Sir/Madam,

We had taken three broadband connections from M/s Reliance Infocomm in the month of April'09 to May'09 one for a Laptop PC and two for Desktop PC. From the very beginnig we started to face poor connectivity problems which they assured us to be solved. But they failed to keep their commitment. We started to lodge complaints with Doc. No. but all in vein as because they did't response to our complaints. Now we have request them to terminate the service with immidiate effect, but they are still no mood to terminate the service instead they raise the monthly bill time to time. We have requested them to waive the same due to non-service and settle the issue immediately. We are attaching a copy of our mail for your perusal

Dear Customer Care Officer,

We have requested you to terminate the services ID:[protected] &[protected] and send your representative to take back your instruments and make the final settlement, but inspite of our request you have not responded within 48 hours (as mentioned in your last mail dtd.:03/08/2009) instead we are getting frequent anonymous call from your Office/Call Centre regarding bill payment creating disturbance in our office work.

Pl. note as per our company policy we are unable to pay further bills untill and unless we get the proper service.

In our pervious mail we had mentiond that several complaints had been lodged but no satisfactory response had received and we had paid the bill in due time. You pl. check your records of our complaint details, if any bill generated during non-service period that is your concern and you have to adjust/waive the same.

As per our concern all the instruments have been kept intact so that your representative can get back the same and settle the issue at earliest.

This relates to Broadband service ID[protected]. For last couple of months, we are unable to use your Broadband service due to poor connectivity and several complaints had been lodged against it and last Docket No. was[protected] dated 06.07.2009, but we had not received any satisfactory reply/service from your side, instead time to time you had generated the bill which we had paid in due time. The last bill which we had received amounting to Rs.1922.87 was paid by cheque No. 455752 dtd. 13.06.2009. It was assumed that due to your fault to give proper service you had not produced the mentioned bill. But at present situation we don't want your service any more, so you pl. terminate the service without further delay and waive the bills during the non-service period. As per your claim of non-payment of bill amountng to Rs.1758.88, you pl. note the complaint dates from your records and the non-service period and adjust/waive the same and terminate the service at earliest.

Additionally, we have received a bill through email on 31/07/2009 on Service ID :[protected] amounting to Rs. 441.20 bill date 11/07/2009 and due date 01/08/2009. We regret to mention that you have sent the bill on the day before the due date which reflects the poor service you are delivering. It is also been noticed that you have produced the bill after our mail for service termination.

We also request you to send your authorised person to take your instruments and make the final settlement at earliest.

Further please note that in post cancellation of connection, you will have to return the instrument or else you will be charged Rs.1250/ for POTS instrument & Rs.1500/ for BIA equipment. You need to return all the equipments provided by reliance including FLP, MODEM, IAD, etc.

Further to your concern regarding refund of security deposit (or installation charge) has already been adjusted in the July and August, 2008 bill for the Customer Account Number[protected]. But as checked in the system, there have been a Rs.1000/- as a installation charge for the CAN number[protected]. Hence, a complaint has been registered under Service Request ID[protected] for the same issue and the same will be resolved within next 72 hours.

Also to inform you that the installation charges are one time charge and the same will not be refunded.

We are facing a problem for which we registered a complain. Complain no is :[protected],[protected]

Problem :

We are not able to connect SQL Server from your ISP. We have tried connected with both of your Connection, but connection didn’t turned up. Now instead of your ISP, if we use any other ISP then it is getting connected in no time.. The Server is Located in US

We are able to RDC on that server with your ISP and with other’s as well.. It is only the problem with SQL connection.

We are extremely disappointed with the way RELIANCE is handling the issue. Firstly it took 26Hrs to respond to the complaint (LINK FAILURE) despite that the problem remains unresolved.Since our entire business model is dependent on internet, we are suffering heavy financial losses because of this persistent connectivity issue and the inordinate delay in resolving it. In fact the whole purpose of investing in a dedicated link appears defeated. Our earlier connection was giving us much better and stable performance than yours.

