With reference to my earlier complaint which I had reported on 14 aug, I was satisfied with ur solution and thankful also...But today once agin the same problem arised.I dont know what to say, so this time I didn't contact reliance's coustmer service as i knew that I am only going to waste my time.So rather I decided to take help of consumer complaints forum..My no is [protected]..Looking forward for a quick resolution...     I am santosh kumar mohanty using the reliance gsm no [protected].yesterday al of a sudden 1 msg came saying Rs 5 had been deducted from my account for some VAS pack.I called the coustmer care and they sugest me to send sms to deactivate the servuce.When i sent the msg " STOP" to 121 1 msg came that i am not subscribe to any VAS.Agaun today also Rs 5 have been deducted from my account for the same reson and again it has been said to me that I can deactivate my service By calling to155223 which i did.But again I am said that no VAS is active on my number...From this I came to an conclusion that reliance is foolin me.So I want this service to be deactivated and refund otherwise I have to use move on to other networks as there a lot of them providing much more quality service than Reliance.

      Hi i am Mr. Shantanu. My Number is [protected]. Yesterday at around 8.45 pm i did online top up recharge of Rs. 220 .I got a message on phone and email that RS 220 was debited from my bank.But my account did not got credited of the talk time of rs 230(as stated on reliance communications site (http://www.rcom.co.in).I called on 198 an hour later and an agent told me that i would be credited rs 230 talk time in few mins but after a whole night and day, still i have not got my top up.So i lost rs 220 and did not got the top up recharge.Please resolve my issue fast.Either refund me of Rs.220 or Give me talk time top up of Rs.230.

        Hi Team, I am totally disturb with reliance services. Money deducted from my pre-paid account. My Mobile no [protected] and I am using this number for last 4-5 months. On 27th July 2015 I have recharged my account with Rs 220/- Talk time & Rs, 120/- talk time .I used GPRS after recharging as work internet package was active till 27th July 2015. When we checked our balance on next day it was showing Rs. 0/-. I have tried all the option to convenience customer care / appellate authority but no solution provided by them till date. Once again on dated 31st July 2015 I have recharge of Rs. 110/- but very next day it was showing balance Rs. 0/- The customer care is saying its got deducted for GPRS Usage. I have informed them to provide given below information to proceed legal action against Reliance Infocomm but they don’t have courtesy to reply my mail. I need following information from Reliance Infocomm for legal proceeding. 1. Our prepaid mobile [protected] recharge details till date & my mobile usage till date. 2. Our prepaid mobile [protected] GPRS Usage till date 3. Pease share all voice recording files where we have coordinated with customer care & appellate authority. 4. Request you to share all registered complaints / service request details for mobile [protected] So do the needful and credit my amount back to my prepaid account [protected] else I will proceed legal complaint for same.         This is not acceptable for me.

        If the charges were valid then please provide us usage details. We will accept it if it is valid.
        I was repeatedly asking for usage details from day 1 but your customer care executive are disconnecting my calls. You people are least bother about customer satisfaction & support.
        I think people awareness is require to stop this money loot which is doing by Reliance Info comm with their customer.

        I am waiting for last 2 months but there is no resolution from your side & your customer care service is useless.

        Secondly I have complaint about fraud calls as given below but there is no response from your side for last 2 months. Please let me know if I can register police complaint against this call.

        I have refuse to provide the same which he said if I don't provide the details than refund will not be possible from Reliance.

        I personally feel this is fraud hence request you to investigate on the same & revert to me at the earliest.

            My no. [protected]. I had recharged amount of Rs.220/- for Rs.220/- talk time on 17.6.2015. Suddenly 1 week later - balance dropped to zero. Repeated complaints over email and phone - no effect. 3 days later - balance visible. Again, 1 week later, balance dropped to 0. No calls made. Repeated complaints - email & phone - no response. Had to recharge again. Stole my money :(

              No Service for money already taken My name is Nitin Lad, my number is [protected], I had taken Reliance iphone zero rental plan from Reliance company in Feb'13, as per plan, I will have to pay emi of Rs3000 to reliance and Reliance will provide my iphone 5s and unlimited data and cellular services for 24 months, i have ported from reliance to airtel, reliance has already taken the whole amount and now they are now providing my a new sim for the remainder of 6-7 months, i am been following up with reliance customer service, have even mailed to Mr Anil Ambani, however no one is replying to my queries...This my 3rd request on this site till no action is taken from Reliance company as they are just busy making money (unethically) by looting people's money.Anil Ambani got this business because his brother has setup, i am sure a person like his attitude should sell his business to some serious service providers as this is not is cup of tea.

