Dear Sir / Madam,
I am chasing Reliance Energy regarding excessive Bill amount levied upon me from last 7 months.
After series of mail chains and complaints lodged on call with their customer care executives, all went in vain.
The Bill amount is calculated on Average Estimation basis and not on actual meter reading. Even after replacing a faulty meter which was detected after 4 months of complaint lodged, the Bill amount was the same as before.
Also I was out of town for 15 days, still the Bill amount didn't changed.
Its long for a customer to follow. So I hereby request you to help me resolve the issue. I have also submitted hard copies to their Office in Bandra but in vain.