You may let us know if you lack the expertise to resolve the problem. The various departments of RELIANCE involved are simply playing the blame game and passing the buck to each other which ultimately is no good for us. This is considered a highly unprofessional way of handling customer complaints and is definitely unbecoming of an organization like RELIANCE.

This is our final request to you for resolving the FREQUENT INTERNET LINK FAILURES. If you are unable to do so, we will go for some other solution with another vendor.

      We have got your connection from M/s Bharat Marketing, 111/441 80 Feet Road, Kanpur, where in a telephone of Huyei Classic 2208, RSM- RHWFUC[protected] was purchase vide receipt no. 317 dated 17.07.2007. The irony of the situation is that this telephone was repaired twice within this short span at Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur Service Centre after a lot of haggling. This time the phone has been out of order for the past 10 days & when we contacted the Kidwai Nagar service centre, we were told by one Mr. Sharma that we need to bring either the original box of telephone or else contact M/s Bharat Marketing, to tell the serial no. of phone which they are not able to read. When contacted M/s Bharat Marketing they expressed the same indifferent attitude to do any help in this regards. Thus, the phone is non functional for over 10 days.



      Kindly help us to get our fault corrected immediately so that it is functional. I am a Doctor by profession & our Centre is one of the most busy Urology Centre & this number is very important for many of our patients.



      There are certain ironical problems encountered during this endeavor of finding the right solution to this problem which needs to be addressed at this point of time:

      How can one keep the telephone Box through out life time & why was this not disclosed at the time of purchase?
      Why do the customer care numbers not provided to the customers (all links, in case the problem is not solved within 24 hours)?
      Who is the responsible- the franchise M/s Bharat Marketing or Service Centre at Kidwai Nagar, to get my problem solved ?
      Who is going to pay for the rental during this period of inactivity?
      Kindly get my complaint registered immediately &get it rectified on priority basis.

        i am holding Reliance CDMA and GSM services. But GSM services are very poor compared to CDMA network. I am using GSM number from last 3 months and I am not getting network coverage in Anushakti nagar, Mumbai. I asked reliance to improve the services in our area. the call centre told me they would improve the services within a week. But the services are not improved. I would be glad if reliance gsm network is improved as i am using their CDMA services from last 4 years and there is no problem in CDMA network.             I wish to state that I subscribed to Reliance Fixed Line Phone #[protected] from mid 2004 till 30.11.2008. During June-July 2005, I remitted Rs.1000/- as Security Deposit (Refundable) for facilitating ISD Calls. Payment duly acknowledged --- necessary proof available. Throughout the period of currency of the said Telephone, I paid all my bills promptly. Even though the phone has been disconnected effective 30.11.2008 at my request, No refund/adjustment of the said Deposit of Rs.1000/- has been made by Reliance Infocomm Services despite repeated requests/reminders.

On May 2, 2007, I surrendered my phone and was told by the customer care executive that Reliance is to refund Rs. 972 from my security of Rs. 1000 and that I will get that amount within 45 days. The 45 days passed by and when I contacted the customer care executive, she stated that the process has been going on quite slow, even the surrenders from April 2007 have not received their payment but they are in the process of clearing and I would receive my payment within the next month. One month more passed by and finally after so many useless trips to the Reliance Web World, I lodged a complaint on their website. Within 2 days of lodging the complaint, I got a mail stating that I will receive my refund by 20 Nov, 2007, which was again around 20 days from that day. I again waited until 20 Nov, 2007, and did not get my refund. I waited for 6 more days and on 26 Nov, wrote again to the lady who had assured me that I would receive my cheque on 20 Nov 2007 and I got the reply that my complaint has been lodged, now with a new complaing number, and that she will revert back to me within 4 days. The 4 days have passed and I have not received any information from them. Is this the kind of service they provide? They run behind the customers to buy a new connection and when one surrends, they do not even pay the refund. Please advise me as to what should I do?