                My prepaid account balence not refund.my phone no is [protected]. I recharge Rs-111 full talk time balence. But it not end the balence full. Relince cut my money. And I will try call customer care no. But they r not responding my phone call. Today I just call customer care and they says not give my balence any more.

                Plz take the necessary steps for my balence refund. So I will glad to you.

                  Please note that there is wrong deduction of balance from my reliance mobile number of rd 45 . There was net pack activated on my number so it can't be due to it. I have been constantly checking my account so there can't vbe any wrong deduction. I have not made any calls from my number also. So how can there be such deduction. This is not the first time they have done but several other time s also. Think to much customers they are doing and making money like this. Now when we complain they will reply you have done so and so. Is there fair way of doing business?? How can we stop such nuisance and corruption

                            I am unable to contact the customer care number *333 or 198 whenever I am outside the circle. There is no other number provided on the website also. Additionally there is no number provided where I can resolve my problems. In todays fast moving world this is extremely poor service .

                              I am a user of the above 2 numbers from Reliance Infocomm. I have migrated from Post Paid to Prepaid since the past 4 months. Previously I had deposited security deposits with them of Rs. 2000.00 & s. 250.00 Upon migration I was informed that I will receive the cheques via mail in 90 days. As I did not receive these cheques, I have been repeatedly following up with them at Customer service Numbers, who refuse to take a complaint as my calls land up in the pre paid department due to automatic choice of the IVR. They advised me to visit their local Web World office, and they send some internal email, where I receive no confirmation and neither any complaint number or a reference number. When I wrote them an email they refuse to respond as there is no complaint number to the nature of this complaint. I have written numerous emails regarding the above, but there is no response from their end. Sir, please tell me how am i supposed to follow up without getting a valid complaint number from any end? Please guide me out of this mess and ask the company to pay back my security deposit which is lying with them my email id is kabirmaster.[protected]@gmail.com

                              You have given me such promises about 15 times previously. No cheque has arrived.
                              You guys are paid well to give to consumers.

                                Dear sir,

                                Some day before i purchased iphone 5c with reliance unlimited bundled
                                offer (my number is [protected]) for two years . but some days before
                                2nd of march im facing very trouble for 3G low downloading speed, on my
                                iphone the always appearing 3G icon but when i m going browsing to
                                download some thing its to to low and then tested on a particular
                                software witch is name called ''speedtest" and its available in
                                iphone APP STORE, and its always showing downloading speed between
                                10.5 kB/s to 30.4 kB/s its like 2G speed and i then i tested this on
                                second Reliance SIM witch is number is ([protected] ) on same iphone,
                                same time, same place and im getting 3Mbps to 5 Mbps downloading
                                speed, after that i already complaint to reliance and some one called
                                me but till now im facing this such kind of problems . and its same
                                thing happening on when i put my SIM on another smart phone ( LOW 3G
                                SPEED LIKE 2G SPEED ), i am very fursted from reliance Commitments, and now i requesting to you plz resolve my LOW
                                3G speed issue . Do Need Full on my case ASP.

                                    A vendor of reliance inforcomm has damaged my corporation water connection during some job work, Opp Reliance Mart , Garkheda , Auranagabad 431001 There is already jobwork is running in near byt area Vendor Mr. Pawar [protected] was contacted and ask to repair the damage but not turned back and not attending any call. Really dificult, surprising , they do there work by damaging water connection by using big drilling machines and Bakc Hoe Loader and they left eveything damaged, Nobody raises the question on there working. Request some one from company to look into the matter, As he may be a vendor but it is ultimately company who is working behind him and shall have some work ethics.                                       Reliance Chairman / Appellate officers,

                                      After sending so many complaints and mails, again Reliance have stopped Portability for my 3 numbers which are [protected].......................... Only 1 number got Ported. After spending so much time in Customer care call and hours in Web world, there were no solution. As per them [protected] got block due to they have not been able to speak to me which I have already mentioned that I use to get 1 miss call from +[protected] number and they use to cut phone and when I am trying to call, no one responded. regarding other 2 numbers, we got call from Reliance and have clearly told them that we want to port out but after that also it does not get ported and there were no answer for webworld or Appellate officer.

                                      As I have already said earlier that I got very annoyed with Reliance and do not want to continue with Reliance any more then why RELIANCE are keep stopping us. I had already paid extra amount in my all numbers then why is it so????????

                                      It seems to me that RELIANCE ARE ACTING LIKE VANDALISM AND DOING COMPLETELY WRONG. YOU CAN NOT STOP US IF I AM NOT HAPPY.
