । आप से अनुरोध है कि मेरी इस problem के लिए relaince digitel से बात करके मेरी tv change करवा दे।

        Not only did we have a tough time getting our stuff delivered late, we had to pay all the technicians for delivery and installation - they just come and ask us for money unofficially. On top of all this, they did a lowsy job installing our ACs, for which I raised a service request which is yet to be closed over 10 days now. The call center guys just give us request numbers, but the technicians don't turn up or answer our calls. Is this a problem with just Reliance Digital in Chennai or all over the country? I'm so glad I didn't fall for the sales guys' false assurances and pay extra for an additional 4 years of service - it's probably easier to pay and get some local electrician to fix our appliance problems. Coming from abroad for us, Reliance Digital has just made our life here so hard - pathetic service is all I can say!

Phone is not damage and not dropped by me. before 10 days I visited iPhone Ahmedabad service center which is located Gurukul Road area and iPhone service staff said to that phone was not damaged and your phone internal led is problematic which repair expense is 23000/-. Also same day I visited your Ahmedabad service center which is located Gulmohar Mall Satellite area and your service staff told me 21000/- repairer expanse for this phone. How can this possible in New warranty phone and this is a question to you your staff is very experienced or not. My phone value is 44k and warranty Phone expenses is 23000/_. I m not understand that Phone is not damage and not water damage too. I have three iPhone in family. M very happy for cells but now this time very disappointed. Please give me a good suggestion from this problem of iPhone and being a your good customer, I want to perfect solution which will expect from iPhone team otherwise I will be take other action from your Ahmedabad service team.               I would like to draw your attention that I had purchase Rconnect 5.1 CH DCD PLAYER-REVDG0501 from Reliance Digital showroon at Phoenix Mall Kurla Mumbai around 10 months back.

              DVD player stopped working and had given for repairing 3 months back which was given back to us in a month time and when we tested it was never repaired.

              We again gave to showroom and was given back to us saying its repaired and again we noticed that it was not repaired.

              Your BIG company had send the person at our home for repair and as per him he said it cannot be repaired.

              We had been liasing with Mr Hashmukh at the showroom and he said he cannot do much and we need to escalate to senior management.

              Also as per our discussion with your staff they said you can do whatever you want but we will not be able to solve your problem

              We had been harassed from last 3 months and have spend almost Rs 3000/- on travelling alone.

              I urged you to replace the same with new DVD immediately else would be forced to complain to consumer court including escalation to your senior management including marketing head Rob Numen whom we know very well.

              I look forward for resolution within 2 days else be ready for the legal action including publishing in social media and news papers about the type of service being recieved from Reliance digital

                      On Sunday the 21st June, 2015 I bought a Samsung 24" TV from Reliance Digital at TGIP Mall, Noida. Though they promised delivery of the item the very next day, till date it has not been delivered. Every time I call them they give some excuse for the delay and promised delivery the very next day. I am totally upset with the way they respond to our calls and will never recommend or buy a product from Reliance Digital.                             Hy. My name is Fahd salman. I purchased an iphone 6 on 20th june'15 from Reliance Digital Kanpur store. When i went into the store i got to know that there was 2000/- rs on mrp of the product, wnd that too only for one day more. I went for the Product, purchased it and went back home. I was so excited and in a hurry as it is Ramazan. That i forgot to see the mrp on box. When i tallied the prices it was like the mrp on the box was 53, 500 and the bill was of 52500. So there was only a 1000 rs discount which was given by the store. When i went back to the store the telecom representative was busy confusing me with many things so that i shouldn't ask for 1000 rs. Whic i payed more. I asked fr the store manager. They were like he's on lunch. I waited for half an hour, again i called for him then they said he's not there. Some casualty was there in his family so he's off for the day. I compained about this on Reluance digital customer care also. But there also no conclusion came out. Kindly help me out with the same, coz i don't think i would be suggesting any1 to go for anything from this betrayal store.

                              I have called the service centre today as my tv suddenly started showing the message ERROR 103 SMART CARD ERROR Reliance Digital TV Smart is not identiiable The first customer service call gave me the following advised me to take out the smart card and clean the card with a cloth and insert it back. There was no change in behaviour after this. Have called the customer care once again, this time they said they will take the complain and charge for the same to send the technician to verify. I am sure that there is no problem with my setup box as it was working and stopped working suddenly. So, charging customers for such reasons and asking us to call and followup is not acceptable.

                                  Respected sir, I went to Relince Digital Express(Chinsura) for buying Iphone 6 plus in installment by using Bajaj Finance EMI card. 1st we submit all the ligal papers and our bajaj finance card information and papers for processing our loan. From the 1st day they are trying to full us by giving wrong information like when we were trying to buy the desired phone in that time the product will not available in all over westbengal but they said they booked it, but when we went there for the phone they said the phone is not available n they try to convince me for some other model. when we decided to take another phone by using bajaj finance EMI card and we asked them for the price and they give us wrong information and convenience us for come over the store and booked it by giving them 1000buks.when we came to the store they said they are very sorry for giving the wrong information because of system problem and forcefully took 1000 rupees for booking and gave us a gift voucher and said they will deduct the amount from main price. when all this things going on we did not have the information that till they didn't process our loan. So when the day come when we finally going to receive the phone. the entire day they talked with us over the phone for different different information and lastly when we were ready to take the ph they called us and said they will not submit the phone cause bajaj finance has declined our loan request. Then we decided to not take the phone and asked them to refund our 1000k money but they said they can't refund it cause we booked the product so now they are trying to sell a product worth 1000k by force. my question to them was ..when our loan was not granted then how can they booked that product by taking 1000k ??and how can they booked a product by taking 1000k before take loan confirmation from bajaj finance? ? When we said we r going to complain in consumer forum they said we are free to do anything but they won't refund our money. Please help us to get the money back.

                                    Hi it's been more then 2.5 months now but still waiting for resolution even after so many follow up. I believe u guys are trying to kill time till the validity expire. It's really pathetic and irresponsible customer service I have ever seen in my life.

                                        I have purchased Voltas 1.5 split AC in May 2014, along with AC I took RESQ plan. Now my AC is not cooling. I have logged complaint in RESQ customer care on 10-June-2015. Customer care executive confirmed me that technician will visit within 24 to 48 hrs. Now its more than 5 days, but there is no call or visit of any technician from RESQ. Yesterday I had called in RESQ again for confirmation they again gave me assurance that “Mr. Luv Kush/Mr. Booby” will visit before 7pm today. But there is no response. Please take care of my request.
