Its a one room kitchen flat where normal bill used to come around 3000, but last three bills 9 monthly), are coming around 10000 they are not listening Reliance Energycustomer care not responding i m an independent girl, n its really harmful n stressful to my brain n pocket...

      Sir/ Madam, i have received an unexpected Reliance Energy bill of Rs.10070/- for the Month of Oct 2015. This is to inform you that we are only 5 people at home, We are always receiving Bill for Rs.[protected]/. I cannot understand how your people are checking that we get so high Bill amount. It is very shocking to see a sudden rise in the electricity bill.My number [protected].

      This clearly indicates that there is some problem from your side be it meter reading, problem in meter etc...

          Respected Sir/Madam,

          This is to inform you that till now i did not got any information for the same what is my bill amount because today's is my bill due date. I called your given phone number which is [protected] their is no one to answer my call so i called toll free number i spoke to one agent for the same she told that the bill is same which is 4670 i said that their was meter problem as per your officer which came to check the meter agent told that she will take my complaint but the call was disconnect i don't know whether it was network problem or your agent disconnect the line i again called the number [protected] were i spoke to guy name vasant he told that the bill amount is same i told him that your officer told that their is problem in meter and the bill amount was incorrect but he is not ready to listen and told me that if i check from last six months the bill units was 59, 7, 18, 52 units which was incorrect that's why this month bill amount is correct so i told him that means first you will give less amount of bill and all of sudden you will give high amount bill then he assked me if i have the refrigerator i said yes so he told me that the refrigerator each months it will consume 70 units so i informed him that it is 5 star rated refrigerator which is 245 unit per year so i asked him that i can sue the LG company saying that my energy company is tell it is not correct so he told that their are many thing that we have to look like electricity wire and all i said that your officer confirmed that the meter was faulty so he said that on the meter their was black dots which does not show the reading it means your employee are not profession in their work they took the meter reading on random basis it is not accurate so he asked me to come to the office and said in Hindi ''kay aap office aao hum kuch adjustment kar tey hai'' it also show that your employee is bargaining for the bill amount.
          I want you to look into this and provide me the solution I'm not going to make the payment of this bill because your confirmed that their was meter problem also I'm not going to make the late payment due for this bill because the due date is today's date.I'm going make lodge a complaint to consumer court for the same and last but not least please hire the employee who are professional at their work.If you will not give me the solution for the same then I'll switch to TATA powers.

            Dear Sir / Madam, I am chasing Reliance Energy regarding excessive Bill amount levied upon me from last 7 months. After series of mail chains and complaints lodged on call with their customer care executives, all went in vain. The Bill amount is calculated on Average Estimation basis and not on actual meter reading. Even after replacing a faulty meter which was detected after 4 months of complaint lodged, the Bill amount was the same as before. Also I was out of town for 15 days, still the Bill amount didn't changed. Its long for a customer to follow. So I hereby request you to help me resolve the issue. I have also submitted hard copies to their Office in Bandra but in vain. This is to inform you that we are only 4 people at home, only on Sunday full day we are at home. We are always receiving Bill for Rs.[protected]/. I cannot understand how your people are checking that we get so high Bill amount. It is very shocking to see a sudden rise in the electricity bill.

              This clearly indicates that there is some problem from your side be it meter reading, problem in meter etc. the units is not doing his job., then too the bill and units consumed. Your kind concern in this regard would be highly appreciated.

              Last month we have received Bill for Rs.4050/-. I don't think anybody is checking and sending any amount of Bill. Kindly re-check the consumption.This is really too much and cannot bear. Please don't harass and cheat people.

