    This complaint is regarding the reliance Jio network problem.

    I want to bring your kind notice that my village (Parli) is located near by Anupshahr Tehsil district Bulandshahr, Uttar Paradesh. we face alot issues in network connectivity in all network. Village people (approximate - 1000 people) are using mobile in my village but all facing network problem and call drop problem since last few months also want to inform that near by villagers are also facing same problem from long time.

    I request to look into the problem.

      I had already complaint reliance personal that i am not using the connection. I had a connection of Rs. 520 postpaid which is increased by reliance in august to 1000 PM. I launched the complain, reliance people called me I told them I am not using the connection they told ok we will look for it after some time they are sending me threatening letters.

      1. RCom is in the business of providing Telephone/Data Card service, and you have availed the services, from RCom signing the CAF FORM hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”. As per the terms and conditions of the Agreement, you had undertaken to make prompt payments as and when due for the services rendered by RCom and availed by you from time to time.

      2. RCom further states that as per the running account maintained by RCom total principal amount of Rs.2495/- is outstanding against your, CAF No:[protected], RCom herein has inform time to time requested you to clear the outstanding amount. But on one or the other pretext, you have avoided paying the said outstanding amount to my client.

      3. RCom states that, in spite of repeated requests, reminders and demands by RCom you have willfully and/or deliberately failed, neglected and refused, with malafide intention, to make payment of the said outstanding dues, in the manner and within the time stipulated as per the business norms and/or agreement and as such committed gross breach/default in due performance and observance of the terms and conditions of the agreement, further to which RCom is left with no other choice but to initiate appropriate legal proceeding against you.

      4. In view of and under the circumstances stated hereinbefore, RCom do hereby call upon you to make payment of the said sum of Rs. 2495/- only together with all further interests that will accrue due thereon till date of payment by you to me within THREE (3) days from the date of receipt hereof, or else be present at our office on 21st January, 2017 at KUBERA PARK, A1/B18, NEAR LULLA NAGAR CHOWK, PUNE 411040 (Contact Person -IRFAN [protected], E-Mail:-( reli.zen.[protected]@gmail.com ) failing which, RCom shall be compelled and constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you without any further reference to you as may be advised from time to time and you will be liable for all the claims, costs and consequences resulting there from, which please note.

        I recharged my reliance no. [protected] with Rs.200. and all the balance has been deducted, getting multiple message related to some vas services which I never raised a requests and balance has been deducted.

        Please let know how can I get my money back and stop this fraud which reliance doing a lot of time.

          On 24th dec2016 at 5:40 pm i got a msg that adpaystrmg mly subs services activated in my mobile. Though i have not subscribed such services. I call on 198 to refund the amt and unsubscibed this services. They say aapke no. Pe subscribed ho haya hai hum kuch nahi kar sakte paisa refund nahi hoga service band kar sakte hai. When i asked him to transfer the call to superior person i want my money back. They put the call on hold then disconnet the call . I frusted with the responce o[censored]r representative.
          Just i want to say please refund my money. If not the reply with the detail why then i decide to what to do

              Hello,
              I tried to port my number [protected] from airtel (Karnataka) to reliance (Rajasthan) at udaipur, I received new reliance sim of Rajasthan. But while porting reliance converted my sim from airtel ( Karnataka) to reliance (Karnataka), resulting my number been of Karnataka and sim is of Rajasthan.

              Therefore, I am not able to receive incoming call and incoming message. Also, if i sent port out message, I am not able to receive UPC code.

              For this, I have 2 solutions ( in my opinion):-
              1 Either reliance should sent me reliance duplicate sim from karnataka to Rajasthan at my door step,
              2 Please sent me UPC code for Saturday port out message.

                Dear Reliance Customer your subscription renewal for ADPAYStrmgMlySubs Service for Rs. 90 is due on 25/03/2016.To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 3672 to 155223(Toll Free).