            Reliance Infocomm — non refund deposite amount

            we had applied for FWT landline phone from reliance infocomm by application no [protected] deposite cheque no. 112640 dated 05/04/05 drawee bank Indian bank Malad(w) branch for 1800/RS. with reciept no. C[protected] they verified our details alloted phone no. as[protected] their contractor came to install phone on 11/05/05 after so many reminders but they came with demaged used battery & we return the person without installation with note of return we claimed for deposite refund for more that 50times with different web world ( reliance) with some concern person but in vien complained to consumer forum voice on 30/09/06but no reply on one fine morning a lady called from RIL & asked for alloted tel no I was on my work & couldnot recollected it so she said we cnn't solve your problem
            now we need deposite with interest + correspondance expenses & mental tourchers can we get justice
            through you?

                I am software Engineer working in pune, Maharastra (India).

                I am staying in M.G.Road which is a heart of the city. Near by my apartment Reliance office also is there. One day person came to our flat and given reliance internet connection advertisement paper. In that one they mentioned contact person name as Kiran Kumar (cell No:[protected]). So i made a call to him later and asked for Reliance Broad Band connection details and opted for 320Kbps Bandwidth unlimited internet connection. For that one Rs.999/- per month. After two days he sent one of his subordinate, his name is Dixit(cell No:[protected]) to collect corresponding address proof details and Rs.500/- cheque. So i have given correspond documents and Rs.500/- cheque in four of Reliance infocom. They said that that Rs.500/- are for cable installation charges. They said that within 3 days they would install cable to my flat. But they didn't installed after 90 days also. They encased my cheque of worth 500/- from my ABN AMRO Bank account.

                I made calls so many to the Kiran Kumar who is working in reliance broadband internet connection section. But he is not responding properly.

                Still i have some hopes on Reliance complaint Board.

                My name is Rajesh Gopala Pillai .On last month 29 th I had taken a Prepaid connection from your Nerul Branch ( No :[protected]). I submitted the following documnets to the Branch while I had taken the connection.

                1 . Prepaid Form
                2 . Employee Undertaking letter
                3. Passport copy
                4 Photograph

                But the above documents are not still reached in your centrel side. When I enquired in the Nerul Branch they informed that it is already gone from the branch to the Centrel side and they are not ready to take the responsibilty and also not ready to cordinate with the Centrel side Customer care .They gave me one Cap No :[protected] also . When I am cordinationg with your centrel side customer care they are informing to cordinate with the Nerul Branch. Now I am in a loop.

                Now my Incoming and Outgoing calls are also blocked. I had send the mail to the Customer care regarding the same . I got the reply to resubmit the form . But before resubmitting it I want to know what happend to the document I submitted.
                And in case I resubmit it again how can I make sure that the same will not happend again. customers are expecting a good service from your side and I feel sad by knowing that such a big company like Reliance is not able to handle the customer documents properly . In case if my documents had reached any outside person and if he misuse it who will take the responsibilty. Waiting for your reply.

                1. i have been using reliance mobile since jul 03,one of the few oldest customers. ever since i have been using this phone you have introduced more plans than your customers once. i have recieved best customer award twice - 250/- worth customers free,when my rental itself is 499/-.
                2. may i request you to introduce some plan for your faithful customers ,though unknown and silently have contributed to your thumping sucess.

                Reliance Infocom — Prepaid Connection blocked without information

                Dear,

                I had taken a new Prepaid Sim connection from Reliance Webworld, Kapoorthala, Lucknow 3-4 months ago wide mobile No.[protected].

                My said number([protected]) has been blocked with out any information since last 15 days, Ihad contacted Customer care and was told to go to nearest web world along with ID Proof to activate the same.

                I had been there with my ID Proof and was shocked to know that no such number exist, they have no records for the same and are helpless.I was suggested to contact after three days in th mean time they will check from their Mumbai office.

                Later after three days they(Web world employees) had told me that they are not able to find any solution and I have to take a new connection.
                My account balance and expenses occured in procurring new connection has now gone in vain.

                Pl do the needful to help me out.

