Reliance energy a/c no :[protected] bill month september 2017.
I have received 10 times (Rs 11000) more bill than what i used to receive (Around rs 1100).
They changed the meter after i complained but not ready revise high bill amount. I am tired of calling them and even after visiting 5 times they are not properly responding. Please provide solution.

    My account no. Is[protected]. And i had done the payment of rs. 2130 for august, 2017 month on dated 22.09.2017. But the same is not reflected in records and the next month bill had added this amount which is incorrect.
    Kindly provide the correct bill. The bill is payed online through www.relianceenergy.in

    Also we are trying on the customer care numbers from last 2 days but it is not responsive.
    We have receipts of transaction and the same amount value is also showing in the bank statement, showing payment got debited from my account.

    The steet light are not in operational condition at _ station road, jogeshwari west near oshiwara police chowki.

Sir this area are most of people using theft electricity no one has complain just because using plz take a action an rpl me on my email id. There are one family member who supply theft electricity to people there are most of time incidents having during their night

        It is intimated that the meter reading of my electricity connection consumer number[protected] is too high considering our consumption. Our neighbour in the same building who are using more electrical appliances are charged only half of our bills every month. I am staying in the family quarters of indian coast guard at the address mentioned below:

        It is therefore requested that our meter may be investigated and rectified at an early date.

          My reliance electricity bill account no:[protected],

          We were getting bills between 600-800. But suddenly the bills started accumulating and reached[protected] constantly for last 3 months.
          I am sure they are not following the meter reading, rather just putting up the amount depending on the appliances, whether we use them or not.
          We are not using this much electricity.

          Kindly check and reduce our bill charges.

          I have paid Rs. 2450/- against my Reliance Energy Bill on 26.09.17 which is not reflected in Reliance Energy account and therefore we have received bill including Rs. 2450/- unpaid amount. kindly look into. I have already get SMS from reliance for power Cut due to non payment of Rs. 2450/- which is already paid.

Sir from last 4 to 5 month we getting high consumption bill an many time visited reliance office but no solution they saying your wiring leakage problem so we called private electricans whose holding licensce he saying meter problem you have to chnage meter.
            Now please help us come an cheked the issue we are facing from many month.

              Hello sir,
              Me apna identity reveal nahi karna chahata hu kiyu ke apke hi department ke log rishwat leke chori ki light use karne dete hai. Or jab bhi complaint raise karte hai to ye apke hi department se log inhe inform kar dete hai to ye log line nikal dete hai. Pahad par shayad hi koi aisi jaga hogi jaha chori ki line nahi chalai jati his ki waja se kai bhaiyye log aa kar bus rahe hai. Or kai building pahad par illegal bani hai jo bahut khatarnak hai or in building o ka naam apke c1 demolition ke list me naam tak nahi hai.

              Or ye electricity kai saal se chal rahi hai jab bhi complaint do ye log line kaat dete hai or raid wale officer just wire gola karke rishwat leke chale jate.

              Aap log kuch ki jiye ke ye illegal construction hamare area me ruke or jo log hai unko sukoon se rahene ka mauka mile. Raid kisi bahar ke officer se karye bigair ilakai reliance energy ko pata chale or agar wo rishwat khor rahega to rishwat leke wrong report submit karega

                Sir,
                I am residents of kurar village, hereby informing you that, street lights in adarsh nagar road, kurar village, malad (E), 10-12 street lights, 1 pole at patel nagar, dhobi ghat, as well as 2 poles at veer sawarkar ground are not functioning since last 1 month.
                It is very difficult for the residents of these area in early morning as well as in the night time to move in these areas as there is the possibility of accidents & theft. Despite of several complaints nobody look into this matter.
                We would be highly obliged if you could resolve the problems of consumers at the earliest

                  Reliance energy has charges us 5 times more which has not happened in last 5 years. Our bill used to come around 1000rs and this time its 6500rs. This is not possible as we have not istalled any new appliances at our place so how this is possible. They sent their technician and said the meter is working fine and we have to pay the bill. I request the cosumer complaint forum to take up this issue with the higher authority and convey the issue as many people are suffering from such problems.

                    There is no responce towards relience emergency call center in very emergency situation. Becouse of heavy rain there was achances to shortcercite in ramdev park as well as indralok area at mira bhayandar.
                    We makes 20 phone calls to relience custemer care but there is cheap quality of communication, even singel time no communication with any responcible person.
                    I thought its not suitable to india's growing organisation.

                    In this heavy rain we called them up as our society electric dp was in a risky condition for water logging, , they came and switch off the dp, but when water level reduced they r not coming not even responding as many old and sick ppl r der in our society...