                The next day I have been charged 90 rupees for the service which I never used. After making the call to saal center the representative was rude. I want refund coz renewal of 90 Rhodes doesn't make any sense. U got to be kidding me. Refund on priority.
                Madam/Dear sir, An amount of Rs 27 has been deducted from my reliance GSM mob no-[protected] as VAS ADPAYStrmgMlySubs on 06 Oct 2015 while there is no any such service is activated on my number.Customer care also did not reply accordingly.Please refund my amount.                   Dear sir,
                  I have take wind 4 mobile on 10-7-16 and it is started giving problem in charging port,
                  I went to visit lyf care centere ramanagar, they are not accept my mobile and started telling story mobile is physical damage.

                  When it was charging it was blinking, i tried to explain all the things, they are not able to understood & rejected.

                  As per their view this is charging port problem, i very clearly informed this is a board problem.

                  After this i changed charging port from outside, but still problem is same continuing and this is a pure board problem

                  I request you to replace this board because this is not physical damage and simply they have misguided me.

                      As i have reached the reliance gallery to disconnect my mobile no. [protected] on 17/10/2016.. Given all clear documents.. And cleared all my dues.. My next bill generating date was 23/10/16.. And after clearing all my documents and bill.. The person asked me for rupees 500/- as his charges for disconnecting the number as a comllain abt him on same day to customer care.. And also on 20/10/16. Customer complain no is[protected]. Now the gallery person is saying jo karna hai kar lo.. New bill generate hone ke baad mobile band karunga jisko dum hai rok ke dikhaye warna give me extra 500/- rupees.. Now my new bill has generated .. Now who is going to pay this..

                        I have generate bar code from my 4g mobile 03.10.2016 but when i went to reliance digital store 20.10.2016 for new jio connection at your aligarh (Medical road) store reliance digital. They put my finger print and after process all data have told me that my welcome offer bar code has been redeemed. I am helpless why my imei phone generated bar code redeemed while i have not taking any jio sim. Please help me it's very urgent that my imei / bard code has been stolen by another.
                        It's too big problem because my aadhar and kyc are registered for generating the code.

                          I would like bring this matter for your notice .we have have been cheated by company Reliance communication.I believe, i am not only person who has been cheated, there are so many people are cheated every day in india .we have raise several grievance to various stage but there are no response from anybody .
                          Let me share my stories .I am Jugal kishore jha & Retire state government employee
                          Based on agreement and consequence offer from mr. rjeev kumar c/o reliance 3g solution, who came to came across a advt in ananda bazar newspaper in which it was sritten "call [protected] for reliance company mobile tower installation on residential site monthly rent is 95, 000 and get advance 1 core and job for one person with salary 15000".

                          When i contacted the advertiser they told me to deposit 4500/- towards areal and satellite survey for our site eligibility. they gave me an a/c no. pnb a/c. no., [protected] sursh sharma, branch –faridabad. i deposited the amount on at pnb a/c. after this they send a agreement copy, term & condtion paper. after three days i got an aggrement papers in speed post courier at my address in which it was communicated that my place has been selected by the company and they asked to pay rs. 48500/- installation of reliance tower can be started and you will get a cheque of 70 lacs as a advance money.

                          In the hope of getting rs. 70 lacs i deposited rs. 48500/- in. pnb a/c. no., [protected] sursh sharma, branch –faridabad

                          After few days later, we have received another phone call from reliance 3g soulation saying that another 140, 000/- has to be paid for a 2 % transaction tax charges and if it is not paid within 24 hours the agreement will be cancelled and the amount already paid will not be refunded back. we have made the payment in same account number.

                          Again after few day later, they inform us another 66400/- has to be paid for transportation charge which is refundable once tower installation complete. i have made this payment as soon as possiable.

                          All invoice’s & offer copy has been attached for your ready reference

                          After that the mobiles were switched off. the company site became still accessible and the persons fled away. thus i feel duped and fell to the mobile tower fruadsters. my humble request is the so called company by name "reliance3gsolutions, based at faridabad

                            My Jio sim mob no [protected] I purchased Lyf wind 7 mob. I consumed 2 GB data but after this my Jio welcome offer is not credited. I purchased mob and activated it on 1 Oct and on 2 Oct 2 GB was over than till now I am unable to use net I am complaining since 17 days customer care people only giving time to wait 48 hrs but till now my service is not started. It was told that daily 4 GB will be credited but nothing has been done. Now I want to return Lyf mob and sim and want my money back and compensation for not giving service as told.

