    Entire building is facing life threatening issue from past 2 months. Prblm is in the main electric cabin one of the fuse has blown up due to heavy load. Nos of complains has been registered. 1st cmpln no "[protected]" where technician came and done the connectivity directly and restore the electric.
    The main threat is due to heavy load the direct connectivity will catch the fire and can be havoc for entire building. I have register another 2 complain[protected] &[protected]"for replacing the main fuse but still there is no hope.

      Hi,

      My Account #[protected] in the name of Hitendra Jadhav . i am facing over billing problems since last 3 months .My Bill use to come[protected] max every month till 3 months back. But in the last Three months, it shooted up to[protected] above. I complaint at the customer care several times, but they give me “its summer time” excuse. I request you to pls look into this matter seriously .

      This is unbelievable and unrealistic to consume so much energy in a span of a month .We are just Three people staying in one BHK house. We all are working class people, we hardly even are at home. We have very limited consumption . a one BHK bill for one month should not be this much. it's just not possible to consume so much of energy in a month.

      Pls check if meter is faulty then change it and reverse my last 3 months additional amount.

      Kindly have a look at this and do the needful at the earliest.

        My previous bll account no.[protected] was showing the name as secretary instead of our name kgs viswanathand and usha viswanathan.
        And subsequent it was requeste to incorporate the correct name. Now the new account no. Is[protected] with the name as kgs viswanathan and usha viswanathan. The complaints are as follows :

        1. Bill dated 3.6.2017 for may 2017 was received only on 20th june 2017.
        2. The previous account no.[protected] which was closed had a security deposit of 3815 which has to be carried forward to the new account no.[protected] which was not done by your billing department.
        3. The current address to be incorporated in the bill is
        Flat no. 22, bahar building, 3rd floor, chembur uttam chs ltd.,
        St. Anthony road, chemb ur, mumbai 400 071.
        My mobile no. Is [protected].

        Please rectify as stated above and confirm per return.

        We are not able to pay the bill online.

          I get two bills of my two combined flats, the payment of electricity of one of the two electricity bills has duly been made online but while making the payment of the other it started showing the status failed. I failed to understand the exact problem & started making online payment for five times intermittently but every time the status was the same as failed.

          Plz do solve the said problem & enable me to make the online payment though the due date is still far i. E. 14.07.2017.

            Reliance energy consumer no[protected]. I own a studio apartment which is hardly 347 sq ft, a one room kitchens bill for one month should not be this much.. Inspite of not being available at home full day the bill was 5400/- for last month and this month it is 6800/-. Made lots of complaints but makes no difference, it's a chor company cheating people. This has been happening for quite a few months and they are just looting people by saying our consumption is high. Like really!!!

                Reliance petrol pump, I have filled the diesel for rs 1900 on mullanpur jagraon highway, they have sent me to air filling and started laughing there by seeing me and no one comes for air filling. This is seriously non sense. Afterthat misbehaved by them 3 members, and no one come up to air filling, I want toknow thry dont wanna do the job, why they are misguiding me for air filling in tyres.

                  I have complained reliance energy that the street lights in my area are not working. It's been more than a month but till now no body has come and solved the issue. During night time it's so dark that people are not able to walk on footpath. Plz look into the matter and solve the issue asapn

                      The worst company I have ever come through, Your consumer complain cell sucks, we have complained for cut of power supply from last 4 days as we are receiving power cuts daily during the time period of 11-2 at night. Even after registering complaint​s so many times and even meeting the head of department at reliance energy east division, we are still suffering from the same problem.
                      Please improve your service in comparison to the value of amount you charge for the bills.
                      I would recommend everyone to switch to Tata energy because of such problems and how they ignore consumer's complaints from last 4 days !

                        Shocked to see my electricity bill of a/c no[protected]. Recently shifted to new appratment and initially bill amount was not more than rs 200, for d m/o april bill amnt is 2250/-. This is unbelievable and unrealistic to consume so much energy in a span of a month. We r working couple and not at home for entire week so no much of consumption. Not having ac at home and use barely any electric appliances. It's just not possible to consume so much of energy in a month. Trying to generate complaint thru customer care toll free no but they just don't answer and call is being kept on wait. Like a responsible citizen we make sure we don't waste electricity by keeping appliance on without not in use. We must get fare bill and as per our consumption. This must be resolved by reliance energy at the earliest.

                          Surprised to see my electricity bill of amt 5300with acc no[protected]. I complain in reliance abt my excess billing but they were nt supposed to take my complain after such a high pressure they had taken my complain and they told technician will come and chk. Technician came and chk and given the report that meter found ok. Readings are ok. U hv to pay the bill.this is happens with me second md time. Everything month they r increasing 1000rs in my bill by saying that reading Price is increased. I want to ask it happens every month or Reliance energy thinks that we r fool for paying a bill. I wont keep silence this time. If i doesn't get response in 24hrs than i have to complain SDO and ombudsman off regards this. If i hv consume i would bit i know we hv not used such consumption than why should i suffer.
                          If i pays this time this will happen again in the future.
                          So sir i request you to take some strict action that common people will not suffer unnecessarily.

                            We are facing recurring problems of power failure for long hours every night since few days at shankar platinum and neighboring buildings located at rajawadi road no 3, balkanji bari marg, opposite rajawadi garden. Kindly arrange to give a permanent solution to help all residents including senior citizens.

                            Normally supply gets restored after about 10-12 hours and it has become normal phenomena that the supply gets disrupted at around 10-11pm in night.

                            Expecting that you will address the problem asap.

                                  for current month i received a shocking bill of Rs.1920/- without giving me credit of Rs.1350/- which i had paid on 18.03.2017.
                                  I send detailed EMAIL on 13.04.2017 informing that they have-payments Reliance energy Rs.805.on[protected] Transcation No.HSBI[protected]. i made another e-payment of Rs.1350/- on 18.03.2017 - Transaction No.ISBI[protected] this was received by Reliance but not reflected in my bill. they again charged me with penalty so enclosed copies to them Today i received reply {DWML17362753} - Email Reference saying that that the payment of Rs.1120/- and Rs. 790/- has returned
                                  due to “No such account”. Also, stated as per their record ECS facility has not active in your account. Further, in your account there is outstanding of Rs. 1920/-, which request you to pay by cash or demand draft.
                                  I state the payment made by me has been credited to reliance account and it has not been returned or re-credited to my account

                                    I've become a widow in December 2015. I'd in November 2016 applied for change of name with his death certificate, latest paid bill, my identity proof & a letter for change of name on billing. They gave me a form and asked me to submit the same. I went with the same & the same documents. They then informed me that I must get his name deleted in ration card & get the same. I must also get the gas bill changed to my name and get a letter from my society saying that they have no objection to the billing being made in my name.

                                    This all formalities took me a 6 months time and in April I again went with all the documents asked by the I.e. Gas bill in my name, a ration card transferred to my name & a no objection letter from society for changing the name.

                                    They have now returned me again asking me to get a no objection from my daughter for the name change.

                                    I don't understand that when my husband has expired and I've give birth to my daughter then how can they ask her NOC. I'm shocked with the behaviour of your customer service people.

                                    I request you to kindly intervene and get the billing transferred in my name.

                                        From last 4-5 months the bills are getting above 2000 and we only have limited equipments that require electricity and as we stay in rented house and only 1 person working for the family of 7 people so it is very difficult for us to manage that amount, inspite of doing lots of complaints to your officers about this at Central Division office in Dindoshi, Goregaon (East) several times but no one seems to bother about this.
