[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Warranty problem | |||
Dear sir, I had purchase Lenovo Laptop from their retail shop at pacific mall Gzb. There was extended warranty of product from reliance digital and they have provide initial service. But since few month, they have not provided service and asking to go their service center to get solution as their policy has been changed. Till now, problem is not shorted out.
Your technical support team has replied that they are not able to repair as parts not available with him or it will take 2-3 month time.
They offering to take depreciated value of laptop.
I am not able to understand how Reliance Digital say like that and it is purely looks likes you are not authorized service partner of Lenovo nor you have service set-up, so that you are not getting properly spares from lenovo manufacturer.
This is matter of customer cheating which will get bad customer feed back of product in the market.
Now, I have no other option to ask manufacturer of product Lenovo that how their service provider Reliance Digital refuse / not able to make repair of such product.
Are you authorised to take extended warranty or not.