                              Respected Sir/ Ma'am,
                              I study in Shivaji College, DU. On 6th and 7th October 2016, we were informed by the college that Reliance Infocomm would be arriving at our college for distributing Jio sim cards. We were asked to generate a Welcome Offer Code by downloading the Jio apps from the playstore. I completed the entire process and successfully generated the code. When I went to the agent for the sim card, he asked for my Aadhaar card and Welcome Offer Code which I handed over to him. He told me to press my thumb on the thumb print machine and I did as asked. Then, a friend of mine called me over for a second and I left my Aadhaar card and my phone with the Jio agent. The moment I came back to my place, the agent told me that my code has already been redeemed. I told him, "It's impossible! I generated the code yesterday itself!" With a sly expression on his face, he told me that is how it is and that I should get going. Later, I searched on the internet and found out that Jio sims are being sold in black as well due to popular demand. I have high suspicion that my ID and Coupon Code has been used for acquiring a Jio sim that will be later sold in black for profit. This could be a case of serious fraud (since my identity could have been used illegally), punishable by law. I request you to kindly look into the matter.

                                Went to the reliance digital located at kphb(pin code:500072) after standing in the queue for 3.30hrs i showed the offer code generated to the person when he scanned the code the software says that the coupon code is already redeemed.How this can happen when I went to the store for the first time no one in the store could help on this issue and the person is so rude while talking to the custimers, so many people are facing the same problem and jio doesnt come out with a solution.I tried calling up customer care but that never connects, took the twitter and facebook handle of jiocare and complained over there and same scene repeats no positive reply, even wrote to the customer care about the issue again there is no reply, left with no choice now .

                                  I was asked to download the jio app and get the coupon, after which i had to wait in a queue for almost 3 hrs after which i showed the coupon to the executive and provided the aadhar number and finger print. The executive says the coupon has been redeemed. I have only one smartphone in my family and yet he says it was redeemed. He sent me to another office where the officer said he cannot do anything about this. If there is a fraud the company should atleast help in solving this issue. Now he says i have to change the phone. Do you think we can afford another phone to buy a sim? If your company doesnt want to issue the sim they could have atleast informed the public so we dont have to waste our time at their counters. If there is a fraud happening with sim issual the company is responsible to find out and take necessary action. It portrays the company in a bad light when the officers say they cant do anything. I had downloaded the app based on their instructions and then i am being told that someone else has redeemed it. I am ready to show all proof that only i use my phone. Does the company even care for people who want to be subscribers?

                                    1st of all i have waited for 2 weeks to get a jio sim
                                    then after getting the sim the staff at reliance digital told me that the number is not generating
                                    after a few complaints the number is generated
                                    now my jio number is [protected]
                                    now my sim card is not activating
                                    i have been waiting for a week now
                                    and my phone is not generating offercode so that i can buy a new sim

                                      I have been using your data network for more than two years.
                                      Recently i have upgraded to 4G by buying Wi-Pod and from the day one its functioning is not satisfactory.
                                      For the past 15 days, no service is available and I am trying several methods as suggested by your persons, but of no use.
                                      Only red light is flashing over the 4G.
                                      I am using it for my official purpose and my performance is heavily affected due to this.
                                      Already I have logged a complaint vide[protected], which was closed by some one, without resolving the issue.
                                      Yesterday I have paid some bills also hoping that will resolve the issue, but nothing happened.
                                      I am really frustrated and will be forced to switch to other network, if the issue is resolved before this evening.

                                      I have generated coupon on my smartphone and when asked for a sim at reliance digital store it's showing that coupon code was already redeemed.how come this is possible .can't this fraudulence be stopped.[protected] is my code.n I want to regenerate code.pls kindly do needful.thanks in advance

                                        Due to the huge popularity of jio sims the Digital Express staff in Durg are selling jio sims for about Rs 300/sim. The sim should be provided for free according to the company but they keep on telling that the sim is out of stock so come back later. And they secretively tell that sim is available if you can pay Rs 300. This is causing customers a lot of problem even though there is sim available in the shop. This blacking of jio sims has been going on by the other shops but this was not expected from the Digital Express Shops. And they too have started doing this thing.

                                        So it's a humble request to Jio that they take action against such bad practise of looting customers.
