Reliance Digital — Misguided with wrong product

Dear Sir,
We wanted an AC in our room for which your sales manager recommended the particular model. But unfortunately the product I have received is does not cool a room of size 10'x15'. We lodged a complaint with LG and got the AC checked thinking that the gas has leaked but the engineer checked it and found no problrm.He was confused of the model and thought its a 1 TN AC.
Although the bill says 1.5 TN, The model number does not appear in any LG site or anywhere on the net. We are not able to sleep in the night due to suffocation and not sufficient cooling.
We need your intervention to get the product replaced immediately with another model.
We feel misguided and cheated by your company.