                      I have gone through the amended bill for aug`2017 & am still not satisfied with the consumption, it is too high, reference to my complaint no.[protected], someone has to come & check the meter.
                      After i checked the meter readings myself they deducted 406 units & sent me an amended bill, how did the error occur, kindly explain, is the consumer supposed to check the meter reading himself every time
                      I have sent photographs of the meter readings wherein the average consumption in 24 hours is 51 units so the monthly consumption according to that would be 51 units x 24 working days (We are closed on sundays & work half day on saturdays) that works out to an approximate consumption of 1224 units.in the previous clinic i was getting a consumption of 700 - 800 units & had a reliance meter.
                      My april bill is showing a consumption of 1000 units then why suddenly it has shot up so much, nothing has changed in the clinic for the units to become double
                      I am still not satisfied & would refrain from paying this bill unless my meter is thoroughly checked.
                      The reduction of 406 units that has been given to me is only to correct the mistake in counting the units wrongly but you have done nothing about the excess units & the billing.
                      Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                        We have a fire incident in my society premises. After that i have made 4 different complaints and my personal had visited samta nagar reliance office and met vishal chaudhary. He denied to take any action. I was advised to take necessary tapping of the cable from reliance side by them but no personal has visited so far. Who will take responsibility if fire took place in near future. My consumer no is[protected]

                              I am writing this email in regards to the bill which has exceeded more than usual. Even though i have consulted to the reliance energy office at dindoshi, goregaon. But the management response was very rude as they haven't given any proper response or justification.

                              Usually we are getting the bill around 6 to 7 k per month since last 4-5 months but the july months bill got exceeded four times more than usual and it came around 22 k. Even i met with manager of goregaon branch and she told me the bill has adjusted because reading was not coming properly since last three months so that we have adjusted the all three months amount in the month of july.

                              She was not able to give me any proper calculation that on what basis the amount has been calculated rather than showing me a graph of reading which was totally nonsense.

                              Please take an action immediately and provide us the final amount which need to be paid as the last of bill is 17th sept 2017 and we have to pay the bill before that.

                              Since 2 months facing problem of electricity shortage. After one or two week we face problem of electricity. Its now habit of reliance energy. Whn ever we call to customer care we get silly answers. Some time we feel like they are creating a rocket I guess making rocket is earlier rather than giving electricity in Mumbai Western line. Hopeless
                              We were getting bills between 400-600.
                              But suddenly the bills this month it has reached 1230.
                              Reliance Energy people changed my meter without informing me. After that bill high up to minimum 400-600, even one fan and one light use at night only.
                              I am sure meter showing fast reading or faulty meter.

                                My home bill amount for the month of aug 2017 is showing me 8 times of my monthly bill average. The units consumed are as below for last 8 months are as follows:

                                Dec-16 230 units
                                Jan-17 215 units
                                Feb-17 233 units
                                Mar-17 266 units
                                April-17 243 units
                                May - 17 235 units
                                June -17 235 units
                                July -17 550 units (Can't become double) i would understand an increase of 100-150units as you would call it a high summer month.
                                Aug -17 1422 units (Impossible)

                                I have not consumed the electricity of my neighbouring houses on my floor that it can go up to those many units in a month's time?!? That's downright outrageous and unreasonable!!

                                Plus the compliant has been very conveniently closed saying the technician came on 29th aug when mumbai was sinking and next time the technician came for meter reading and found the premise closed! How can a residential place be closed?! Did the man turn up at odd hours of the night? What sort of alibis are you guys making here?! My compliant is not yet resolved and it's already time for the next bill cycle!?

                                Plus the customer care people don't even know basic english?? To top it up they can barely hear you in-spite of one talking on top of their lungs!! I guess you need to get your phone lines checked!

                                I need this to be addressed on top priority!!

                                  I paid electricity bill on time always still i m facing electricity cutting problem at least 7-8 time in a month. I thought reliance giving service well as charge of reliance is also greater than other companies i m paying that also still reliace is not giving me good service. I m requesting them if there is some problem please solve it and give us good service.

                                      Street light no. Lja 033 001 situated near house no. 105/a, 'b' ward, christian village, kurla (W), mumbai 400070 is not functioning since last 1 month. Abt 15 days back, reliance workers attended it. Seeing the bulb was working but was not getting power supply, they mentioned that some other team will attend. Since then no one has turned with to get the light functioning again. During the recent heavy rains, people faced a lot of difficulty wading thro water logging in the dark. With an gutter right next to the street light, one can imagine how dangerous the situation is.

                                        Their is a huge electricity theft is going on on shivaji nagar, govandi.
                                        Its working like a racket mafia, some of your person must also be involved in this, i. E. They know but don't take any action.
                                        Around 95 % resident are using theft electricity.
                                        Two - three times reliance person came and cut all this connection but as soon as they left, their person came immediately and re-circulate the theft connection again.