                I had processed papers for change of address around 5-6- months back at reliance web world outlet located opp raj kumar college, G.E.road, Raipur (C.G) . Its very irritating to see that still my bills are being sent with previous address ... on approaching the web world regarding the same the same answer is repeated "we have forwarded the mail and the same will be changed shortly"... I was just wondering where the mail would have been sent... horrible services...

                  I have paid the bills though the bill of june 2007 was not recieved by us,i was in reciept of july bill which depicts last date 15th august 2007,i have paid the bill through cheque of my jcb laxmi nagar branch delhi-92,vide chq.no.185571 dated 14/05/07 on 16/08/07 through easy bill counter of lotus advertising shakarpur delhi vide TID no.-SA[protected] BATCH No.-613 SEQ No.1547 at 10:57:35 am. for Rs.2632.00
                  still the services are not resumed and on calling customer care no reflection of the payment is being shown as per mr manoj and mr ganesh.

                    Dear Sir,

                    My mobile no is [protected] and I have recharged it with lifetime voucher of Rs.800/- on Nov 2006. At that time it was told to me that the life time validity is for 10 years and to keep this you have to recharge with any topup voucher in every six months. I was carrying out the instruction provided to me at the time of recharge. But from yesterday night I am uanable to making any outgoing calls. When I went to nearest WEBWORLD they told me your validity was for 2 years and now you have to recharge with new lifetime voucher of Rs.199/- and to keep the validity you have to recharge with minimum of Rs.200/-in every six month. My complain is why there is change in rules. I have given Rs.800/- at that time which is too high from the present offer. So I don't expect such type of violation of commitment from a big company like Reliance. I expect a positive response from your side at the earliest.

                    On last Saturday I had given a complain about the blocking of outgoing call in lifetime connection. I got a call from your office on Tuesday and she enquired about the compalin and told that as you have not recharged of Rs.200/- in last six months so the problem has happened. I told her that I have recharged with lifetime voucher amounting to Rs.795 on 25th November 2006 and that time this rule was not applicable but she denied that no this rule was there at that time and I tried to explain her the rules which I heard from your franchiese but she did not listen anything and disconnect the call intentionally.

                    My question is if the same rule was there at that time then why my outgoing faiclity was not blocked after six months of first recharge. I[censored] will take my recharge statement of every six months you will see I have never fulfill this rules.

                    I know that this rule is applicable in your new lifetime voucher amounting to Rs.199. But I am your existing customer this rule should not be applicable to the existing customer.

                    So I reuest you kinldy look into the same and reactivate my outgoing facility at the earliest.

                    Reliance Infocomm — lifetime voucher not working

                    i had activated life time 50ps/min on my reliance prepaid mobile more than two years ago. then i activated 1p/sec plan. now my tariff plan went back to 99ps/sec. when i contact the customer care, they said they dont have old details. i want to know the recarges of my cell phone more than rs.500 from the past four years. if they check those details, they will have my phone has been activated for 50ps/min

                    should i go to consumer forum to get the details?

                      whom so ever it may concern,




                      This is to complaint the mall practices conducted by your Employee and unprofessional behavior by M/s. Reliance InfoComm.



                      We have been asking a change in plan / tariff from last more than 3 months, which was promised by your Engineer Mr. Milind Magare, was supposed to get activated within 7-10 days as promised by him. The reason for change in plan / tariff is also explained to him around 4 months back, but till date, there is no action is taken from your side, and also no body communicates about the action/ status.



                      Your people has no curtsy to pick up the calls or call back. after making several calls to Mr. Magre. the calls are regularly disconnected where as if called from some other number they gets picked up immediately. There is no responsible person / Engineer who can communicate and attend the problem being faced by us.



                      As per the suggestions of Mr. Milind Magare, he had told not to pay the Bill, but the same is becoming very troublesome for us. our calling/ STD and other facilities keep on vanishing without any notices from your organization. I am fed up with your organization and I have decided to remove all the 60 lines, which we are using sine last 3 years from your organization.
