From last 3 days whenever i switch on my tv, ota upgrade is being displayed on tv screen. Whenever i talk to customer care on toll free number they say they have refreshed from there and it will be ok within 1 hour but nothing happens in reality. They never transfer their call to their senior or team leader. Last 15 days ago also same problem arised and anyhow it was resolved after 7-8 days.

Very poor service is given by independent tv and very poor & irresponsible response is being given by customer care team.
I am feeling regret after selecting independent tv rather than other good service providing companies.
Support team, kindly look into this matter resolve my problem. I am tired of this problem from last 20 days.

      I have registered for indipendent TV on 19-Dec-2018 and paid full amount of 1999 Inr. Till now the connection is not installed it almost 40 days are completed. I called customer care many times, intially it was told it will take 10 to 15 days. Now telling server is slow since week, no proper response from team, nor register a complaint to resolve. Every time telling it will be resolved in 48 hrs or server slow.

      The complaint was not yet resolved, the refund amount was not yet credited. I have been mailed multiple times to independent tv care, but there is no proper response or action.

        I booked independent tv on dated 03.12.2018 but yet they not received any conformation so i want my amount rs 1999.00 refund, i several time call customer care regarding refund some time they say you email me regarding refund within 7 working day you will get your refund, i am writing email to [protected]@independenttv.in on dated 12.01.2019, but i am not received any conformation from operator side. I am also send my bank details.

          I did complete payment and connection was done but after only two days of connection stb stopped working with error of weather report.
          Its been 10 days now and still stb is not up.
          I have complained multiple times but of no use.
          I request you to please look into this matter seriously as we don't have any other connection at our disposal and i have senior citizens at home who require it badly.

            I book now connection 22 nd December 2018 but till time not install my connection when i call customer care they tell me take time every time please wait a week any one confirm last to last Friday u installation done but iam only waiting for connection very poor service i am try contact Compliance Officer : Mr. Vinay Kwatra but he not give me any answer properly when i mail him give me reply

              When i booked the connection with reliance big tv i was promised over 500 channels and now with independent tv i have only 350 channels and hardly 12 hd channels.                   To bring to your kind attention, we have booked a new reliance big tv/ independent TV dth connection from online website. We have made the payment through debit card, and it has been cleared by our bank. Unfortunately, to our utmost dissatisfaction, they have delayed and not delivery of product to my home. I immediately called up company helpline to register to complain, but they told to wait for few days, so i waited and called again the tool free no is not working.and then i tried [protected] they told this is Delhi no & they give Mr. Deepak No -[protected], and he dragging few days & he give Mr. Rajeev No-[protected]. But this no always switched off only. Again i called Mr Deepak, he said within a week will resolve the problem. But still problem in same place only. now Mr. Deepak also not attend the call. More over your Customer care no also not working. Ple don't play with us. Now i don't want your DTH. Ple return back our Amount immediately...
                  The channel 215 & Tv not coming proper it come for 5 minute and absent for 18 minute it is on regular basis please support and resolve it on permanant basis,

                      The company is blackmailing me to get money. I already had 1 year subscription and a working equipment. But this company wants to change my set top box otherwise it will suspend the service. And he asked me to pay rs.799 for this purpose. Why should i pay for any reason which was not mentioned in my contract with the company? I am liable to pay only for subscription, repair and installation and in case out of warranty product gets damaged or breaks down. The company is bound to continue service on existing equipment or change the equipment at its own cost.

                        From dated 11th January, there are not any channel are coming on my television. I have reliance big TV set top box. While I call to customer care they told me that your set top box will be replaced with Independent TV set top box. And they asked me to pay Rs.799 for set top box. They said within one week your set top box will replaced with independent TV set top box. I was informed that issues many times them. Every time they said the issue will be fixed within 48 hours but no one called me back to check or fix the issue yet, and nothing happen till date.

                        I have deposited Rs. 2600 for 2 year subscription on dated[protected]Rs. 100) and[protected]Rs. 2500). I have already given the money to you then why you are guys not replacing my set top box with new one.

                          Hello sir /madam... I had prebooked the connection with the ad id: 14512398. On 3rd march with the payment through 499 paid by debit card to them.. They said it is going to install with in 30 to 45 days but it is almost 7months from booking but they even not sending a single message about installation nd refund.. When i am trying to call them there numbers are getting disconnected automatically.. I had tried more than 20000 times only 10 times the call is connected even when the call connect they will say in 7days the installation going to done but no response from them.. My pincode is 502001.in my city the dish distribution centres are selling these reliance big tv connection with the price of 2800.. I asked them to is. There any office of distribution but they said there is no installation for online booking.. Installation going to be done by only offline purchases.. Please refund my money or install the dish

I have been calling on the toll free customer care number [protected] since 16 day for this problem every time they assure me that connection will be installed within 4 to 5 days and also they did not provide me docket number after asking several times.                                 I have activated i dependent tv connection on 2nd jan 19. All channels were working fine for 2 days after that nothing was working.. I asked for help through customercare but nothing happened till date. Complaint no 1816460, i was informed that issues will be fixed within 48 hours no one called me to check or fix the issue. It looks no one is going to help to get this fixed hence please cancel my subscription and refund my amount.
                                You are anytime welcome to my home to take the dish and setup box.

                                Thank you for the pathetic customer service.

                                  I applied for independent tv connection on 18 dec 2018 and paid rs. 1999 in advance and i was told that the technician would set up the box in 7-10 days. I called after 10 days and was told that it would be done with in 15 days of installation. I called again, and was told that he will be there in 24-48 hours. Its 22nd jan 2019 and they have been delaying the installation and keeping me in dark. It is the worst company i have ever dealt with. Every time i call they just make something up about installation but till now nobody has showed up to install. I have asked for refund on [protected]@independenttv.in and [protected]@rbtv.in but no response. Please help me get my refund of rs. 1999.

                                    Had paid for the package on 28th Dec 2018. Got confirmation for installation to be carried out within 15 working days. Its been over those days and called customer care few times. But all the time a new commitment.

                                    They don't want to connect to Senior person. All the time either they are busy in meeting or not available.

                                    Once they said that the equipment sent to local service provider on 8th Jan 2019. When checked with local service provider, he said NO.

                                    Basically, these seems clueless when the installation will happen or they don't want to commit and enjoy our money.

                                      I payed for new connection online, however due to delay service had cancelled my request and sent an email in december. So faar i called more than 10times and sent a reminder over email too. I do not have proper response over call nor emails. Call centre will only assure for response thy do not have control over any decisions. It's a dummy call centre and now need to struggle for my refund

                                        I had booked reliance dth (Now independent tv) in march 2018, till now no response from company they niether install nor refund. Please help me they have cheated me re 1950+500.
                                        Now when i contacted local distributor he told me in abusive language cut the call.
                                        When i am contacting customer care through phone number, twitter, instagram. They don't reply.

                                        Work order number 857055 was issued on 4th December 2018 against my customer ID number [protected]. But still then the installation has not been done. I am unable to connect with the customer care helpline number.