                May 2015 bill has come 1920 rs. but afterwords they send june 2015 & july 2015 180 rs. continuously after that in month of aug 2015 they send the bill of 1950 rs. so i didn't paid it and now again they send the bill for the month of sept 2015 1230 rs. We are not using AC appliance and i m having small house whole day we are not at home .from aug 2014 we are staying in this house. for last year dis problem didn't came out but from may 2015 they are charging whatever amount. I lounged the complaint sending complaint confirmation mail.                     Hi, I have mark a mail to reliance Customer care center 4 to 5 times but there is no complete solution provided to me, Only they are giving revert bill is right generated-right generated, How can its possible because last 40 to 42 days we are in village because of my father death we all family are in village in Gujarat so how can this much of bill is generated.                       Dear Sir, This is to bring to your notice that reliance energy bill what we have received on 10th Sept is not the correct bill. The outstanding amount shown here as Rs 16, 800/- and it is showing two meters earlier meter is replaced with new meter however we dont have any communication in this regard. How is it possible that suddenly one month unit consumption will increase like that. Our average monthly consumption is between 150 to 250 max where in that current bill shows 1460 units . This is one BHK flat for your kind information and meter reading consumption can not be 1460 units.

                        I am customer of Reliance energy and my electricity bill Account No.[protected] My June 2015 bill Wrong and disproportionate of Rs 2900/- as compare to every month its 10 time higher my Complaint Number to reliance is [protected] as per this they mail to us that your meter reading not shown properly so they not abale to identify & required to test at laboratory still no lab report has been produce by them now i got notice for disconnection of supply due to non payment how can we make payment of higher amount without any report or any checking of meter aslo let you know that they already replace my meter without knowing us

Reliance Energy Bill for the above account for the month of July-2015 has been recd. and paid by me on 14.08.2015 on line through Net Banking Services of Shamrao Vithal Co-op. Bank Ltd., Kandivali - West Branch. The transaction id is 61382841 and Bank IB No.[protected]. The amount of Rs.2510.00 has been debited to my account and I have recd. a message from my Bank informing me that the payment has been made vide the above IB No. However, I have recd. a message from payumoney stating that the payment is unsuccessful and has asked me to contact you on this email Id. I, a regular Customer of Reliance Petrolium.I went to fill Petrol in my car with Family, On 05/08/2015, between 1.00 pm and 1.30pm from Kozhikode Wayanad road, near Kunnamangalam, Kozhikode District, Kerala (Location code-503344, Customer code-484969 and SAPTCode-6866.), Iam asked them to Check Air in First.Filling boy Said its not working.I noticed that its in Working Condition.Then I asked this matter the Person(Manager/Admn)) who sitting in the office that matter.he angry with me and said that if you wat air you can fill.then i asked give me Complaint Register.He Regret it also.Why them act like so. Then i went to another pump of Indian oil, They give me all the VALUES, that a customer needed. I Kindly request you take neccessory Action against them.

                                  It is not understand that how 2 (Two) meter nos. Are shown connected with meter readings. No.[protected] and[protected] in above bills and this is being done without information to customer. The meter no. 1 (One) = 4600051 is not connected previously, which can be seen from past bill dt. 25. 5. 2015. That means the meter reading staff are doing always wrong, are they not aware of this. Who is responsible for this? Can be punished or not.

                                    Dear concerned, My name is Juned Khan and I am from Bandra East, Mumbai. There was a fire in our cabin 5 days ago due to short circuit and we were without electricity for almost 6 hours. We called the reliance people several times but nobody came to check the issue. In the end we arranged for a private electrician to get thw job done because more than 7 hours without electricity then. Now we are continously complaining the reliance guys to come and check and resolve the issue but still they are unshaken about the issue. The problem is quite serious because it might catch fire again and may even cause danger to life. After several complains now they are asking us to arrange a private electrician and get it done. My question is, why should we arrange for a private electrician and bear the cost of repairing. Do they give us any concessions/discounts in the bills? In fact they send heavy bills month after month. I think we are from middle class chawl area, which is why they are taking this issue so lightly. They would hav acted immediately if it was some posh locality, where every other person can screw the company for faulty services. My only request here is to get this issue resolved because even we are paying for the services, they are not doing any charity or favour on us. My usual bill amount is around Rs 1200/-, and suddenly the bill amount & the units consumed have been doubled with similar usage...Fail to Understand !!!
