I have applied for independant tv connection on dated 21/11/18 and paid online 1999/-, and i was assured to get a connection with in a week, but i did not get even a phone call from your end. Your custmer support is very disappointing, and i m not able to connect to your senier superwiser, nd your custmer staff even disconnect call in mid call. My issue is that.. You have got payment online.. So you think you dont have any responsiblity, i have connected your dealer, but he have told me that he does not belongs to independant installtion service, but still his name is showing in your side, even after telling all this no action have taken so far
